I purchased an Intex cloud m6 phone from snapdeal on 27th Aug 15 Order No: [protected] by looking at the product specification and reviews. I would like to bring kind attention towards Snapdeal Trust Pay policy as it's a big fraud. As per specification when I ordered product, I expected product to be as good as per specification. But it shattered my expectation when I received the phone. It's camera is pathetic as I was expecting 8 mega pixel is good spec for any phone. As a customer, product quality is not as per my expectation. So I asked for refund Snapdeal ensures 100% money back guarantee. Up to my surprise and I got following revert: "Snapdeal has reviewed your product and found that the desired product had been delivered to you in good condition. Hence we will not be able to fullfil your request for returning product." Any other eCommerce platform i.e Flipkart, Amazon provides min 10 days money back guarantee on any electronic product. So what exactly Snapdeal's trust pay means for if they are not ensuring any product quality but to get refund you will have to justify for a damaged/defective piece. Quality does not matter here. So my questions: 1) How a customer can know about product quality without getting it in hand. I just went on reviews and purchased and if I'm not happy with product quality. Snapdeal should be sole responsible for replacement/refund. Snapdeal Trustpay 100 % money back guarantee ensured me nothing but a trap. 2) I was asked to show device to Intex and send Snapdeal a written confirmation for replacement from Intex. So now from the day I got product, I need to run to manufacturer. So what's role of Snapdeal and trust pay. It's horrible. 3) On my refund request, customer care response is really pathetic as they are more concerned to showcase hidden terms and conditions rather listening to customer's grievance. At the time purchase nowhere it's mentioned that warranty does not cover if quality is not up to mark for electronic product and later on customer regret purchase from Snapdeal. I request other customers not to fall in trap. Please don't see 100% money back guarantee label as they will simply back off just by saying electronic items does not cover under policy.

I am facing same issue with a mobile and Snapdeal is denying for refund on the basis of their so called policies. This is really pathetic, I urge all online customers not to by anything from Snapdeal. Its better to buy such things from Flipkart and Amazon. And please TrustPay will just be a dream if you buy things from Snapdeal.

I am facing the same issue with snapdeal. I ordered the headset before 2 days as per product description & reviews. But now i m trying to return the same product, its only shows replacement. Its very pathetic. I never found any difficulties earlier orders. But snapdeal policy for electronics very bad. Flipkart and snapdeal is much better for this .
Now, onwards i quit my shopping from the snapdeal.

I received call yesterday from snap deal. They told me u ordered ur product after reading specification, then u cant return the product now. I[censored] found any fault then we replaced it. They not ready to exchange with any other product or refund.. Thanks for your bad experience..

Hello Snapdeal Team,

I have ordered 'Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' on 24th Jan 2017 from snapdeal . Order ID: [protected]. I received this order as faulty mobile charger and faulty head set. While charging the phone, it shows 'its charging' but actually if you check status for your charging after two hours, its shows same charging %. It never increase charging %. Also head set is not working, (sound is not coming) when attached the head phone.
I asked to replaced the faulty items, then they said, IMEI number has changed for my phone as per their data.
Rather I have returned same products (Mobile phone, its charger & head set) which I received from Snapdeal. And now they are saying we can not replace it, as the IMEI number is not matching.
I called Customer Care no. They said the same thing and mentioned will again call you.
Really pathetic reply through mail that 'IMEI number' not matching.

Now waiting for a call from snapdeal for ''Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' ' order no. [protected]

No update for my 'Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' ( ordered on 24th Jan 2017) from snapdeal . Order ID: [protected].

They called on yesterday and said will received a call within 24 hours. but still no updates :(
Snapdeal representative are asking me to give them 24-48 hours since Friday, 10th February till today. They need time for more investigation.
In that Snapdeal provided me option that they will try to refund (for faulty head set & charger) OR they will put this case further investigation and it will take more than 1 week.

So I asked them for refund for faulty items. But no confirmation on that front as well apart from ' Please give us 24-48 hours for'. Since Friday 10th Feb 2017 to till date, its has been more than 145 hours. But still their 24-48 hours are not completed.

Meanwhile I have received message on 9th Feb 2017 ( Item Shipped Back to my address) on my cell. But till now I neither receive any courier for my order nor refund for faulty items.

Received a call from snap deal, Representative Name (Manager) is Lalit Gupta. He asked me to courier my order to the address at Gurgaon.

Now I am trying to reply to the mail at [protected]@snapdeal.com. From this mail received auto reply that "We are no longer handling queries sent to this email address i.e. [protected]@snapdeal.com."

        This this the story regarding my experience with snapdeal.com I recently ordered a flip phone from snapdeal, as was fed up with smartphones and always wanted to have a flip phone.I ordered a smasung E1270 flip phone for 3500 which is high price for the basic flip phone.When i recieved the product this is what i found ... 1.USER MANUAL FROM SOME OTHER PRODUCT. 2.CHEAP STICKER INSTEAD OF SAMSUNG LOGO. 3.NO INFORMATION STICKER ON THE BOX 4.NOT A INDIAN TYPE CHARGER 5.FINALLY IMEI NUMBER AS [protected] in VAT Bill As you can see, this is a used product selling as brand new on snapdeal, this seller would have got the product from ebay and selling here as brand new.When i called the snapdeal coustomer care, they told me to wait 4 days for reverse pick up, I am still waiting on that. As you can see you may get the product you want online for discount price or they may give you offers, but there is always some risk associated and not to mention the mental frustration, so i think its better to buy offline with peace of mind for higher price. Thank you snapdeal for wasting my time and energy.

          I am very unhappy with snapdeal act. I have ordered for product (Order ID: [protected]) during sale on 17th aug 2015. they were showing tracking of product for few days and suddenly they have shown delivery Attempted but not Delivered - Reason:- "GATI has initiated the return of onida 6.5 kg liliput semi automatic top load single tub washer of snapdeal order no.[protected] due to issues to at their end"., their courier partner GATI not delivered the product to my Home Address . I have placed order on 17th August and today this is 30 August 2015 no response was there until I called, and again false commitment that product will be delivered between two days, but till now no delivery. So many problem this delay created for me. I am very disappointed... I am very unhappy with their service and in future I will not purchase any product from snapdeal also I never suggest to my friends to shop in snapdeal, as they are cheater.               I buy a 1pair toy n one of them is faulty .they ask me to do replacement processing from my site . I am follow up same till 15 dayz after that they dinay to replacement.                   I bought a Zebronics Bluetooth headsfree from Sanp Deal last month. When it is delivered to I found it does not work with my HTC desire V. I tried it on windows PC and it did not worked there too. Later I found it does not work with Samsung phones, Nokia windows phones, Motorola phones or any device my freinds held. I tried to return it online but the site gave me number to call. I called it and they said they will tell me tommorow about the matter. Next day they said they had nothing to do when an electronic product does not work. I should complain to Zebronics. I asked what about the "no question return policy". They said I have to read the return policy documents first. Later I called them again and explained I want my refund from them not from Zebronics because I baught product from not from Zebronics. They assured me they will return it. When I return it online I realized the seven days have passed during all these stupid calls I made. I called them and begged to return that junk and they just tried to pass those seven days so I could not return it. I realized it was an open fraud. I also tried to submit a feedback on product page that it does not work with those devices I tried but they did not submitted it. Obviously, because they could not sell those wothless products anymore if they have submitted it. I request to take a strict action against Snap Deal and please stop thse open frauds. It is not for my money, I can afford another working device but it is about principals and the rights of consumers in a free country. Thanks in advance

                    I ordered a mobile phone and the phone Kam nil rahi haiwhich was provided to me is having some technical error. The sound quality of the phone is very poor as i am umable to hear the ringtone or any video and the phone started hanging on the first day itself. I complained about it on the second day itself after the delivery of the product but till date no action has been taken. It showed online that my return has been initiated bt still no action nor are they replyn to my emails.

                    After complaining here, I got a call from Snapdeal, they again wanted the detail of the problem faced by me. After giving the detailed description to them, I communicated that I want to return the product and want my refund as the full procedure was very lengthy and time consuming. After this within 2 days my problem was addressed and it was resolved. For mailing I was using [email protected] . Though it took 18 days time but finally my product was returned and I got my refund amount also. Thank You Snapdeal.

Why I would like to appreciate because no matter how much effort you put ; you can't be as ignorant and irresponsible like snapdeal. Highlights of Snapdeal 1- delay in shipment with incorrect TaT is 1st beauty ‎ 2- low quality product to make ‎it comparable with other sites 3- lack of product knowledge in customer service 4- No one knows what's going on.. top to bottom management is ‎clueless. 5‎- blaming other like seller and courier is the work methodology 6- delivery of similar product not exact is core business fundamental is snapdeal . As they realized with time that these are not enough frustrating elements ; they started shipping empty boxes specially for expensive items ‎ to keep the money with them. ‎ 7-you can't beat them in making false promises as it is in blood line of organization now and they have developed there fake skill set to such a level that you would never come to figure out In other situation at least you receive something to see and cry but when you don't get any thing even after paying a huge amount then the real frustration comes. ‎ SNAPDEAL may read all this and would leave a generic note that they will check and would get back to you.. thats it May be you may get product with delay May be they resend the exact product instead of similar ‎ May be they replace the faulty or damaged product May be they refund the money for empty boxes May be some day but the amount of inconvenience and harassment which we go though as customer for that period ; ‎ DO we have any recovery for that. #avoidsnapdeal ‎ : ‎[protected] : faulty Item ‎[protected] : never reached had to cancel ‎[protected] : damaged stuff [protected] : size mismatch ‎‎‎[protected] : poor quality seems like fake ‎[protected] : similar not exact ‎[protected] : never reached ‎[protected] : stopped working after a month repair cost is more the product‎ cost ‎[protected] : different from website ‎[protected] : reached when I almost forgot that I ordered this ‎ And many more with bumper offer ‎[protected]‎ : Empty box of watch with actual price of 10000 and sold to me in 13000 and now running to get my money back with no hope ‎

                          I had ordered a monitor in a combo offer as keyboard on Sunday evening 23rd August 2015. But they delivered me only a keyboard after five days and they send me an update the next day that they have canceled my order for monitor. I have placed this order for monitor not just for keyboard. I have lost precious one week of my life I had so many plans which is dusted because of this stupid service provider.

                            I wanted to buy a blood pressure monitor.. I added it to cart.. Added address.. Proceeded to payment..and applied sd cash of 500 rs. Then proceeded for further payment via debit card.. Unfortunately my debit card was blocked..so i was unable to complete the transaction.. I cancelled it then.. Now it shows no sd cash.. Moreover it says it is deducted in order no. [protected]. While complaining it says it is invalid suborder no. Pls help me.

                              Beware of this snapdeal. In most of the places they don't have the reverse pick up and if you are delivered a product which is in damaged condition, they will not do anything. You have to arrange all for reverse courier (Which includes all the packing materials) .
                              And one more thing they will pay for that???

                              What the hell snapdeal is thinking who need to spend time for that???

                              1. I will not be having the packing materials because i'm the customer not an *******
                              2. Don't cheat the people by saying u have to send the products by your own
                              3. This is not the way to do business
                              4. Ask your ceo to beg somewhere else instead of doing this kind of business
                              5. Don't think customers, government and media are fools
                              6. This is thing happening from last 10 days which is not fair
                              7. Snapdeal is no:1 scam e - commerce company by providing fake details to the couriers and as well as making fools (Government) . With out paying taxes???
                              8. It knows just to get invesetments and undertakening companies.
                              9. It never worried about the customers

                                My order ID is [protected].I have cancelled the product and requested for refund.The amount was initiated on 20th Aug' 15. It seems it takes 4 working day for the initiation. I waited upto 28th morning. When i called snapdeal, i have been told the amount has been credited to my account. I was total shock. Nothing is credited to my account. You guys are such a fraud.Oh god please dont buy anything from snapdeal.They are such a cheater I need my amount back asap.

                                  I placed an order for an audio extension cable (Audio Extension Cable 3.5mm Stereo Male to Female 5 Metres Long) on 29th August 2015 from snapped and when paid the amount of Rs 238 (through sbbj net banking) the money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. So i want Snapdeal to place the order immediately or return my money to my account right away.

                                    Purchased Lloyd 1 ton portable AC for 23000/- inr during july 2014. Order number [protected]. When I approached Lloyd for service, they refused to do service as they cancelled contract with snap deal. i approached snapdeal... they offered for reverse pickup and then took back the material but refund not done. More than 3 months. Every time when I call them they say they need 4 business days for processing since july 2015. I am attaching the receipt of reverse pickup for your perusal please.
