After complaining here, I got a call from Snapdeal, they again wanted the detail of the problem faced by me. After giving the detailed description to them, I communicated that I want to return the product and want my refund as the full procedure was very lengthy and time consuming. After this within 2 days my problem was addressed and it was resolved. For mailing I was using
[email protected] . Though it took 18 days time but finally my product was returned and I got my refund amount also.
