Dear Sir,
I am Purchase a Accu-Chek Active Glucose Monitor (Includes 10 Test Strips, 1 Softclix Lancing Device, 10 Sterile Lancets)"through snap deal on 17/08/2015 but after received this item its found manufacturing damaged, it i am lodging complain online for reverse pickup, they will arrange a pickup for dated- 19/08/2015, after completion reverse pickup of this defective product, snap deal official deny to refund my money. i am trying to call/ Email a lot of time even i am send them reverse pickup receipt through mail but they are still now not able to refund my money.

All the item on Snap deal are expire / defective / out dated

    II am very unhappy with snap deal act. I have ordered for two product during sale and also pay for that. they were showing tracking of product for few days and suddenly they have shown delivered that product but their courier partner neither delivered the product nor contacted me and now they are refunding my amount. I am very unhappy with their service and in future I will not purchase any product from snapdeal as they are cheater.

        This is my 3rd experience with snap deal on the product quality. I have ordered for analog watch against order no. [protected], 09/08/15. Now when I tried to use the same the product found to be defective. Now I can return the same as delivery period crossed 7 days. This is mere cheating with customer after paying the amount to Snapdeal. The products are getting worst in quality.

          Sir, My experience with snapdeal is not very good. I have placed order on 7 August and today this is 19 August no response was there from your side until I called u, and again false commitment that product will be delivered between 19 to 21 August, but till now no delivery. You know how much problem your this delay created for me. I am very disappointed.

              I placed an order on July 28th order id: [protected], this was gift to my sister I had ordered it in her name and address, we did not received the watch I had ordered for I immediately requested for return pick up, till now I have not received the refund, every time I called snapdeal help line I was told its under process will receive the credit in 4 working days, today when I called today Customer service rep, floor manager told me that snapdeal received the item but unable to process my refund nor they can give me SD credit she doesn't know the reason . I requested her to send me an email explains the situation and mention that snapdeal is holding my cash Rs 2792. And promise to return at the earliest and she refused to do it. IS THIS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, How can u guys hold my cash for 30 days and say we don't have any option to refund ur cash sorry

              I made several calls and email to customer service all I was told was the finace team dint approve and they have no reason mentioned.
              Snapdeal confirmed that they have received the product back but they will not process the refund,

              Snapdeal have collect money from me Rs2792 and retained the product as well buy wich they made a double profit
              No one in snapdeal could give me an answer or even tried to resolve this issue. Very Very bad service

                    We have bought Sharp AC from snapdeal and it has stopped working within 3 months and we are keep on complaining to both sharp and snapdeal but no body is bothered to response.                       I have ordered for gym equipments from snapdeal on 25th july 2015 ...i got the delivery date as 4th of august.i got the delivery on 5th but it was a partial delivery...on putting a complaint to snapdeal, they asked me to wait for few more days for the rest of the delivery to happen...like a fool i waited but nothing came.The cistomer service guys have nothing in thier hand.they only say to write on the mail and will get a callback.Let me tell you no one calls but they update thier record stating they called but client didnt answer. They gave me a mental trauma and finally decided to replace the package. Today I got the replaced package..you would not believe that this time I got even less product then before.                         I ordered wonderchef induction diamond pan set.order no.[protected].delivery boy called me and said me to callback him, I did that then said come and take your item, I told him that I am busy at my home you come given address then he laughed and said sorry I cant hear you hear you 3 times.his phno is [protected].after that he did not come to me.next day I got message from snapdeal, that am not present my place so my order not reached to me.what is this...is this way you people handling you business?If yes, then next time I have to think twice before shopping from your we side.

                          I recieved jumbo roti maker in one number costs 1140 RS. from snapdeal on 13th August 2015.subsequently I found that product is faulty one. so, I made return request of same product on 14th August 2015.subsequently I provided my bank details to snap deal for amount refund in my account.now 10 days past, nevertheless neither product was picked up nor amount was refunded.for last 10 days I have been receiving assurance from snapdeal that it would be picked up and also every day pick up has been rescheduled and still is being rescheduled .due to this I m bound to be at home by keeping many vital engagements aside including my wife doctor appointment in cloud of its courier partner visiting uncertainty at my home.literally I am being exploited by snap deal. you are solicited to resolve my issue so I do not get mental harassment further and my trust on snapdeal remains intact

                              Don't buy dr. aquaguard by eureka forces thru snapdeal.

                              After payment has been done by cod, wen I am trying to call w.r.t sms from snapdeal as below

                              "Your Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO + UV of Order [protected] is in transit. Upon delivery please contact Eureka Forbes at[protected]prefix STD code) for Installation/Demo and mention Seller Name - MAHAVIR CROCKERY HOUSE. Please check mail with subject INSTALLATION HELP for more info.

                              Following this one, wen I am calling from tamilnadu, it says that[protected]prefix STD code) for Install only valid within the seller city.

                              So wen I am trying to call local eureka. shop for Installation, they just frankly avoided me simply saying that " we install purifier that should be brought directly from us. Also if yu want to install, we will arrange, but it costs you around 900 rs. Also you should wait for 7 to 10 days.

                              WARRANTY WILL NOT BE COVERED

                              Thru SNAPDEAL PURCHASE.

                              Wen I am called SNAPDEAL,

                              They simply said,

                              SORRY..

                              Also In a couple of words, they asked me to simply return the product and close the issue.

                              Don't buy anything from snapdeal without complete knowledge.

                              Otherwise you will be cheated surely.

                              We are not money rotation machines..

                              They simply use our money for some days by hiding these issues from the CUSTOMER

                              Deeply dissatisfied.

                                Yesterday ie 20 Aug 2015, I tried to place an order for maxima watch but my bank transactions worth rs. 940 was successfull but my order was not placed because of some internal error.                                       I am pranavi Nambi([protected]). I placed an order on july 10th Nokia Lumia white and my order was not placed but money got debited from my account. Its been one and half month but money didn't reflect and this is very disappointing. I've been running after you people since july 10th and there is no response..Why dont you care about your customer problems??? Why so reckless???? Its really a huge amount for me and please go through my details and credit my money asap. Thanking you in advance. :)
