Snapdeal — Snapdeal cheated me a lot | |||||
I had bought abt 5 blue star Ac's in snapdeal But they cheated me by saying wrong information abt product Blue star company also said to snapdeal not to sell cnhw18raf Ac's to customers But they cheated by keeping wrong information in website I asked them but they r not responding properly to me I want to return the product but they r saying some stupid processes also Was this information helpful? | |||||

Even I had the same issue. They are not all responding to the calls.I am not surr why Snapdeal is doing thischeap type of business. I am trying to call but they do not respond at all.

I had brought the AC Blue Star 1.5 Ton R410A Inverter CNHW18RAF Split Air Conditioner.
I got the product delivered before time excellent service from Snapdeal.
Now when I ad called Blue Star to get the product installed they said this model is not for Hyderabad and they will not install it. They also mentioned that Blue Star does not provide any service for this model and also spar parts are not available in Hyderabad.
What is the use if Blue Star does not provide any service. Also online no one mentioned that this should not be used in Hyderabad. Why did the seller did not mention this in the comments.
If there is no service/warranty in hyderabad why was it delivered as a Genuine Product. I spent almost hours of time on Snapdeal and with Blue Star and Blue Star said sorry that this is not to be used/sold in Hyderabad.
Hence please take this product and refund my money back in my account. Please let me know if you need any further information from me.
