    This is regarding the order number [protected]. I have raised request to return this product as this product was not matching the specification mentioned on website. When I raised request to return the product, customer care executives says we are arranging a reverse pick up and our courier partner will call you for pick up. It’s been 10 days on daily basis requesting and then against that I am receiving mail that courier partner updated us that you want to keep this product... Surprisingly I haven't received any call from the courier partner and all the time I call to executives and every time they respond the same we are arranging ... and at times it seems like no one is ready to listen the exact problem they just cram the same lines without understanding the exact issue and cut the phone. I am really losing my patience for this crap. Height is that when they misbehaved over the phone by saying that how can we know who is lying you or our courier partner. This is really harassing I could never imagine that online shopping will turn up with such a bad experience. I feel harassed and disappointed as if I made mistake to go for online buying...especially with Snap Deal. Their customer care executives are not supportive at all and don't give you solutions. I request you to please help me on this and take some strict action against this harassment. Hoping positive help from your end.

[protected] )' but after 10 stopped working, then i go to sony customer care centre for complaint, andd showed" snapdeal bill" they told me that snapdeal is not registered with us, so we do not accept this bill, complain to snapdeal, we only accept bill from amazon, flipkart not from sanp deeal, so complain in snap deal not here ?sir, please replace my memory card and help me ?and if you cant pleas suggest me to buy product from flipkart, amazon so that i could not face this problem in the future.                           I bought a tab through snapdeal.com in october 2014. The seller's details are as follows: DIMENSION NEXT INFOCOM (P) LTD. PLOT NO.188 DSIDC SHEDS, OKHLA INSUSTRIAL AREA PHASE 1, CITY NEW DELHI / STATE DELHI PIN 110020 COMPANY'S VAT TIN : [protected], [protected], COMPANY'S CST NO. : [protected], [protected], BSNL CHAMPION WTAB 971 BLACK ORDER NO.: [protected] SUBORDER NO.: [protected] Within just a week the tab stopped working and on submitting a complaint to snapdeal they suggested to get it repaired it at a service centre. None of the service centres are willing to repair it even the registered ones on the website. When this was communicated to snapdeal customer support they refused to help. The warranty stated on the website and the service does not help the consumer.The service centres claim that they do not entertain any snapdeal complaints. Its a total waste of money (Rs8000/-)and time.

                            I have ordered a Fastrack 3119sl01 Casual Leather (Order ID: [protected]) on 6 April 2015 and the estimated delivery date was 15 April 2015. The item was shipped on 7 April 2015. But the item didn't come on time and when I track today the estimated item was change to 21 April 2015. I want it before 18 April.                                 i have bought an Ambrane Tablet for Rs3, 999 from Snapdeal Shop on 20Feb2015...As i saw that the product has Faulty & has some defect or dispute that'swhy i returned that product on 22feb2015. After returning the product the snapdeal customer care team told me that they will give me a refund on my bank account within 7 days.. but after that they didnot gave me my refund ... then again i called the snapdeal customer care team on their number & again they said that they will give my refund in next 7 days... and this same process goes on for 2 months and today is 15April2015 till now i didn't get my refund of Rs3, 999...                                 Snap deal have given me a wrong product they given me a wrong colour of bed sheet I ordered veer fans poly cotton double bed sheet with 2 pillow covers of cream colour but they given me some green colour bed sheet and now I given back that bed sheet and they were asking for refund but I want the replacement of the product I ordered please try to replace not refund.

                                U guys r fraud...refund my amount... cheating people...thefting their hardened money
                                I purchased CrazyBuy Micro Pocket 4CH 6Axis Gyro 2.4Ghz Mini Quadcopter, but it was not that as per its description, worth Rs.1917/-, Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on 31 Jul, 2019, return it and i got a message that i will received refund within 7 days. I received a message in my snapdeal account that my order refund was transfer into my account but actually i didn't get refund in my account. I don't understand that how snapdeal team can do these kind of stupidity. I guess this website is fake now because i didn't get my refund into my bank account but website is showing that i have received which is wrong
                                Now i want to request one thing to snapdeal team that refund my amount because i am not that much rich, am a student.

                                      Order No.[protected] (Order ID-[protected] ) recd to me having defects in it. Xolo LT-2000 4 G which I recd. Video shooting not functioning properly. In whole screen Zig Zag happening on screen. I have shown in Xolo Customer care, they confirm that problem is in hand set only. So pls replace the hand set or refund it.
