I had purchased mobile model: E5363/Xperia/C4/DS/Black on 31st July 2015 and since then I was not getting the services for what I had paid. Presently, the mobile is under observation and repairing mode at service Centre NRI Electronics Ghaziabad since 5th sep 2015 to till date (i.e 24 sep 2015). Whenever I talked to costumer care I was told that you have to wait and service requires time and you advised to have the patience. My registered inquiry regarding this is : 1-[protected] in SONY India My complaint is that is it fair to wait for so long time for getting the services for what I had paid to company. Why I am not getting the new product if it is taking so long time. I am totally hopeless regarding the service and I also would like to recommend all other users that please do not purchase this product because service center is also hopeless in that product because the technicians had tried two times but failed till date.
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The users who want to purchase the SONY mobile model as E5363/Xperia/C4/DS/Black, Kindly think 100000 time before investing on that. I had very very bad experience from the services.

    Let me introduce myself Vimal Gupta permanent customer Of SONY using many product. Recently I had purchased many products from you authorized Sony Centre, which are: 1. HDR-PJ670\Black (10CAM), purchased on 18 July 2015, Invoice No: 5093756 2. ECM-W1M (10PVCACCY), purchased on 18 July 2015, Invoice No: 5093756 3. E5363/Xperia/C4/DS/Black, purchased on 31 July 2015, Invoice No: 1149 4. SRS-X2/BC (NFC Speaker), purchased on 31 July 2015, Invoice No: 1149 I am very much happy to give my positive feedback regarding the services from item No. 2, 2, 4. But at the same time let me tell you very frankly I am very much unhappy to receive the services from Item No. 3 which is Xperia/C4 Mobile. Since the date of purchase (i.e 31st July 2015) of the mobile I was feeling trouble in getting the services. I had submitted my mobile to your authorized service centre at NRI Electronics GT Road, Choudhary More, Ghaziabad, Ph:[protected] on date 5 September 2015 Ticket ID: [protected] Job No: W[protected], but sir till date I am very sorry to inform you that I had not received my mobile from your Service Centre, Ghaziabad. However on 10 Sep 2015 I received the phone from service centre after its repairing of motherboard (it was communicated from the technician of the centre but I am not sure what hat had been replaced) but it was again resubmitted on next day because phone was not giving proper services. Now, I want to ask with due respect, is it fare? Many times I had talked to customer care but they always advised me to wait and watch. Again I want to ask why I should wait since so much long time? Let me tell you very frankly, I did not use my phone even since a single day from when it had been purchased (i.e 31 July 2015). Now, it’s my humble request to you, kindly do not use my phone for R&D at service centre Ghaziabad. Provide the services thorough the phone for what SONY had been well known worldwide. If it is not possible to repair it, kindly provide new set to me immediately.

      I purchase new brand Sony laptop at[protected] also (extended warranty of 2 year) and problem (hang, all apps are not responding, data lose, memory problem, touchpad problem, automatic restart) start in these at[protected] so many time I'll be round off to the service centre they take laptop and return it after 10-12 days after 2 month again problem will started now I'll took it to Indore service centre then after I'll took it back in 4-5 days after again its getting same problem now I'll took it to Bangalore at[protected] and they return it to me[protected] now its[protected] and again same problem will started my full year waste in problem solving I'll spend approx. 15000rs in traveling and my 50000rs are wasted in laptop total my 65000rs are wasted I request to the Indian consumer complaints solving service to solve my problem Aayush shri shrimal Ratlam (M.P)

        I bought the Sony Bravia 32" LED from Sony Centre, Christianbasti, Guwahati just 2 & a few months ago and the problem started. It's very much breach of trust that the trust we had in Sony Bravia LED TV taking to the worst impact. I trusted Sony so much and if a branded company like Sony cannot give the best service then it has no wright for selling products in the Indian market. I have contacted the Sony Center Sales Personnel who sold this product to me but he has given me a very cold response and not even given me any information about the complaint resolving.the most stunning is the fact that he dont even respond to my repeated calls. I want the justice to this. We are unable to view the TV for a long time due to dancing images and double images colour fluctuations etc. Please do the needful in this regard so that the company should not try this type of malpractice & give immediate responses to the customer complaints.

          Hello Sir/Madam, Hope you are doing well. I Bhupinder Singh write this email to inform you that I recently bought Sony Xperia M4 Aqua mobile Model No: E2363 (White), IMEI No: [protected] from Reliance Shop Address: 558373/2, 100 feet ring road, 1st phase, BTM Layout, 2nd Stage, Bangalore-560076 on 20/09/2015 Time: 21:22 PM. Through this email i would like to inform you that I found its a damage mobile phone as Its slim slot 1 was not in condition to work and left side of the screen there is minor gap or space on the handset and its a waterproof handset. Firstly I went to Reliance Shop I showed him the mobile and issues which were there in the handset. Reliance person told me that I should go to Sony Service Center and I follow the same. Secondly I went to Sony Service Center ABHIVRUDHI TECH Address: 235/12, Suraj Center, Ground Floor, 27th Cross, 7th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore and i showed them a problem and I have given my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua mobile to them on 22/09/2015, Ticket ID: [protected], Job No: W[protected]. Reliance Shop is saying that I should go to Sony Service Center because this issue will be resolve by them and Sony Service told me you got a damage mobile from Reliance Shop but we are taking this mobile and will be sending this mobile for repair. So right now I am felling like a fool after taking this Sony Brand as of I purchase this Sony product first time. Kindly replace my phone and give me a New Sony Xperia M4 Aqua mobile or Refund my money back to me for that I would be very great full to you because i paid you the money for a new product but you gave me damage product and I do not want to use repair product.             Respected sir Iam aneesh kalekar i have bought Xperia m4 aqua on 3 aug 2015. My phone has too many problems like calling is a main and irritating problem. When i call someone i can hear his/her voice but he/she can't hear my voice can you give me the replace of my phone. Another problem is when i record a video that video is completely corrupted and i have to reboot my phone and i need to record that video again plz do something.

              Respected sir I have an external hard drive which is 1 year old it wasn't working properly it was hanging too much it wasn't able to open after few days it wasn't get detected I took it to sony care they give me hard disk as it is they don't change thatafter that I called to customer care he also didn't help me my kindly request is please help me on this I will wait for your reply sir please help me

                My name is sudhir kumar mob. no.-[protected] and i purchase sony ezperia c4 (imei no.-[protected]) since;- 27-jun-2015. i am sick of this phone due to hanging and touch problems. i went sony service center(care and care service center) times but he didn't solve my problem.this crevice center quality and behavior is very rusty. i request to you please solve my problem .

                  I bought a mobile phone on 06 june 2015, but it is not working properly since I purchased it. Now I found the problem that the loud speaker is not working. Hence the mobile is sent to Sony authorized service center (Benchmark InfoTech, Ganganagara, Bengaluru 560024) on 15sept 2015, Job No w[protected]. But even after 8 days of time it is not received. on enquiry the are asking some more time to return it duly repaired.

                    I bought the Sony Bravia 32" LED from Sony Centre South City Mall Kolkata just 1 year ago and the problem started. It's ridiculous that the trust we had in Sony Bravia LED TV taking to the worst impact. I trusted Sony so much and if a branded company like Sony cannot give the best service then it's nevertheless to say please stop Making products. I want the justice to this. We donot use the TV remote but still the source panel of HDMI 1, HDMI 2, TV, VIDEO... Panel comes automatically on television.

                      I had purchased SONY 40” SONY LED TV Model No. KLV-40R 562C (SERIAL No. 4522845) from authorized dealer Sri Ganesh Appliances, Raichur on[protected]. I paid Rs.53, 900.00 by cash and obtained receipt No.5257 dated[protected]. After few days I found there is some problem in this product. I complaint the above problem to sony service center raichur, service Engineer made visit to my house on dated[protected] and taken this product/TV for further inspection and issued SERVICE JOB SHEET NO. J52272973 dated[protected]. Now I came to know from service engineer that the mother board of this TV got damaged and need to be replaced. this TV is purchased 3 months back only and still under warranty period i.e. up to JUNE 2016. now i request/demand the replace this faulty LED TV by Brand New LED TV of same model. but they are refusing my request/demand and they are telling they will done only repair. therefore i request you kindly help me for replacing this faulty TV with New one.                       The meaning of warranty is that they will repair it for you. They never promised to give you a new TV. So dont be greedy and try to take advantage of their good nature.

                        1.While making a call it asks by which card do u want to make a call.Once I press one sim card it asks double to make a call sometimes which shouldn't happen in branded company. 2.Takes too much time to capture photos & we can't capture in little bit darkness. 3.Overheat issue 4.There is no option to cancel software update it asks update software until I not installed. Please correct all the drawbacks in software update...

                          My life's biggest mistake when i purchase sony xperia M4 aqua vide bill no. 21727 dt. 20/8/15 of Cell Guru M2K Mall Rohini, Delhi - 110085. First time in my whole life I purchase the sony brand product and that's my biggest fault in my life because this is the waste of money of Rs. 20000.00. The very first day I check of buying the mobile facing problem in SD card. I was going to dealer and ask to replace the same due to technical problem in phone. But they refuse to change and ask to check the handset and after 3-4 days they return the set as same position and ask to go to Soni service centre. I was going to soni service centre in Rohini M/s JP Electronics and they also refuse to replace the same and ask to repair. After 3 day they return and ask to repair the problem. But the same problem facing in phone again and again. I was disappointed from your service. My phone is presently with your service centre from last 10 days but service centre give reasonable reply and not replace the phone nor repair the phone

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I was purchase the mobile of sony mobile from The Mobile Store on 21Aug 2015 after 4 days we are facing many type problem related to mobile like Heating & I was going to service center dated 26/08/2015 for repair the mobile that time service center asked me mobile is replaced and service center made a Job Sheet (DOA) for new mobile. I was many time try to connect with service center but no one picked my phone due to this reason I was visited on 03/09/2015 in service center for updated the status of new mobile & says that mobile is ready then I asked me if mobile was ready to delivered to customer why you are not pick customer phone. when we receive the mobile we found that mobile is not proper packed (Box Seal Open) due to this reason I was not accept because of Box Seal Open, I asked to service manager please return the mobile and give the Seal Packed mobile then service center manager forced me to receive the seal open phone but again I was not acceptable after many arguments we are decided that after 3 or 4 days seal packed phone arrange by the service center. I was visited again on 09/09/2015 in sony mobile service center & again forced me collect the seal open phone again I was not accepted, again, many arguments we are decided give the some more time for replace. today is 21/09/2015 mobile was not received form service center or any information regarding mobile. I am very surprise that sony service center is working properly so that please help us because every one know that mobile is very necessary instruments. Please help us

                                We had submitted hand set to Sony authorized service center, that time i had conveyed them this particular hand set is having manufacturing defect because for the same problem earlier i had submitted hand set in 25 th january 2015.

                                But they said if the hand set is having major problem then only we can replace it and my job card no is W[protected].

                                Now they had replace mother board of mobile. which is major issue.

                                I humble request is that please replace my mobile with new one, other wise i have to consumer court.

                                  I bought two Sony Experia M 4 mobile on 8 August 15 for myself n my wife. WITHIN a week of purchase, my wife's mobile receiver started to show some defect with lower level of sound quality... I called customer care n I was told it's a software problem n I followed d steps as told but nothing changed... within few days, the second mobile also showed defect with its receiver getting defective... I went to d shop from where I purchased d mobile (Reliance) but they said that they can not do anything now.. Then i went to Sony service station but they too refused to replace d defective sets..I was made to wait for over two hours but was provided with no satisfactory answer...I paid 42000 (forty two thousand) for two mobiles n both got defective within a month... When I was service station I came to know that we're many people which had same problem with Experia M4, showing that d company is selling defective sets... being a government employ I paid almost a months salary towards there two mobiles but it is totally unacceptable that both mobiles get defective within a month... I may request that if not anything, Sony should have my mobile returned and pay back my money... I do not want any compensation for my apathy but just my money back for, the defective mobiles...

                                    I purchased sony xperia z ultra on 10 july 2015 from flip kart from day 5 my handset was having heating issue but i ignore it due to summer suddenly on 10 aug 2015 my handset got internal crack on screen while conneted to charging . The crack does not come due to any external shock or any thing else it just appear suddenly on screen while the handset connected to charger . Its a manufacturing defect and i can prove it . Service centre is not copertaing with me, i only need the repair or replacement of this handset under warrenty . So please just consider my case its a obious case . I also searched on internet in z series screen cracking is a manufacturing defect .

                                      I just bought a sony experia z3... the battery got drained to 0% aftr dat.. it dsnt chrge ... dsnt restrt.. no response... simply dead... goes in a loop of sony experia logo...das it .. what a pathetic user interface... even ur customr care executive cnt solve the problem... nd last but not the least, ... i searchd fr a service cntre... infact i went there but there ws no service cntre at the loctn specified on net i mean wht the hell uh guys are upto... what kind of mble is it dat cnnt b turnd on aftr battry has draind to 0% and fake service service cntres addrss have been uploaded on net... pathetic

                                        Sir many 1 month pehlay sony mobile model mu aqua purchase kiya sec 16 sony out late faridabad jo 2 nd day say hi kharab hai or heat kar raha tha to mai service center dikha ya tab unhonay software update karkay dediyo fir agay din wahi problem many fr s.center diya tab unhonay bola ph change hoker ayega problem hai tab 15 din bad unhonay mujhay ph diya usmay bhi wahi prob ft s center diya abhi tak wahi hai sir many to galti kardi sony ka ph lekar 20000 ka 20 din bhi nahi calaya ab mujhay iska solution nahi mil raha or mai cahat a hu ki us model ki jgah koi or model De ya to paisay wapis day thanks
