Hello Sir, my name is Akash Sharma and I purchased a Xperia phone model T3 (D5102) from at 1st February 2015 from shop name Computer Plaza Bhilai, authorised dealer of Xperia phone. My mobile phone costs Rs 17, 600 . Phone got some problems like with illumination light (notification led) and camera within a week, when I visited service centre they said it's a software problem but after updating also phones problem doesn't solve, but my phones replacement period was over so I wasn't able to replace my phone so I have to use the same, but when problem increased I visit again service centre at 27th February (W[protected] and return my phone at 2nd March but problem wasn't solved. So I went service centre again when it causes too problem at 16th June (W[protected] and they returned phone next day but still problem wasn't solved, so I've to visit again at 24th June (W[protected] to service centre they replaced motherboard of phone but still problem wasn't solved and they return phone at 29th June, then they suggested to replacement of phone so I submitted my phone at service centre at 3 July (W[protected] and they gave me replacement at 31st July finally, but that phone also was unable to update so they demand again my phone to submit and I have to submit it at 8th August (W[protected] and they replaced phones motherboard again and gave me phone at 7th September after a month. But again the illumination light problem wasn't solved. So I visited service centre for telling them about it so they demand to submit my phone with complete box and accessories and they will arrange refund for me so I submitted both phone and accessories at 10th September (W[protected] at 17th September when I asked about my concern they told that company has rejected refund but agreed to give an upgrade model after paying price difference of the two models, I agreed and demanded Xperia z1, and they said ok but after that they said z1 is out of stock. So I asked again for refund cause I'm not able to purchase very costly phone with higher price difference, but they refused it. So I took back my phone at 30th of September. My phone was in service centre about 3 months of total 7 month of purchasing, please help me.
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today i went to sony service centre at ambedkar road, Ghaziabad. Firstly the way they talk was very rude and they told me that my handset will be upgraded to Sony Xperia Z3+(Box price 53000/- but available at sony centre at Rs 40000/- only) by paying 1000 Rs more. As the price printed on the box was 1000 Rs more than the bill amount of my Xperia Z3( Billed amt Rs 45000/-). So kindly do tell me if the market price of New model is 5000 rs less then why should i pay 1000 more although is should get 5000 rs from your side.This is the treatment sony give to its priority customer.
Thus i got fedup with your service and please refund my money (Rs 45000) as i don't have faith in sony anymore.
