I bought Sony Xperia M4 Aqua in month of july'15 with one yeear warranty and this is second time my phone is in service center for flash light issue .Sony people are not able to find the parts of this new model .According to them there are more than 5 issues with my handset Actually they are doing R&D with my phone and trying to find what all issues in the phone .Past more than15 Days phone is with them and they have still not given replacement.Really upset with Vijay Sales and Sony as they gave warranty of 1 year and have launch this product without checking and doing proper Research on the issues.I need replacement from Sony otherwise my money back from Vijay Sales in Pune office (Pimple Saudagar branch) Vijay Sales shop number [protected] Please do not buy this product of Sony xperia M4.       Dear sir, I am using sony aqua m4 dual 16gb mobile and I have updated software till today D.2-10-15 but even some main issues with this model as below. 1)It takes too much time to capture photos and saving as compared to other phones like samsung, etc. 2)While calling it asks first from which card do you want to call, I have to select the card twice sometimes.(2out of 10times.) 3)Battery backup. Please solve these problems as early as possible in the next software update if you can...

        Earlier i purchased Xperia Z2 but after using it for less than a week its battery got puffed so i had to returned it. After replacing it i bought xperia z3 on[protected], but after only 3 months, its ringer got burst & not giving proper sound, when i contacted sony service centre at R.N-Goel & Sons Pvt. Ltd. "523A, Ambedkar Road, Opp. Axis Bank, Ghaziabad-201001, Uttar Pradesh" +91-[protected] they told me that it will be send to sony centre and will be open forcefully by tools like knife & some other tools like that and company doesn't have a policy to give new phone to customer in exchange of that. But after requesting them several time they replaced my xperia z3 with a brand new xperia z3 set. New phone which i got again start creating same problem(Ringer Problem, Speaker Problem, Network Issue, Hanging Problem). So i again put my device into service twice in the month of september 2015 and still lie with the service centre.
        Behaviour of sony service centre staff and customer care is very rude and non-supportive. They are saying that this is the matter of customer and sony service centre can't do anything in this regard. From last 8 months its being more than 4 month that my mobile which costed me Rs 47000 INR put up for service at service centre.
        So kindly try to replace or refund me money as i got fedup with the service of sony and doesn't have faith in Sony.

        Thus kindly consider the seriousness of this issue and please do arrange to provide new handset or refund of money.

        I ahve received call from sony but they asked for some complaint no which i didn't have at that moment so i told them to call after 2-3 hours. But after they called once and before picking up phone it got disconnected. Til than i am waiting for their phone call and still facing the phone as its being really long time my phone is with the service centre. Kindly try to resolve the problem.
        I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic service, customer care, service centre and handset made of cheap and pirated material. I have always been a loyal customer of your products. But since i purchased Sony's handset i was facing problem with the handset. As you know already three handset is already being replaced by sony but problem still persist. So i just fedup with your service.
        Today i went to sony service centre at ambedkar road, Ghaziabad. Firstly the way they talk was very rude and they told me that my handset will be upgraded to Sony Xperia Z3+(Box price 53000/- but available at sony centre at Rs 40000/- only) by paying 1000 Rs more. As the price printed on the box was 1000 Rs more than the bill amount of my Xperia Z3( Billed amt Rs 45000/-). So kindly do tell me if the market price of New model is 5000 rs less then why should i pay 1000 more although is should get 5000 rs from your side.This is the treatment sony give to its priority customer.
        Thus i got fedup with your service and please refund my money (Rs 45000) as i don't have faith in sony anymore.

          Hello Sir, my name is Akash Sharma and I purchased a Xperia phone model T3 (D5102) from at 1st February 2015 from shop name Computer Plaza Bhilai, authorised dealer of Xperia phone. My mobile phone costs Rs 17, 600 . Phone got some problems like with illumination light (notification led) and camera within a week, when I visited service centre they said it's a software problem but after updating also phones problem doesn't solve, but my phones replacement period was over so I wasn't able to replace my phone so I have to use the same, but when problem increased I visit again service centre at 27th February (W[protected] and return my phone at 2nd March but problem wasn't solved. So I went service centre again when it causes too problem at 16th June (W[protected] and they returned phone next day but still problem wasn't solved, so I've to visit again at 24th June (W[protected] to service centre they replaced motherboard of phone but still problem wasn't solved and they return phone at 29th June, then they suggested to replacement of phone so I submitted my phone at service centre at 3 July (W[protected] and they gave me replacement at 31st July finally, but that phone also was unable to update so they demand again my phone to submit and I have to submit it at 8th August (W[protected] and they replaced phones motherboard again and gave me phone at 7th September after a month. But again the illumination light problem wasn't solved. So I visited service centre for telling them about it so they demand to submit my phone with complete box and accessories and they will arrange refund for me so I submitted both phone and accessories at 10th September (W[protected] at 17th September when I asked about my concern they told that company has rejected refund but agreed to give an upgrade model after paying price difference of the two models, I agreed and demanded Xperia z1, and they said ok but after that they said z1 is out of stock. So I asked again for refund cause I'm not able to purchase very costly phone with higher price difference, but they refused it. So I took back my phone at 30th of September. My phone was in service centre about 3 months of total 7 month of purchasing, please help me.

            This is the worst experience I am having with Sony mobile. I purchased a mobile of Sony Xperia Aqua M4 from Xtraa plus authorized dealer of Sony Mobile in NIT 5 Fardiabad. After 12 days phone starting heating & touch stopped working.

            I have given my hand set to service center on 28th of August through vendor from whom I have purchased. But till today I have not received my handset and also not getting any positive response from Branch Manager Sonu whose No.is[protected] Mobile No.[protected].

            My mobile is lying at service centre from last one month. I don’t know shall I wait or knock at the door of Consumer High Court.

                I bought a SONY XPERIA M4 Aqua in the end of June 2015, middle of August, it started to switch off automatically and was getting over heated as if its just going to burst...I went to the service center and was told ill receive in 7 days its been 2 weeks and i havent heard back anything...when i called in they say some parts needs to be replaced, and motherboard issue, THIS is a Damaged piece and i cannot use this further...i need my money to be refunded as it was a defective piece...

                  When the phone was purchase it was working good after that it started getting hot after use of half an hour only we gave the phone in sony consumer care of more then 10 to 15 time but still phone's camera is not working and sometime it switch off without any reason
                  Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  After registering complaint they are not even resolving it this should not be a way to manage a company and serve the consumers. There are 4661 compali ts and resolved cases are only 17. We complaint here because we trust that company.

                    I have an xperia z2. It has various problems: display yellowish, white dots on screen, camera quality, camera lens anti glare coating removed, battery backup less, phone overheat. i have given it to service since 3-4 months. the keep sending the phone to company for repairs. but the problem has not yet been resolved. i have not used the phone since 3-4 months and the company is not ready to repair or replace. i am fed up of this attitude and these problems are from the start i.e. manufacturing defect. i need a replacement as the whole of the phone is giving problems the have sent it to repairs many times and the say they have replaced motherboard, etc but there is no improvement. I want the phone replaced. Also i haven't been able to use it since many months and the phone is now outdated without using it. it has been a waste of time and money and accessibility and usability. it has caused me to be without phone for a long time thus unable to work, etc... i would like to appeal for a newer model... please help.

                      This is very disappointing to writ you about the experience which i got from your customer service center at Saharanpur. Firstly I would like to detailed you about the case:- Sir I was using Sony Cyber cam and It was damages due to water, So I visited with my cam at your service center to inquire about it. So these guy replied my it will be repair just in 3-4 days for 5000/- Rs. So I deposited the cam on 3rd September after a week I visited again and they replied me they need two more days, now till today I was visiting the service center on regular pattern but every time they replied they need some time or we will call you, And thing is like that they never bother to make a single call to tell me about the status. Even Today I also visited the same and when I asked for the cam they told me Engineer is out somewhere and will confirm till evening. So I request them to saw me the cam condition then they were just averting me but after having conversation at customer care no. @ Delhi with Ms. Chandni, they got me in the lab and replied that we are still working on that from the morning. But when I request them to show me the CCTV footage they change their word and said I just opened your cam now. So the thing is like that why they are lying to me and why they were making delay in it. This kind of working style we never expect from SONY, who make many commitment towards customer satisfaction.

                        Within 3 months of buying the phone I visited service center many times ad two times I submitted them to check. First time and they checked and said no trouble found and second time for keeping the phone around 20-25 days with them they repaired the phone but now more severe issues are in the phone. I don't understand why was I not given a new replacement when I submitted it in first 7 days time on just the next day of buying it. Ticket id: [protected]

                          I bought M4 aqua on june fist week, it has water proof feature as one can put handset 1.5 metre depth till 30 minutes but i put it only for 15 minutes with depth as 2o centimetre only and it has water inside the handset. So that i went to sony service centre for this issue and have job no. w[protected] at Zeal Info Tech in Panaji. They saying me that your handset warranty not consider as it have water inside the handset. Instead of the product is faulty and there sony call centre executive also saying same things . In this way they cheated me.

Not working even though Three years also. Display panel have to replaced with in two years.                                 I have purchased a sony xperia-M one and a half years ago. Now i can't charging this mobile it is understood that the charging slot is damaged. I approached Madona Eranakulam which is the authorized service center of of sony in kerala for servicing . Unfortunately they told me that it will very expensive to repair the slot ie, it will cost the half of the value of the phone ( Rs.6000/- or above ) please give me a solution to repair my phone in a lower cost.

                                  1. The Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) of the laptop is burnt, as told by the technician at sony service centre. 2.Hence, the motherboard needs to get replaced 3. This is an internal fault, and they are asking for 10000 rupees for its replacement 4. the laptop has had multiple motherboard replacements in past years(3-4 times) 5. I need a repair ASAP

                                    I am balachandran from trichy tamilnadu.I had purchased sony led television; model bdv - e290 / m e12sr no3327300dated 12thjnovember 2012 from sri nagappa electronics (P)ltd lawsons road, trichy=620001. As sony is the leading well - known reputed brand name in electronics market. We buy sony products because sony is the name of trust, quality & service. And in the same way i have trusted sony for its high quality products and customer satisfaction oriented approach.
                                    Soon after the warranty period expired, horizontal lines and vertical lines appeared on the screen. I had launched complaint and service engineer visited, as per the service report / service engineer tv panel got defected and need to replace it. As tv is out of warranty customer has to pay for the same. As sony is international no. 1 brand it has got a problem in just 2. 4 years, unbelievable! I have referred website, so many people having same problem. Means there is no meaning to go for any branded products. Why we are buying sony products and paying more amounts, because of good reliability, good support, unbeatable picture quality. I would suggest do not go for any sony brand.Then what is the difference between a bazzar led tv and internatinal branded sony led tv. I am so much upset by this sony product.                                       I am Balram Sharma complaining against sony I accidentally broke my phone display. in cervice center i give my phone On 27-8-15 job no-W[protected] I also gave Rs.9394.81 to service center for replacement it come on 09-9-15 i again go for service on 12-9-15 W[protected] the problem is phone is on/off automatically i again send back my phone in service center it give me back on 16-9-15 problem continue i again go to the service center for replacement because i want new phone i gave already Rs.9394 i go to service center on 26-9-15 but problem continue I am a college student i can't go again and again to chandigarh for phone issues i am a student of baddi university of emerging sciences and technology doing btech in computer sciences my contact number is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com i have 4 job sheets for same issue and i called today they are saying to submit again what i do now

                                        Beware o[censored]sing Sony Products ! I purchased Sony Home Theater BDV-E290 and had a pretty bad experience. After using 2 years of this product, suddenly something went wrong and the set totally not working and when I approached Sony Service Centre, they demanded Rs.7, 500 for replacing board !! What a steel for a full product price of 16K. In a home theater, if the Main Unit is defective, there is no provision to buy a new Unit (Amplifier cum BlueRay Player unit) alone !! Instead they want me to go in for buying a new set. In that case, what should I do with my speakers which are well working ?? Within 2 years time I lost my entire money of Rs.16, 000/- invested on their product. These ruthless people after selling their product, have no sympathy on customer.
