I bought soni c2004 - xperia m mobile frome deek electronics, 4167 st. No. 5 beantpura, samrala chowk, chandigrh road, ludhiana vide their billno, rchd - 1065 dt. 05. 06. 2014.
A few months after buying the mobile i started facing the problem that my voice do not pass on to the receiver. During last one year i visited your service centre two times (Which is situated more than 20 km from my place) but the problem reappear within few days after getting the mobile from service centre. Last time i was also told that they have changed the speaker. But i am still facing the problem.

Now that the warranty period of one year is over. Please advise me what should i do to rectify the problem. For your reference i spent rs. 11500 / - only to buy a sony mobile. Whereas the cheaper variants were also available in the market.

But its working has totally dismayed me. Can i get any solution to this problem.

    Dear Sir or Madam: I had purchased Sony Vaio laptop item #54599928 model SVP1321XPNB serial # 0000908 vide Invoice # 178/14-15/B dated 16 Apr 2014 with an extended warranty item # VAIO-W-3 for 2 years under the same invoice of M/s Sidhansh Electronics Private Limited, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400614. The laptop reported problem of fan noise which was given to Sri Sai Electronics, Vashi, Navi Mumbai for necessary repairs vide their Service Job Sheet # J51708760 dated 14 Jul 2015. Now the service centre asked for the extended warranty card, which I said was not provided to me at the time of purchase. Then I contacted the sales dealer who said that they give the warranty card immediately to consumer and send another copy to Sony for their records. Dealer confirms that even Sony has not received copy of my warranty card. It has been 9 days today that I am made to live without my laptop due to which I am not able to work at all. I am surprised that if I am able to produce the invoice which states that I have purchased and paid for the extended warranty for two years, then in this digital world why Sony records do not reflect the same. Morevoer, why do a hard copy of the warranty card is required. I once again confirm that the said warranty card was never handed over to me, nonetheless, assume that it was given to me and I have lost it, then what is the recourse? Even if a person looses any document in India or anywhere globally a duplicate can be procured like birth/death certificate, educational qualifications, passports, et al... Then this is simply a warranty card... I request you to please step in and resolve the matter immediately without further delay as I have already suffered a lot and that too being hard core Sony addict...       Job No - W[protected]from sony service centre) We had purchased Sony xperia Z3 Compact mobile phone (black color) from Harsha show room, Udupi on 27th June by paying Rs. 36, 390/-. Within 5 days of purchase, it started switching off all by itself. Upon contacting the showroom, they directed us to Sony service centre(upadyaya service centre, Udupi) on 9th of July. After the service centre technicians check up, they told us that it cannot be repaired hence they will replace it with a new handset by next friday ie 17th of july. On contacting them again on friday(17th july), the response from their end was next friday but they themselves were not very sure.. So how many fridays we have to wait?????? And yesterday, after we enquring them in person in the morning, they called us up in the afternoon and told us that they will replace the handset in next 3 days with WHITE color handset!!!. Do we have a choice here?? Why we want to compromise with the color after waiting and also for paying so much of money??? On contacting the person in charge at banglore office as number given by local service centre yestrday, he said he will get back to us regarding this by 6 oclock in the evening. So far no news from his end. Calls from us are not answered.. so where is the customer service here??????no one is bothered, we have to pay money and suffer for their irresponsibility. Patience and politness with sony service centre has no value. It has been 14 days since the handset was handed over to serice centre. Sony being renowned international brand, this kind of service and attitude towards the customer is not acceptable. Now we want Refund.

        I bought sony z ultra last year august.this year it was not charging so the service centre gave me a refurbished set.I had to again get the screen guard put when the set was not even new.now after a month the refurbished set screen goes blank as soon as I make a call and the blank screen stays like that only and can't use the phone until the call doesn't get disconnected from the other end.my complaint is why did I have to go through so much mental trauma of going all the way to lajpat nagar and still such a reputed high end phone is refurbished and a new set not given and still people are not able to hear my voice also when I speak from this phone,

          I was a great sony fan..i always buy sony products from last 10 years. I have led, music system, dvd, and ten years old television sets also.i never had any complaint rather i was a great sony lover.
          But my bad experience started when last year i bought 2 vaio laptops touch screen model. There is no software or hardware problem but in only 6 months its lower body breakdown of both the laptops without any mis handling. It was in gaurantee period so it was replaced by service centre but now it had same problem again. And i am surprized that it will cost me Rs11000. Money is not the matter but 11000 is waste as it will break again.
          I request sony corporation please help me with this to solve my problem.

            Sir I purchase new Sony Xperia c4 dual sim on 13 July in evening time.Next day some hanging problem take place I ignore the problem after two three days later it hanged completely after 5 minute it restart automatically. This is not good sir I purchase costly smartphone 24000 rupees. this is not good sir. Sony make first impression is not good

              I am working in west bengal government sector at Purulia. I bought sony xperia z1 in the month November, 2015. From the very begining it has charging problem. It used to take almost 12 to 16 hrs for full charging. A few days back the phone just switched off and not responding. Charge was full, before dying. It is now completely unable to switch on or when connected to charger it is not taking charge. I know I have to take it to service centre. As I am a government officer, it is quite difficult for me to take a leave(whenever i want) only to take the mobile to kolkata for servicing and again to take it back. My question is what is the difference remain in sony products than cheap local mobiles? I spent 34000/- for the sony xperia z1 mobile. I just want to aware every one not to buy ANY SONY XPERIA MOBILES (SPECIALLY SONY XPERIA Z1) . It is far far better to buy APPLE MOBILES. FOR SONY MOBILE COMPANY, it is my advice to BEG IN DIFFERENT RAILWAY PLATFORMS OF INDIA rather to manufacture and sell faulty mobiles/products to customers at high price. You will income more from BEGGING RATHER THAN SELLING. Start begging from today, i will also help you by giving sony mobile company some money. Dr. M. Sarkar

                This is to inform you that I have purchased SONY EXPERIA M4 AQUA on 7th June 2015 from Rajalaxmi Telecom (Supplier Ref- 2069) mumbai, but due to following reasons it was sent to service center twice for technical up-gradation:
                Over heating of Back-panel (above 50 degree celsius)
                Low Camera quality

                Finally, I got the replacement on 30th June 2015 (after almost a month).

                On 4th July 2015, I encountered the following problem with replaced SONY EXPERIA M4 AQUA so submitted the handset to the sony customer care (HRR Tele Commotrade Pvt ltd) at dadar mumbai:
                Screen black out while back panel still continuously heating-up, after reporting this to seller he use to insert pin to switch off the handset & re-start. Handsets screen were black out 2-3 times in a day
                Over heating of Back-panel (above 50 degree celsius)
                Low camera quality

                On 6th July 2015, i was given this handset back by claiming that the problem is solved and it will function normal. If still there will be any issue the handset will be replaced again.

                On 16th July 2015, I encountered the same problem as on 4th July 2015 and again submitted the handset to the sony customer care (HRR Tele Commotrade Pvt ltd) at dadar mumbai (Job no. W[protected] and Ticket no. [protected]).

                On 22nd July 2015 got the replacement from the sony customer care (HRR Tele Commotrade Pvt ltd) at dadar mumbai but even the employee at this service center are sure that the same problem will occur.

                Please note that I have purchased the SONY EXPERIA M4 AQUA on 7th June 2015 but still not able to use the mobile.
                I would like to share the in the customer care 90% of the SONY EXPERIA M4 AQUA Mobile users had the same complaint and started share feedback on social media.


                I would suggest you to please re-call the product form market.

                Sony has to recall this product. I got my mobile SONY XPERIA M4 replaced once but again it hanged and started overheating and it stopped functioning. I have not used this phone without problem continuously for even a week.

                  I bought 2 new mobile on 2 july (Sony m4 aqua) and after one week I got problem in both the sets. One is getting switch off and another not ringing or giving alert sound. I got my one handset after 4-5 days. But one mobile is still there in your service center. I want to change my handset. Nobody giving a proper reply for the same. How can i change my mobile just tell me. Bcz both the mobiles are useless for me. I already using iphone and sumsung from last 2-3 years but not getting single problem in that. I didnt know sony is a big fraud and this type of cheap company. They gave us local phone in cost of 50000. plz change my phone or give my money back. Or tell me how can I register a complaint on sony. I am also related to IT company i[censored] will not give me reply. So I put the complaint on every facebook and social media pages.

                    Hi, U ppl have been of a great help to me as u solved my complaint earlier.. I want u ppl to plz help me in this too. I had bought a Sony experia z3 phone in the last week of March 2015, since then after every two months my phone has some problem or the other... I always request Sony ppl to refund my money n take the phone back...it has been only four months i bought this fone n coz of my phone im facing lot of problems in my business coz 90% of my work is on phone.plz I only trust u ppl..I hope ul help me in getting my money back...                       I had submitted my z ultra in Madurai service centre they send my mobile to Chennai service centre. Still they were not repairing my mobile clearly. This is the seventh time of submitting my mobile. Still there is a lot of problems. I am going to complaint the SONY company in consumer court. These all problems were started by a service man of Sony Chennai ..

                        My walkman is not working well only verbinden M. USB is coming on charging and I cannot on it. And I have taken to agartala Tripura reapair center. They didn't see my product and refused me to help anyway.m hearted with this behaviour and the men present over their showing ignorance to me

                          I purchased one TV set (32HX750) on 21.04.2013 with two years extended warranty. On 11.07.2015, I visited the service centre at Muzaffar Nagar, to lodge my complaint for some problem in the set, complaint No. being 5297. I was assured to send the techinican next day. After waiting about a week, I again visited the centre to know the status of my complaint, and to my surprise I came to know that the complaint was resolved in their records without sending any technican to the site . On my protest, they sent one person on 17.07.2015 in late evening, who did nothing and after viewing the set informed me to send other person next morning, but no one came to resolve the problem. Again today on 20.07.2015, I contacted the service centre personally who again informed me that the problem has been resolved. Then I contacted the person visiting to my house, over phone and got the attending Desk Officer of the centre in touch with that fellow, he again assured me to send the person a day after tomorrow i.e. on 22.07.2015 What fun they are playing with the customers. Is such type of Service Centres you are having. Do you ever cross check the working of such certres by taking feed back from the customers directly, or they are indulged in making improvement of your Brand with such acts and your support, I suppose. You are requested to lodge my complaint and resolve the same on top priority, as I am having valid warrany conferred by your company till April 2016.

                          Just after one year of purchase, I have got problems in the set. The service being provided by the Service Centre is very poor and they are doing nothing, simply deceiving their customers.

Service center take refuse the phone.but they dont take phone said that xperia z is water proof phone how iay possible that it take water . Plz give me sutable answer .                               I bought the phon in feb 2015 after hardly four months the protective strip covering on the upper side besides the head phone jack came off automatically...when contacted the customer care they started blaming me and refused to serve my complaint...I'm deeply dissappointed by Sony's customer care..I request you to look into this issue as the phone is still under warranty.                                 Hi, I'm Bhargav i am using sony xperia tipo mobile from 2012.After using 1year the mobile is not working properly there is 3GB free space in my mobile even though when i use my mobile to update the apps it shows an error message there is no space in your mobile i cant update the apps and i'm getting irritated every time and my mobile is upto date till now even though i'm getting this error message.you guys are not providing the latest update version for this mobile Please provide the solution for this

Feb. 2014 The mobile has been very poor battery life and the work of very slow it's a 3 more times replaced some of the problem every time so, i am request my mobile changed other models ex.                                     I have purchase a Sony Xperia T3 mobile on 22/05/2015 and its having problem of Camara function, and not resolve the problem by the service centre from many complaint i.e. Job Nos. W[protected] dt 17/6/2015, W[protected] dt 23/06/2015, delivery date 08/07/2015 and again Job No. W[protected] dt. 14/07/2015 two times software changed, One time motherboard changed but problem not solved and I have not received my Phone till 19/07/2015.                                       i bought sony xperia z1 from a guy on olx he provide me a phone which is having so many problems and he told me that the phone is under warranty but when i gone to the servise centre i found the bill is fake and phone is already repaired and right now as well phone speaker is not working properly and there is 2 more problems in that the seller from which i purchase this phone his number is [protected] i have the bill for the proof on which its mentioned the purchase date of phone is 08mar 2015

                                        Dear Team once again am writing same complaint because have not received any revert from your side complaint - Have purchase my sony xperia Mobile in 12th July 2014 from west-Bengal at Mega Mobile center but within 6 month mobile was not getting any power on or battery was not getting any charge so have went to service center in kolkata they said soft ware issue .works was done in 6 days . now once agin same problem occurs but this time am in Ahmadabad so went to sunrise electronics service center Sony xperia . on 6th of July '15 under the warranty period . but service center executives are saying you have done local srvice so unable to serve in warranty and pay 9600 /- rupees for motherboard for mobile .(and total price of mobile was 13000) please help me to get resolve this problem . service center contact numbers are --[protected]/66168844.
