I purchased one TV set (32HX750) on 21.04.2013 with two years extended warranty. On 11.07.2015, I visited the service centre at Muzaffar Nagar, to lodge my complaint for some problem in the set, complaint No. being 5297. I was assured to send the techinican next day. After waiting about a week, I again visited the centre to know the status of my complaint, and to my surprise I came to know that the complaint was resolved in their records...
