Dear mr.customer support officer,
First of all i had respect & craze about Sony products due to only the quality of the product. But all the respect & craze i had on Sony went to grave yard today. Because I bought a Sony xperia e4g few days before, but the phone went often black with options a) back b) home c) tab and which is inoperable and had to restart every time. Any how there was no replacement of phone. Then the second issue in the phone is camera.
The camera clarity is utter flap in E4G.I kindly request you to block all E4G model since the clarity of camera is not good. The photos look like painting. What my point is, if you can provide a quality phone in range of Rs.30000 pls. Provide the phone from Rs.30000 onwards or if you feel quality camera cannot be provided in this model it is better to release the phone model without camera. After Sony detached from Ericsson in mobile field I think you have compromise in quality.Now I had decided to avoid sony product & recommend my friends & relations not to buy Sony mobile phone & their product and explain about your weak quality policy & customer dissatisfaction policy.Thanks for making me UNHAPPY.

    I purchased the device in september 2014. On July1, 2015 it stopped working. I visited the service centre and they created a job sheet. They returned me a refurbished set in 15 days on July 15. Today on 18 july, it again stopped working. I am extremely pissed off with this. Last time I lost my data as well. Resolve this ASAP or else, I am filling a legal case against Sony Mobile India.

      I had purchased a Sony XPERIA c1904 and within 1 year it started having charging issues with the charging point.I approached the service centre in salt lake, near city centre kolkata, technoplaza and they said that there was charging point issue .I paid Rs 450 and they replaced the charging point.After taking the delivery the issue reocurred with the set and as it was within warranty of 3 months of service i approached them with the problem 2nd time within a month .Initially after a lot of hassle they agreed to take back the set and within few days they again called to say that it cannot be repaired and wanted to refund the service charge.When i went to take back the phone they were unwilling for the refund saying that now the issue was with some other parts and cannot be refunded.They have harassed me with the service and have have been a fraud to take money without any service.Even the store manager Mr.Banerjee did not help me out and have harassed me.They said that i need to change the motherboard now which will cost nearly Rs7000, when i said then why did they recieve the set 2nd second time knowing it was the same issue and that the set was not repaired properly, they said why did i receive the set 1st time when it was not repaired properly in the first place.It is not possible for me to check a fix which was not done properly and did not even last for a few days, even under the warranty period of 3 months they did not provide me any service and the phone is in unworkable condition now.Ticket id-[protected].Please look into the issue as i am extremely unhappy with their behaviour especially the manager and attitude of duping customers.

        Sir, I have purchased a new cell and facing a heating problem model no:E5363 IMEI no:[protected] I purchased this mobile in dealer name. The Chennai mobiles cbe on 08/07/2015 with in two days I started facing this issue, I when to my dealer and asked for the problem they they told me to get in to Sony support . So I have talked with the customer care people they have told me if there is any hardware issue with in 7 days we will be replacing the mobile so suggested me to go to an Sony service centre to afternoon they have raised a token for this mobile and I went to a support centre they have updated the software and tried to check the mobile complaint in this battery also draining very fast full charge drains in 4 hours they have checked and noticed the heating problem at the same time customer people also talked with the service centre people, i[censored] r charging for just 10 min large amount of heat coming in this mobile I am consumer buying the product with this company name and support they to telling me if there is any hardware issue we will replace with in 7 days u can check my mobile when I have purchased I am having problem by any person by touching the mobile they can find out the problem I have attached my job card with this after spending 3 hours in service centre several calls to customer care for getting this job card in the service centre as they assured in Sony support with in 7 days any hardware defect replacement will be done but today is my last day I want you people to get in to this matter and replace my mobile I am truly believe that you people will help me to get this issue to resolve and I need the replacement for this phone

          On July 8th, my father took our Sony DVD player, model no. MHC-GNZ77D/CE12 to the service station in Rajgarh, Guwahati. It had been having problems reading and playing CD and DVDs and kept showing error C3100. Since I was not able to eject the CDs already in the player due to this error, we informed the people at the service station of this and they assured us that we would get them back when we came to pick it up after they had fixed the problem. On July 16, they called my father saying that it was ready and that we could pick it up from the service station at out convenience. He went the same day to the pick it up and after having waited for a while, they brought it out and said that they'd fixed it and played a CD of theirs to show they'd fixed the problem. On noticing that our CDs were missing my father inquired about them and was told that since it was with the mechanic - who was away - we will get them when only after he returns. Today when we tried playing a CD, the same problem occurred. Is this what you call service? If so, then I'm sorry to have spent my time and money on a fruitless endeavour.

            Dear sir, Actually I had purchase 33" LCT TV from reliance digital shop @ city centre mall on 15.7.15, Wednesday... They said will do wall mounting on thursday bt on that day we waited a whole day for you engineer.. Aftr dat second appointment was given on satrday by ur engineer inbetwwen 10am to 12am... BT still there is no reply from your side.. Its very cheap and unsatisfied service ur giving to ur customer... If you can't stand on ur commitment then plz don't give it to ur customers... Its not bearable...

              Dear Sir, We like to inform you that we have purchased a Sony LCD TV Model No. KLV-32EX300 Serial No. 2618053 from company authorized dealer Home Town Kolkata – Rajarjat against the tax invoice dated 16/06/2010 in the name of Mr. Vikram Goyel. The said LCD TV set screen started to fade and made malfunction from last some months. In spite of our effort to minimize the use of the said LCD TV Set to restore the screen in working condition but at last the entire LCD screen stop to function. Accordingly we approached Sony Authorized Service Centre (Bangur Avenue, Kolkata) for the screen problem and after verifying of all the details and after number of visit to the said Sony Authorised Service Centre, the concern person of the authorized service centre informed on dated 26/06/2015 that the said screen fault has been recognized by the Sony India as manufacturing defect against the production of the particular lot, and accordingly the company undertake to replace the entire TV SET or repair the TV screen to it working condition at free of cost. Accordingly we have submitted copy of all the necessary documents on 26/06/2015 and after verifying all the documents the concerned person refused to accept the complaint on the ground that the said company scheme for replacement of the TV set has been expired on 17/06/2015 i.e only 9 days has been expired. In spite of various request to accept our complaint since it is only 9 days delay and that is also not informed or known to us in the earlier visit, but our all effort went unanswerable. From the given fact you could identify that we are unnecessarily harassed and after our all effort we at last decided to write to you to address the customer grievance. Here we like to mention that we are always a loyal customer to the Sony product since inception even after the entrance of many new brands over a period time and we always recommend and give preference to Sony brand over many other brands, but this company negligence/ incidence will definitely hamper the customer confidence and at the same time where Sony India are making crores of rupees expenses on advertisement in order to create Sony Brand and build customer confidence, on the other side the above incidence create negative feeling and deteriorate customer confidence.                 Dear Sir/Madam, Harassment by Sony. My phone is neither being repaired nor being returned to me. Job sheet No: W[protected] Phone Xperia Z3 Compact - Imei: [protected] 1. I had purchased my Sony Xperia Z3 compact on 20th Dec 2014 2. The front/display screen on my my Sony Xperia Z3 compact had become loose/detached for some reason. 3. My phone was in the warranty period, so on 13th June 2015 I had taken it to your Authorized Service Centre in gurgaon address as below " [censored]ij Telecom. Shop No. 115, AKD Tower, Ground Floor, Near Huda Office, Sector 14 Main Rd, Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001. Ph[protected]." 4. I was informed me that my phone would be sent to the Sony Head office in Badarpur post which the company will let me know if it can be repaired under the warranty. I deposited my phone at the service centre. I was told i would be informed in 15 working days. 5. A week or 10 days later I was informed that my phone could not be repaired under warranty as a result of a crack at the back of the phone given that the warranty does not cover any physical or liquid damage. I fail to understand how the scratch at the back has anything to do with the front screen getting loose, but anyway, I ask that the phone be returned to me. 6. On 27th June I get an sms that my phone is ready to be picked up from the service centre. So I go to the centre to collect my phone 7. When I am handed my phone at the service centre, I noticed that the side panel of the phone is missing. My phone was more damaged than when I had forst deposited it at the centre. I immediately sohwed it to the service cenre person and telling him that the panel was missing. He said that they will resend the phone to the company and have the panel put and give me back my phone within a week. So I left without collecting my phone. 8. After a week I kept repeatedly following up with the service centre for my phone. The service centre say the the company/ASI is not releasing the phone. It has been almost a month since that week and I still have'nt got my phone let alone repair it. I don't even know if it has been lost or damaged further or been stolen. Neither have I been told as to when/if I would get my phone back. I don't know what you guys are doing with. So I ask that my phone be return to me immediately in the condition that I had first deposited it else I shall be forced to register a complaint/FIR against you for property damage and harassment.                   I had bought sony xperia C3 on 1st November 2014 from the mobile store, crown interiors mall, faridabad, 121001, After 10 days i feel that when i play songs in earphone. Song suddenly stops and play again itself in few seconds. I visited to sony centre SAI ELECTRONICS 5C /12 BP NIT RAILWAY ROAD, FARIDABAD, HARYANA, 121001. They said we dont observe any problem. Then on 7th july o faced an another problem that my phone screen is fluctuating and loudspeaker is not working and finally screen disappers. Then I immediately go to sai electronics, They submitted my phone aagainst invoice no SE1/FY15-07/0000441. They returned my phone on 10th july. My problem gets resolved, but next day i faced an another problem that my phone is getting switched off by iys own. I again visted service centre on 11th july, They again tell me to submitt my phone. Against invoice no. SE1/FY15-07/0000654 And returned it on 14th july. Next day problem continues as phone gets hang and remained hang till battery discharge. I again visited there on 16th july and submitted my phone against invoice SE1/FY15-07/0000821. I got my phone back same day with same problem. They tell we can't do anything. Phone is ok from our side. When i asked for stand by set, they said we don't give any stand by set. When i said i will complain against u in sony, They replied do whatever u want. We don't care. The behavior of employees is ridiculous. They talk everytime like insulting people. They treated me like a third class Labour. I have got worst service. I have rushed service centre around 10 times in a week by leaving my important tasks. Now I am at the condition that i m thinking of filing a legal complaint in consumer forum. Waiting for reply.                     I purchased a mobile M4 Aqua for Rs25000. On 29th June 2015, to my shock my mobile phone automatically shut down while charging. I immediately approached their service dealer namely Repair and Return Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd located at Doshi Garden Shopping Mall, D9, 1st Floor, #174, Arcot Road, Vadapalani-600026, Tamil Nadu and requested them to take the issue with Sony company for replacement. However after examining my mobile they asked to me to surrender the mobile and gave me a job ticket no: W[protected] and asked me to come in the same evening to collect my mobile after service. I was made to wait for 4 hours there to get this response. In the evening I called them over their telephone no[protected] regarding the status of my mobile, they dodged and asked to me collect the same on the next day . Again When I contacted them they asked me to call back in the evening. I again called them in the evening. They again dodged and asked me to collect on the next day. Now 18 days gone, I am in 17th of July 2015. Instead of replacing my mobile they are dodging the issue for one reason or the other or at least they must refund the price with damages. The customers are taken for a ride. I have spent huge sum of money to buy this mobile and now they left me grieving.

                      It was a very bad experience regarding your sony service sir. I own sony xperia z ultra purchased in March of 2015. Hence as you can check put i still have warranty left. Problems in my phone: 1)my phone's charging port cover has loosened. 2)my phone's speaker has some disturbance. 3)my power button went inside. I went to the bearest service centre and showed then the ORIGINAL bill and requested them to solve the problem. Solution they said was 1)our company doesn't provide spare parts for z ultra hence your mobile can't be water proof from now 2)speakers are not covered under warranty.better option is pay us 10k and get new phone replaced (in some mannerless view) 3)the same reason..buttons are not given under warranty.pay us 10k and get phone repleced. What i want to ask your company actually is: Why for you guys give warranty if internal parts are not covered under it as it is a manufacturer defect??? Why for you don't send spares to them?? What items are covered under warranty if only speakers are not covered in it?? And finally why you guys appoint such guys who degrade the goodwill of your company?? I have a sony LCD 46", sony home theatre etc., and im using them since 3years and didn't get this type of BAD AND LOW QUALITY service! When i shifted using apple to sony mobile and after checking out this type of defective mobiles and this type of disrespectful employees i am thinking that i made a big mistake.                         I purchased sony e2115 xperia e4 ds / black on 27 june 2015. From the very next day onwards i wasnt able to receive or dial calls. The battery quality is very poor. Since i am not a regular user i switch it off at night and on 30june 2015 i found that i was not able to switch it on again. I took it to the dealer sabharwal electronics pvt. Ltd, g - 19 - 20 h. L galleria building sector - 12 aashirwad chowk, dwarka, new delhi - 110075. He told me that someone from their shop had put the cover wrong. I told him about my problems but he said that everything is ok now. Next day the same problem arised and i took it to the same shop. They shouted at me and said to take it to the service center.
                        Believe me the boys sitting at the shop are just watching movies on the tvs which are kept for sale. They are not attending the customer at all.
                        The service centre they gave us was krishna service, c - 921, near punjab national bank, ramphal chowk, sec - 7, dwarka, delhi - 75. They said that that the phone needs a software updation and asked me to keep it there for a day. On 16 july, 2015 i collected back my phone and when i reached home i switched it off and kept it for charging. I wasnt able to switch on again nor was i able to receive or dial calls. The battery was still very poor. The problem still persists.

                        Kindly replace my phone. I cannot rush to the service centre every day.

                          This is with subject to Sony Bravia LED TV Purchased from Croma, Malad west outlet in November 2013.

                          The TV is not functioning within 1 year and 5 months time. I have registered a service request to Sony TV Customer Care Service Centre. Deatils are as follows- Authorized Service Centre – M/s. Krish Electronics dated on 11th July 2015 vides Job no: J51686228.

                          Upon inspection by the Engineer, they have informed me that the mother board is damaged and thus it needs to be replaced for the satisfactory working.

                          On purchase it was informed to us that Sony products are designed to have adequate ruggedness and undergo very stringent quality control while being manufactured.


                          When this damage has occurred they have informed us that it is is due to natural failure that has occurred due to moisture.

                          Considering we are staying in city like Mumbai which has humid climate all through out the year. If this is the reason of failure company like Sony gives then we should think 100 times before purchasing.

                          The replacement charges which we need to bear is INR 6, 500 which come with only 3 months warranty. Post 3 month again this problem may occur.

                          I would appreciate if this can be addressed with the Service centre in lieu of providing us low grade quality products.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have faced panel issue with my Sony tv as well. It came just 13 months time and only use of 8 months.
                          BRAVIA Model: KDL-32W670A IN5 bearing Sr.no : 2804124.

                          I AM CHASING SONY INDIA SINCE 2.5 MONTHS BUT THEY REALLY DONT CARE and
                          STILL its not replaced. They are asking almost 60% of TV price
                          (rs.15500) for replacing panel and their cost is very high.

                          SONY quality is really gone down and their customer care is really
                          pathetic. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY SONY PRODUCT AS THEIR QUALITY IS POOR
                          AND IT BECOME BIG HEADACHE TO ME. If sony really care for customer they should replace faulty and defective panel without cost.

                          Please help me.

                            Name: Manoj Agarwal Mob: +91-[protected] Location: Delhi Email:[protected]@gmail.com Don't purchase Sony Bravia LED 32 inch R42, Service engineer, don't have the knowledge about what is the real problem, service is so poor, they commit, they will provide service within two days, but will provide you service when you call 5-7 times per day after 6 days, so bad experience with sony led, Customer executive came and told me, your tv panel is burn, we will replace it, when he was come back after 5 days, again check and told me, your panel is working fine but your motherboard is faulty, engineer don't know, what was the actual problem, after he said i will pull your tv to customer center and will take money 6000 rs+ not exactly, i called many times in customer care executive, they told me, we will replace your panel, which is not faulty and you have to pay for motherboard, because your motherboard don't have in warranty period, when i asked how much motherboard warranty, they told me warranty is only 30 days, of 33k led tv, i was surprised when i listen, after that i finalized i will not take any product from sony, because i have all call records, no one asked your TV is repaired or not and no one even call me. When i checked my TV to local market person, he told me this tv series is bad and mostly tv have this issue, this is manufacturing issue in Sony led and he will rectify within 2000rs within a day, but sony customer care did not resolve the issue in 10 days and asked me to pay 6k-11k and take 8 days more to resolve the issue. Fraud company, i need my money back from sony, which i have given before 14-16 months before, because they does not provide me right service and i have pay amount of visit also, i called 15-24 times within week, every time customer care tell me, executive will call you at evening or morning vice versa, I have so many proof of customer care, one executive told me, from 5 days raining thats why your service is late, this is the behaviour of MNC like sony company i will not suggest any one for this I really waste my money, if you will check so many complaints are on google,

                              Sir, myself vijay kumar. sir my brother bought a sony xperia t3 on 4th may 2015 from "Sheeba Tel Pvt Ltd" late evening. he presented me the mobile . i dont had micro sim therefore i went to the "Sheeba Tel Pvt Ltd" and asked them to cut the sim and insert inside mobile. The concerned person in shop don't know how to insert but they tried using pin one by one. At last third or fourth person inserted the sim. I happily came back but from that day only the networks were not good. I live in tihar jail staff quarters where networks are weak, therefor i thought that its ok. but the the problem started increasing. On 11th july 2015 i completely lost my networks, so went to the sony service centre janak puri. They checked and said that one of the sim tray pin is damaged, therefore it does not come under warranty. I told them the whole story so they said they forward my request and call me on 15 july 2015 but i have not received any call. Sir i want to ask if you have authorized a store to sell your product then how can i expect that they do not know how to insert sim. You can check the cctv footage of the store if you don't believe me. Sir they are selling your product so its your responsibility to care care of there knowledge about the product . when i asked the service centre officials about the approximate estimate of repair they said around 8000. Don't you think that its a mental harassment that for a mobile of 15000 rupees you are asking 8000 rupees for such minor repair. I want to ask why should i pay a single rupee without any mistake. Sir i am just a student who is not earning, so its more than just mental harassment. Sir please help me out because i am very disturbed because of your services. i am also sending you the service center receipt, the written request i had given in service center and the bill of mobile . And i again request you to check the cctv if you don't believe.

                                I was using sony xperia L handset which started troubling me after 8 months, and was submitted for repair, as it couldn't be repaired, , I had asked for the replacement of handset, but the company is just fooling me saying that they are giving me a new handset, 6 times they have given me used handsets which has siMilar problems, nw they have told me that they will give me replacement or upgradation which I have been waiting since 1 month, and ther is no reply yet..what are the company waiting for... I have Been facings this since 6 months and I have called 100 times but the company is just bluffing the customers... contact number is [protected]

Yesterday, my mobile unknowingly fell in a bucket of 1/4th water. When I take it back after 4-5 seconds, I was unable to switch it back on. It started to vibrate for 1-2 hours. I went to the near by sony service centre. The lady told that it would be approximately[protected] Rs. This is insane as my mobile is in warranty and also its only been 2 months since I bought this. My friends suggested me to buy other phones but I was attracted with the advertisements of Z2 and Z3 that it is water proof and dust proof. Now I guess I made a mistake selecting SONY Brand. I have Sony TV, Sony AC at my house. I am a student who is doing part time at a far away place from my hometown and this Xperia Z2 was the first ever product I bought in EMI. Still I am paying EMI for the original price. Now, you people charge me Rs[protected] though my mobile is in warranty. This is ridiculous as it is half the amount of original price. I feel sony no longer feels the customer's pain. The service centre says its liquid damage. If my mobile Z2 couldn't withstand 4 seconds in a 1/4th bucket of water, how confidently you would advertise that this mobile is water proof? All the lids were closed. The water should not go inside if Z2 is water proof. Do all Z2 and Z3 mobiles are fake promise or only my mobile was unfortunately defective from start? I was initially so satisfied that I was recommending this mobile to my friends and brother. I requested customer support; they say it’s a company policy. If you have any interest in retaining the SONY lovers like me, you should help me with this. 15000 is half the price of the mobile-RIDICULOUS.. MY JOB SHEET NUMBER IS W[protected].. Its only 54 days since I bought the mobile.. I'm in warranty.. I don’t want to hear the nonsense like Liquid damage does not come under warranty., red litmus and white litmus. I have heard enough. If this mobile was water proof, liquid damage should not have happened in the first place. Please exempt me from paying that huge amount to service centre. I'll never trust SONY again if I am forced to pay this amount now. You will lose an ardent lover of sony from now if I am asked this humongous amount.PLS HELP HELP HELP. I tried to contact many people from your company and everyone is reluctant to help and they are transferring me to others. I should not be charged for this. If this is not resolved up to the satisfaction, I will post this in facebook and twitter so that none of my friends will keep faith in SONY. No one is speaking properly in customer support. No one is ready to help. My first ever investment is such a big flop if this is not rectified up to the expectations of a customer.

                                      I had purchase a mobile set of Sony and its make is XPERIA Z1 COMPACT on 03.02.15. After using the same for some days I had to visit the Sony Service Station at Office No. 308, 3rd Floor, DDA Building-5, District Centre, Janakpuri, Delhi-110058 since my handset was not charging. They deposited my handset and told to get it rectified within 8 days. On completion of 8 days when I visited the Service centre, I was told that it is not yet ready and it will take 2-3 days. Again after 3 days I visited to the Service center but this time also I was told that it is not ready and it will take another 7-8 days. When I again went for collection of my handset I was told the same thing that it is not yet ready and it will take few more days. Kindly help me to get my mobile back as soon as possible.                                         3 Months Old Mobile phone replacement Bought a Sony Xperia Z Ultra mobile phone from Flipkart online shop on 8th of Mar'15. The phone's screen was damaged and reached out to the Sony Service center on 8th of Jun 2015. The CSR is just revealing that the phone cannot be repaired but can be replaced for 50% of MRP of the phone which was not disclosed on purchase of the phone or in any terms and conditions with the phone Purchase. Agreed for the replacement and paid 5k advance on the same day for replacement with in 15 days. Its been a month now but the CSR is not responding properly and extending the timeline for replacement for another 15 days the third time now. Sony India pvt Ltd is required to explain the non disclosure of the non-repairable handset and also replace my phone at no cost for all the inconvenience caused. Attaching the following documents: 1) invoice copy of the phone. 2) Job sheet from R-Logic Center (Authorized Sony Service Center), West of Chord Road, Bangalore. 3) Invoice copy for Rs.5000 paid as advance for replacement.
