purchased KLV-32BX300 IN5 serial no.240591 dated 09.11.2011. replaced worst display screen on 21.03.2013 paid rs. 11473.00. now also getting problem in screen, they are asking rs10000 to replace. if your are not replace free of cost i will go to consumer court. j.ramesh ph [protected].
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have given complaint on 7th July15, but have not taken any considerable action from your end so far.
once again i am repeating, I have purchased 9.11.2011 after one 1 1/2 years changed new display screen on 21.03.2013 amount is Rs.11473.00 from sony service (chennai service centre) from chrompet, chennai 44.
Again i got the problem in the screan with in 2 years of replaced march 2013. I registered complaint through sony customer, and one irresponsible technician came from sony service centre (chennai service) West Thambaram, chennai 45. He taken photos and collected Rs 225 and gone, then i got call from service centre he told that display screen to be replace new one cost have to pay Rs 10800.00. I dont want again spend mony for replaceing this type of your low quality product.
I never beleive This type of worst quality of sony product and cheating service centre.I request you to look into this matter personally and get it sorted out asap.
I will wait one week for your pasitive solution. otherwice i will go to customer court and i have the all bills to produce the proofs.

    I bought Sony Xperia C on 06/07/2014.Since 16/06/2015 there are certain problems in my handset, like i can't make calls from it and display problem, i went to sony service center Ccom telecommunication pvt ltd. Eternity Mall Thane, on date 17/06/2015. They submit my mobile and till now date 07/07/2015 didn't respond.I frequently call them on their office no[protected] but no one receives calls at servicing center and becoz of this I cant track my mobile phone status. .I doubt now if i can get my mobile phone back.forget about the customer satisfaction but customer service is zero here.

    now i am very much upset from Sony’s service. so please help me to solve this problem as early as possible.From last one month I am not able to contact anyone and due to this I am going in loss in various manner becoz I didn’t have any kind of data with me..

    I had purchased a sony handycam(Model No - HC46E) from Singapore in 2006. Recently I faced a problem of "focusing out" i.e the camera is going to last point of zoom when opened for recording. So I took the same to the nearest Sony service center located at Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on Dt.7.7.2015. The cam was verified by a technician there and astonishingly he commented that there is no lens inside the camera. When I tried to verify the cam by making "on & off" of the camera I found out that the lens is moving outwards when made off & going inside when made on. So I demonstrated the same to the technician and requested him to rectify the problem of "focusing out". But he denied to receive the camera citing the reason that spares for the same is not available now and hence the camera can not be repaired.
    His reply was dis-heartening for me but I tried to repair it through a local repairing agency, where they told me that it is a very simple problem can be fixed with very little cost. Within one day they have delivered me the cam with total repair cost of Rs. 400.00.
    I don't want to blame the sony products as I have obtained very good videos through this cam. But the attitude of the service center people and their lack of knowledge in carrying out repair works as evident from above is not at all desirable, particularly in India where people can not afford to purchase the same gadgets in case of a failure in it & so try to get it repaired.
    In view of above, I am forced to advice my friends & relatives not to purchase any Sony products at least in Bhubaneswar/Odisha as the service provided by the service center is very poor and not upto the standard of my state local repairers, forget about international standards.

      I have purchased sony Xperia M2 Dual Black IMEI no [protected] billed amount 19800 from Zenith Tradex via sanpdeal on 28 aug 2014 the phone camera rear is not working properly and is taking Blurr photographs I have complaines it to sony Authorised service centre GF Block B Mansarovar complex bhopal they have told me that your camera is not coverd in gurantee period of one year and it is void as you have purchased the phone through online and taken rs 1500 from me as advance to change the lens of the camera. how my gauntee period of one year is not considering the company

        HI Sony Team, We have given our Sony SVA13A15GNB Laptop For Repairing In Which you had Replaced The Mother Board For Which you had Quoted us Rs 11720.00 In Cash Dated[protected].In Which Very Next Day Dated[protected] We Had charging Problem And Hand it Back To you. For which you had replied That the New mother is faulty And is to be Replaced Again. For which you Said you need 4 to 5 Working Days. After which you are asking to share The details of Sony SVA13A15GNB Laptop Purchase Invoice. There is no sense for why you are asking the Sony SVA13A15GNB Laptop Invoice Since There is no warranty for the Laptop And You Have Replaced The Mother Board On Chargeable Basics For Which we have Paid You in Cash. So why is it taking so much Time. We are not satisfied With your service, Kindly Do it as soon as possible Or Refund our Cash. Hope so you do the needful

            Sir, I have bought sony t3 in march n since then have been facing problem of voice clarity both in incoming and outgoing. I have Submitted my phone THRICE in S.V.ENTERPRISE, saharanpur but the problem is unresolved. Staff is uncooperative, they provided defective standby set. They won't accept complaints after 5:30 saying Centre closes by 6:30 but notify to collect the handset after 6:30 when they won't be able to provide any service.Please look into the matter n take action against the same. Thank you

              I bought Sony BRAVIA KLV-32R412B 32" LED TV (Black) from croma a month back but there has been no service call from SONY till now. I registered service request a couple of time with S.B. Electronics Thane (phone[protected] but without much effect. Request ID[protected] Never expected such poor performance from company like sony.

                Hi Team, I had purchased new Xperia Z compact on dated[protected], referring the Sr No [protected] from Ambika Enterprises, SCO 42, Sector 11, Panchkula (HR) 134109. copy of invoice attached for the reference. Within the weeks time it was burst during the charging. (damaged conditions photos attached for references). I am very much surprised and shocked to see the condition of the new product of company like Sony. My request to you is for the replacement of this hand set, at any cost I do not accept its repair. because of its manufacturing defect. I do claim it with the new replacement not with the repair.                   I did not expect Sony India Customer Care to be that Ignorant and careless.. Worst Customer Service Ever received from a Multi National Brand.. a complaint registered with the for last 9 Days and still no resolution...and when i speak to the supervisor at the Star Electronics Mr. Parmeet Singh all he says is that he can get the pickup done any time during the day.. all I have been doing is staying back home for last 3 Days but nothing happening and the Liar Driver Mr. Honey Singh who has the audacity to say that he dd not pick up the unit as he could not contact me since phone was switched off.. I do not know sine when and how are the land line numbers switched off... Strange... SONY INDIA needs to act...

                    Sir I've purchased xperia m4 aqua on 04/07/15 from sony centre esquiretech at mira road under delivery chalan no.10802 dated 04/07/15 at around 7 pm and after 1 hour o[censored]se the mobile became blank and wasn't responding anymore because the piece was defective so I approched to sony centre from where a I bought the mobile and they denied to replace the defective piece with a new one even though I had purchased it an hour ago only even we hadn't tempered the phone in anyway and they have asked us to go the service centre and get it checked and bring a letter from sony service centre even though it wasn't an hour ago that I bought the mobile I even didn't inserted the sim card in it but even then they are forcing us to visit the service centre to get it checked, if my mobile is not replaced as soon as possible, now I'm feeling cheated and I wasted my Rs 23, 000 for such a defective piece so please get me my mobile replaced or give my money back immediately otherwise I have no choice but to go to the consumer court for the same.

                      Sir, I brought a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua on 07.06.2015. First day phone was working good but on 2nd day the phone is blank and not working.then I call Sony support help line.they suggested me to go Sony Service center then I gone to the Sony Service center. I said the problem then they received the phone. Repair and gave me.I came to home. Again the problem begins. Again I call the help line they suggested that again go to Sony Service center. I gone they repaired and again gave me.when i reach the home same problem begins.I have gone 8 times and 9th time technician received the phone and sent to head office for repair and I submitted and said come back after 7 days. Then after 7 days they called me and i received the phone. But next day same problem arise.I told him for replacement but they don't listen. What i do sir? please sir do something. Please..

                        I complained regarding remote not working properly via Request ID 25913547 on dt.12/06/2015 at 09:21AM, which assigned to Balaji Service, Sambalpur, though the service person named Suraj bearing mob.no.[protected] came and told me that as my LED is of just 3-4 days old so, it will be replaced and taken the documents for the same, and after that gave me the deadline for the same is 29thJune'15, but I gave him time till 2nd July'15, but while calling yesterday i.e. 3rd July'15 the concerned person told me that while it is coming via courier it got wet so, he is arranging for another soon but, as far as my knowledge no standard courier service have this type of service in now-a-days. Please look into the matter soon otherwise I will think to made a wrong decision by purchasing a Sony appliance which was have a world class quality once upon a time.

                          I have purchased Sony Xperia Z2 a few months back for 39k and the first phone got serious issues and replaced in a months time. After 2 months the phone got issues (ghost touch) with the Display and also the side closing panel was not closing properly. From here I am sure that I got a refurbished piece.I had raised an issue and the same was rectified and the display was replaced but no side panels. I have faced poor mic issues too, another 15days got wasted. I asked them if its waterproof after the LCD replacement and they told its done by machine and sure it will be waterproof.I tried to manage it not raising any further complaints, A week later was traveling back home in the rain which is not that heavy but I managed the phone not to get drenched, Morning when I checked the phone was switched off and moist is there on the camera. I am using a closed case for the phone so the charger ports are closed all time and I use a magnetic charger cable to charge. A lot of videos still in you tube will give you good gyaan as the Sony Z2 fails in water-tests Another day on service center and got call 4 days after given for service with an estimation of 14k. Even its not my fault and the phone is waterproof why Sony is charging for the same. Even its a water drop test done in service center why not in front of the customer?.I still got 6 months in warranty and most of the months wasted in service centers. I have seen at least 5 Z2 phones having issues same like mine in service center when I was there. I am a professional and don't have time to waste sending emails and followup calls. It will be a manufacturing defect or a defective piece I have got. Wake up Sony, don't cheat customers like this. Its your fault 3 services in 5 months pathetic. Everyday needs to followup on calls and this is not the right way to treat customers. I was very disappointed in such a case happened from Sony, as I was a Sony user and till got a call from the service center which is not satisfactory. the same thing they are repeating after 20days of my complaint for service that I need to pay 14k for the water-log servicing. I am 101% sure the water logged is not a complaint happened from my side. Already the phone got issues and still making issues.. I paid almost 40000rs for the phone and getting a bad service, even I have not got any standby handset. Service is so poor and people are so irresponsible in service center's.                             Job id b1w[protected] submited my phone with sony authorised service centre at laxminagar on 22 - may - 2015 and received after a long period on 15 - june - 2015 though i collect it on 2nd july 2015 (My fault, due to my busy schedule) and i paid what they people demanded well in advance the whole sum. But even after paying the amount asked and waiting for such a good period i was with a disturbed handset again. The time i checked it was without a sim card slot for holding the sim and feeling harrased and ashamed of purchasing and believing such a brand.

                            Now i with no other option left except to keep going around these people again.

                              Hi I'm Varun from Kochi. I had a probkem with my sony z3 mobile phone whoae screen got damaged. I submitted the phone on sony authorised service centre at Sony - madonna electronics, edappally kochi on june 15. As per their update the total amount was Rs 12k and the same had to give on the same day itself in order ti proceed, so I paid the full amount.The job no is W[protected]. They inform that it will take 1 week so I agreed. I called the customer care on 22nd june and get to know that parts are awaiting it will take 1 more week. I informed them that I need travel next week so kindly speed up the process they assuref that it will not take more time. Again after 1 week I called the centre but the status was same. Today alsi I called them but they are not giving any proper response. Now I had to leave the town this sunday. Its really pathetic that even after collecting the whole amount from us they are not even giving the minimum consideration. They should show the responsibility what we expect from a reputed firm like sony. Its too disappointing and frustrating the way we are getting treated and no solution also

                                  Bought a SONY XPERIA M4 AQUA mobile on 7/06/2015. when I bought i did not checked every thing in mobiles. After a week i realise the camera flash is not working. since i bought it was like that and i thought may be settings will be changed. After 10 days i realise again its not flased a single click.n I went to seller to say it but he told to contact the service centre. They said we can't repair it. It must be send some other place to repair it.My 25000Rs become waste. I asked for Replacement but they it happens only in 7days of replacement. When you bought from a Day. pls i need a replacement it was a manufacture defect.

                                      Hello dear Sir My Name is Gopesh Solanki.I a great fan of Sony just becoz of that I purchased Sony Xperia C3 Dual before this I was using Xperia X8.I was very happy with the sound quality and the camera features and graphics too.that mobile was not so expensive but was very use full and valuable.when I bought this Xperia C3 Dual my experience was not at all good.From the very first day there was a flash problem and camera clearity issue since im also a technical person as I have samasung technical support experience. I tried hard to come over it but got failed I know camera issue is not a software issue its hardware issue can not be resolved some how I updated my device to lollypop and also repaire system via Sony champagne but still the rear camera is very worse it gives very bad pics doesn't look like i am using Sony becoze I think if I would have purchased moto or xioami the have better clearity then this. And after update to lollypop my sd card apps are also stop working I discussed with Sony customer service they give me option for system repaire and I tried that as well nothing happened still facing the same issue. Now Please suggest do I suppose to compromise becoze I like Sony im a fan of Sony or shell I escalate it becoze after this I am not gonna buy Sony I actually don't wanna use this mobile anymore. Its just 6 month old.this is to inform you that you are losing the faith of people who actually love using brand Sony.I ll wait for a reply of satisfaction becose a brand is not only to produce good quality of products the also have to make their customers happy.                                         Dear Sushmitha, It is such a disgrace for being a Sony customer, you think customers are fools to listen to your customer service sending email for 20k for fixing the panel and the same day you are sending email for 28k for fixing the panel on the same service request number. Please find the screen shot below of both the emails. You cannot protect yourself saying that you were right in giving different estimate on the same day, this was not convincing me in anyways to go for service, as this was cheating in changing the estimate the very same day. This is cheating and also pushing the customer by dictating high cost and also varying the cost with different estimate at the same day. I took all the pain in getting this matter amicably and since i got this reply after writing email to the Sony CEO as copied, I really feel mentally harassed and discriminated in being Sony product in India. I hope the email reply you have sent to me today is looked by the Sony top management as well. If this is the way i get a response as a customer, i'm assuming how the Sony service will be done to my Sony products. This was not giving me any professional approach by Sony customer care as they changed the cost the same day from 20k INR to 28k INR . Even she told me that there were only few complaints on the model and there is not issue with the product KDL EX 520. This was leading me to lot of questions on the quality of product, service of Sony and I had to setup a google group called Sony Led panel google group, where lot of similar complaints with the same model raised. I'm sending the list of people having similar complaints in the same series as to KDL EX 520 with Panel failure. I have proved that there is a real problem with the TV model Sony LED KDL EX520 and requested for a free replacement. In Sony facebook there was a comment to my complaint saying that we heard the issue and will resolve the issue, but it never happened till date. I have my Sony TV at my home from July 2014 till now without working just being like a show piece. Being a loyal customer with Sony and writing this email to Sony CEO, I have some hope that my issue is heard and considered for a free replacement.
