I booked one ticket in SBSTC on 03/07/2021 for journey on 04/07/3021 from Karunamoyee to Durgapur. The ticket was booked online through your SBSTC app and the time was 8.30 a.m.from Korunamoyee and was supposed to come in my boarding location, Airport bus-stand, at about 9.00 a.m.
But at 9.00 a.m., bus which was scheduled at 8.00 a.m. from Korunamoyee had arrived. The bus conductor told me that, bus against 8.30 a.m. has been cancelled.
He also told me that, as the ticket was booked online, fresh ticket has to be issued only against cash, if I'm willing to travel.
Hence I was compelled to opt that one, and reached to my destination.
Now, my query is, how I can get refund the amount against the online booking, as there was no information in the app regarding cancellation of the said bus against which the ticket was booked.
