Overbilling

Sir,
I am saraswat sahoo tenant of owner mr. Kranti s. No. A2017105, usc:[protected], ero:greenlands (1), sec: sr nagar.
We are staying in this house since may 12, 2017, from the first day itself i was checking the meter reading on a daily basis.
I am student so i am just using a single fan and a cfl bulb (35w). The fan is used for approx. 20hrs...

Every time suresh lineman comes to check the payments to our apartment he talks very rudely with our watchman and this time he had break his limitations and has misbehaved with me.

As if he want to fight with and was saying that is the head of electricity depth in bachupally, he is authorised to do any thing he wish he said he will disconnect...

Frequent power cuts in Ameenpur village

It's been almost two months, power cuts are everyday now and then. Atleast 10-15 times power outage and each time minimum of 10 minutes and maximum may be 1 hour and some times more than 1 hours. No clue at why the power cuts.
Even if there is no rain or thunderstroms, TSSPDCL cuts the power for hours.
