I have got electricity bill of rupees 12800 this month. My monthly bill never use to cross from 2000 to 3000. I stay with family of 3 members including me and I dont have any electronic devices that comsumes huge electricity except one AC which we hardly use in this rainy season. I tried to enqire but non from electricity broad are ready to give proper response and they are very rude to customers and they warned me that they can disconnect...

I have applied for addl. load of 3KW in addition to existing 2kw load. the meter is already fixed and being billed. But, in the bill the same 2kw is appearing. please look forward to change the contracted load to 5kw early

We did not receive any hardcopy of electricity bill last month, but we paid the amount that was reflecting in the online portal which was a bill amount of Rs. 1776 .

This month we received a hard copy which includes reading from both the months, showing the cumulative meter reading 1014 units .The bill is corresponding to the same unit which is Rs. 6997 .

They have deducted the amount that we paid last month...

I'm resident of Boduppal, R.R.Dist., Hyderabad. Our house is vacant & billing person is not scanning meter, submitting reading as 0 & updating the bill with minimum charge. Usually, they are able to scan meter from outside the gate even when we were staying and when it is vacant now. But now the person who generates the bill says he is not able scan & sometimes...

On 16.03.17 rs 186.83, on 19.04.17 rs 545.17 and on 20.05.2017 rs 1753.95 were debited from my credit card towards autodebit - favouring cpdhy. (Towards electricity bill payment). But the amount has not credited towards bill payment in my service no:[protected].

Kindly provide me the exact dates when the amount is credited to my current bill payment along with proofs

Sc No: AZ054005. Bill for Jun has been generated for 60 days (6th Apr to 6th Jun) whereas a bill of ~1100 was generated in May as well and payment was also done.

Im not able to reach at any of the contact numbers provided in this portal as well as on the numbers provided in the Bill Slip.

From morning till now voltage is big problem in my house. I have complained online and local current office. They gave me number of local line man. He doesn't lift my phone. After several attempts he said he is coming to see problem. After 3 hours i called him agin and he doesn't lift phone. When inquired the person said that paper in printer got exhausted so he did not print the bill last month. Due to this i had to pay for 429 units at a time with high price per unit. The executive who gives the bill is coming after 9 or 10 of every month. The units cross the basic limit than usual. When asked, he says last time he came early which is false. Due to the neglectance of the executive consumers are affected ending up paying high bills. This looks like a hitch looting.
Kindly request you to take action again my complaint. It would be greatly appreciated.
