Dear sir,

I s. Madhava reddy r/0 bowenpally secunderabad, i have applied for additional load with 3 phase current for my residence, my application dt 27.5.16, i have submitted all the documents as per there requirement, staff is so irresponsible to send my application to other department for approving, in my absence my wife was use to followup with them at bapuji nagar office, every time they use to ask my wife to go to bownepally office and submit the copy was given by them, again the same was repeated by bowenpally office staff they use to give some document to my wife ask to submit it at bapuji nagar office, like this my wife was use to do the followup with them in passing the paper and getting the sign on relevant copy, they says to my wife now go to ferozguda office and ask them to give the meter, if they give the meter get that meter to them she says, when my wife was visited to ferozguda office they says still there some pending approvals, again my wife visited to bapuji nagar office intimated same to her, they say to my wife now u need to go to mint compound office to get some letter.

When a consumer apply for any thing in relevant office, do the consumer will become responsible in transferring the application for other departments and for getting the approval and getting the sign on the documents with concern officers, if all this things was doing by consumer then what the govt staff will do in the office.

Additional is got upgarded but the 3 phase meter was not done.

For getting an 3phase meter tsspdcl was taken more than 1year time even now also its not finished up. There is no pending documents from my side, all the documents was given them in in-time and also the charges what they ask to pay i have paid it.

The staff details whom i meet was given below.

Note: we meet with one madam assistant of ae vinod.

My wife was visited the above offices every week regularly, to do the others job in tsspdcl, will govt pay the salary to my wife or the staff who's job was done by wife he will pay the salary to my wife for all this months.

    We are facing a major issue with 33kv lines passing above my house. Which causes us fear of lines may get in contact to our house. We have complained the same to the tspdcl.. They has estimated us with an amount of 1.5 lakhs, 1 lakh.. I don't understand why we should pay for iti, as the issue is because of department laying 33kv lines without have future plan that these lines may cause a issue for residential. While they are laying lines we have objected them but they did not listen to our words. I am here by requesting to take the action asap and solve my issue.

      We got the more power bill. My s. No:[protected], usc :[protected]. We use to get the bill around 500 change. Summer bill was 1700 because we used the ac for 2 months (April, may) after that we stopped using ac as well as rice cooker, induction stove and we went to my home town for 10 days. I supposed to get my electricity bill bellow 500. When i say my power bill it was 1525. Only 2 people staying and one person going for work morning 9 pm to evening 8 or 9 pm. Its really paining to pay extra amount. I don't know who to complaint.

        Hi sir, i m a resident of happy home tower upper pally landmark pillar no 185 we have a power cut issue since today morning i. E 18th july2017 due heavy rainfall when we call electricity department that people came and checked then asking for money to resolve the issue around 30k. I request the concern officer to look into the matter n resolve the issue as soon as possible because it happen due to natural disasters not our personal mistake

          This is to bring to your notice that there has been irregular supply of electricity in the indiranagar area of gachibowli. There will always be power cut when the rains start and it won't come even after 2 to 3 hours, long after the rains stop. This hampers our day to day activities. Please look into this matter asap as electricity is a basic need for people.

            Hi this is rohit,

            This month electricity bill was wrong

            My june open reading is "5604" and closing reading "5604" i think some thing is word. I previoes i stay with my friend so my electricty bill unit is arround 170,

            But last month i am stay alone and i not using that much electricity my dail 10 hours office that time no electricty use.

            When i am single me electricity bill unit was 80-100 unit, and now came 187 unit this is not possible plz
            Correct the bill so i can pay

            As your meter was stuck up so bill was issued for average units of last three month's consumption and the meter will be replaced with new meter by this month ending and your next bill will also be issued for same average units as the new meter has not recorded the exact consumption

              My unique service number is[protected], and I paid my July's bill of ₹1816 twice.

              I did it first from PayTM manually (Operator Ref. Number - [protected]), and within a few days my HDFC Bank account automatically deducted the bill amount (Transaction ID: TXHC[protected].

              I tried to log a complaint on the website (https://tssouthernpower.com/CPDCL_Home.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=CPDCL_Home_... but it didn't work.

              I got to know that the extra amount goes into something called as "credit balance", which is neither reflected on the subsequent bills nor on the website. My question now is, does this happen automatically? Or, do I have to get it done explicitly by raising a request or something?

              Our non-summer monthly bills are usually ₹500-₹550. Can I stop making payments till I use up the 1816 credit balance? And, after that, continue paying the balance from thereon?

                June bill by mistake from tsspdcl, put 9468 rupees as arriers, on repeated visit to kukatapally office and met ae kadir at miyapur office they have agreed that it is a mistake from mrt (Meter department) and said will be corrected.

                But till date not done any thing on this, and every month bill is getting added to it and i am not able to pay.

                Make it corrected as soon as possible so that i can pay my original amount.

                    Without any reason they came and removed fuse at goutamnagar malkajgiri today. The person simply stating that i have already informed about arrears payment. When uyou people are intimating regarding bill paid and due amount why cant you give msg regarding arrears due. This is not at all correct. My no[protected]. We always pay regular dues to the board. This is toomuch of removing fuse of my home. It is insulting me. If this complaint is not clear i will go through the court of law.

                      Payment receipt acknowledgement not received and payment has not been adjusted against bill as visible from the tsspdcl's app.

No. U8015439 & usc no.[protected], during the month of june-2017 i have received power bill for an amount of rs. 8554/- (1036 units) which is very very high as compared to my regular electricity bill. For the last 14 yrs i used to get electricity bills amounting rs. 200/- to rs 600/- (100 to 200 units) only.in my house i use one tv, one fridge, 06 lights and 04 fans. Hence, it is kindly requested to look into my complaint of excess power bill for the month of june-2017 please.

                            We did not receive any hardcopy of electricity bill last month, but we paid the amount that was reflecting in the online portal which was a bill amount of Rs. 1776 .

                            This month we received a hard copy which includes reading from both the months, showing the cumulative meter reading 1014 units .The bill is corresponding to the same unit which is Rs. 6997 .

                            They have deducted the amount that we paid last month which is[protected] Rs. 5442 .

                            Our concern is the meter reading should have been calculated just for this month, instead of carry forwarding the previous months starting reading i.e Our reading on date 4/7/17 was 16698 and the reading on 3/5/17 was 15684 which resulted in 1014 units . But we paid for certain units for the previous month dated 3/5/17 to 4/6/17 which should have been deducted from the total units . Because of this our bill amount is increased drastically .
                            Could you look into it and rectify the same .Please send us the corrected one as soon as possible so that we can pay the actual amount paid by us .It is not possible for us to pay the extra amount that you have added, and we do not expect any power cut from your side as its not our fault and we had paid the bill on time .

                            P.S : If we didn't receive a hard copy last month, it wasn't our fault.We paid the bill as per the online portal which should have been taken care by you guys. Hope you take an action on the same.

                              USC:[protected]. 22 June was the last date for the payment of Bill...all previous bills are cleared and no pending payment. However, on June 29, without any prior notice the executive from the electricity department picked up the three fuses from the main board as I house a 3 phase current and left us stranded without electricity.

                              I have gone ahead and made the bill payment on the same night online and could only make to the local office on Saturday (as it was my week off). The person in the office claims they (the dept) do not receive the amount if paid online and when questioned the purpose of the apps ("digital payment") with an arrogant attitude directs me to pay 75 Rs for reconnection charges.

                              Isn't the consumer supposed to be informed and provided 5 - 7 days time to make the payment and isn't reconnection only valid if disconnected from the pole? Is the executive authorised to flick my main board fuses, it's not a property of the electricity dept, I paid and bought them, not given by them for free? Doesn't this amount to theft?

                              Sir, regularly Iam getting power bill 250 to 550 rs from last 3 years. But for the month of May 17 I got power bill 3777rs.
                              I surprised.
                              Here I request you Pl check the meter having any problems.
                              Pl resolve the issue as early as possible.

                              Did you even read through my previous complaint? I've clearly called about the rude behaviour of Shashidhar at the Indra Park office was very rude when I met him in person and the number you asked me to call was answered again by Shashidhar himself. He again mentioned that only if we pay the reconnection amount of 75 he will return the form.

                              Is there any other solution?

                                Please find the service details of my electricity bill below:

                                ERO Name: 15, KUKATPALLY

                                I have made double payment for current month(June-2017). The bill amount is Rs. 5941/-. First I have paid Rs. 5941/ - on 16-Jun-2017 through PayTM with receipt no - [protected] and second time I have paid Rs. 5941/- on 22-Jun-2017 through HDFC Credit Card with receipt no - [protected].

                                Kindly refund the second transaction done through HDFC credit card with receipt no - [protected].

                                May month will have highest electricity consumption and hence we got Rs. 5941/- as June month electricity bill. But, from next month onwards, our electricity bill will be somewhere near Rs. 1500/- per month since the temperature is reduced drastically now. So, the extra amount(Rs. 5941/-) paid through HDFC credit card with receipt no - [protected] has to be adjusted for next 4 months electricity bills (or) need to be refunded. I request to refund this extra amount paid(Rs. 5941/-).

                                Dear Consumer,

                                The extra paid amount is present as credit balance top your service and it will be adjusted towards your service if your bill amount is <=Rs.5941/- and not paid by you.

                                Note: These adjustment details and outstanding amount details will not reflected on the bill as well as in website.

                                if your next month's bill amount is < Rs. 5941/- then no need to pay the bill else Pay the balance amount by deducting the credit balance from the bill amount generated at ERO Kukatpally on all working days before due date (or) if ERO is very far then you can make part payment at bill counter's only after 20th, before due date and additional charges will be levied if the due date is crossed

                                  I'm resident of Boduppal, R.R.Dist., Hyderabad. Our house is vacant & billing person is not scanning meter, submitting reading as 0 & updating the bill with minimum charge. Usually, they are able to scan meter from outside the gate even when we were staying and when it is vacant now. But now the person who generates the bill says he is not able scan & sometimes says he did not scan because house is vacant.

                                  We are paying the bill every month. This month (June 9, 2017) meter has been scanned & the billing has been generated for 10 months with total reading 256 for 1465/-.

                                  We even called the person who generates the bill previously & he never informed us about the same.

                                  Uppal electricity people informed us that our area (Boduppal) electricity department should give a letter that there is no problem with the meter & it's not disconnected. After repeated visits to our area electricity office since the bill generation date June 9, 2017, they are postponing to give a letter for submitting it in Uppal.

                                  Could you please expedite the process & adjust the bill as per our usage.

                                  I've attached the bill paid for all individual months & bill generated for this month.

                                      On 16.03.17 rs 186.83, on 19.04.17 rs 545.17 and on 20.05.2017 rs 1753.95 were debited from my credit card towards autodebit - favouring cpdhy. (Towards electricity bill payment). But the amount has not credited towards bill payment in my service no:[protected].

                                      Kindly provide me the exact dates when the amount is credited to my current bill payment along with proofs

                                        It is a complaint of over reading and over billing of electricity.

                                        Usually i used receive the bill around rs. 500-650. But from last few months i am receiving more than double the amount. I don't have ac at home. I have a 32" led tv, one washing machine (Using once in a week), 180l refrigerator, using 2 tube lights (Using 6 hours) and 2 sealing fans which hardly using for 10 hours.in may 2017 i have received the bill amount rs.1393 and june 2017 i have received bill amount rs. 2407, i don't have any idea how this much amounts are coming for me. The meter reading in the bill is total 375 units. I don't understand how this much units are coming. Please check the meter if any thing wrong with it or please check whether some one is miss-using the power. Please help me out on this.

                                        it is showing as 0 outstanding amount when tried to pay the bill on line contacted customer care and asked they said there are no arrears, we have paid bill previously on may 14, there is no pending bill, but the billing person keep coming home and harassing for the bill and warning to disconnect the connection. When I asked for contact number of AE Saidabad they are not providing asking to come to office. I will be on work don't have time to visit during office hours.

                                        Please check and let me know if there is any bill pending
