I'm resident of Boduppal, R.R.Dist., Hyderabad. Our house is vacant & billing person is not scanning meter, submitting reading as 0 & updating the bill with minimum charge. Usually, they are able to scan meter from outside the gate even when we were staying and when it is vacant now. But now the person who generates the bill says he is not able scan & sometimes says he did not scan because house is vacant.
We are paying the bill every month. This month (June 9, 2017) meter has been scanned & the billing has been generated for 10 months with total reading 256 for 1465/-.
We even called the person who generates the bill previously & he never informed us about the same.
Uppal electricity people informed us that our area (Boduppal) electricity department should give a letter that there is no problem with the meter & it's not disconnected. After repeated visits to our area electricity office since the bill generation date June 9, 2017, they are postponing to give a letter for submitting it in Uppal.
Could you please expedite the process & adjust the bill as per our usage.
I've attached the bill paid for all individual months & bill generated for this month.
