1) i was given letter (case no:mdk/mdk/gmdd/2983/16) by the electricity staff on 22/10/2016 to pay rs 2800/- for the difference of contracted load & connected load.
2) the letter is not signed by any authority.
3) i am sure that the reading was taken wrongly in my absence & asked them to recheck the load in my presence but they refused to do so.
4) on 23/10/2016 the electricity people disconnected the connection though...

Hi, I paid twice for the current bill in the month of October 2016. Once I paid from Icici bank account and then once it got debited from HDFC bank. Both the amounts are Rs 562. I contacted bank and they said to contact the power company. I tried to contact but the call did not connect. Please look into this. Unique Service number is 19959838. My house has remained closed since August 05, 2016. However I got the electricity bill of Rs 1168/- from TSSPDCL. I am not sure how that is possible, if the house is locked? My neighbour had opened the house for the meter reading guy to take note of the meter reading, but I don't think the government guy made a proper note of it, or some blunder is made from their end. Kindly have this investigated....

Today 27/08/2016 your people are calling me asking bill is due. I Checked online same is showing due for some 2280 .. how come it is possible and same day two bills are generated.??.

I would file a complaint regarding the weekly power outages that are being carried out on mondays near my home at pragathi nagar - kukatpally. These power outages are really long for about 7-8 hours (From 10am to 5pm) and we are facing so much difficulty because of this. A 1 hour outage is acceptable but this is not at all acceptable. High electric bill - regarding

Online billdesk not working properly
