Hi, My Service # is D8004114 and USC is[protected] It is observed that the units consumed in Jan, my bill amount is Rs 581.However, The bill amount is Rs 1131 for usage of 210 units as on 09/02/2017.

In the past too, we have seen bill amount was below Rs.500but was unable to file any complaint.

Please look into this and adjust the excessive bill in next month's bill...

I have already paid the bill(via paytm) for the month of February, but the arrears of February are showing in the bill for the month of march. And the person who gives the bill is also saying that i have to pay the pending bill for the last month as well as this month, although i have paid the bill for the month of February as well as for march.

    Hi, My Service # is[protected] and USC is[protected]. It is observed that for the same number o[censored]nits consumed in Jan & Feb, my bill amount is 271 Rs more in Feb. The usage as on 08/01/2017 was 210 units and the bill amount was 860 Rs, however, The bill amount is Rs 1131 for usage of 210 units as on 09/02/2017.

    In the past too, we have seen abnormal billing but was unable to file any complaint.

    Please look into this and adjust the excessive bill in next month's bill.

    Energy charges will be calculated based average units consumed in a month days and it takes No. of billed days in to consideration In January, Avg units might be <200 so billed as per 100 -200 units slab. In Feb, Avg units might be >200 so billed as per 201-300 units slab.
    Avg units =(Billed units/Billed days)* No. days in a month(31 for jan and dec)

      Hi, My Service v6036054 and USC is[protected]. It is observed that for the 100 units consumed in Jan, my bill amount is Rs233 . In feb month used 200units but Rs 1139. How it will come that much bill.

      In the past too, we have seen abnormal billing but was unable to file any complaint.

          First of all my electricity bill was wrongly generated.
          Instead of reading as 20685 the lineman has put the reading as 20865.
          A more of 180 units.This shouldn't have happened initially. However on calling him repeatedly and showing hum his mistake he generated a new bill which too seems problematic.

          Total unit consumesd id 37.
          Charges applied = 202.
          For 37 units bill should be as low as 100. Please check. The lineman behavior is also not good.

            Hello,
            Our ero is habsiguda and area code is 150143. Usc number is[protected]. Our previous bill was rs. 767/- for 31 days and the slab was below 200 units. Next time, the bill was generated for 26 days and the amount is rs. 990/- for only 179 units. We are well below the 200unit slab. How come out bill amount is more than that? Can you please clarify and do the needful.

                          If your next month bill amount <= Rs 681/- then no need to pay the bill else pay the balance amount by deducting Rs 681/- from the bill amount at ERO Champapet on all working days before due date (or) if ERO is very far then you can make part payment at bill counter's only after 20th, before due date and additional charges will be levied if the due date is crossed (or) as soon as the bill gets generated, you can pay the part payment using bill desk before your bill data is updated online.

Initially I felt it will adjust for next month. But next bill generated as usual. Please help to refund or adjust to next month bill amount.

                            Sir,

                            Service NO:[protected].

                            Today on 28.12.2016 at around 11:00 AM, Line Man of Nagaram Area (Mob NO: [protected])
                            has come for disconnecting the electricity connection for not paying the outstanding bill.

                            We have paid the full bill on 27.12.2016 USC NO[protected]. Even though we have shown the SMS received from TSSPDCL, and persuaded him not to disconnect; he disconnected and without information, he left the place.

                            With great difficulty we found the contact no.s of the sub-station, paid the fine Rs. 75/- (RCPT:[protected], ERO:311) and told the dept for re-connecting. after 5 hours, at 16:00 the same person has came and demanding 100/- bribe without which he will not connect. after wasting half an hour of our time for not giving bribe, he finally re-connected.

                            with such an arrogant behavior, it appears that, he is not even the employee of the electricity department. you are requested to process the complaint and take necessary action accordingly so that the consumers won't get effected in future.

                                We have agriculture land in Katedhan, I was asked somany time give agriculture current connection AE sir, Katedhan, ADE sir, Gaganpahad. They are saying in GHMC LIMIT Not giving agriculture connection. I want to know in GHMC LIMIT Why not giving agriculture connection, in GHMC LIMIT LANDS not to do agriculture.                                   I have made an online bill desk payment on 20st Dec, 2016 for Rs. 241.00. The amount has been debited from my account but not credited in my bill payment. I tried to called up in customer care daily but never the nos. picked up by the executives. In spite off long follow up with their customer care service, they are not giving us any proper reply. and i didnot get any transaction id also I Kindly do the needful, and requested to you that help me to return the money from the bank.

U r company Has made the bill Cat 1B(ii) slab rates if the below 150 units. plz change the bill. And one more thing I dont know the DCCASE, i am not any make any request for service of the meter and u r company has not provide / changes in meter board's. plz check every thing and issue the new bill. i hope to understand my problem.

                                      We residents of chandanagar(around balaji temple) are objecting to RE-ROUTING of laying of HT cable to provide connection to transformer of Mr. Sambaiah.
                                      The expense towards laying of poles was already done beside balaji temple.ALL POLES ARE ALREADY INSTALLED.This HT line new route is crossing more residential housing than the already laid out route.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am rajkumar from nizampet e r o kukatpally service no[protected]. my old meter was replaced with new one in oct'16 due to some short circuit issue and no gurantee/warranty receipt was given for that and november month my bill is rs:1159 for the period 12-oct'16 to 5-nov-16. normally my monthly usage is rs: 200 to rs:500. i contacted customer service via mail they simply resolved the request complaint no. cc[protected] saying that pls contact bachupally ae. so i contacted ae via phone and i explained the problem to him, he said to me one of your earlier month bill was high so system calculation will take highest bill so that is why you got that high bill and suggested me to come to his office for clarification, i contacted staff there but thu suggested to contact ae. again i contacted him on phone regarding the issue i remembered my issue he said to me that he would attend 200 to 300 calls daily and asked me to explain the issue again, i explained him again then he suggested to come to office. on saturday (19th nov 2016) i went to bachupally office but no ae there, i met lineman who changed my meter, i asked him about the issue and he simply said you only got 1159 rupees, some other people got 4k to 5k, and from next month you wont get this much bill if you have any concerns, go to jntu electricity office for clarification. there needs to be serious action this, no quality service, no reliability, monopoly, arrogant behaviour, no proper explanation to customers. electricity department should remember that we are paying the money for what we are using, why we should pay extra amount for what we are not using.
