    My name is ramana, i live ina village name kuntloor, for giving 3 phase connection line by the line man had a deal for 38k with us, but we didnt trusted him, then he started demanding and seduced us to give money, for thr first installment we given 13k in march 2016 and promised us within 10 days connection will be done, we asked bill then he said i will bring. That was the last date we seen him. After so monay days i started asking him where the connection. By some how we came to know he transfred to other area line man and cheated me. Now he was not giving money and even not giving response too. Please help us. His name is rehman worked previosly in peddamperpet division and now in yacharam division. His contact is[protected].       Hi tsspdcl,

      I have made online bill payment of electricity bill twice on 21st june 2016.

      Reason:
      Payment done through kotak net banking and received an error and hence i thought payment not done and then i repaid the amount from the same bank. But amount debited for both the transactions. When i contatced to my branch they infrom on 11th july that payment has been claimed by tsspdcl for both the transaction. And is not reverted to any of my accounts since 1 month.

      Details:
      Ervice no is : p3038803
      The extra amount paid in (June-16) is 2604
      Current month's (July-16) bill amount: 1453
      The amount is not adjusted in current month (Please adjust all the amount in the subsequent bill generations. As due date is very near, please help me on this asap.

      I have registered complaint through TSSPDCL web portal on below issue, my complaint no is CC[protected]
      I have received message your complaint has been resolved, but I gone through the current bill is showing again previous amount with arrears, so please resolve the issue,

      I have paid august month power bill for the amount of 528 against the service number[protected] on 16th August, but the same amount is not deducted in current month power bill .

          Ir, i paid my electricity bill on 09 may the amount of 478 (actual bill amount is 468)... for this the payment reference number is txn ref no. ficm[protected] for rs. 478.00... i paid using icici bank savings account through net banking payment gateway is billdesk... i confirmed this transaction from both ends they are simply saying transaction was successful, but tsspdcl didn't credited the amount to my bill

          And also they are saying :
          Thank you for writing to payment gateway support.

          This is with reference to your email dated may 14, 2016 regarding the status of afore-said payment towards said merchant.

          We have checked the records and find that the below mentioned payment id ficm[protected] has been successfully updated at their end on 10/05/16

          But till now tsspdcl didn't given me a confirmation, i don't know whats going on. simply bank people saying transaction was successful and tsspdcl saying we didn't received the payment. so sir finally i am decided to contact consumer complaints, so please help me

            I made a payment of rs553/- to tsspdcl from sbh net banking. The amount was debited from my account but tsspdcl receipt shows as not paid. Payment was made and bank account was debited.
            Even i ve got a confirmation transaction id but the bill was not paid.
            Pls make sure & let the problem be resolved as early as possible

                  Respected Sir,
                  There has been an erection of a pillar platform for a 3 phase transformer right next to my gate at the aforementioned address without my consent and prior intimation by the colony president or the electricity department. I strongly We live at 7 tombs now for proximity to work place reason. We have rented our place at the above address. Initially there were 2 failed attempts made by the colony authorities and electricity department to install the transformer. One had a huge fight and got it removed and the other demolished the pillar near his plot. Our tenant has gone out of station for 20 days. Seeing an opportunity the entire the colony authorities conspired to install the 3 phase transformer next to my gate without following the basic rules. I got to know only after the tenant had come back from vacation. When I visited the site on July 11, even before thinking of what needs to be done the colony authority people formed a group and arrived in front of my house and started arguing in a very rude way and even threatened me with 1. Will force me to sell my house in the colony and leave.
                  2. Will cut the power supply of my home.
                  3. They singled me out and threatened what can i do against the entire colony.
                  4. Even challenged for a fist fight against 50 people.
                  5. Warned the tenants to stay out of it and they too wouldn't be let stay.
                  I am a humble government employee in police service for over 30 years now. I do not want to take the law into my hand to demolish the platform as the other person did or fight hard against the rude people with political backing who have singled me out having no support from anyone or anywhere. I have built this only house in my entire service and is my retirement plan to live here. This conspiracy has extremely disturbed me. I have small children at home whose safety I can not risk.
                  Mainly the basic rules as stated below have not be followed either by the electricity department or the colony representatives
                  1. I was not informed about the advancement by neither the Electrical department or the colony.
                  2. A transformer has to be installed at a corner next to the open place but here it has been erected between two houses.
                  3. The neighbor has 200 Sq.ft of garden in the front and is least bothered about it, where as mine is a mere 120 Sq.ft. and it is next to my entrance gate.
                  4. The electric poles are installed on the other side of the road, I see no reason other than conspiracy against me to install the Transformer to the opposite side next to my house.
                  5. According to the Gram Panchayat colony layout 10% of the colony area has been allotted for community which can be utilized but not being used even when it has got empty space.
                  Who is to be held responsible for any unforeseen damages in future. I am deeply concerned that the smell of the Oil from the transformer effecting the health of our young ones. I am happy to help and in acceptance of the transformer being installed only if it is moved to the other end of my house, where there is a 2 way road instead in front of my main entrance. I am deeply hurt by the manner of work of the electrical department and the extremely rude words of the colony people.

                  I strongly oppose this unlawful erection of pillar platform and the conspiracy to install the transformer now and request the authorities to take due and quick action before the transformer is installed.

                    So I went to Lothukunta ERO office on 12/7/22 ..to make it correction. I informed to concern operators to make correct..
                    It was not corrected by 16/7.. again i went to Lothukunta ERO office.. they said it will corrected.. but till today it was not corrected..
                    Please take initiative to give right/ corrected power bill to make payment..
                    So please take necessary action to issue accurate bill.

                      It is causing nuisance, antisocial activities, accumulation of filth, scratching of vehicles etc. It is in front of main gate of gayatri apartments.
                      Kindly get the bulb fixed again. We're facing from last 2 months.

                        In nanakramguda, Hyderabad.. there is power cut of more than 8 hours daily. The power will go at night nd come at morning. If we call those electric office persons they will say 10mins. Today, yesterday, day before ystrday no power full night. It's disaster in day time. All power is supplied to commercial IT parks.. even villages has good condition in power supply..

                          I received a message on my phone today saying 'Dear customer, Electricity Bill for USC No.[protected] fir the month of Jun'16 is issued for Rs.7501. Please pay before[protected] TSSPDCL'.

                          I do not have any such connection and this wrong bill sent to my phone number is causing immense mental agony to me. I demand that you withdraw this wrong bill and apologize for such mistake causing me mental agony.

                            We have excessive power failures in Khajaguda (Prasanth Hills Colony near Darga, Landmark -Volkswagen workshop).Residents are facing a lot of inconvenience due to this.We've had power failures for around 9/10 hours and on calling up 1912 we are either told that it is maintenance work in progress or there is a problem which will take time however when this problem has been so persistent why the Electricity Department not taking any measure to resolve this issue.A single day doesnt go by when we have uninterrupted power supply.Seems like we are living in some village and not Hyderabad city.

                            We have been facing lot of inconvenience duento power failures on a daily basis.Informing the Electricity Department is not helping. We have spoken on a number of occassions to the AE for our area however doesn't seem to be helping infact the problem has become worse.The customer service representatives at 1912 are extremely insensitive and downright rude.The residents are not informed the reason for these power failures and what measures are being taken to put an end to this on going problem.

                            Please address this issue at the earliest.

I later came to knew that i had already paid bill on 12/05 i again paid today i. E on 31/05 with particulars inb/[protected]. I tried 2 contact tspdcl but line is busy. Hence i want a refund of amount 52.86

                                Hi, i'm a resident of indiranagar, gachibowli hyderabad. For about four months there has been a lot increase in long hours of power cuts in this area. Today (28th may'16) also we here are facing power cut since 6 am in the morning. Please look into this matter and rectify the situation since hyderabad is supposed to be one of the important working professional's hub in india. But if basic city needs like electricity and water are not available here, then these industrialisation and modernisation are nothing but two empty words.

                                  Since the heavy gales a week back, the power was restored but the voltage is fluctuating from 180 to 240 volts resulting in flickering of lights, speed variations in fans and water motors, fridges and ac' snot working. Also the voltage between two phases being 0 volts out of three, 3 -phase motor not working . Repeated calls to customer complaint cell did not result any one attending to the problem. The tree branches are obstructing wires and with a small breeze there are sparks at those places.

                                    What is the fuse off call office number for manikonda and puppalaguda areas. The number available on the internet seems to be online CUG numbers. So we are unable to connect to that number. 1912 service is real pain. No one responds even if I wait for minutes on the line.

                                    Very poor electricity supply. Every day there is current failure and we can not get on touch with fuse off call office. Not sure why is such fuse off call offices and contact numbers published of public cannot call them for inquiries.

                                    "TSSPDCL has been notified" message is OK... but where is the update or information which I requested. Is this forum being reviewed and updated in regular intervals. If not why have such a forum!!!

                                      I m syed muslim abbas abedi resident of dabeerpura.infront of my house there are three heavy electrical junction are there but know electricity department is installing another electrical junction this may cause into serious accident in near future beacuse in my area the water logging about most of the rainy season. Please look into my matter and reply me soon as soon as possible.
