We have purchase a Spice mobie Mi-514, and we have got to know that that Sim2 slot is not working in that so we have submit this mobile in spice centre on 9th june 2015 and after that we are not getting any information from service centre and when we called there customer care no.[protected], we got info that it is gone in spice lab for high level repair but the part required to change is not available so it took time, but till date...

Above problem is facing from last week. complaint already lodged and approached to service centres in CHANDIGARH AND HISAR, FATEHABAD but battery not available in market . Phone was purchased in DEC-2014.
It make me very sad and show the poor attitude of company toward consumers .
