We have purchase a Spice mobie Mi-514, and we have got to know that that Sim2 slot is not working in that so we have submit this mobile in spice centre on 9th june 2015 and after that we are not getting any information from service centre and when we called there customer care no.[protected], we got info that it is gone in spice lab for high level repair but the part required to change is not available so it took time, but till date we getting the same info from their only, no proper time line and commitment given, We have also mailed them at [protected]@smobility.in this mail id but no response, so please check and help us to provide our mobile or if the part is not available then they need to gave us new mobile.

    dear sir i m buying a smartphone before3 months, one day my mobile was not working that's why im going to your service centre at[protected] the service boy shivam phno.[[protected]] asking me that your mobile going to company becoz it is dead and giving me a time of 20-30 days after 25 days when i was calling to shivam he were asking me that 10 days are more taken and on that day he were always asking me that 10 days are more taken and today one and a half month later my mobile was not repaired so please help me.

      Above problem is facing from last week. complaint already lodged and approached to service centres in CHANDIGARH AND HISAR, FATEHABAD but battery not available in market . Phone was purchased in DEC-2014.
      It make me very sad and show the poor attitude of company toward consumers .

        I have purchase spice Mi-495 in 2013.Now the battery has been exhausted .I went to service center twice for purchaseing new battery but the executive said that there is no battery production from company.I told all this to customer care number of company but they also said the same thing, i also maild a complain to customer care mail id but all doesn't work.so should i throw this mobile, which i have purchased just 2 years before in 10, 000/- rupees

          Dear Sir/Madam, This is Sashadhar Kalia, a harassed customer of Spice Mobiles and of the seller HomeShop18. I had purchased a mobile SPICE MI551 from Home Shop18 which I received on 12 April 2015 vide order no.[protected].On receipt I found the phone defective as its screen was flickering and was of no use. I intimated the matter to the Home Shop 18. First of all they registered a complain but took no action. SO, I contacted Spice Care at Baripada, i.e.DRAUPADI MOBILE, Baripada, Mayurbhanj, Odisha-757001. I deposited my phone which was received by Spice Care at Baripada for a repair on 31st May 2015 even though I deposited it quite early vide SR No.18101168F50001. An SMS from Spice Care came to me to collect the phone within the next three days but unfortunately I received it towards the end of the month. But on receipt I FOUND NO IMPROVEMENT in my phone.So, again I gave it to Spice Care at Baripada 2 days after the receipt but YOU showed a receipt on 13th June 2015 vide SR No.18101168F60001. However till date I have not received the phone. Spice Care centre is also remaining closed most of the time. I have written many emails but of no use rather they are simply killing time.I asked them to replace my defective phone as it was a brand new defective phone and also I have warranty period. Kindly look into the matter and help getting my phone. I am attaching a copy of the order invioce and Spice Care job Sheet. Yours faithfully, Sashadhar Kalia

            After a minute i received a call from[protected] name as mohan. He told me that
            I am calling from spice customer care that your mobile is damage so that we are
            Reverting your money as per bill amount and ask all my bank detail. First i was
            Shocked that how can company immediately taking such nice step, i first oppose
            Him to give any information about bank detail but after he give me complaint no. ,
            Model no, and request me to take back my complaint against spice mobile. I had
            Given orally all detail but i found after deducting 2500 my money by payu money
            Gurgaon - pos 7007469, tranction no[protected], he asked my otp no, and again
            He told that your otp expired so please give again second time, he again did same
            Process and further deduct 2500 my money by payu money gurgaon - pos 7007469,
            Tranction no[protected]. As sbi sms received little late so i come to know very
            Late.
            I am complain to you because
            1) after registering about mobile repair at your spice website,
            Consumercomplaints. In> immediately call came.
            2) he told me all detail of bill and handset / model detail.
            3) now the question that how he come to know all confidential detail. You
            Have to explain this important information leak from your such website
            4) i once again request solve my mobile problem immediately, i think

              Respected Sir/Madam i had buy this mobile on 17 may 2015 and within one month create software problem, i submitted mobile on your service center on dated 12/06/2015 Contact person Imran shaikh. Today when i check status on your website the i got following reply Please find below the status for the Service Request No. 13101921f60056.i had purchase this mobile with lot of trust, and for long durability, i had also suggested some my friend, relative to buy the same company model handset. but i think my trust is not keep by your end. The company should give me standby handset how can i keep my day to day work without mobile. customer service should be first but now already week over i didn't got any reply or revert from customer service. If this type of model company is providing then how can on keep faith on it .                 i bought a spice mobile phone on 9th dec. 2014 and since last three months the mobile is not working properly . the customer care officer is charging more and more rupees but the result is same the phone is not working. i paid 7000 rs for the phone and i have been paid 1200 more for the repairing but the problem is same.

                  I purchased the spice mi 439 grey on 17. 08. 2014. It is in its guarrantee period. Its front speaker is not working. I went to shakarpur service centre where they rejected to repair it saying that because of moisture in air it has damaged and rejected and recommended me to go to some other service centre. He broke its initial seal. Then i went to karol bagh service centre where the incharge surprised me by saying that this speaker does'nt belongs to this model and belongs to some other spice model. I dont know which one is speaking the truth but i know that they are just reluctant to repair the mobile and just making excuses.
                  They just want to make money. I know that spice mobile cannot get damage just by moisture in air.
                  Please help me in this regard and punish these service centres.

                    Problem : Spice – Stellar 517 Grey, Handset not working properly from the dated I purchase. Invoice No. NITCDRH/DRH/04/2015/4628187 Date : 25/04/2015 Order No.[protected] Sub Order :[protected] CIN : U74899DL1995PTC072711 Courier Name : Gojavas Dear Sir/Madam, I purchase a mobile from you on dated 25/04/15 which was received by me on dated 31/05/15. After 10 days mobile screen become fade day by day, so I take my mobile to the service centre in Moradabad on dated 18/05/15 (complaint S.No. 24100822F50154), they told me that the mobile has a manufacturing defect it will goes to noida for repair. After 10 days on dated 28/05/15 mobile received after repair. Again after 10 days I face another problem that sometime my mobiles ringer not working & no sound coming from phone. So I again take my phone to the service centre in Moradabad on dated 25/06/15 (complaint S.No. 24100822F60212). On dated 27/06/15 they told me that your mobile has been repaired, I check my phone but the problem was not solved, I told him then they said that the mobile has a Hardware problem it will goes to noida for repair. Sir, my question is simple I spent 5000 Rs. For nothing because from the day I purchase this product from you I did not use it.

                    This is to inform you that my mobile is still in Spice service centre (Sr. No. 24100822F60215). Every time i email them on id - [email protected] & call them on customer care no. 18602001003 they told me to wait 6-7 days, after 40 days ( registered ref. no. 0400047404 ) they are not repairing my handset and no even replacing it. I also in touch with Homeshop18 customer care ( registered complaint no. 135096601, 137359987, 136988721 ) with email id - [email protected] & call them on. 0120-6189818 they also could not resolve my problem & every time they told me to wait 24-48 hrs. From last 20 days i am daily email them & calling them to resolve my problem, but they are taking it very lightly, so sir please take a strong step. thanking you.

                      Hi there, On 20th of May 2015 I booked a ticket at Cust. care of spice for Battery. I was told, I will be getting my battery within next 4-5 days but I have to pay for the battery as it is not coverd in warranty, I said OK, these were the words by their Cust. Executive. But nothing really moved and after 15 days I called up again and I was told I have to go to local Spice Service center personally for booking the ticket. On 9th of June 2015 I placed a request for battery at ( ASC Mobile Link ) Spice Service Center Jammu. Under Sr.No:09101637F60072. Today I made a call to Cust.care of Spice to know why is it taking so long to get battery and I am surprised to know these people are saying Sir you will be getting your battery by 20th of July 2015. where in already almost 2 have gone when request for battery is made. Spice is fooling people and not providing service for which they get business.After sales service is pathetic and I would say Spice cheated me on provide service.

                            sir my name is ashutoah chourasiya from bhopal (m.p).in 2013 last, i purchase the spice mobile 423mi model, and this year may 2015 its battery has gone down out of service.so i contact the customer care and go to the service center of spice for purchase a battery of my handset.but they say they have no battery for this set and company not manufacturing battery of this set so.i say what i do they say sorry sir you should purchase the new one.my question is that it is right ? only battery reason i should purchase new one ?and also my important data on phone memory which i lost because of that phone not starting.is that right for customer point of view and company not provide any some other salution for my problem.and its cellphone has a that type of battery that are not availlabe in the market.so iwhat i thought i lost my mobile and my important data, just because of that company not providing me the battery of my cell.spice i never exepect from you.

                              I bought the Spice Dream Uno in December and after 3 months o[censored]sage I inadvertently broke the charger pin. The very next day I took it to a service centre (Lashmi Telecom) at Sahapur, Kolkata. After examining the phone they asked me to deposit the phone and charged Rs. 600 for repairing of the same. After 20 days when I called them back they informed that my phone has been sent to Delhi for repair and now that the motherboard is also damaged so another Rs. 2000 will be charged. It was a bolt from the blue. How come the motherboard got damaged!!!??? I want to mention here that my phone still comes under the warranty service period. When I refused to give any more money the personnel threatened me to collect the phone immediately in ' as it is' condition otherwise they would not be responsible for any lose or damage of the said phone. After 2 days, when I again went to the service center they handed over me the phone without any refund of Rs. 600 which I paid in advance earlier. So I strongly suggest not to go for Spice mobiles.

                                I am pained to inform you that the new Spice mobile Model MI516 purchased by me started giving WIFI problem since the date of its purchase. I have given it two times to the local Service centre at Amritsar i.e. M/s. Spice Retail Ltd Shop No, .201, 2nd Floor, Sunrise Plaza, Cooper Road, Amritsar for its replacement with a new one, but the probem still persists. Last time I deposited the above faulty set with the local service centre vide Service Request No.19100043F60035 dated 5.6.15 with a request to replace the same with a new one, but today, I was surprised when the same set duly repaired was offered to me. I flatly refused to accept the same as I am feeling harassed since the date of its purchase due to its manufacturing defect. Under the above circumstances, I finally request you by this mail to replace the faulty set with a new one within six days from the date of this mail, failing which I shall be compelled to hand over the file to my Advocate to file complaint with District Consumer Forum for the claim of mobile value as well as damages suffered by me in addition to my complaints being filed by me to Akosha etc on line today itself. After that some charger socket problem occured and they have changed that @ free of cost. The Performance of the phone was VERY BAD. ie will switch off automatically, poor battery back up, Device is geting very hot while using, ear pain etc etc... The head sets are getting damaged 3 times (Purchased from Spice showrooms only). (I dont know why its happened. It may Spice quality... Blaming my self only for purchasing this). Now its touch pad broken (but it was in working condition) and given to your service centre after one week from this incident for replacing touch pad on[protected]. Job sheet no 3589. That time one more problem occurred, ie, its shutting down immediately after switching on. The service centre peoples checked the same and quoted Rs 1600/- for resolving the issues and said the stock is not available, want to order the same and will take 7 to 10 days. I have accepted the same and waited. After the specified time, i have contacted them. They said it has sent to company. The same thing is repeating again and again daily. Now I called your customer care and registered a compliant (No [protected]) also. Now I got transfer to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I am going back on 14th. So please do the needful to get my hand set ready and give back by 13th. If you can't please give back my hand set without repairing and with an explanation, why its delaying... Since the Spice is a reputed company, it should have the proper stock of spare parts. Or else u have to call back your products from Market. Its cause lot of mental agony and tensions, because I am a professional and have lot of official/personal use with a smart phone. Its too bad from Spice like a company. So I am planning for going to consumer court against the performance of phone and regarding the delay which happening from Spice's end. If you cant get it repaired before 13th, U can allot a new phone or give compensation for the same. I will purchase a new reputed brand.                                       I purchased an iPhone 6 from Spice Hotspot Connaught Place and it started malfunctioning. On taking the Authorised service centre (within 18 days of purchase), I was told that the mobile phone is tampered so they cannot cover it under warranty. On discussing with Spice, They sent me a mail saying it is not their responsibility as 48 hours have gone by after purchase. Cheated me my selling a tampered iPhone of Rs 54000.00 and I am left with a non working iPhone 6. Date of purchase is 28th June 2016.
