My spice mi 449 phone is having two problems which are as follow one is its tractor is not deactivated it charge1.30 rupee for change of sim or switch on n off phone. Second blues lines are coming on screen by opening camera, i went to services centre but not able to solve my problem . i want to resolve me problem soon as possible.

I buy Mobile Hand set ( Spice Mi-497, imei no [protected]) on dated 24 Nov, 2014 on 03 Feb 2015 this set gone dead and I submitted at service center shakarpur, Delhi. SR No 30100144F20038 . Problem is not resolved. service center resend this set again on dated 04 April 2015, SR No. 30100144F40102 again Problem not resolved resubmit by service center vide SR No. 30100144f40329 on 13 Apr 2015, problem not resolved again service center resend this mobile SR No 30100144f40451 on 29 april 2015 this set resend by service center on same job no. please resolve this problem

Purchase date -02/01/2015 spice phone -MI 517 IMEI NUMBER -[protected] Touch screen totally stopped with in 3 months of purchase one internal scratch on screen had while purchased from homeshop18 But due to which no any problem while functioning till date Spice authorised service centre -Perfect communication, odhav Ahmedabad deny to repair under warranty . Hi Sir. I am Vikas Kant from hapur (245101). I have bought a mobile spice mi 517. The have found some error in his speaker. I went to costumer service center They have deposit my handset[protected] and he says you can take this handset after three days. But today past 14 days. But My Handset did not repair till now and says its part is not available. This company is not good. You have not faith in this company. Its IMEI No. [protected]. I want say when this handset part not available why manufacturing this product. If this handset is not repair Please change and give me new handset. Please take this knowledge immediately. Sir I purchased spice stellar 501 on dated 9 march 2015 from homeshop 18 but after someday I have so many problems to use this phone i launch a complaint and visit to spice services centre but they says this phone is damaged by Moisture and not cover under warranty as I know it is never come with moisture it defiantly a manufacture fault. I have purchased a Spice mobile, Model no:M-59816 (M-IMEI no:[protected]) on 20/10/2014.After a few days o[censored]sage, the phone got hanged and was not working at all.I have given the mobile set to one of your authorised service center on 02/02/2015 and they told me that the product will be replaced(as it is within warranty). But after a few days they returned me the old phone without giving any solution.I have again submitted the mobile set to them on 09/02/2015 for a replacement .This time they have marked the product as 'Out of Warranty'.My concerns now are:1) A product purchased on October '14 has a warranty of 12 months.Then how can the service center mark it as 'Out of Warranty'?2)Moreover its been more than 2 months since I have submitted my handset.Till date I have not received any further communication from their side.Every time I poke them, they say that some more time is needed.I have called the Spice customer care number many times, but even they could not help me.I have been treated as a shuttle cock between service center & customer care.Finally on 20/04/2015, the customer care insists me on writing a mail to you.Please give a speedy solution to this as I will not wait any further.I have been harrased a lot for the replacement of the set.

I had given my phone(Spice Dream Uno mi-498) for servicing on 11th March 2015 at Shiv Enterprise. 25, Baghajatin Station Road, Kolkata. The problem by which the service centre submitted it was network problem and promised to give back my phone after ten to twelve days, yet I did not receive my phone after 14th April 2015. It has been over a month and whenever I call the service centre they say that it will be delivered in the coming two to three days.

My name is Chandresh Shah mobile no is [protected] this is regarding complain no [protected] / case # 2519 (file on 17th March 2015) I have purchased Spice stellar 518 Handset from Ebay on 5th March 2015 and received this piece from Ebay on 14th March 2015. This piece was Defective and touch was not working properly and also camera was giving problem. I subitted handset to service center on 17th March 2015. I have used this new handset only for for 4 days before submitting it to service centre. Now its 20 Days since submitting mobile and still not received it. Calling customer care they told me that you will have to wait for UNLIMITED TIME for service as there is no time frame. I brought mobile handset spice mi-535 from homeshop18 and after 2 month mobile battery got swelled. And service centre person refuses to change. And saying that there is no warranty or guaranty for mobile battery. Than sir what is my fault it may be manufacturing fault of battery or any other issue and i am not going to do any compromises there is only one possibility that is exchange of battery.
