I have submitted my mobile on 18th day May, 2015 for repairing my mobile at the collection center in Surat city (Gujarat), where I have been informed that my mobile is having a problem and I need to change the mother-board and will take about 10-15 days for repairing the same for which I have agreed upon. On dt : 25th May 2015 when we called to them center . Nobody recorded new complain for my mobile and executive informed us that we will receive our phone in next 4-5 days. On dt :[protected] day after giving my mobile I have just called for a formal inquiry to know the status of my mobile and the person in the customer care informed me that it will take about a month to repair for the same for which I have lodged a complaint in customer care service center but haven't received any response for it. On dt : 04/06/2015 I have spoke to the Liaison of surat customer care executive his name was Rohit and he was irresponsible person I have ever talked to on companies behalf. 1) The person who called himself as a Team Leader haven't provide me with his full name only introduced him as aka Rohit. 2) He haven't given me any opportunity to speak for my mobile in any manner and was talking to me in a very disrespectful manner and regards. 3) He haven't spoke to me in my well-verse language of English and forced me to speak in regional language which hindered me in communicating my problem to him very smoothly. Nevertheless the person not agreed to take his responsibility and told me that you can take any legal action against us. On dt : 08/06/2015 I called them and provided the same information again that your mobile will be delivered in 5-7 days. On dt : 12/06/2015 Your mobile will be delivered to you in 5-7 working days. On today dt : 18/06/2015 I am finding the same information that my mobile is repair for higher in authority for repair please wait for more 5-7 working days.

    Dear Team, This is to inform you that we are facing a major issue with your service center where our complaints are lying since more than 1 month and no one is bother about the cases. We have tried to contact your call center team and the service center team but as usual getting the same response that some more time will take to get the phone serviced. Customers are shouting on us and wanted a urgent resolution on the cases. Pity issues are stucked at your end, as Brand like Spice cannot even arrange a Display and a Charging jack to replace such incompetency shows how much you guys are sensitive about your goodwill and Market Reputation. I know I will not be receiving any response on this mail as usual but it’s an shameful and awful situation for you as an organization that you are not concerned and not have a courtesy to reply on our mails.         sir i purchased spice phon worth rs.5000 online.its screen got blank and colourful within 3 months.i gave it to service centre for repair.thry said it will be repaired within 21 days.its 25 days and i am calling them from last 4-5 days they are saying the part have not come yet from the company .then i called spice company they said call service centre.both are making fool of me.pls sir help me to get my phone as 25 days are gone and they are asking me to give 15 days more.pls sir help me out

                Call is being disconnected frequently, unusual sounds devloping at both end when call is in progress or just after call connected and droping, email is not working in gprs, but working in wi-fi mode.icon on Display is becoming unusual/hazzy.poor network.

                  Dear Sir/Mam,
                  I have made a Complain Regarding Spice Mobile Dated 21st May...Same Day a Person Call me from [protected]..He said that he is calling from Spice Delhi..He told that company will Refund the Amount Rs-5150/- ...And He asked me to carry a SBI ATM Card and ask to call his no infront of a ATM Counter..at 3 pm..

                  On 22nd May As per his Guideline I reached infont of ATM Counter and called him...But Nobody Picked the phone...I called at least 30-35 times to that no...At 4 pm I was back from there..

                  Again Next Day(23rd May) I called several time to that no, , But nobody picked, , and around 1pm..My no is BlackListed by them.. Again I called them by an different no..A person picked the phone ...I Expained him Again the Full Matter...He said that he Received the mail...And He commited that due to Server Issue they Unable to generate the transaction ID...He told that if possible they can call back on same day within 7pm...Or They proceeed and call me on Monday (25th May)within 10 am ..

                  But Still Now Neither they call me or nor they picking my phone...

                  I was very much Frustrated with Spice all Service and departments and Employees activities and attitude...

                  I shall be Highly Obliged if you take care my issue, , and try to Resolve the issue...

                            with reference to my above said mobile set it is stated that i had bought the above set on[protected] through home shop 18 but exactly after 14 months from buying date it stopped functioning suddenly showing over screen ENCRYPTION UNSUCCESSFUL and when contacted service centre it was kept around one & half months without resolving the issue. first it was said it is a software issue then said hardware issue and told to me that board has to be changed and u have to pay rs. 2500- 3000/- since it is out of warranty..n even after that they could not repair it.and finally i took the phone back since it was not worth paying this much without any further warranty. i spoke to home shop 18 and filed one complaint to akosha with complaint ticket noi.2713922..they said n replied to resolve the issue with u stating me to find out my job sheet no.against imei no.[protected] whether actually the service centre had done anything about this phone. since in this connection it is my side that whether the is made to work till the warranty period only or can we place any faith against yr product. hence kindly cooperate n resolve my issue. thanks regards deepak kumar pandey. mob. no.[protected]

                              Dear Sir/Mam, I had purchased a mobile hand set from spice mobile (Spice Hot spot) Kondali delhi-96, on the month FEB-2015, but with in two month i got some problem in my cell phone that's why i went to spice service center at laxmi nagar delhi-110092 on dated-30/04/2015, at customer service center person was told me it will take 10-15 days, but again i was visited there at laxmi nagar spice service center on ( date-14/05/2015) but service center engineer said it will take another one month. where as the service time period maximum day is 21 days.                                 I have bought spice mobile MI-504 on 15-June-2014 from hotspot. There was a problem in its display. I have submitted my mobile to spice authorised service centre at Gurukul Technology, Khajori Khas, Opp.Bhajanpura Bus Stand, New Delhi on dated 11-Apr.-2015, which service request no. is 30101901F40285. They told me that it will take 10 days, but now it is one month over, I am unable to get my phone. Whenever I have called up your customer care, they give me always repeated words it will take more 5 days time for delivery. Customer care reference no. is [protected] I don’t know, ‘what are they repairing in my cell from last five weeks’. If this mobile is not repair Please change and give me new mobile or refund my entire amount.

                                Dear Sir / Mam,

                                I am utterly disappointed with the apathy I witnessed in Spice mobile's service network and after sales support. It seems that indeed all the claims made by your after sales service network are nothing more than tall claims and once you sell a mobile to an unsuspecting customer, your service network doesn't care at all about the harrowing experience they have to go through to get their mobiles repaired and even after weeks of waiting the repairing center tricks the client by returning them the same malfunction mobile.

                                This is exactly what I went through when I deposited my mobile (which was in warranty period) at a spice authorized service center at Gurukul Technology, Khajori Khas, New Delhi on 11th April 2015. The service center took forever to repair the mobile giving no clear time line for its delivery and only when I approached your client support through the same mail, the service canter people informed me after a months time that the mobile was repaired.

                                I was shocked to see that they were duping me by returning me the mobile with the same display problem as I had submitted a month earlier and when I raised my concern the service center person hurled disrespectful comments at me saying " he doesn't care about spice company's client support as they don't pay enough and he and would switch to nokia support any time he wishes". Its only after when I tried to calm him down he was ready to accept the mobile once again for repairs and said it would take 'indefinite time ' to repair it this time as well.

                                After giving much thought and consulting my legal aid, I have decided to raise this incidence of manhandling and mental torture by your service network and your comapny at an appropriate forum and I have decided to make it a point to follow up this matter till closure since Its high time now that you people stop taking your clients for granted and you must pay up the loss of time and months of agony you put your clients through.

                                I am still offering your firm a last chance to settle this matter and the only feasible way out I see is that your company either replaces the mobile or return the full amount I paid for the mobile and I would suggest you to make up your mind about the afore mentioned choices since I would initiate required actions from my side in 3 days from now.

                                  I buy a Spice Mi-516... But faces following problems. 1. I cant save any download files in my Sd card where is a lot of free space, if I try to download any think in my SD card downloads fails autometically, So I have only my phone memory to download any files which is only 900mb. please give me solution. 2. When I manually try to update software is shows no network connections but I have a active WIFI connection. so how can I update Software? 3. During Playing game CPU gets too hot.

                                    I SUBMITTED MY SPICE MOBILE (MODEL NO.349 ) OF SPICE SERVICE CENTER IN ALLAHABAD OF 16th MARCH 2015. MY COMPLAIN NO.IS 24101629F30241 . WHEN I CALL SPICE CUSTOMER CARE THEN HE SAYS TO ME YOUR MOBILE IS REPAIRING AT THIS TIME AND YOU WILL GET AFTER 7 DAYS.BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE AFTER 30 DAYS WHEN I CALL SPICE CUSTOMER CARE HE REPEAT ABOVE SENTENCE. I HAVE 5TIMES CALL THE SPICE SERVICE CENTER BUT HE WAS NOT DISPATCH MY MOBILE. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I DO? AND HELP ME TO GET MY MOBILE. REGARDS RAJESH KUMAR SINGH MOBILE NO..                                       sir purchased mi 504 from homeshop 18 on26/2/14vid invoice no.TARA1229750. set was u/s in last week of dec 14 .given for repair Ak Ajad road Rehabari guwahati on17/1/15.set was received after repair on 23/02/15.next day again given back to same service center as many function were not proper. i received set with intermittent on/off and multiple lining on screen.complained to homeshop also approached again many time to service center but of no use .again approached to other service center at as previous service center stopped as spice service center. mean while warranty period expired. please provide servicing of set with in the warranty term as long time has taken for repair period and no satisfactory servicing was given .                                         Hi, Please note that I have submitted my SPICE Phone MI-509 in Spice customer care on dtd 30.03.2015 and at the time of acceptance they told me that same will be delivered to you with in a week. After that I have called up your customer care and they have again give me 06 days time for delivery. Now when I am checking my phone status I am getting same already send for repair in hight level . Now I wants to tell today is 26th and after 26th Day same reason is appearing. Now tell me who will pay the loss and why my phone is not providing timly. As per the customer centre the damage part is not available then why same is not informed by CS. Also It is under warranty and my question is simple only why it is not replaced yet. Regards Mitesh.
