Hello Team, I bought a Spice Steller 439 in December'14 end and found that handsfree's 1 ear is not working. I handed over it to Spice service center in Indore on 6th Jan'15 with SR # 12100070F10143 for replacement. I have been visiting them and calling them but my new handsfree has not arrived yet. It has been about 2 months but they are still saying it will come and so on. Regards. Pawan Patidar

        i am manish seth from bathinda punjab. i have buy spice mobilesteller501from home shop18. nad after one day the phone switchoff automaticaly. i was complaint in spice custmor care so many time but there is no responce from ur side. custmore care said there is no service centre in batinda and ur going another city where is our spice service centre. why should i go to the another city from my exp. its ur liabality to solve our problem. if there is no reponce should i go to the consumer court. and i reqest to all people who want to buy spice mobile plz plz do not buy its totaly waste o[censored]r money nd waste o[censored]r time.

While purchasing, your salesman has assued that as per the Samsung PayTM offer, i will receive Rs. 4500 worth of PayTM wallet over a period of 6 months.             i purchased spice mobile on last feb 14 and its battery was bulge out in jun 14 and i have done complaint in panjim service center within warrant period where he raised the defect report but till now i didnt get my battery replacement. and due to that my back shell cover also got damaged and its display is Malfunctioning. one thing is sure that i didnt get any response from the company side after doing many complaints to service center . iam attaching a photo . Please look into it.

Customer Helpline:[protected] SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT Dear Mr. I have purchase a Spice mobile set MI-508 on NITCDRH/DRH/10/2014/3166884 dated[protected] from Homeshop 18.At the time of purchase, I have found my touch panel is not working properly. Then I inform to homeshop to replace the product. But the problem is solved.After 3 month the problem is coming again. then I submit this to service vide request no. 24101491F10153 dated[protected] & the executive says the Mobile is repaired within 7 days. After 7 days, I contact to customer care, the executive says it takes 15 days. After 15 days, I contact to customer care, the executive says it takes 21 days. After 21 days, I contact to customer care, the executive Mr. Shahrukh, Ms. Shreya Ms, Anita & the most of senior Mr. Shankar says it takes more 15 days. Then i say, if you can take my set for 1 month, plz provide my mobile & extend the warranty for one month.The CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES says its not possible.Mr. Shankar the senior of all the CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES .                 Dear Sir,
                I have purchased Spice MI-525 mobile handset against invoice No. TARA1124236 on 29 January 2014(Seller's TIN No. [protected], Seller's CST No.[protected]).From the date of purchasing this handset is not working properly and I have to submit it for repairing to service centre 6 times. But I did not get satisfactory solution of my problem and after every repairing this handset was malfunctioning. This takes too much time for repairing since purchasing. Now again I have to submit my handset to service centre due to this repetitive problem. I am getting mentally harassed and need replacement of the handset. I am following this matter continuously through email and phone.

                  sir, Spice mobile phone Model MI-600 has been purchased by me in the month of September 2014. IMEI1/MEID1 [protected] and IMEI2/MEID2 [protected] In the month of december, the following problem has happened in the mobile. 1. For the incoming calls, what people are speaking in the other end, i am hearing but they could not able to hear what i am speaking. 2. Touch is not working properly 3.On -off button is sometimes not working and sometimes working. Then it is handed over to service centre M/s S.R Technologies, Marathahalli, Bangalore. While recieving the mobile, i observe the following abnormality 1. three places in the outer frame silver paint is not available. 2. Two scratch also found in the frame. 3. Screen guard is removed and one plastic paper has pasted. Because of one week non-availability of mobile, it is very difficult to get the contacts information. So, it is received by me in the evening and checked in the next day because of less battery charge. While checking the mobile, I observed the following . 1. While selecting the phone number, auto dialler is stopped message has come. 2. it is very difficult to switch - on the mobile, automatic switch off found after very few minutes. once again, it is given to the same service centre for problem rectification. After servicing second time, i observed in the service centre that almost silver paint is not available on the frame and gum is showing inside the display and glass lamination has coming out . so, i didn't receive the mobile hand set.During this period, for contact purpose, one low end version mobile also purchased by me.waste of money and waste of time.                       Dear sir/Madam I am using the SPICE POPKORN PROJECTOR mobile handset since many years. It is in good condition.The charger cable of which is damaged now.                           dear sir/madam, I have submit my spice handset at your shakarpur service centre on 17/12/2014 and paid Rs.850/-cash. handset model no. is MI-436. My handset status that time is dead position. Today i have received handset but i saw my handset is full changed. I have check his IMEI no. sticker of handset is ok but phone IMEI is different. colour of handset is different. somebody of service centre persion used this handset. Many contacts and messeges find me this handset. I requested you pls check the other IMEI no. of this handset and pls inform me. Display of handset is very bad conditions and many water marks in behind this handset. Kindly help me and give me better service. I have given you both original IMEI no. below.                             I have submitted my phone on 23/12/2014 with service request no[protected]ec0185.

                            I got message on 24/01/2015
                            "" dear customer - your handset with sr no[protected]ec0185 is repaired and ready for delivery to you.Kindly collect within next two working days.""

                            When i reached 0n 28/01/2015 to your service centre to collect my phone there was server down and they didnt give my phone.

                            When i call today to your service centre they replied . They received my phone in dead condition and it will take one more week to repair.

                              model no.MI-450 battery is dead in just six months and I am running after it since six months but icould not found it.I spend my half months salary for the spice mobile Rs.5500.00 and I am in situation of AA Bail Mujhe Mar in the eyes of People Around me for purchasing of SPICE MOBILE.

                                I have spice android one.They said latest lollipop update will be available before any other devices but till now no updates as many of the other devices got lollipop update.Also lollipop was released last year... They just says this word for sales of the product only.This makes cusmoters fool...Take action against this company...

                                  i have bought spice mi-506 cell phone in 27-08-14 and is very bad cell phone... i have submitted it third time in the spice care center for service.. i am realy very upset coz of that they just dont take proper steps and keep the cell for more than a month with them. am thinking to file a complaint against this in the consumer court for this..

                                        I'm using Spice QT58 mobile from couple of years and eventually it battery got dead.I enquired for a new one from market but i wasn't able to find a new one.So i contacted spice care on 3 dec 2014 asking for a new one.They gave me a complaint number([protected]) and told me that i will get a new one within a week.I'm contacting them after interval of time but i'm not getting a satisfactory response.When i called them last week, the behaviour of senior executive was so rude.It was not acceptable to me.So i want you to look into the matter and help me solve my problem as my phone is nearly dead without battery.
