I along with my family were travelling from delhi to srinagar on 26th of feb in flight no. Sg937 and pnr no. Jeepwk. When i received my luggage one of my travelling bag was totally damaged we informed one of your spicejet staff member regarding the incident he took the photographs and tolds we will get the call but till now we didn't get any response. On 3rd march i talk to customcare and he gave me your email address under the complaint no.02012085.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as immediate as possible.

    Flying from kolkata in sg 264, i was shocked to be asked extra rs. 1000/- as handling charges. My wife being a performing artist and we fly across a number of airlines (Incl spicejet, from varanasi in month of feb 18) and cities.

    This is the first time we have been charged. This is clearly a discriminatory action against musicians and artists. Even after charging, airlines absolves themselves of any damages, etc.

    Such adhoc charges must be refunded and made sure that musicians and artists are not charged when they are within airlines scheduled weight limit.
    Plz refund my money to travel in date of 18 Nov 2017 my mob no is [protected] .my journey date 19nov 2017 .my amount is 5200 will payment is my credits card .plz check the detail and kindly refund my money .

      We have booked an air ticket for mum-patna route on[protected] thru online (2 adults, 1 infant) for rs.13320/-. On travel day (03.03.2018) while we reached airport counter they informed that infant had passed 2 years and 3 months, so he need a full ticket. For that ticket they charged rs.12500/-. So this is very unfair by these flight companies acting towards customers. They charged this much huge amount for a 2 years and 3 months old child very cruelly.
      I believe our government should look on such matters by these air line companies doing. These are very unfair.

        I am totally disappointed with the staff of spicejet at surat airport, As per the pnr no-AYRQ5Q, Flight was on 20.15 on 2nd March18 & due to huge traffic jam in surat city, my son & my wife reached at airport by 19.30 hrs. & still was there on airport but airport staff was not in mood to get them board on flight SG-824 ( Surat to DELHI). I request to authority to take action against the staff .
        i am so disappointed i will never book flight with spicejet.

          I’m ubaid i want to say that i book the flight under prn#p832rp., my flight timing was 10:45 and i was before 1 hour there and when i reach to front disk. The representative don’t allow me to go, and she me to different places regards this..
          I ask her that i was in que at 10 o clock she said boding is closed. Now i need refund

            I had left my bag in the airport which i got back but few things were missing my box of chocolates and when i asked them they told they don’t keep ‘food’ items more than 24he’s. But i did not know that sleepers also get stale and they took them off.
            Basically the things the liked they took off and kept it the rest they gave it to me. Is this how you protect or train your staff to handle it with other people’s things
            Didn't you try to contact airline and airport authorities?

              Below are my flight details for which i was carrying handbag and laptop total of 11kg. I was being charged 1200 rs for 4 kg extra baggage, which is wrong.
              I tried to explain the spicejet person that i am carrying laptop and it's accessories in the same baggage as of the hand bag for which simply 7 kg for hand bag and around 4 kg of laptop bag would weigh... But there was nothing she was ready to listen and understand...

              I want my money back. Please stop cheating customers their hard earned money.

              If i am not paid back i shall take this matter to the extent it needs to be taken to this loot of money that spicejet is making.

                I am s. Venkatarao
                My uncle is suffering from paralysis and undergoing treatment at keral ina private hospital. I have to stay along with him for 3 days from 24th march to 26 th march..

                But i have wrongly booked return journey ticket from cochin to hyd for 26-2-18 instead of 26-3-18.

                Hence i request that my ticket may be changed from 26-2-18 to 26-3-18 (Or even 27-3-18 any time)

                  Sg 473 flying from delhi to surat has been delayed due to tyre getting punctured? Are they even serious about it? Flight maintenance has to be check before 3-4 hours of departure. Passengers who are traveling do have their important work to catch up and everything scheduled unlike you people. There are other round trips too that they have to catch up. It is very unethical from the spicejet. Zero customer value. It’s not first time somehow or other it is always running late by some minutes and today it has been delayed for 1 hour and 15 mins. Everything has been messed up and my company will get really bad effect due to this silly thing!
                  So awful of spicejet.
                  Not recommending anyone to fly with spice jet.

                    I had a spice jet flight today from pune to bangalore the flight time was at 6:00 am i had reached airport around 5:30. I am totally aware of the reporting time, but there was a genuine reason for the delay. Still there were 30 min for flight to take off. I tried my best, requested so many times to the staff member but they don't even tried to help me, they directly denied saying all is your fault. I dint really single call from the authorities to notify about flight considering its standard procedure.

                      Hi all, i booked a flight on 18/02/2018 @11:30 am (Pnr: ndy2gn) from hyd to vij. Flight was supposed to leave at 13:05 pm. I reached airport at 12:25 waiting in line to check-in, my turn came by 12:30pm and was told i was late to airport. I told i have got still 35 minutes of time but still was not allowed and was told that flight was rescheduled at 12:50pm. When i asked they didn't respond to me properly, even via mail they just replied that i was late to airport, which is completely irrelevant unless i was to be informed with rescheduling details. Now i lost all my money for doing nothing.

                        Had an horrrific experience while travelling from surat to kolkata today... Flight#sg 877... The ground staff are poorly trained and misbehaved... And extremely unprofessional... Pathetic management... It looks like a bunch of interns with no clue what to do are trying to run the place hence the frustation and worst part is they take their frustation out on the passengers with no respect to senior citizens also... Pathetically trained staff... With this experience i dont think me or my family will ever choose spice jet again definitely not from surat... And if this goes unchecked soon word will spread and spice jet will be a company of the past...

                          I travelled from surat to delhi through spice jet sg428 on 19 Feb 2018 ..and on arrival I got my bag broken which happen due to badly treated by spice jet staff with my bag.due to it even I can't hold it proper .that was a really bad experience with spice jet ..how could I refer spice jet to any one if this kind of things happening .its really bad .spice jet charged high like standard service but treated like poor low class service

                            I had my most pathetic, horrible travel experience ever in my life today.
                            Being a hospitality professional i haven't ever imagined that behaviour of the check-in staff could be so inhuman & unprofessional. They made me feel like i did a big crime that i have chosen spicejet to travel. They forced me to pay rs. 3000 for an excess weight of 2 kg in my cabin luggage. They asked me to put cabin luggage in check-in luggage as the kind of cabin luggage i was carrying is not allowed however i travelled with a couple of airlines already with this cabin luggage. I requested them to put this in checkin luggage but adjust the weight and take additional weight charges. But they were so rude and stick to their decision that finally i had to bring another cabin luggage from my home to check-in. I have never seen in my life such unprofessional & rude behaviour with guest/customer. You people just proved that cheap price is equivalent to inhuman behaviour, worst service & hospitality!!!
                            I had paid 2500+6500+13500+25000 so they are saying that your training will be start at 30/April/2018 they saying that the many will be refundable at training is this real or fake I don’t know

                              The air hostess named mousmi did major mishanding of my fragile bag by pushing bags in the empty space near my bag in the cabbin. The way she was trying to fit the luggage was very rough and i warned her to stop the same as my bag had fragile items. The flight is about to start. Once i get down i will check if something is broken or damaged for which i will file claim to spice jet. The air hostess needs to be trained to handle cabbin luggage.
                              Very bad behavior of the hostess.

                              Traveled on 3rd march from international airport mumbai to hyderabad by 3am flight. 7 passengers were not allowed even when the coach was waiting outside. Gate closed by 2.35am. On enquiry 10% additional booking is allowed by air port authority of india. On early morning flights some marketing people with jet privilege offer stops passengers after taking boarding pass. They waste the time of passengers by taking email id and mobile numbers etc. Just near to the boarding pass area . Many passengers going to other destinations had the same experience. At least 15 of them were in que at the boarding pass area at 2.45 am when we went back to counter to ask for tickets. Initially demanded 21000 for tickets. As passengers created problem arranged tickets in 7am flight to hyderabad. All o[censored]s enquired about our baggage and we were assured that it will reach hyderabad in the same flight. None o[censored]s got the baggage and was told that it will be sent in the address. Frustrating experience with spicejet.

                                Pnr-eehl3u, trip id:[protected], ticket no-eehl3u, flight: spicejet sg3219 ccu-ixs traveller: debabrata das (Seat no. 20a).
                                Complaint detail: while approached to counter no.5 (About 1100hrs) for issue of boarding pass, the gentleman there (Counter-5) measured my luggage and then my hand baggage. My hand baggage weighs more then permitted limit. The counter man opened the seal of x-rayed luggage and made me bound to put the excess unxrayed luggage from my hand baggage to the luggage and charged rupees one thousand two hundred (Rs.1200/-) for extra weight of 4kg. He did not issue any receipt for that. Astonishingly, he passed the luggage in the belt without x-ray and unsealed. The matter was witnessed completely by both the ladies of counter 4 and 6 (As there was no rush in those counters). The second harassement happened during boarding inside the plane as they found the seal of luggage is broken. They made me bound to open all the cotents of the bag and check physically and then allowed me to board.
                                My questions are (I) how the gentleman at counter no 5 can put unxyayed goods to luggage breaking the seal of luggage, (Ii) why he denied to issue any receipt of money paid by me (I have the bank slip only), (Iii) how the luggage is put to belt without sealing, (Iv) is it not dangerous from the point of security?
                                I forgot to get the name of the counterman as i was in a hurry and rather puzzuled what to do. The gentleman can be identified by the time mentioned. The matter can be confirmed by the ladies in his either sides, who were also alerting him for the time of flight approaching. It can also be confirmed by the groundman who were checking the bag during boarding to the plane. I request the spicejet authority to deal the matter seriously.                                   My Baggage got delayed and damaged PNR -AG6TSR
                                  I travelled from Dallas to Dubai with Emirates and next connecting flight from Dubai to Pune with Spice Jet. This connection is offered by Emirates to me.
                                  When I reached Pune on 4th Feb I got to know that my baggage is delayed because of some reasons.
                                  When I booked PIR with Spicejet in Pune office. they were not ready to accept even the baggage claim. after lot of followup I received my baggage on 4th day.
                                  When I checked baggage it was damaged and my trolley bag was without wheels on it. those where broken.
                                  I filed complaint to Spice Jet customer experience immediately for the compensation for damaged to my trolley bag and also delay of the baggage.
                                  Emirates told me as per International air transport regulations your last connection is Spice jet and they are responsible for accepting claim and process it related to any baggage delay or damage.
                                  Spice is not ready to accept the claim and provide me compensation of (INR15000) which I am claiming for all trouble I have suffered with.

                                    While checking in at dubai airport for flight to mumbai on 4th february, 2018, the flight number was sg-014 and pnr was nf3ntx at 01:55 am, i saw there were many small boards that says "for hand in bag, any excess baggage or weight will be charged at rs.60 per kg". There was no mention of charges also in the official website of spicejet for extra weight of hand bag and cabin bag, only maximum weight was mentioned.

                                    Usually the boarding gate closes 20mins before the scheduled flight. However, the boarding gate opened only at 1:45am. There was no announcement about the delay of the flight. They had started checking weight of cabin bags. We all are very much aware about the rules for maximum weight of baggage. However, it is also duty of the airlines to provide us correct information about the hefty charges for excess weight. All the passengers of the flight had complained that we were mislead by false information provided in the check in area. The board clearly said rupees 60, they actually charged us dhirams 60.

                                    After only ten minutes, the "final call" was made at 01:55am, thus creating panic mode among the passengers. I also repeatedly asked the officials whether it was in rupees 3 times and they said yes. When i finally paid and received the reciept slip, i found out that it was in dhirams and ended up paying rs5200 (300 dhirams), which is too much "60 dhms per one kg". When i questioned them this, they replied me so rudely that you do whatever you want, either board the flight or miss the flight by wasting your time and arguing. It was a clear case of cheating. I had no option but to board the flight. This is one of the smartest scams i have ever encountered in my life. By resorting to cheap tickets to attract us to book this ticket and in the end, charge us hefty in other way.

                                    Above all, the services provided by the airlines were very poor.
                                    I have made Journey on 21/01/18 from Portblair to New Delhi Via Spice Jet Airlines . I have Booked Three Window Seat but one window seat was covered So, airlines is requested to refund the one window Seat Charges
