My Baggage got delayed and damaged PNR -AG6TSR
I travelled from Dallas to Dubai with Emirates and next connecting flight from Dubai to Pune with Spice Jet. This connection is offered by Emirates to me.
When I reached Pune on 4th Feb I got to know that my baggage is delayed because of some reasons.
When I booked PIR with Spicejet in Pune office. they were not ready to accept even the baggage claim. after lot of followup I received my baggage on 4th day.
When I checked baggage it was damaged and my trolley bag was without wheels on it. those where broken.
I filed complaint to Spice Jet customer experience immediately for the compensation for damaged to my trolley bag and also delay of the baggage.
Emirates told me as per International air transport regulations your last connection is Spice jet and they are responsible for accepting claim and process it related to any baggage delay or damage.
Spice is not ready to accept the claim and provide me compensation of (INR15000) which I am claiming for all trouble I have suffered with.

    While checking in at dubai airport for flight to mumbai on 4th february, 2018, the flight number was sg-014 and pnr was nf3ntx at 01:55 am, i saw there were many small boards that says "for hand in bag, any excess baggage or weight will be charged at rs.60 per kg". There was no mention of charges also in the official website of spicejet for extra weight of hand bag and cabin bag, only maximum weight was mentioned.

    Usually the boarding gate closes 20mins before the scheduled flight. However, the boarding gate opened only at 1:45am. There was no announcement about the delay of the flight. They had started checking weight of cabin bags. We all are very much aware about the rules for maximum weight of baggage. However, it is also duty of the airlines to provide us correct information about the hefty charges for excess weight. All the passengers of the flight had complained that we were mislead by false information provided in the check in area. The board clearly said rupees 60, they actually charged us dhirams 60.

    After only ten minutes, the "final call" was made at 01:55am, thus creating panic mode among the passengers. I also repeatedly asked the officials whether it was in rupees 3 times and they said yes. When i finally paid and received the reciept slip, i found out that it was in dhirams and ended up paying rs5200 (300 dhirams), which is too much "60 dhms per one kg". When i questioned them this, they replied me so rudely that you do whatever you want, either board the flight or miss the flight by wasting your time and arguing. It was a clear case of cheating. I had no option but to board the flight. This is one of the smartest scams i have ever encountered in my life. By resorting to cheap tickets to attract us to book this ticket and in the end, charge us hefty in other way.

    Above all, the services provided by the airlines were very poor.
    I have made Journey on 21/01/18 from Portblair to New Delhi Via Spice Jet Airlines . I have Booked Three Window Seat but one window seat was covered So, airlines is requested to refund the one window Seat Charges

        I booked tickets for this airline from kolkata to hyderabad bearing flight no sg 846 2050, i came 2.5hrs before the scheduled time and requested the staff to give me a window seat, but he refused to give me the same and gave me the side seat, i requested them again with my valid point of argument that i reached 2.5hrs before the scheduled time of take off, but still they told me that there is no window seat available, this was very surprising for me because i boarded many flights but none of them refused me a window seat, but for this spicejet flight i am highly disappointed and sad with the staff behaviour and i ensure myself that in future i will never board this flight and i will also recommend people's i know not to board this flight.

          This is regarding flight tickets of my wife and I to and fro from Maldives (Bangalore to Male in Maldives on 8th Feb 2018 and Maldives to Bangalore on 11th Feb 2018). Details as below:

          Due to the unforeseen hostile political conditions wherein the state of Maldives has declared National Emergency and high alert, Indian government has strictly advised Indian nationals to cancel any planned visits to Maldives considering the high safety risk for the citizens (link of a news article and quoted text as below). We had a conversation with a Spicejet customer service associate yesterday and he confirmed that the tickets will be cancelled and the full refund will be processed in this situation. He routed us to send an email to your email ID. Request you to help cancel the flight tickets and refund us the entire money considering the hostile political situation in Maldives.

            I had bought spice max for my flight from pune to dubai for extra legroom seat charges were rs.1200. Due to change in flight the seat charges are now the normal seats and the charge per seat is rs. 450. I had reserved these seats as my parents are elderly. There is no update to me on refund and change in seats. No help from calling customer care too.

              On dated 02 feb 18, i have blocked a seat telephonically in flt no. Sg3219 from ccu to ixs for 12 feb in defence quota. A pnr no. (Lceg2n) was generated against this booking and i assure to pay it next day on 03 feb 18 at spice jet counter at silchar airport. Bt on dated 03 feb 18 in morning hrs i received a call from spice jet cc that the booking made for me was incorrect as there is no availibility of seat in defece quota in same flt n date.

                On 11th january 2018 my wife mrs arti chhetri and my daughter ms raveena chhetri was suppose to travel from guwahati to silchar at 11.55am by sg3214 with ticket bearing pnr number ug39vh, which get cancelled but your staff at guwahati airport did not respond well and also didn't arranged for other options to fly. Due to which my wife and daughter suffered a lot and wasted time and financially. Hope you will do needful and reply positively.

But when i reached dubai airport strip was missing and when i checked my luggage my cash was missing. I lost my cash aed 5000/- from my baggage.                     I took the 1:10 pm spicejet flight sg 623 from kolkata to bagdogra yesterday the 1st of feb, 2018. The girl at the luggage check-in counter insisted that i buy the "spice-max" for an extra rs. 600. Being hesitant i still bought the package because it included free food and extra legroom. I was served a chicken sandwich and now i'm stuck in siluguri when i was supposed to be on my way back to gangtok now because i got food poisoning because i was served a bad sandwich. I have had to use the toilet more than 15 times overnight. I cant go to gangtok even today because where am i going to go when enroute in a vehicle... I'm just stuck in a room in siluguri.

                      Delay of your flight no-sg742 pnr no-e9rc2t dates as on 12 jan-2018 i missed the other flat which is oman air flight no-wy-246 pnr no-kvzokh and i contact with you ticket counter and brief him but the did not respond... So i take other ticket and came to dubai. So again take ticket for my pocket dated as on 14th jan-2018 flight no-6e-55 and pnr no-sd8fym and which amount is rs.10617/- so i need back this amount. Find the attached ticket and boarding pass.

                        We have booked our tickets for port blair flight no sg608 for vacation. When we approached the counter for acquiring boarding pass at spice max to our utter shock right from porter to the counter person reminded us this is spice max counter ever though we have booked our tickets for privileged customer. The very purpose has been defeated and we are pubilcally insulated. They should have gone through our tickets first then give the desired service however we are repetatedly reminded for spicemax desk. This is not acceptable for a senior citizen of india and ever after paying legitimate fare for the travel. The concern staff must be taught to handle the traveller properly

                                I booked flight from chennai to dehradun via delhi connecting with date of journey 25-jan 2018 in spice jet pnr is y8c5hp with following detail:-

                                Sg 104 chennai departure 7:00am to delhi arrival 9:45am.
                                Than connecting flight from delhi to dehradun
                                Sg 124 delhi departure 11:45 am to dehradun arrival12:35 pm.
                                Chennai to delhi flight was on time but my connecting flight from delhi to dehradun was delayed by almost 5 hour and airlines didn't provide us any food meal and accommodation airlines started boarding at 04:00pm but the flight took off at 05:00pm because of delayed flight i suffered alot as i was travelling with my wife and two year son it was a horrible experience and it ruin my whole day and my further plans and as per dgca revised norms effective from 01 august 2016 domestic airlines have to pay rs 10000/- per passenger if the flight is delayed by more than 2 hrs my hdfc credit card number is [protected] through which i booked my ticket you can refund my compensatory amount to the same credit card account.

                                Indpendence sale is fraud by spicejet the price is very much higher i request aviation ministry to look into the matter all the tickets shows with higher amount pls take this matter to ministry levels as in website it shows diffrent amount i would like spice jet to look into tje matter seroiusly as booking is not done

                                  I traveled from dubai to mumbai on 26th jan 2018 by spice jet airline sg14, my pnr is vcyqmd, as per the airline baggage allowance, 30kg check-in & 7kg cabin baggage is allowed, while at check-in counter they weighted check-in baggage and accepted the weight as per allowance, but did not weight cabin baggage to inform customer if for any overweight baggage they carry in hand, now once every passenger pass through the immigration and at the boarding gate during boarding the airline, they strictly checked weight of every cabin baggage and trapped every passenger in a position to force them to pay extra baggage weight or else reduce the weight, which for them is strange situation where they can not leave the extra weight stuffs to their relative or friends as passenger has cleared the immigration, hence they force passenger to leave behind their valuable stuff to reduce weight which is trapped situation for them, they can not leave it behind as no way to return it to their friend who came to drop them at airport and so airline in way cheat and fraud them to force to pay extra weight, i have seen many passenger had to leave their baggage stuff as they did not had the money to pay at this juncture.

                                  My complaint is that, this is not fair to passenger to weight for extra baggage for cabin right at the boarding gate as they will have no option left but to force to pay for baggage and for those some passenger to throw away their valuable items because they are not in position to pay for extra weight because of no hand-in cash.

                                  This is should brought to dgca (Director general of civil aviation, govt of india).

                                  I hope you will take a necessary step and action against this trap formed by airline.

                                    We as a group travelled from delhi to goa and back in your airline.in flight sg 145 20:05 pm your staff member name ahmad behavior was too rude. Had we not kept our calm he was even willing to fight. He used abusive language towards our two companions
                                    We are frequent flyer.. If your company doesn't act against him and satisfy us we are never using your airlines ever.

                                    I have ask for assistance to the cabin crew member just to throw glass water cup, she told me keep under the seat. When I kept water cup, other passengers did the same, it was so cheap and does not match with spice standards. The attitude of crew member towards the customer was found ugly not for me but also with other traveling passenger.

                                      We were traveling to dubai via ur airlines and i was caring my baby of 2 yrs and as we reached our hotel. I came to know all my baby food boxes were open and all the baby food had spilled. And again i had put some medicine syrup of my baby also had leaked and all my clothes had spoiled. Extremely dissatisfied from spicejet. Wud never ever travel back from spicejet. Even the crew is not soft spoken. We wanted to by the merchandise from the in-flight shop but again whatever we asked was not available.
