Hi, flight num sg 862, from kochi to chennai on 13 jan has been intermittently delayed.. I understand that there were weather issues at chennai but how is it that every other aircraft can go to chennai but sg 862 can't? If its a gimmick to fill your flights while delaying other aircrafts, please note its a cheap endeavour, and i will ensure to out this out on media. A flight due to take off at 925 has not taken off even at 1530, and refreshments were served only once. Please don't live upto your reputation of being the cheapest airline in every sense of the word. To add to it, you have terribly unprofessional ground staff at cochin airport, who lie to passengers about refreshments being served twice. Please have the guts to accept your mistake and let the passengers know if the damn flight will take off or not.

    Please refer to my friend's pnr: ebzjwt for flight from trivandrum to chennai on 12th january 2018. Really disappointed with the service provided by spicejet. She was about to catch a flight from chennai to visakhapatnam and there is an important meeting that need to be attended in chennai. Only because of the poor service of spicejet to the customers and lack of flights there is delay of more than 6hrs. When she asked about the reason for delay they said that the flight has to depart from chennai and would reach trivandrum and then it would depart from trivandrum to chennai. Is this the way you provide services to the customers? I am really really disappointed and this is not the first time happening by your side. I think its rediculous on your part.

    Despite that there's no compensation of delay of flight, we here paying thousands of rupees just to catch flight and attend or be there as soon as possible. But the service spicejet is providing lets customers trust down everytime.

        Flight sg3465.. Bangalore to coimbatore was delayed by more than 5 hrs due to which i had to unnecessarily pay 1 day extra hotel rent.

        I started traveling from pune to coimbatore via spice jet.. I started at 3 am in morning on 13 jan 2018. After halt of 4:30 hrs my connecting flight was to start at 11:30 am.. But due to unnecessarily delay of flight my full day 8 hrs was wasted at bangalore airport.. My luggage was also stucked with them.. Otherwise i could manage to go by bus. Pathetic experience with spice jet.. Almost all of there flights are delayed by 2-3 hrs.

        Above all even they did not provide lunch or any such meal to exhausted passengers. As i found they had tied up with taste of india at bangalore airport. But when i requested them meal with my boarding pass.. They clearly denied for same and asked to talk to spice jet representative. All with heights only single lady was standing at gate counter of spice jet.. And seemed full loaded. With this experience i tried to contact representatives on call but they also mentioned nothing can be done. And sorry for inconvenience.. What the hell we will do with sorry if they can not fulfill their commitment well with time.. Customer is no value to them.. Such companies do not deserve to serve customers being in service industry. If they can not promise services what the hell they are doing in service industry. I suggest all professionals and specifically to people looking to commute in time please never ever opt spice jet as your travelling service provider. There are lot many better in market.. Pl. Go with them. As spice jet is not bothered about customers time.

          Please refer to pnr : m7yutc for madurai - chennai - kolkata, on 6th january 2018. Upon giving the checked in baggage after x-ray and procuring boarding pass at madurai airport, we found our one of the trolley bags, that the lock and chain head was broken and thrown away and the baggage was put inside a semi damaged polythene bag and arrived at airport (Kolkata) baggage claim area. After reaching home, the details of damage was detected, and pilferage of belongings happened, when the checked in baggage was at the custody of spicejet airlines.
          It is indeed a very bad experience to learn that spicejet has proved itself a big dacoit, besides being well known for flight delays and not adhering to time schedule. It was really disgusting affair to avail services from spicejet.
          If spicejet has little concern about the customers, then it should compensate me for rs 26000 (Nearly) that i had incurred loss.

            I was supposed to travel through spicejet flight-sg454 from goa to mumbai. Due to a major accident on the way there was extreme congestion on the road. As a result in a flight scheduled at 13:30 we reached the check-in counter at 12:55. Just due to a delay of 10 minutes we were denied check in and were asked to book another flight. We spent time discussing our problem rather than finding a viable solution. The staff was ignorant to our problems and wasted even more time. Many more passengers were late due to this but no solution could be found. Reluctantly we found another indigo ticket. The irony is on the very same day, another spicejet flight from goa to hyderabad was delayed by 1 hour and 45 minutes! It is an irony that a circumstantial delay of 10 minutes by a passenger is unacceptable while a delay of 1 hour and 45 minutes by a large corporation causing inconvenience to many is totally fine.

              As i have availed your service from patna to hyderabad & hyderabad to patna since last 1 year on frequent basis but today i am getting surprised to see the quality of food - was very worst -& your employee was also very casual in approach & simply told me that write a mail. I am very unhappy to see the things.
              2ndly under goibibo booking site meal option was available for raseele chhole with baked suanf kulcha (Pic attached) - but your airline served me paneer & other item that was very poor in quality - first time - i am complaining regarding your food quality. Today time is very tough & you have to take care on all these matter - if this will happen next time will lodge a pil against your airline as you are cheating with the customer.
              I hope you have got my point. As a customer what i have pre booked - you have to provide that or refund me my money - simply - you can't be allow to give other alternate.

                My ticket says that i can carry 15kg of luggage with me, but at the check-in counter in kolkata airport, i was charged 400 bucks for my luggage. My flight is from kolkata to bangalore departing at 6.55 am. I am attaching a screenshot of my ticket with this complaint. Why i had to pay extra money when my ticket allows me to carry luggage. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  Today, yes i was late for boarding on time but when i reach to the airport my flight was there i reach there befor 30 min flight take off. Whene i ask with the ground staff they said to me they cant take me to the flight i try to convince them but they did not listen to me i did not hear any last call for me. I dont understand the procedure o[censored]r company. As we are paying for you then you all need to take care for the costumers dont try to look only for the money spicejet is really disaster.

                    I missed my train due to the delay of the flight and the delay is for 1 hour. Flight was schedule at 17:15 for departure. Who's responsible for such deficiency of service? They should come up with the alternatives if there is some technical problem, or they should check it before and inform the same. I missed my train.

                      I have booked spicemax seat as per “d8evpz” pnr but when i check in plan on dated 12 dec 2018 that time we not given spicemax seat. We have provided normal seat. I also complain crew member but they told me due some technical problem. They told me for refund call customer service.

                      So please give me back my spice max seat booking money from mct to amd.

                        I am a frequent traveler and this was the 1st time that my baggage exceeded by 2kgs. I have heard my friends experiences that usually upto 2kgs it is waived off. But yesterday was a ridiculous experience for me. The counter holder didn't even give me time to think of what to do about the exceeding 2kgs and she asked me to pay. This behavior is not what is expected from spicejet and i am very much unhappy with the experience. I hope you do better with the service.

                        Recently I was travelling from jabalpur to Hyderabad and one of the staff whose name is miss nishna's behaviour was very rude. I am a regular traveller of spicejet n I regret to say next time I will think twice before choosing this airlines.

                        FLIGHT SG 169 is delay and due to delay the connecting confirm ticket from New Delhi to Jaipur Raj Dhani train has to cancel. Monetary loss of fare of confirm ticket 3 in number and mental agony faced.

                          I had booked flights from mumbai to kochi for today 02/01/18 16:30 pnr n5vzwv for my wife roopa alex and two kids. On the way to the airport rioting started and they had to take another route. Even along this only alternate route rioting started and the roads were blocked on the way from new bombay to the airport - only 20mts away from the airport - with police not allowing further travel. I called spicejet and asked to cancel the ticket. I was told that it is less than 2 hours for the flight to go and that they had received no notification about the riots: i told the customer service person that it is also on the news but he refused to listen. I asked to speak to his manager and kept me on hold and i never did get to speak to the manager. I am now booking the same spicejet flight for 3/1/18 16:30. I need to be refunded for my original flight after cancellation fees.

                            I received a call letter this morning staying you've been selected and do deposit 9950 in the name of vikram pratap singh... The cheater i spoke to is sidhartha chowdary... His contact no: [protected]. I deposited the money n sent him my details... I call him when i found it's fraud.. He disconnected and did not answer my call from then... Please take severe action against these ppl...10k is not a small amount... How will i get my money back...? Help please... Where should i complain??

                              Really dissapointed with service provided by spicejet twice i expierinced such a delay, while i was departing the flight was delayed 9 hours and while i was coming back flight is delayed by 5 hours this is absoloutely ridiculous as i had to attend an urgent meeting and unfortunetly due to poor service i couldnt attend the meeting. Really dissapointed short words as i cant express my dissapointment
                              I gave 11, 000 for bonding.they sent me a joining conformation mail.bt till no no joining letter come

                                If you have other choice then never choose this spice jet.2 days ago i travelled with my mother (82years old on wheel chair) and my brother. We have total 50 kg check in luggage and 7 kg hand baggage. I request the check-in staff (Nawaz may be as i remember) allow this extra baggage and he is well informed that i am travelling with old age person but he behave me very rudely - he didnot even said in a good manner that i can 2 or 3 kg adjust - i request him it will be difficult for me to carry more hand baggage but that guy like a fool continued saying no no no?
                                Is this fare?
                                Check in and hand baggage go through different air craft or same?
                                In past i travelled with different air carriers
                                And except this spice jet all were helpfull but this experince was bitter
                                .2nd issue my mother has knee problem and at the time of booking confirmed with customer care for seats that these are more leg space and i paid extra but in flight these seats were normal seats compare to other seats. Today spice jet send me mail that they will return extra money. My mother were very uncomfortable on this seat due to not sufficient leg space
                                My question is now for this who is responsible

                                  My son sherab gyatsho bhutia was to board spice jet at 10.20am from chennai to bagdogra. He arrived at airport but eventually he was denied boarding pass. He pleaded, requested the officials but in vain... There was no final call for him.. As he was travelling alone for the first time and above all he was visiting to attend his ailing grandfather... The whole episode compelled to him to stay back at chennai and depressed.... The whole episode has disturbed the whole family... The spice jet shall have to take the responsibility if something wrong happens with him or his grandfather.. Moral and human values is to be respected by the airlines...

                                    With great grief my son was scheduled to board on 27.12.17..he was travelling from Chennai to bagdogra, He was denied boarding pass, as he was visiting his ailing grandfather... He pleaded but he was simply denied... I'm waiting for justice and humanity... I always praised the service of spice jet...i wish and believe that spice jet is not only based on income but also serves the Indian and respect the individuals passengers family values.. With high hopes that u will arrange for my son to travel.. So that we could meet him.. Above all his ailing grandfather could see him... Which could not be valued with the cost of ticket...

                                      I booked return flight dated 19 dec 2017 to 5 jan 2018 from spicejet
                                      And when i went to delhi airport for boarding pass.. They give me boarding ticket for 17 days.. But when i went to thailand airport for visa.. They deny to give me visa due to maximum arrival of 15 days..
                                      When i called them to change my ticket they said me i have to reschedule it by paying an extra amount..
                                      My 160000 rs wasted due to spicejet airline
                                      Which is also registered in delhi airport when i departed from there

                                      spicejet told me to take arrival visa there, and booked my 17 days return tickets, which are also written in delhi airport to their records by spicejet..

                                      M6CY6C ( delhi to bangkok for 19 dec)
                                      QF2IMX ( bangkok to delhi for 5 jan)
                                      ZFYWTK (bangkok to delhi for 5 jan)

                                      N9NDKJ ( bangkok to delhi in emergeny, when we departed from thailand, all the cost is beared by us for waiting room and dearture )

                                      if you need my all hotel bookings of 17 days, which all are non refundable and my 3 bus bookings and 2 parties of new year, then ask me, i will give you
                                      and at delhi airport, they filed in written that our total cost estimate is 80000 per person or 160000 for us

                                        I had a flight sg1028 on 23rd evening at 6 15 and reported at the counter at 5 45 since i was with a baby the counter took time to attend the previous customer and even after i arrived the staff was busy with something and then said the gates closed long back when i showed her the time and said i still have 45 min she refused to attend me i told her that with the baby it tool time as i had no extra help with me but she sent me to another counter who also said the same that the counters closed long back. She even asked me why i couldn't web checkin sadly the staff themselves don't know that a passenger with infant can't web checkin when i explained it to her she had no answer she didn't even answer me as to when the gates got closed.in spite of requesting and seeing my condition with a small baby and luggage no one considered my request. I requested her for the next flight and with lot of pleading she gave me next day morning. I had to be a function at 8 am next morning but with no other option i took 7 50 flight for 24th sg1028.
                                        The next morning sg1035 was delayed and 7 50 flight took off at 11 15 and the function was a far off thing my small baby couldn't handle all this chaos for 4 hrs and fell sick.
                                        I am very disappointed with the service and the staff not considering a passenger with infant to check in even though i reached on time was the worst someone can experience.

                                        Going forward this experience stops me taking the service of spice jet.
                                        Spicejet fake call letter with unsuspecting details forcing to deposit RS.9950 before 6pm of the same day.
