I was travelling with my family from mumbai to cochin on oct 2 by spicejet-sg163 which was scheduled to depart at 4.30 pm. All the passengers were on board almost 15 mins ahead of the scheduled time. It was very hot inside and the air conditioner was not working. The flight was delayed to take off by 15 mins. During this time also the a/c was not working. All the people were sweating and the small children on-board were very frustrated. This is really bad treatment. The air conditioner should be switched on at least when all the passengers are on board. I'm totally dissatisfied with the kind of atmosphere inside the flight. The kid was very frustrated due to the hot atmosphere inside. It was very difficult to handle him during the take-off period. It took almost 10 mins after take off for the temperature to get down to normal. Please consider this as a request and do the necessary steps in the future.

    We the group of 17 persons (All most all are senior citizens) travelled today from pune to chennai spicejet flight. Departure at 01.50 hrs. The seat arrangements are not satisfactory. Between the rows the gap is very very narrow. Our both the leg knees are touching the front row and uncomfortable journey.. Though the travel time is lesser, no one is not travelled with happy. But where as we travelled from chennai to pune by indigo flight the journey was much more happy than this... Because of good space between the rows. I request the concerned authorities to look into the issue and solve it to make journey comfortable with hasppiness. We travelled with comfortable all the flights such as air asia/go air/indigo/air india... But not like spicejet. Thanks with regards... R. Ravanan...[protected].

      I m travelling by sg277 from ixa to ccu on[protected]. Mr. Tuhin at the boarding pass desk behaved rudely and tortured mentally without any valid reason. According to him i made a large mistake by not informing him about my baby daughter's age. I then apologise and told me "you must know"!! I again replied i m not aware of that rule sir. Still then he behaved in such way i m in mental agony. He humiliated in front of fellow passengers.

        Dear spice jet team,
        I am jyoti ranjan duarah (Pnr-xdpqkn) had a flight in the morning 8:30am on 2nd october from jaipur to guwahati was standing in a different queue and got around 5 min late after the checking counters were closed. Miss ritu, the spicejet official there told me that she has just closed at 7:55am and that i can't get my pass now. She told me it's a long procedure for luggages again to be in entry. I just carried a hand bag. She misbehaved and denied to provide me any assistance. I was crying in the airport and she had no concern. I don't understand how a staff like this could even be hired for this role. I am claiming for full refund for my charges and action against the staff. Aren't the airlines supposed to provide assistance to the customers to the very extent they can. Half and hour is a long time for anyone to atleast see whether one could just try to help. I like spicejet and already did my booking for 3rd october. I don't think you want to lose ur customer. Please provide the refund. A very humble request.

          My wife and son today went to kolkata from delhi by flight no sg272. One of your airhostess misbehaved with my wife. And when my wife was inside the washroom, your airhostess unlocked the door from outside and opened it. This is very serious issue. Please take necessary action against this airhostess otherwise i do not have any other options than to take a legal step.

          Still airplane on airport. Feeling suffocated
          After requesting to cabin crew pilot did not switched on air conditioner only dry air coming . Flight no sg 841 still on airport at 8:45am

            I booked a flight through makemytrip.com from chennai to colombo 13th aug 2017, at 00:05 hrs. But flight was cancelled at last minute when we were waiting for boarding. So we had to book online for higher price, as we need to be in colombo next day. Also we do not have place to stay, as we are from canada. We asked for hotel, but they did not provide.

            But there was no compensation from you, as its 100% spice jet’s fault. So can you please let me know the procedure to claim my compensation.

              Today.. Dated 28/09/2017.. I have recieved an email..in the name of "spice jet.com ltd" that i have selected and need to pay a security deposit of rs. 9950... Then i have called that guy and asked about these.. He confirmed that to do as.. Said in email... Soon after some hours... From my principal i have come to know... Its fake and. Fraud... So my friend please think... Before proceedings to such emails... Like.. The person named.. "shashank shaurya"

                I booked a ticket from chennai to madurai, pnr is i6chrs on 26th sep 2017. I booked on 4pm for 6pm flight. I am travelling first time in spice jet where no web checkin option is available before 2hrs, passenger needs to check in airport.

                Hence metro like chennai we are not sure about the road traffic, on the particular day there was an huge traffic jam and i arrived airport before 40mins, but im not allowed to board into the flight by airline due to checkin has been closed. I argued with flight manager that there was an traffic issue also i unable to proceed web checkin where other airlines are having option to web checkin atleast 45mins before flight depature.

                Some people will book flights for emergency need in last minutes, atleast by booking time flight needs to allow for web checkin.

                Spicejet needs to extend web checkin by 45 mins atleast for domestic flights, hence other airlines is doing. Or have to give option to cancel or change tickets for last minute bookers.

                I really lost time, energy, money. If airline staff has understood the passenger situation, they will allow me to board. Really disappointing.
                I already complainted abt spice max availibilty .
                I have paid 1000 rs at surat airport to mr sourav he was wearing specs tall height & he didnt gve us any recipt or tag on my bording pass . When i was in flight there was no meal for me & no prirority tags on my bags infant was with me i have to wait for my luggage .Wtf is this we get in spice max

                  This is with reference to my credit card no.[protected] of standard chartered bank misused for booking spice jet air tickets thru ezeego one travel dated 05/12/2011 for rs.14224/- & dated 17/12/2011 for rs.3966/-
                  Request you to kindly provide details of the travel i. E name of the passenger, route of travel etc.

                  I need you to help me in this regard, as standard chartered bank are following for the outstanding payment of some 89000/- after so many years, and they are not ready to give any acknowledge slip for the transaction done.
                  Also i have approached ezeego one travel for the details but they are also unable to provide the details to me (Complaint ref no. 1-191112 dated 25/09/2017)
                  I need the details at the earliest, as i am going to lodge a police complaint against standard chartered bank & ezeego one travel.

                      I booked a trip from male to blr. Via trivandrum in spicejet. The pnr is n45ytl.
                      Name : soumesh bhattacharya.
                      Now as i was traveling from mle i have a check in baggage of around 23 kgs n hand baggage of 9 kgs.in trv they charged me 8kgs extra that too 500per kg.
                      As i was traveling from mle to blr. With the bloody same airlines. They should be flexible enough. Another thing is if you say that it's rules of domestic airlines then how come it's 500 instead of 300. This is actually a kind of cheating to the customers.
                      And this would be my last travel with spicejet in any trip.
                      Very worst airlines.

                      They changed gates so many times.

                      I am going to bangkok by SG087.

                      first they delayed and re-schedule departure at 11.00Pm on 22nd Sep, 17

                      on they have changed gate 3-4 times instant.

                      Sab se chutiya airlines hai, inko airline band kar ke buses start kar leni chahiye.

                        My mom, senior citizen was traveling alone from europe and just after 2hrs had to catch spicejet flight back to goa from mumbai
                        Since it is allowed to carry extra luggage within 24hrs
                        But the spicejet staff refused and told her to pay extra 7k
                        I tried my best to convince them on call to help her out as she was traveling alone didn't had any debit card and was having indian currency 4k
                        But to my surprise instead of helping her out they behaved very rudely with her and literally made her cry (Please check cctv)
                        A co passenger traveling with her wanted to help her but they even behaved rudely with him and told her to cancel her flight
                        Neither they told their names
                        Its my request to you'll please take a strict action against this staff whose spoiling name of the company as well as of our nation
                        I had been in same situation in dubai but the staff there helped me but in our own country had to face such people
                        Shame on the staff n airline.

                          Booked an air ticket on 12/05/17, for travel on 27/09/17 from varanasi to coimbatore via hyderabad.
                          Pnr no : l63z9c. By flt no. Sg 705 & sg1059.

                          Received a message saying that flight no: sg 1059 dated 27/09/17, hyderabad to coimbatore has been cancelled due to schedule change.

                          One of their executive informed the above & ticket amount will be refunded. But till date not received.
                          Kindly take care of the same soon, since there is no response from them
                          Requested to do th needful at the earliest.

Amount paid rs.25, 716.00 through your agent kda tavels, mahabirsthan, siliguri-734004, wb, tsiyatra. Booking ref.7043284. Tour code:iata[protected].

                            Dgca has cancelled udf & aat for travel from/to igi airport delhi, sometime in first half of august, 2017 applicable with immediate effect. Accordingly spicejet has to refund the charges collected on those accounts to us as the said total sum includes udf & aat.

                            On 18.9.17 we called on your airline contact no.[protected] and miss shivani was kind enough to inform that on 3.9.17 the sum of rs.3, 816.00 has been refunded to the agent i. E. Kda travels.

                            On query on 20.9.17 agent kda travels informed that it has not so far received any amount against this pnr from spice jet and as such the agent is unable to refund the said amount rs.3816.00. If ticket is booked through some other agent, then please furnished details thereof.

                            Please look into the matter and let us know as to where the matter stands at present. If spicejet has remited the said amount then please furnish details of account and the name of the person to whom refunded.

                            We will travel on the booked ticket.

                              I wanted to complain against spicejet for today when i was coming from kolkata to gorakhpur... Where the flight was taken off at 11: 05 am and landed in gorakhpur at 12: 45 pm.. And when i reached here i noticed that my trolly was cracked which was due to throwing of my trolly in a very rough way and so it broke... And i am very sure about this that it has happened in flight only because my tolly was very fine till it was with me in kolkata.

                                Dear sir/ madam
                                My luggage was badly damaged during a recent flight on your airline and i have been unable to obtain appropriate compensation. Please help me resolve this situation immediately.
                                On 18thseptember 2017, i traveled from bangkok to kolkata on spice jet airlines flight no. Sg084. I checked one bag in bangkok and arrived promptly to reclaim it at the luggage carousel at the airport in kolkata. I was shocked at the condition of my suitcase. My front side of bag was totally tiered. The damage to my suitcase and the disturbance to its contents were not typical of routine handling. They were clearly abused and damaged during the flight.
                                I requested there for more than an hour to speak to a spicejet staff members. Airlines representative at the airport, but all baggage personnel were swamped helping other passengers. I was not able to resolve the matter at the airport. I am appealing to you directly for proper compensation.
                                The current replacement cost of the suitcase and damaged contents is $500.
                                I've been a loyal customer of spicejet airlines for years and have never had problems like this. I did not expect this type of service (And damage) from your company.in addition to the reimbursement described above, i also expect that you will speak with the ramp personnel responsible for the damaged condition of my personal property.
                                I am attaching the photograph of my boarding pass and damaged bag’s
                                Please call or meat ([protected], [protected]) within 24 hours, confirmation that my requests will be honored.

                                  My name is saalis. I am 4rm kolkata. Apparently i lost my sister on 10th of sept 2017. We were supposed to go to gorakpur. So we booked d ticket at 6 to 6:30 am on 10th itself. And we ran to airport. Bt some some how we were 10 min late for bording. And the hostress were shouting for us. We met them. And they started shouting that y u r late we cant board u nw. We told her that my sister expired today. We urgently booked d ticket. I was shocked listening her. She answered "i dont know anything. Ur sister die or u die. U have to come before boarding time." is this is the way u guyz trained to talk. I was very angery. Bt due to my sister's emergency i refused all the misbehaviour of the hostess and apologise for being late. Bt 4rm nw i with my whole family and relatives will never travel with spice jet

                                    The airline forgot to put the baggage and left it in bangalore, my parents when they landed in Patna were left without medication, clothes and had limited cash, due to negligence by the airline. My parents have suffered innumerable hardships during their religious tour due to the airlines incompetence.how can you forget the baggage?, which has been checked in as per your procedures

                                      I travelled from Delhi to bagdogra PNRX9LMJZ at 1 pm dated 14/9/17. As I went for checking counter to get my boarding ticket your staff, Manisha who attended to us was very rude in dealing with the customer, as she weighed my luggage, it was coming 6 kg more although I didn't have hand luggage so I requested that I will take out my extra bag as cabin bag as I didn't have any hand luggage, but this girl was very rude n the way she spoke was very rude, she said"I AM" I AM NOT GOING TO ALLOW YOU TO TAKE this bag, the word I am when she said was very dominating n not expected to b used by hospitality section. n when we asked why she said that it was 1 kgs extra n cannot b adjusted as hand luggage as it is weighing one kg more I requested her politely n told her that since I do not have hand bag but she was not at all accommodating, hospitable, I understand there r certain rules that one need to follow but she could refuse in a more polite way but her whole attitude body language n the tone in which she spoke was not all fit to be in the hospitality section n specially in a reputed establishment like yours .staff like this will not only spoil your reputation but will loose all the effort that ur company is building up, I know that ur company is keeping up to it, I will highly appreciate i[censored] take strict action against manisha so that other travellers don't have to face such situation .
