This is purna chander, as i have a query regarding luggage boarding and my pnr no. Sg-fbpmsq.
I'm facing problem for boarding my luggage, as my flight is from hyd to ixd (Port blair). Flight is connecting from chennai to port blair. So my lagguge is at chennai. During this travel time i have to change fight. So i wanted to board my lagguge at chennai airport. So kindly guide me for this issue so i can board lagguge at chennai airport.

As i made a call to tollfree no. But i have not got proper reply. So please check with my issue. My caller id no.01271159.

    The worst travel in my life... # service...
    I was traveling for dxb to cok on 12th august 2017 its was quite happy with the service till that time.. I'm a regular #jet airways passenger but unfortunately its was an emergency to fly... You know what these stupid # had done.. They open my luggage that was locked, they opened and took a phone (It was a birthday gift for my sister (I phone 7) and they opened all the covers in my bag..) so once i see these stupid things i call the customer care and registered a complaint... And i was behind for that for 5 days and finally i got a call from some department... And you know what these # give a response for that complaint.. They said they can't do anything because i didn't log a compliant from the airport.. See my question is how will i know that i lost something from my luggage this is not the first time that i'm traveling on air.. And the lock was perfectly alright... I didn't understand what is the logic for that if the bag is perfectly alright then why i need to check it... So far this is the first experience..
    Guys please don't travel with these guys... Worst service ever... Still they don't have any solution for my complaint... #

      I was travelling from trivendrum to delhi by spicejet flight no. Sg 942.12.20 pm. One of airhostess on this flight misbehaved with my mother on serving food.. Nobody came to ask for lunch or water and when my mom asked them why u didnt came airhostess started fighting.. She saud u should come to us and asked for food.. This is the worst experience we hav in flight.. Spicejet is worst flight and sraff is so arrogant and vry bad..

        Let me tell you spicejet is the worst airline you can ever travel with, pathetic time bounds, the employees do not accept entry even if you reach 45mins prior not only that, no accordance of rescheduling ? Like dude have some sence rescheduling is a basic and must ! People are not their to waste their money giving money for free to build your ########-poor airline ! You people are like rag-pickers ! I hope to see yoir airline closed soon, will surely take some great actions.
        I have aply for accountunt in airlways but it is face and i have to pay 50000 for job please help me

          Regarding userid:[protected]

          1. I was not allowed to sign up your website without purchasing a voucher of inr 500.
          2. I was trying to book so i purchased and signed up in order to ensure my records if network goes wrong while payment.
          3. I avail a armed force quota for flight bookings.
          4. While booking ticket i applied the voucher code and it says i cannot use it since i have used military quota.
          5. You conned me and now my 500/- bugs are gone to dustbin.
          6. I will always be using military quota for bookings, so this is a superb trapped con from you.

          Meanwhile before taking it to the consumer forum, i would please request you to settle this up and refund me 500/-

          * surely i would take it to the consumer forum.

            Just now landed from sg-130 from kolkata to delhi flight 7:50-10:35 timing. On board i had ordered meal for rs 250. Before placing of order the tallest crew (Name not remember) promised me that she would give me bill. I reminded her 4 times and she said every time in crooked manner "later"
            Lastly when i complained to pilot he said i don't know.in future i will never book any spicejet flight and tell my colleagues of corporates that spicejet service is poor and fake

              Sr, our flight SG 105 was planned to take off at 0840PM on 12 Aug 2017 from Delhi to Chennai, bt the flight was already delayed by 15 minutes and is about to take off at 0855pm as it was displayed on the boards at airport. We have boarded the flight at about 0820pm. Now the problem is this, after sitting on our seats the flight has not been cleared to take off at 0855pm, it is cleared at 1010pm. We all were asking your aircrew like airhostesses about the reason of delay, bt they themselves were not aware. One of them has told that the captain has not came yet thats why it is delayed, and one of them told that the fueling is in progress.and they were also saying that they dont know the exact problem of delay. Now my question is,
              i) flight is delayed due to the absence of captain who is supposed to reach in time, who is responsible?
              ii) if fueling in progress is the cause of delay, then why the passengers will suffer due to your lack of planning? Who is responsible for that?
              iii) is it not necessary to update passangers about the delay? Why no announcements were made regarding the cause.? Who is responsible for that
              iv) we were supposed to b Landed by 1120pm but we landed at about 1230am. Who is responsible for our time lost?
              v) what will be your steps now, to solve our problem regarding lost time, due to which we have to cancel out all our bookings of onward journey?
              vi) who will pay for all this...?
              Please look into the matter and update me what all steps you have taken regarding the issue.

                Even though 45 min prior checkin they mentioned i was not
                Allowed to board the flight when i reached on exact time flight was 5:55 and i reached counter at 5 just for 2 min i had received only taxes and entire fare have been taken when u can board the passengers with in the time availability what is the problem in accepting 2-5 min delay and how can u say 1 hour pathetic experience and ended up booking double the price horrible experience spicejet staff

                  We came to coimbatore through flight sg - 501 to coimbatore to attend one function. One baggage was missing and you have informed that within four days it will be delivered to us. All our cloths we got detained in our baggage. Now we are left out without any dress even to change the alternate dress. We have to buy new cloths for changing and to attend the function. This is a extra financial commitment to us and unnecessary...

                  I had a fight from bangalore to mumbai at 7.50 am on 11/08/2017. I reached the counter no 58 around 7.00 am. Senior assistant named jasmine was very rude and didn't allow to check-in. After 10 mins of denying she asked my name. During all that time i could clearly see the boarding time getting reflected on screen and final call was yet to be announced.
                  There was no senior person to contact. No body was there to help. That lady continuously denied for our boarding. This is really ill experience. I have never missed any flight in my lifetime but due to her arrogance and non cooperation i missed it. I wish i never have to travel with spicejet again. I want strict action against this lady and refund back the amount.

After my travel i was received a msg by spicejet they refund me of airport tax rs.552. They are sent refund direct travel agency. I was contact to agency they are not received refund till now but spicejet saying they are sent amount to travel agency. What i do for my refund

                      This is a serious complaint against a ground staff of spicejet, delhi conter b-04, date -10th august 2017, terminal -1d, time - 12:15, staff name - manoshi.
                      This girl was really rude, did not know how to talk, she started telling us that she had authority and all rubbish over just no issue. She also said.. I don't care if you complain. She infact said that complaint cant do anything in such cases! She possessed a really wrong attitude and talked to a 56-yr old lady saying, i know more than you!
                      This is definitely not acceptable and this behaviour against customers is just intolerable!
                      I hope strict action is taken against such people.. As your industry means hospitality and service and if you don't provide that well.. We will stop using your airline and also discourage others to do so!

                        I had my flight from delhi to surat. On reaching surat i noticed my luggage is broken. It was an absolutely new bag which i used for the very first time. The bag was perfectly fine when i gave my luggage at delhi airport. Buying such an expensive bag and seeing this result has disheartened me. Spicejet was really a disappointment. I need reimbursement for this loss. Kindly revert as soon as possible.

                        Suffered huge delays, cancellations, on SpiceJet flight. Staff is non cooperative, lacks understanding. Feel tortured. I want full refund of my entire trip and compensation for the harrassment I had to go through.

                          I was traveling from delhi to kolkata on 05.08.2017 in your flight sg272. My baggage was wrongly tagged at delhi airport by your staff ms. Manisha. Despite i did pay extra charges for overweight bag, she did not take the care of tagging the bag with correct name. And my bag got transported to srinagar. This careless attitude of your staff costed me a lot and i had to miss my meeting and even the scheduled return flight back to delhi on the day. I had to wait till 10 pm at kolkata airport to get my baggage back from srinagar. This entire ridiculous service from your end made me land in great trouble here at kolkata. I could not attend my scheduled meeting in the city and even i had to cancel my flight for that day as i was not able to complete my work for which i was visiting the city. I would request you to take strict action the staff and even arrange for proper compensation from your end for the entire havoc that i had to go through. It was a very disappointing experience. I need immediate escalation in this entire matter and even proper compensation at the earliest.

                            We lost our American tourister baggage while checking in in spice jet SG 103 on 3/7/17 at 14.45 from Delhi to MADURAI via Chennai ...Our PNR is XEKH9X in the name AKSHYA RAJ ALAGARASAN...The baggage is a violet colour American tourister suitcase with clothes men accessories ...And 3 Blu-ray discs all worth around RS 15000/-...We wish action is taken against this complaint and we get back our lost baggage as soon as possible...

                              Reference: flight number sg877
                              Confirmation: s28sqr
                              I am writing to you in connection with the above flight which i was booked on the 23 may 2017.

                              The flight was supposed to depart from kolkata on the 24 may 2017 at 7.30pm, but was delayed by over 4 hours. Consequently we would have missed our connecting flight from mumbai to london (Lhr) - a copy of our tickets attached.

                              Due to your delay we had no choice but to fly with another airline (Jet airways) to avoid missing our connecting flight, again a copy of our tickets attached. We paid 46, 594.00 inr for our return tickets with your airline.

                              Due to you not performing your part of the contact and not letting us reach mumbai at 10.30pm. We had to pay an additional 52, 852.00 inr in order to catch our connection.

                              I am entitled to the sum of 52, 852.00 inr compensation and look forward to receiving the sterling equivalent within the next 14 days.
                              I attach a copy of the ticket.

                              I look forward to hearing from you before i lodge a complaint to abta.

                                I had the flight on 30 june of 4pm from guwahati to new delhi having pnr no-o7w24m of flight no. Sg-169 for which due to traffic i could not make up to come on time limit of 45min. Before departure instead i reached the boarding pass providing counter which was at the corner last of the airport exactly on 3:17pm by my watch which for which is i was 2 min late of constraint time limit.in that counter one lady was there for providing boarding pass and she was such an arrogant as a person that even before i speaked a word she told sir we are closed you have to check another airlines. I was stuck for a min that she treating me as if i am traveling in there for free and i have no right to say anything for which when i told her that why are you talking in such bad manner even if i am requesting you to please help me and allow me to board she replied so badly that we just can't help in this and we will not provide you any refund only taxes portion will get back to you. I asked her to let me talk to some of her senior for which she said i am the senior person and i am saying u are not allowed to board. It was such an embarrising that i really felt as if i have committed a serious crime. She told that there system has time constraint and it automatically gets off 45min before departure whereas person sitting on baggage scanning machine of spicejet told me that if mam allows than you can board. There are other airlines to which are really helpfull in such situations as i was just 2 min late only. I can understand the rules of airlines as it is not first time i am traveling on flight but their should be a good behaviour and feeling of gratitude to the customers as i was only 2 min late she could have helped me and it is ok even if i can assume that spicejet is very strict in its rules protocol at-least the staff members could speak softly keeping aside their"rich person attitude" and considering customer as dog to whom you can behave as you wish like attitude. I am not complaining this because my money got wasted because of her and i need refund of it but because of such a harresement spicejet boarding pass providing crew give to their customer.

                                  I had booked a flight from bangalore to patna (Pnr: dy3vxg) to travel on the 9th of july, but was unable to travel due to my wife's health issues. I spoke to their customer service, where i was asked to cancel my tickets to get a refund of rs.5342 out of rs.9842) and then write to customer relations to get the cancellation fee (Of rs.4500) waived off. Since my wife wasn't traveling, it was communicated to the spicejet...

                                  I forgot to remove my powerbank from checkin baggage and the flight authorities have romved it and saying they have disposed it, as there is a rule that they dispose it within 24 hrs. But when my parents visited them, they had no idea about it and no records were maitain for any such, they just said that i have requested to collect it on 31 july. But when i went to collect it on 31 july they said that they have already disposed it. How can i recover it from them.

                                    Horror experience with spicejet - the worst airlines in india... Pls read and share...
                                    For those of you who haven't experience the pathetic #spicejet services till date, consider this as a warning - never fly with spicejet, try booking a train or a cab instead in case there is no other flight option available...
                                    On 10th july, spicejet flight from mumbai to delhi sg154 was scheduled to depart at 9:30pm. At around 6pm, we got a message that the flight has been preponed and will depart at 9:15pm. Since we were running on a tight schedule, we had to leave an important event even earlier...
                                    As we were entering the airport at 7:45pm, we got another message that the flight was delayed and will depart at 10:30pm. It was really frustrating as we had left the event 15 minutes earlier while we could have actually completed our meeting... Anyways we understand that delays happen and started waiting... And then started the real ordeal...
                                    Starting 9:30pm, every 15 minutes, there was a new update of the flight being delayed by 15-30 minutes every 15 minutes... By around 10:30pm the flight schedule reflected 11:30pm departure. The spicejet crew looked helpful till now and even arranged for refreshments for the passengers, but immediately after this all of them disappeared...
                                    There were young kids, elderly, physically disabled people who were actually left to the mercy of god, no one to look after them, no one to even give the correct status...
                                    A lot of these elderly people and people with kids started asking for flight change and wanted spicejet to arrange for morning flight tickets and accommodation for the night as they had no update, and this is when spicejet staff showed their true spirit and told them that it will take 3-4 hours to take approvals and hence it is better to wait like other normal people were waiting. There was absolutely no consideration for kids, elderly and people who really needed attention... The tired kids finally slept on the floor but the elderly had no option but to sleep in the wheel chair itself...

                                    Before we knew, we had already spent 5 hours at the airport when they finally announced that the boarding would start and everyone while cursing the spicejet crew boarded the flight but the ordeal was not over yet... We were waiting inside the aircraft for another hour before it finally took off at 2am. Spent more than 6 hours at the #mumbai airport in a condition which made us all feel like refugees of war and spicejet cabin crew-gurgaon behaving like hitler without having any mercy..
