I booked Delhi-Pune flight ticket thru Paytm app for flight dated 10.05.2017 for official trip to RBI Pune. I paid sum of Rs.6092 thru Paytm app.

When I have submitted my TA bill to my office, the price of ticket on spicejet website is shown as "coupon ticket" i.e. free ticket, whereas I have paid Rs.6092/. Since ticket is booked directly thru Paytm app, no agent was involved by me. My office is not refunding me the ticket...

This is thw worst flight of india. They charged me huge amount for my baggage.
I booked a ticket with only baggage of 7 kg and took 2 bags with me. The weight of both the bags was 7kg which was the applicable weight accorsing to this worst flight. But at the counter the # lady said that "sir, you have 2 bags and you cannot carry 2 bags at a time, you have to pay for one and charged me rs. 400.

I booked spicejet ticket from delhi to pune 0835 hrs 05.06.2017 through my paytm app. I have paid sum of rs.6092/. Through paytm to you. Now the ticket on your website is showing as coupon ticket.
