Incident happened, while i was travelling from agartala to guwahati by flight no. Sg169, with the said brand new luggage (Suitcase), which was flagged as ' fragile', as it was carrying some sensitive and important official documents. On reaching at guwahati airport, in the conveyor belt, i found my said suitcase in a deformed position in the way with extracted and missing wheel.in no time i contacted with the staff of spicejet, who took me to the office in the lounge. After going through the fact, your staff (Agent id - 116469) filled up one "baggage irregularity report" bearing serial no. 6884 dated 29.10.2017, duly signed by me. The said agent also took a number of photograph of the damaged portion of the luggage, with an assurance that the authority will look after the matter. But, unfortunately till date no communication the side of spicejet has been made to me.
The luggage costs me rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand) only and it was just newly bought. Without its wheel, the said suitcase has become useless. Hence, it is requested, either it should be repaired as it was or refund me the full purchase value of the same, denial of which will led me to approach to the consumer forum.

The incident happened while i was travelling from agartala to guwahati by sg169 on 29.102017. On reaching in the guwahati airport, in the conveyor belt i found my baggage which was flagged as ' fragile' de-formed, in the way extracted and missing wheel.in no time i contacted with spicejet staff, who took me to the office. After going through all documents, the said staff (Agent id - 116469), took few photographs of the damaged luggage and filled one baggage irregularity report bearing serial no. 6884 dated 29.10.2017, duly signed by me, with an assurance that the spicejet will look after the matter. But, unfortunately till date no contact from the side of spicejet has been made with me.
The luggage was a brand new one costing me rs. 2000/-, which became useless without its wheel.
Hence, it is requested to make it repair as it was, immediately or refund me the purchase cost. Denial of which will led me to approach the consumer forum.
