Hi.. My refund amount rs. 3597 has not been credited yet and spicejet's customer care executives are telling me that refund has already been proceed and asking me to check with the bank, i have already checked with the bank and also provided the bank statement still they are making the same false claims. The spicejet executive are very very slow in response.

I send almost 3 mails per day but they even do not acknowledge my mails.

It is very very frustrating as many times i informed them that i am facing a medical condition at my home and any small amount has meaning to me, still no one in spicejet even bothered to ackonwledge my communication.

    I paid amount rs 11314 for my return flight on[protected] &[protected], through www.goibibo.com my pnr reference number is x8m85m spice jet flight sg823 surat to delhi..& a6hvfp spice jet flight sg474 delhi to surat... I wanted to book this for 14th nov 2017 (Departure) and 15th nov 2017 (Return). However when my uncle went at the surat airport on 14th nov; it showed that vouchers are wrongly booked (Unintentionally) for 14th feb 2018 (Departure) and 15th feb 2018 (Return). By the time the error for realized; it was too late for them to board any flight today; hence they opted to take a train for evening... Now your customer service representative says they can only offer me a refund of around rs 1100 (Total) against rs 11314 (Paid by me). Their travel date is still too far; this for a genuine error and its not fair to charge so huge for a mistake caused. At the end we all are humans and we all make mistakes. Please help me.

      I had a flight at 215 pm. For which i had done a web check in. I reached the airport 35 min prior to the departure with one bag which i could carry on as well as it was 6.5 kgs. The moment i entered the airport there was an announcement made tat people travelling to patna hurry up. N i rushed to the spice counter within a few seconds of the announcement. There was a lady by the name of shyamli at the counter and she straight refused to help me there and said the counter is closed. I had my mobile boarding pass n everything. I told her of check in bag is an issue i'll leave my bag out as my husband is still there. But to my surprise there was another employee sitting beside her who told her to allow me but she constantly refused. My husband was in the drop off area and he got a call from spice jet asking if i reached the airport. He said yes she is at the check in counter. They asked him rush me as it was the last 10-15 min.. He called me and told me the same. When i informed shyamli she refused stating tat it isn't possible and she said let me see any other help and kept me waiting till 215.. At 215 she said the only option now is a flight of tomorrow for 8000.

      I want to understand how can spicehet employ such employees who have such a big role in making customer miss their flight.. Does spicehet and their employees understand and emergency with which someone might have booked a flight to travel..

      This is ridiculous.. To add on when i called make my trip and spicehet, when they attempted to verify the check in time was shown as 2 as opposed to 140. And they said they never called my husband too whereas he has the number and call duratiob in his phone. Many trip harpreet and mehtab were of no help too..

      Both make my trip and spicejet showed a lot of arrogance and refused to help me in anyways. Not was an alternate flight arranged and neither was a refund issued.. It looks they run a scam in partnership to rip customers off their money..

      Absolutely disappointing..

      After boycott indigo i think it is next boycott spicejet..
      Fabulous by spice jet to ignore this complaint and not respond at all

        Hi i traveled from delhi to kochi on 9th nov.2017. I found in spice cafe catalog on my seat that the details of alcohol available on board with brand name and price. It is also written as a star item. It is available on internationals flight only. I felt offensive to see how children and people who does not want to drink are being exposed to drink alcohol. I request you to remove this page since in the public interest. According to me it is a full page advertisement promoting alcohol when alcohol is not permissible to buy in domestic flights.

            I have booked chennai to hyderabad flight on 02 nov 2017 and return on 06 nov 2017 in spicejet flight via YATRA. The total fare was Rs. 2988.
            And according to spicejet policy for seat booking seperately Rs.200 each up and down i have paid for seat booking. The total fare including seat was for Rs. 3388. Since it is an official trip i was supposed to claim for refund for the total amount of Rs. 3388.
            But to my surprise the ticket invoice i have received for up and down including seat booking was coming as Rs. 2888 chennai to hyderabad - Rs. 1220 and hyderabad to chennai - Rs. 1668 which is Rs. 500 less than the amount i have booked.
            without seat booking amount of Rs. 400 the ticket rate is coming to Rs. 1468 + Rs. 1020 = Rs. 2488.
            There seems to be a disappearance of Rs. 500 which i suppose must have gone as service charge or booking fees.
            When enquired with yatra customer care they are pinpointing spicejet for missing money and spicejet also saying that yatra is responsible.
            In spite of spending money, I am unable to figure out where it went and I need a valid receipt for this.

            The receipt issued by spicejet is having a shortage of Rs 500 from the money I have spent including seat booking

                Since i along with my family has to attend marriage ceremony another dsy i have no choice
                This issue disrupted me drastically physically and financially also

                  On 12th october i was to fly on sg-487 from goa to mumbai at scheduled time, 5.30pm. The flight kept being delayed for every 30 minutes, and finally at 9.30 pm after 4 hours of waiting the flight took off that day.

                  The staff present at the airport kept giving us vague answers and never for once gave us a good answer as to why this happened! Secondly, the staff behaved in a very rude manner.

                  While we waited for 4 hours at the airport, please note at goa domestic airport there is no restaurant to eat food.

                  Spicejet gave us "refreshments" which consisted a small party sandwhich + cupcake + apple juice + haldiram sev.
                  Who eats this kind of stuff for dinner?

                  The worse part was they didn't even have food on the plane!
                  I reached mumbai at 10.30 and by the time i was in my hotel it was midnight.

                  When i called the customer care, they didn't bother at all. I have been put on hold numerous of times and once the executive told me not to call but email them. Which i did, and all they send is vague responses & apology emails.

                  My question as a consumer is this, is it sufficient by the service provider to say sorry after such a big blunder and wiggle out of this?
                  Don't we pay for a service and if we are not satisfied by the service it is their duty to look into the matter.

                  It's been a month now since the incident and they still don't have the decency to resolve this complaint.

                  My request to everyone is that avoid traveling in this useless airlines.
                  They have no respect for a customer.

                    I travelled on flight sg517 on 14/11/17 in seat number 3a from goa to pune on an upgrade i purchased at the airport check in receipt number goi 2882.
                    I was informed when i purchased the upgrade that i would be entitled to a meal and a drink. When the stewardess came along i asked for a non veg meal and was told none were available. Only one person had been served food prior to myself, does that mean that you only provide vegetarian food? I do not eat vegetarian meals, therefore i was unable to get a meal. The stewardess was not helpful at all and telling me to have a sandwich or a vegetarian meal. As i had not had lunch neither of these options were suitable as i required a hot meal. Is it your policy to sell product that is not available? I am travelling back to goa on 20/11/17 with my wife on flight number sg516 at 12:20pm is it possible to be provided with a hot non veg meal for myself and my wife? Anog
                    Some one send me the letter of invitation for interview for speice jet. but before that he is forcing me to pay refundable amount of 9950rs in allhabad bank or punjab national bank. Name of that fake person is siddhartha chaudhary. So please take some good actions on them.

                      Myself yogesh babu and with me my spouse jesha kutty and son adhivk just now 13th nov arrived from pune to goa through pnr number u3ehvb.
                      We checked in 3 luggage of which one tuffle bag got totally damaged at 360 degree.
                      The way it was handled shows your care on customers. This is not at all acceptable to have my most favourite bag in such condition.
                      Look at the picture and decide your action. However i had reported to your staff vikash patel at the airport and seeking your action.

                        Can yu please help to solve my prob. I have book tickets from goibibo on 16oct due to health issue i have cancel the tickets bcos my mother is 60 years old and she is suffering from danju. When i cancel the tickets both the airline spicejet and goair refund me 1453 only i have book tickets of rs 22252 when i call goibibo they simply say yu cancel the tickets yu only received 1453 amount and cut the ph after that call them again and again the pick the call but put them hold for 40 mins to 1 hour after that i talk one of their escutive they call spicejet and goair the airline escutive says yu submit the medical documents and we refund yur money after that i have submit all the documents which they need but am received e-mail from spicejet they says we don't refund yur money in the basic of medical documents after that i again call to goibibo they don't pick my ph. After that i reply on same e-mail give me the resion why yu don't refund my money they don't reply and i don't recived any response from goair please help me to solve this prob m monthly salary is 20 and am not able to bear this loss so please help.

                          Mr. Dikshant verma travelling from bangalore to jammu via mumbai and amritsar. Your airline spicejet is dropping him at amritsar airport with delayed timings and he is unable to catch hid next flight via amritsar. He is a child and alone but the airline spicejet is not ready to take the further responsibility for his assistance. The flight pnr is td2pja. Kindly look for the issue asap.

                            I took a spice jet flt from mumbai to delhi 23 sept, upon receiving my luggage i realised my suitcase (Moulded) safari brand was cracked and broken. I submitted my complaint to the ground staff who filled a form, took picture of the damage, my boarding pass, and luggage tag, gave me a receipt which i have with me. After a month a customer complaints email was sent to me asking about the exact same details, i sent the a picture of the receipt. They still have resolved my issue till now. Very very unhappy and it's an unreasonable amount of time lapsed and no closure.

                              I was travelling by sg 277 from kolkata to chennai departing at 11.20 hours which actually departed only at 12.05. As soon as i boarded the flight i slept for an hour. I woke up at around 13.15 hours and to my dismay i was suspicious whether i was eligible for food in the flight. While it had been served at their time the crew came to collect the trash from everybody and saw me awake. They never realised that they had not provided with food even at that time. Finally at 2.00 p. M. They suddenly realised that they had not provided the same and it was almost the time it was about to start landing. I was embarrased that i would only be eating watched by the entire set of passengers and had to only ask for a drink. Even that was handed over to my neighbour passengers when the crew member walked past me very swiftly. I just want to know what is the duty of the hostesses - not to care for the passengers and do their duty for the simple reason that they re bound. Even when we ask for water it is invariably given at their will time. I am really appalled at the attitude of the staff on board.

                              We are not allowed to checkin if we are just before 30 mins but they can delay their flights for 3 hrs and waste almost 7 hrs in coming early and wasting out time in [censored] Airports.Make good arrangements dont leave ur customers like dogs

                                I opened my gmail app and checking spam folder then i saw this mail and send screenshots of this mail to my friend and then we are discussing about it but then i remember i don't apply for this job then i go on offical website of spicejet and but the address was same so i search the name written on call letter siddhartha chaudhary then i click on this website and said to my friend this is fake.

                                On october 5, 2017 a flight ticket for november 18, 2017 for flying from delhi to surat was booked through cheap ticket.in. I chose a spicejet flight #sg-823, which was scheduled to fly at 16.35 from delhi and which was land at surat at 18.15. Timing was perfect as i am landing in delhi at 14.30 from bagdogra and have to reach latest by 8pm to bardoli which is around 90 minutes from surat. I paid ₹.3004/- and got a confirmation with pnr, date and time. Surprisingly, on october 9, 2017 i received an sms from spicejet informing me that the flight is rescheduled at 5.45pm which will reach surat after 1hr & 40min that is at 7.25pm. 90min from there to bardoli, means i will be missing my show which i have perform at 8pm.

                                Hence i requested the airline to cancel my ticket. They said that they cannot cancel it as it was booked through cheapticket.in at a special rate. I called up cheap ticket's office and requested them to cancel the ticket and refund me my money. They are saying that the airline will cancel the ticket but will not refund any money as the flight is not delayed for more than 2 hours.
                                Sir, my point here is that this not a delay, this is flight reschedule which is done much prior to the journey date and which is not suitable to me. Hence, i am eligible for a complete refund.

                                  Myself shalu sara sam had booked my flight from pune to cochin by sg185 on 03/11/2017 at 11:15 am (Ref no. :[protected]. I reached the spicejet counter after the luggage screening at their scheduled time and was not allowed to fly as they claimed that i am carrying extra luggage, more than their allowed baggage. I was ready to reduce the weight of my baggage according to their allowance but they still didn't allow me to do so. The person behind the counter mr. Dilip parmar was very rude and arrogant he was not ready to hear to me or the counter staff ms. Priya. Even i was not allowed to make a call to my parents to inform the same as my mobile was not reachable. I am very thankful to jet airways, who allowed me to make a call from their counter and helped me.
                                  Even though i was ready to reduce the weight of my baggage and leave behind my extra baggage at their counter or leave it outside the airport, so that my parents can collect it, they didn't allow me. Mr. Dilip parmar and other staffs were so busy chatting with each other that they kept me waiting, not listening to me and made run all though the airport seeking help from others.
                                  Later on dilip started announcing that the counter is closed and nothing can be done. My request was unheard and i missed my flight.
                                  Mr. Dilip parmar behavior created all issues and i missed my flight and caused loss of money and time.
                                  After complaining to mr. Prithviraj singh. Duty officer & station master, spicjet, pune also didn't respond to our grievances or took any action or inquiry and only supported his staff and directly said nothing can be done.
                                  This forced us to raise a complain with spicejet with complain no. 39372 & 39373 dated 03/11/2017. This caused me a loss money and time.
                                  I request you to please look into this matter so that i can get a fair judgement and the persons behind this mr. Dilip parmar and mr. Prithviraj singh gets the punishment for the irresponsible and unethical behavior. And no other should face the loss i had faced. I want refund for my money and compensation from spicejet for the loss and inconvenience they caused
                                  Hope you will consider my matter sympathetically and fairly and my issue will be resolved.

                                    The worse waste of time never experienced with the spicejet receptionist that they only look towards accessing of luggages. I was charged 300per kg for over access of my baggage. But my ticket free allowance of luggage is up to 25kg. My baggage weight is only around 21kg with my boarding backpack is around 5-6kg. So over all my calculation it's only 27. But they charge me 1500/-extra 5kg. As i check with the particular person he reply me that he has no ideas. Sin i have no time i just keep quiet and leave the place.

                                    But so sorry spicejet should take care the type of issues should not regards.

                                      This is to inform you that my luggage has been damaged by your company and for that i need a compensation. I had a flight from goa to varanasi via hyderabad on 31st oct 2017. Not to forget my luggage was mentioned fragile and still this happens?? How could somebody be more careless?? First of all your flight gets delayed and i dont even get a mesaage about it!!! And then this happens..# service and # airline.. Never travelling from spicejet again!! Do make a compensation for it!
