With great grief my son was scheduled to board on 27.12.17..he was travelling from Chennai to bagdogra, He was denied boarding pass, as he was visiting his ailing grandfather... He pleaded but he was simply denied... I'm waiting for justice and humanity... I always praised the service of spice jet...i wish and believe that spice jet is not only based on income but also serves the Indian and respect the individuals passengers family values.. With high hopes that u will arrange for my son to travel.. So that we could meet him.. Above all his ailing grandfather could see him... Which could not be valued with the cost of ticket...

    I booked return flight dated 19 dec 2017 to 5 jan 2018 from spicejet
    And when i went to delhi airport for boarding pass.. They give me boarding ticket for 17 days.. But when i went to thailand airport for visa.. They deny to give me visa due to maximum arrival of 15 days..
    When i called them to change my ticket they said me i have to reschedule it by paying an extra amount..
    My 160000 rs wasted due to spicejet airline
    Which is also registered in delhi airport when i departed from there

    spicejet told me to take arrival visa there, and booked my 17 days return tickets, which are also written in delhi airport to their records by spicejet..

    N9NDKJ ( bangkok to delhi in emergeny, when we departed from thailand, all the cost is beared by us for waiting room and dearture )

    and at delhi airport, they filed in written that our total cost estimate is 80000 per person or 160000 for us

      I had a flight sg1028 on 23rd evening at 6 15 and reported at the counter at 5 45 since i was with a baby the counter took time to attend the previous customer and even after i arrived the staff was busy with something and then said the gates closed long back when i showed her the time and said i still have 45 min she refused to attend me i told her that with the baby it tool time as i had no extra help with me but she sent me to another counter who also said the same that the counters closed long back. She even asked me why i couldn't web checkin sadly the staff themselves don't know that a passenger with infant can't web checkin when i explained it to her she had no answer she didn't even answer me as to when the gates got closed.in spite of requesting and seeing my condition with a small baby and luggage no one considered my request. I requested her for the next flight and with lot of pleading she gave me next day morning. I had to be a function at 8 am next morning but with no other option i took 7 50 flight for 24th sg1028.
      The next morning sg1035 was delayed and 7 50 flight took off at 11 15 and the function was a far off thing my small baby couldn't handle all this chaos for 4 hrs and fell sick.
      I am very disappointed with the service and the staff not considering a passenger with infant to check in even though i reached on time was the worst someone can experience.

      Going forward this experience stops me taking the service of spice jet.
      Spicejet fake call letter with unsuspecting details forcing to deposit RS.9950 before 6pm of the same day.

        My brother Mr Biswajit Mondal while travelling from Port Blair to Kolkata on 21Dec 2017 flight no SG254, he found his suitcase handle was broken, also there was a hole in the suitcase while collecting his lugguage at Kolakata airport, which he has already reported at the counter of spice jet at Kolkata airport. I have attached some pics. Kindly take necessary action
        Our flight sg3252 is delayed 3:35 hrs from scheduled time and still we didn’t board they are not giving us proper food too it’s lunch time and nothing has arrived we need something heavy to eat this is not the way to respect a valuable passenger we have a newly married couple with us what can we do now

            19 dec 2017 was such an important and auspious day for students like me. But all went to vain.
            Flight 608 was supposed to leave frm cochin at 10:25 and reach port blair by 2:30. Flight was delayed first fr 1 hr then another 1 hr and again fr another 1 hr.
            Because of this many of them were not able to board fr other flight. But biggest tragedy happened with those people who had booked for direct flight to port blair.
            Our flight was cancelled due to the late arrival of flight to chennai. Because of this students who were traveling alone suffered the most. There's no one to contact, parents are also worried about the children of what to do and what not to do. Such situations creates such a lot of tension and worries in the life of costumer.
            Such an dissapointment was never accepted from spice jet

            I receive a email with attachment of a letter.in this letter spicejet job vacanices. Please clarify its real or fakr? I think its fake.if fake pls take action against this

              I travelled from dubai @ 5 am to india amritsar 9:30 on dated 18dec 2017.
              In which i found staff casual approach while giving emergency exit instructions to passengers, all the male staff members were laughing with each other on very serious factors and the same informed them there and then by us.
              While travelling on 13 dec @ 4:40pm to dubai was awesome but very bad experience while coming back.

                They took round about[protected] rupees, claiming the fact that they are taking an interview for selecting cabin crew, which is a fake way of doing it. Actually, in the real process, no such interviews through phone calls take place. Rather, it takes place face to face at the airport. Their e-mail id is abhimanyu. [protected]@outlook.com, and the name of that organisation was airlines recruiter. The e-mail came to me on may 21, and it took place on the same day. I have the e-mail sent by them, but, i can't find a way to attach it to here

                  The spicejet flight plying between kolkata and surat sg 877 has been repeatedly delayed by half an hour. Passenger time cannot be taken for granted like that. Plus the ground staff in surat is absolutely pathetic. They opened the gates and then passengers had to wait for 15 mins to be let in the aircraft. I urge better management from spcijet's side. I would give 1/5 for my journey.

                    The manager of spice jet anand krishnan acted very careless and refused boarding where in it was harldy 5 mins late. Such arrangements can be definitely looked upon and being a manager no solution was offered. What a under trained staff! Shame on u spice jet. The manager had attitude issue. I can provide with my flight details too. Unhelpful staff. Rude manager. Anand krishnan u suck. It was a domestic flight where he could have helped me in boarding. However he kept his ego. There was no "customer centric" attitude. He went on talking around about restrictions rather than working on solutions. Not all a customer oriented person. Please hire better staff

                      I (Aged 72+) had requested for a wheel chair assistance from flight for flight sg-2874, pnr no. Ab2mfq, pbd-bom through customer care section. Spice jet crew denied to provide me any such assistance on arrival. I got down from the flight and had to beg before a security person at the airport to help me with a wheel chair.
                      Pathetic behaviour of spice jet crew. One need to stop such airlines which lack basic services.
                      There is difference in understanding between the customer care and the on ground employees.
                      What has happened:
                      The customer care(Dipti) told guitar was not allowed as hand baggage whereas the air hostess told me that they do allow. This has cost me more than you think or understand. Please let me know you corrective measures for this too.

                        Respected sir,
                        I had to fly to delhi from jaipur on 11/12/2017 in the flight sg-2418. The flight departure time is 20:40 as mentioned in the ticket issued.
                        The pnr of my ticket is dg4mmr and booking id is fb0812dn3lrg was booked on 8/12/217.
                        I had to travel with my family and my elderly mother. Due to heavy traffic congestion on the airport road in jaipur because of heavy rains in the city we reached the airport at 20:13p. M. And requested your officials at the airport to allow us board the flight. I was extremely apprehensive and pleaded continuously as my elderly mother was not in good health.
                        But the official bluntly refused and also wrote on my ticket our arrival time in the airport. (A copy enclosed). Kindly look into this matter and arrange for the reimbursement of our cost of the ticket as i am an ordinary government employee and every penny i earn is with lots of hard work.

                          I had booked my ticket for bagdogra to kol on 12th dec and back on 14th dec by spicejet.

                          My filght was at 2.50 pm. Due to heavy congestion in the city and at the airport i reached the airport a few minutes late i. E by 2.00 pm.

                          The spicejet people were very unfriendly and denied any help. I requested them several times but they very bluntly refused to help. There was enough time if they could have accomodated.

                          Moreover, after all request, i even asked me to accomodate on the next flight. For which again i was refused saying that there was no vacancy although online it was showing that seats were available.

                          Having no other option, i had to then take a flight with air asia.

                            We have reached the airport earlier and took boarding pass.we family members 5 people coming from delhi to trv.due to baby illness reaching the gate late nearly departure time.but about 30 mins remaining, staffs are not allowed to entering the flight...we have missed the flight n made a huge money loss by spice jet company.
                            Please take further remedial measure for giving back our money...

                              Flight sg 87, del-bkk (6:10 pm, dec 11, 2017 at check-in counter - row d, dehli airport)
                              Whilst half of hundreds passenger were queueing for the open of check-in counter, a spicejet staff did bring a group of his indian friends (Well-physical condition, in teenages or early adults) to cut the line - being the 1st to check-in. My friends and me (5th - 13th queue) did not accept this ugly practivce and told them to queue-up, be respect to other passengers who'd been waiting for a while. Once the counter were opened, we become a little filghting as they (This queue-cutting) tried to break the line. The situation became aggressive - shouting, pushing, pulling,... Finally, after standing still and seeing very entertaining show, the same spicejet staff came to us, told us to calm down and leave the spece for them to cut-in. Omg!!! Never experieced this kind of solution before, by non-respectfully overlooking other half of handreds in-queue passengers but only facilitating friends and reletives.
                              Obviously, we later noticed that this queqe-cutting group knows very well with many spicejet staff including tht manager..... That's why they're so previlege.

                              My spice jet SG3219 schedules on 10th of december 2017 from Kolkata to silchar got cancelled due to bad weather . But i still havent got my refund back. Please do the needful.

                                It was 10 th dec 2017 when i departed from home at 8 o'clock for boarding at silchar airport then at 11.30 near silchar airport i got a messege from spicejet that my flight was cancelled. It was disopointed me & i requested the spicejet station mannger to mennege anther accommodation to next flight or lodge & food. Station manneger ignore & misbehave.

                                  Hahn air systems flight h1 9146 economy class operated by spicejet booking reference: a79wcb flight from bangalore to kolkata on 17th november. Departure 6.10 pm from bangalore, india.
                                  The tray was broken, and the airhostess kept hot noodles on it which slipped on my dress and caused burns. When i requested the change of the seat (As it was dirty) the air hostess lied that there was no vacant seat. Later, i pointed out the vacant seat, and then they arranged the seat change.

                                  I urge suitable compensation for this type of misconduct ans suffering.

                                      This mail is in regards to bad attitude and ignorance approach shown by jammu spice jet executive (Ladies) with my family members (Especially 65+ years old father and mother, wife and one year kid).

                                      While i was returning from vaishno devi to jammu airport reached airport at 12:30pm (Before 45 min of flight departure).
                                      Date of travel:

                                      Even in katra, my mobile signals were not good and unable to see flight details in online yatra portal. I am able to see indigo flight details from delhi to ranchi but jammu to delhi spice jet logo and other details do not appear in my phone and due to this did bag check-in indigo airlines and stand 20 min to reach counter for the ticket and then realize my flight with spice jet. At the same time reached to spice jet and still 23 min left for flight departure but your staff members attitude was pathetic and not even listening.

                                      Major concerns:

                                      • everyone does mistake in life. I was traveling with my 6 family members (Especially 2 senior citizens and 1-year-old kid – we went for birthday pray for my kid to vaishno devi). That is a separate story. But, my question to you if the flight gets delayed by airlines then you guys can do onboarding within 10-15min of time but why your ladies executive seating at the desk is so arrogant and not even listening to my family excuse? She called flight crew members after my wife started crying then it was too late and not getting attention and missed my flight. That lady staff member intention was to give another ticket. Even in first interaction told me to book another ticket or will check how much extra need to pay.
                                      • after flight missed paid 48k for 6 members to re-book flight from jammu to delhi. My another question to you, i paid 48k then your flight delayed from srinagar to jammu and due to this, i missed another connecting flight from delhi to ranchi.in the first circumstance, there was my mistake but that mistake can be overlooked by your staff members. You tell me why i have to pay 48k + another indigo airlines rescheduling cost? I lost one day and lost my baby birthday celebration at my home place and my family (Especially father/mother) humiliated by your executive and tell me all are my issues.
                                      • i spent 48k to spice jet + 6k to indigo + 22k to hotel and cab due to your executive arrogance, flight delay, and misbehavior. At one stage i was wrong but not in all cases.
                                      • i would request you to please align your team members to look airport security videos and overall conversation. If at any place i was wrong then will not ask any question else i need action from you?

                                        I had made an online reservation through my credit card a few weeks ago for a travel by spicejet. Subsequently, i cancelled the ticket through its website. Surprisingly, there was no choice for returning the money i was eligible to get, into my credit card from which the reservation was made.

                                        Instead, the only choice was to put it into a credit shell which would be adjusted against future travel. I am told that the only way to get a refund into your credit card is by separately asking for it after which they will run you through a maze just to get your own money back!

                                        This looks patently illegal because spicejet is forcing us to book by their airline for the next trip which theoretically i am free not to.

                                        When i write to them, they give vague, non-specific and evasive answers. Can the consumer courts of india discipline these companies from making malpractices and misrepresentations a part of their business model?
