Today i had a flight from kolkata to delhi and the flight no was sg264. Unfortunately we were stuck in the traffic on our way to airport, even then we reached the airport 35min before but the lady at the spicejet counter was not cooperative and didn't allow us to board the flight. Not only us there were more several passengers who were also stuck in the traffic but that lady successfully wasted 20min arguing with us and not handing over our boarding pass to us. With such a bad and disgusting experience experience with spicejet neither we nor any family member of ours will be traveling with spicejet anymore.

    Dear sir,

    I have booked ticket from srinagar to delhi on dated[protected].

    I am unable to travel to srinagar due to security reason, condition not normal in kashmir for visiting.

    I called to customer 2 times for cancellation with full refund but i received poor response from customer care and i asked for call arrangement but not received.

    Request to please do the needful for full refund.

      I booked spicejet ticket from delhi to pune 0835 hrs 05.06.2017 through my paytm app. I have paid sum of rs.6092/. Through paytm to you. Now the ticket on your website is showing as coupon ticket. My bank is not passing my ta bill, as bank presume this is a free ticket. Kindly refund my money or show the total cost against my pnr no. Vfffnh.

        I had booked my travel ticket through makemytrip.com. I purchased flight tickets from rajahmundry to new delhi i. E. Through spicejet (Sg-1602) from rajahmundry to hyderabad and connecting flight air india (Ai-541) from hyderabad to new delhi for 16.06.2017 vide booking id nf [protected]. The timing of spicejet at rajahmundry was 11.50 (11.50 hrs. To 12.55 hrs) and air india at hyderabad was 16.15 hrs (16.15 hrs to 18.25 hrs) with a layover at hyd for 3 hrs 20 mins. But due to some technical issue, the spicejet airline got delayed as it took off from rajahmundry at 14.15 hrs and landed at hyderabad airport at around 15.20 hrs. I got down and collected my baggage and went to air india counter for collecting my boarding pass to new delhi. I was informed by the air india authorities that the counter has been closed and had to book ticket for another flight. When i connected the spicejet officers at hyderabad their response was very undesirable. They didn’t even take the pain to listen to my grievance and simply told to book another flight. Since this was the peak season, the fare was also very exorbitant and with no option left, i had to book another flight of air india which was at 20.55 hrs. At hyderabad.
        In view of the above, it is requested to guide me as to how can i get the extra amount i spent for purchasing the tickets.

          Hi team - i have a complain about spice jet. Pnr-sc3fvd.

          The flight website showed no fees if flight rescheduled same day within 60 min or 120min. However, they charged me at the end around 4500 inr. This is clearly misleading. Upon calling akshita and ankit, started fighting that it is cancellation policy. The flight booking was made from the portal and ticket was rescheduled in next 10 min. There excuse is to call the agent and get back the money but not from website. I feel cheated by showing misleading messages as no reschedule fee. They should have asked us to call them to save our money rather showing such message

          The airline actually cheating passengers in name of flexibility which is not there at all

            We were travelling on the 28th of february, 2017 from delhi to hyderabad on flight sg 125 (Pnr no. T3428l in the name of vinod sajnani). Upon arrival, we discovered that our samsonite strolley bag was badly cracked near one of the wheels and around the center. The fiber body was absolutely cracked and the contents inside the luggage could be seen. I immediately spoke to the spicejet personnel at the rgia airport at hyderabad and lodged a report where pictures of the damaged bag were taken. Baggage irregularity report no. 15845 was raised. For a rs. 10, 000 bag compensation offered is rs. 1, 500. We would rather prefer a replacement. The airlines is claiming some internal policy and has said this is maximum they can offer. Why should we accept it. They have accepted bag cannot be fixed, so let them replace it. Kindly help. Reference number for communication with spicejet is[protected].

              I'm a frequent flyer of spicejet since last two years, i have been using atleast two services every three months. My experiences was nice in spicejet and i was happy with that till yesterday. I used sg 092 spicejet from male to cochin on 11th jun 2017, yesterday. I had to carry my 40"tv with me and a lady airline staff treated me like a begger. I tried for a negotiation but she told me either pay 40$ or put it into the waste bin. I never expect such a rude behaviour from an airline staff. Her attitude was like she is paying my air fare by herself. Finally i paid 40 $ in the airport and i have attached the invoice they had given me at the time. But it was a great disappointment that when i open my tv in the next morning, it was broken. I don't know what care they had given to my luggage even i put fragile sticker on it. It is broken in a corner of the led screen and it is now a waste and now i can put it in my waste bin as she said. I'm attaching my tv's photo here. She was enthusiastic to pick the money from me but not to given a better service. Beware of spicejet offers and services. They have treated me very badly and damaged my product as well. It was a sony bravia 40" klv-40w652d model tv cost around 48, 500 indian rupees.

                I am travelling in spice jet flight sg 84 from bangkok to kolkata, we have 6 seats from 31 a to 31 f, out of the 6 seats we could keep only 3 luggage coz the rest was occupied by the air hostess luggage, imagine 3 luggage and no place to keep,
                She said its company rules that they keep their luggage in this particular space.
                Don't u think a company like spice jet should not hv complains like this. They say we will have to keep our luggage in the seat no. 11, why should v, y can't they shift theirs and y can't they shift it for us when they r keeping their luggage in the space provided to passengers.

                  I was travelling from new delhi on a spicejet flight. After the trip, when i recovered my luggage at the conveyor belt, one corner was broken to the point that a piece had broken so that there was a hole in the suitcase. I complained straightaway at the airport and a few days later a staff called me to inform me that i would be reimbursed only rs. 3000. My luggage is a delsey honore. It cost me around 28k. When i told my issues with the amount, the staff told me he would email me a link to take my complaint further up. That email never came. So i called the customer care, after listening to my query, the staff put me on hold and then cut my call. So i wrote an email but in vain. I still haven't gotten a reply.

                  Horrible service by spicejet! If your staff have broken a customers luggage, you're supposed to apologize and reimburse the amount. Safe to say, i will spread word about the horrible service to all my friends and relatives and will never travel by spicejet again.

                    Date 10th june 2017, flight 502 chennai to ahmedabad
                    1. Strapping machine not working at x-ray scanning machine in chennai.
                    2. Very slow response in payment of excess baggage charges. Only one card swiper, staff was insisting on cash payment. More than 30 minutes was spent in payment of excess baggage charge. No facility for spice max. The excess charges if any should be collected at the check in counter itself to avoid inconvenience to passengers.
                    2. On landing at ahmedabad even though our bags were marked "priority" for spicemax passengers the luggage was definitely not "first out" causing a delay in our exit from the airport. The luggage finally came in the third or fourth lot of bags. Why pay more for a facility when it cannot be maintained.

                      Booked spice jet by goibibo (Pnr-o2g5ub): flight dated 07-may-17 from bengaluru to delhi scheduled at 9:30am. It's on my birthday. For the first time traveling in spice jet. I came to airport by 8:33 am & in the check-in security guard didn't allow me to enter airport because i was showing him the sms received from spice jet. (Note: i used to show the sms in most of the case like train, movie booking i didn't face any problem so in airport also i thought this will work & its advertised by government to save nature & go green because of which all the trouble happened on my birthday) security guard was not ready to accept it & asking to show the mail.in airport my mobile signal where weak it was getting delayed & some how download it & showed him & went to get boarding pass by 8:50am. I had only hand luggage. Which was 5 minutes late as reporting time was 45 minutes before departure.
                      After all this has happened at the boarding point of spice jet officer / air hostess in spice jet counter, i explained what has happened in all the manner i can, i don't like to ask apologies/beg but i did that too on my birthday. She told that she was senior in charge & she called to some one & was not ready to accept. She was speaking in such a manner it was very much improper. Hope this people are appointment to help the customer. But i felt in the difference manner. I was so much disappointed by the attitude show by that person. I lost - my dignity, my respect, my money. All the things on my birthday because of your customer care executive in boarding pass counter. I have traveled in many flights in which once i was late by 15 minutes... They understand my problem & allow me to board but here they ditched me in all manner & they are not ready to help in any manner. She told you came late its your mistake, we cont do any thing if need you can book other flight & travel. It's on my birthday i was traveling to meet my family member. Your executive have screwed me in all the manner she can. I only know how i felt on that day before other passenger when i as begging to her & apologies to her there is no affinity. I am not able update all the things happened, i felt its my worth birthday.
                      It's the worse experience i got because of spice jet... I feel, i must never travel in spice jet again in my lifetime. There is no politeness show to the customer in spice jet. If its the case for sure you will not have repeated customer.

                        I have booked a ticket on sat 12th sept 2015 of.. I have cancelled the ticket around 10 days before my travel date. Out of which 25416 was suppose to be get refunded. The travel date was fri 16th oct 2015 and return was on 21oct 2015. Out of which i have received only 5416 amount remaining amount is still pending. The request id raised for refund was[protected],[protected]. The amount 5416 already refunded. The transaction they have me as reference for 20000 refund is 65349348 which is not at all refunded in my bank account transaction details.
                        We r check in at delhi airport at 6 pm
                        now i have recieved the message from airlines flight has been delayed by 3 hrs
                        my flight no SG087 they r even not provinding dinner to me we r four persons we will write to blog and twitter share our experiencing in facebook
                        so people must know

                          Pnr# je8jrx, 3 passengers, from kolkata to bangaluru, jurney date: 08.06.2017.
                          Mr. Saurav call me on 06.06.2017 from gurgaon asking extra money for some extra facilities. I said that i am not interested and he was repeatedly forcing me to pay extra money for extra facilities. Finally i told him that i am not interested.

                          Mr. Saurav has changed my booking status without my knowledge and make payment due rs. 1580/- and changed my seat number.
                          This is disturbing the customer and simply cheating the customer. This will reduce to my interest to travel by spice jet airlines in future.

                          I would like to request to take proper action against of mr. Saurav for harassing customer and killing the customer's valuable time and let me know what action has been taken against of mr. Saurav.

                            I was travelling flight sg263 delhi-kolkata 5:55 am flight. Pnr :xfdh6u dated 5.06.2017. Flight's temperature was suspected over 40 degree as all the passengers and crew were sweating. When this was communicated to cabin crew, they said the ac will be effective only when flight takes off. Terrible response from captain and cabin crew. Everyone was feeling suffocated due to high temp. Cabin crew kept on giving illogical reasons for acs not turning on. This is the worst and last experience with spicejet ever. There was baby (Hardly few months old) next seat, was continously crying. Still crew hardly had sympathy and were stick to bluffing and providing the illogical reasons. Cabin crew said there is no sop of switching on ac and maintaining temperature before take off. I am definitely sure, in this pathetic situation, if there was any patient would have unfortunately lost his/her life. It was such a alarming situation due to terrible hospitality and not following sops. Captain is completely responsible for the incident and was very casual in responding to passengers. One of the co passenger asked for feedback forms, they failed to provide feedback forms (Instead they provided some cards).

                            I want specific dept to deep dive into the investigation and catch the reason behind the issue. Meanwhile, i request for refund of my flight charges (6900 inr) for the inconvenience caused.

                              I traveled on sg636 from ahmedabad to mumbai on june 5th 2017, departure at 5:40 a. M. On boarding the flight i had reported cabin crew about very warm temperature in cabin. She responded that "once flight will take off, ac will work perfectly". Again after take-off i had called upon ms. Astha and asked her as to why ac is still not working... And same reply was given. Half the way, it was announced that airlines regrets for warm temperature in cabin.

                              If it's known that ac is not working, than why the flight was allowed to take off or it's a compromise by maintenance department? It was about 80 minutes in oven.

                                I booked a spicejet flight to travel from delhi to chennai through goibibo.com. Date of travel is june 1, 2017 and departure time is 20:40. Pnr number is l82y8z. Me and my sister went to the spicejet counter in delhi domestic airport at 20:10.in the counter ms. Sana khalil and ms. Seema bavra were present saying that we came late so that boarding passes can't be given. This is the first time iam coming to delhi and due to traffic we were unable to reach the airport 45 minutes before the departure time. We even asked them that we will pay extra amount and i said i came with my sister and we cant stay anywhere outside. But they were very rude in their speech and in their behaviour. I have never come across such type of crucial attitude staffs in my life. If they would have allowed us by taking extra penalty, we would have reached that night itself. But because of that worst attitude staffs, we stayed in the airport whole night very depressed without food and sleep. No one is there to help us. I regret for coming to delhi and took a decision for going back to chennai through spicejet. I will never forget that incident that had happened with your worst staffs behaviour and speech on that day and i and my family and friends will never choose your airlines again in my life.

                                  I have tried to book a spicejet flight from bangalore to cochin for the date 28th july 2017, on 23rd may 2017 using the mobile number [protected] for 3 members. I have tried to book through website and an amount of 4788 was paid through mobikwik, but the webpage displayed the ticket was not booked, wherein mobikwik page shows payment done.

                                  When i have contacted spicejet customer care, they said it will be refunded by 7 days, but till now refund is not received. Kindly help in getting the same.

                                    I am a doctor working in Dubai, UAE with NRI status and my family is in Jaipur, India. I or my family keep on travelling regularly between Jaipur and Dubai. Since I have only foreign credit card, hence I book my airline tickets for me and my family through this foreign credit card.
                                    Recently, I faced lot of harassment by the Spicejet airlines staff on which I had booked my ticket for travel from Jaipur to Dubai on 30 May 2017. At the Jaipur boarding counter I was asked to show the credit card through which the ticket was booked. Since I have numerous foreign credit cards and I cannot carry all of them during my travel, and I was unaware of this rule or requirement; hence I did not have the credit card and I was refused for travel, and had to book a new flight ticket again. Earlier, I or my family has been travelling repeatedly on Spicejet through my foreign credit card booked tickets, but was never asked to show the credit card.
                                    The Spicejet airlines showed me the terms and conditions of their airline which states that 'For all foreign (Non Indian) credit/debit card payments, the card must be produced for physical verification at the airport check-in counter if the passenger is the cardholder. In case the card holder is not travelling, it is mandatory for the passenger to furnish to the airport check-in staff a physical copy of the front side of credit/debit card duly authorized by the card holder, along with cardholder's valid proof of identification and passenger's valid photo ID proof'. The airlines have refused to address my concerns beyond this rule.
                                    I have been using these foreign credit cards for numerous transactions and travels worldwide, but so far have never been asked to show the credit card by the mercantile.
                                    1) Is this rule by private airline carrier legally valid to refuse me travel?
                                    2) Can such discriminatory rule for only foreign credit cards be made by such private agencies?

                                    I am writing to you after lot of desperation and with full hope that you will address this discriminatory, illogical, illegal and user unfriendly rule, so as to avoid harassment to the public affected largely by this ruling

                                        I have booked 5 spicejet flight tickets from kolkata to guwahati on 25/7/2016 with the travel date 3/01/2017. I had to cancel the flight tickets on 25/12/2016 due to some unavoidable circumstances. Inspite of calling the customer care of spicejet and writing mails several times and doing all the necessary procedures for refunding the money, till today I have not got my money back. Spicejet is just conning the passengers and this is very disappointing and unfair.
