I travelled from Delhi to Bengaluru on 14th May in 01:00 A.M flight. I took spice max facility and I was charged 1000rs for that. I was told that that I would be provided with priority baggage handling and prority boarding along with other benefits. I was neither provided Priority boarding or Priority baggage handling. Everyone always told me that Spicejet is a bad airline but I never really paid heed to it.
However, me and my family (Mom, Dad and Me) were in for a shock on 11th May when we travelled on the flight number GF5SRE from DEL-MAA with departure scheduled at 14:40.

We were seated by 2:20 and we kept waiting to fly off. The plane was very suffocated with dirty seats. The AC wasn't working properly. Many passengers complained...

I have forgot my password of my account with spicejet. Whenever i am clicking on forgot password icon on main page it is displaying reset password sent to registered email id. But i didn't received any mail either in inbox or spam folder. Due to which i am unable to book my tickets from last one week.

We had a very unpleasant experience with spicejet.

Me and my husband were forced to travel with spicejet's second flight on[protected] at 20:55 where we could had been pushed for our first flight in morning 06:05.

The crew did not allow us to board the flight at 5:25am.

My husband had a single side ticket and did report for check-in at 5:25 am. He had done his pre web check-in but i had a ticket...

Sg 254 made a terrible 17 hour delay in reaching delhi from kolkata. We had no information regarding when it would be reaching or what security the passengers would be provided with. The flight SG 254 departed from Kolkata (CCU) on the 3rd of May, 2017 at 5.35pm was supposed to arrive at Delhi airport by 8.20 pm.
