I had a flight from Gorakhpur to New delhi schedule today at 11:55 am i was at the counter 11:26 and repeatedly requested to let me board because my car was broke and i had an international flight from delhi to italy still they just told me that if i had a web checkin they can allow, They didn't even tried there best just neglected my problem
Worst airline and the worst services
One of the employee at Gorakhpur spicejet checkin counter - SOBAN AHMED was completely rude to me didn't even gave me 5 minutes to listen my problem.
Take action against him or i will file a consumer complaint.
Shame on these kind of airlines still operating in India.

    One of the worst experience today morning, my husband reached counter at 516 am to board Madurai flight SG 3071 scheduled 6.05 am. They did not allow him to check in and board the flight.. he repeatedly informed it's an emergency. At times of critically if the airline can't do the needful then it's absolutely meaningless...Very bad hospitality from staff as well.. the worst part they cannot endorse him name for the next flight and its non refundable as well..

      I have travel through Spice Jet from Dubai to Ahmedabad, via SG 16 flight - dated 8-Dec-16 (schedule departure 10.45 pm) Confirmation number A9ETXG, Pax 3 (including infant)

      After boarding the flight and 10 minutes after scheduled time of departure, we got intimated for delay in flight for 15 to 20 minutes for some technical and Air condition (AC) issue. There was no announcement for next 45 minutes for delay. After that it was intimated for some 30 minutes delayed and there on no intimation from crew side for next 1.5 hour. After more than 2 hours and 10/15 minutes we were informed to get back to our seats. At that time we had informed to crew that some of our luggage is still on ground. However, there was no serious response from crew. Flight started but next 15 minutes it was on fan only and no AC. For 2.5 hours AC was not working and flight was full.

      It was mid night (1 am) but inside lights were completely ON for next 2-3 hours and that did not allowed us to take rest. When we had informed crew to deemed the lights to allow infant to sleep, they informed that once they will finish with food selling, they will do so. This food packet selling was continued throughout the flight.

      Flight landed at Ahmedabad on 5.30 am and we rushed to collect our baggage. Out of 4 check in baggages, I got my two small bags and two big bags were still pending. Even after nothing on belt we waited for next load of luggage to come on belt. There was no announcement for missing luggage that they intentionally left at Airport. Neither announcement was made during the flight nor at Ahmedabad Airport for missing luggage.

      After waiting for 15 minutes, we realised that our baggages (including other passengers) were left at Dubai Airport. We were not clearly informed about when we will get our bags. We made complaint and submitted that took another hour due to crowd rush and checking. I left Ahmedabad airport around 7.15 am without my main baggages.

      There was no immediate compensation provided to us buy necessary stuff.

      Instead of going to hospital (the purpose I came down to Ahmedabad), I had to arrange first our normal require things on hand (we had infant with us). Whole priorities were changed. It was extremely painful to manage those stuff with demonetization in India.

      We got our remaining bags at 8 pm on 10 Dec 2016.

      I do understand and anticipate such scenario comes up but the way it was managed was surprising:

      - there was no announcement at schedule departure time;
      - after announcement of commitment time, there were no further announcement/ update;
      - there was no refreshment when delayed was more than 2 hours;
      - AC was not working and were at Dubai Airport for 2.5 hours, why plane was not deboarded (considering old people and infants were on board);
      - Being passenger we have informed about luggage on airport (we have seen), no response from crew side;
      - Lights were fully ON during the whole flight duration to sell food packets. How infant or anyone can sleep in such atmosphere?;
      - At Ahmedabad airport, there was no announcement for missing luggage;
      - No immediate compensation was provided to us to buy immediate stuff;
      - Staff was not commenting on when will receive our luggage.

      I paid such heavy price for one way ticket to support and to be with my family at earliest. However, due to this I was not only delayed but disappointed with the way it was managed.

      I have sent an email to Spice Jet customer relation but they are not ready to accept the fact that flight was delayed for more than 2 hours where I have furnished online records of flight status to them as well. I have sent another email to next level of authority - appellate authority in Spice Jet but with surprise there is not single reply from them.

      This is pathetic where the highest authority did not bother to acknowledge or reply email.

      Looking for action against such airlines and such customer relationship.

        to get our flight and all was good then the girl on the checking in desk said that we are not allowed to check in until I showed her the credit card that I have paid with otherwise we can not take our flight or even delay it .. and it's not even right . She wanted us to pay our ticket AGAIN or we will miss our flight . All we want our money back that we paid with VISA CIB bank .. card number

          I was suppose to travel from mumbai to belgaum by flight num#SG2647
          by gate num 16
          i was there before 1:45 boarding time was 14:20 but there was nothing displayed on the screen of gate 16 also there was no one standing at 16gate counter

          (already checked on cctv camera as requested to airport police station)
          proof:- can be checked in the cctv camera room of airport

          these ppl say they shouted for belgaum but i didnt hear
          as i was there in the 1st row but still dont knw how come i didnt hear may be i am deaf but i was not blind there was nothing displayed on screen at gate 16 nor anybody was stable at that 16 gate counter and they say they did boarding from counter15(gate 15) as mentioned before can check the cctv footage.
          (why no display nor any message, nor anybody standing with the flight num written on the sheet of paper)
          as there was one jabalpur flight delayed which was suppose to go b4 belgam n one man told us spice jet is always late... i am sorry i assumed the flight was late but for enquiry there was nobody standing on counter 16

            Hi,
            I booked a flight from DEL to CCU for 18th Feb under PNR: P615WF and was informed by the airline staff that the flight was closed as I had reported to the check in counter @ 5:15am and the reporting time was 5:10am (delay of 5 mins).

            I was charged an additional INR 7826 for the next available flight which was 3 hours later @ 9:20am.

            I find it totally unacceptable that I should be charged such a high amount of money for a delay of only 5 mins which was actually spent waiting in the long queue in front of the check in counters.

            Also, there were no announcements made regarding the status of the Kol flight (SG263) or any final boarding calls at the check in counter at this time.

              Pl. refer your above mail reply dt. 3rd inst. As seen from your price in ur website, the existing fare for SG708 onnt 20/3/2017 is Rs. 4493/- and for SG 705 on 24/3/2017 is Rs. 4205/- only total amounting to Rs. 8098/- where is the total fare+cute fare itself is very high in the revised ticket. When I pre-poned my only tickedt from 20/4/2017 to 24/3/2017, how the the fare of ticket of 20/4/2017 increased .. Reconsider ur decission and arrange to refund the differential amount.

Rajamundhry to Chennai inTrue flight which got cancelled at last moment, further Chennai to Cochin is through Spice jet SG 932, PNR NO A4UMRF, and unfortunately there is no flight from Rajamundhry to Chennai inTrue flight.
                I have booked my second flight from chennai Spice Jet on 12.03.2017 SG 1267, PNR NO U7ITYC for 1930hrs.

                  I am Mr. Navarun Dhar, was travelling from Mumbai to Kolkata on 06.03.2017 with my family by Aircraft SG-487 timing was 19:25 PM departed from Mumbai and reached around 22:00 PM in Kolkata . I got all the luggages in good condition but my Suitcase which was purchased by me from American Tourister after paying Rs.6000/- which was fully damaged no chain and my lock is attached there and the big suitcase was covered by Polythene Bag. I got this Suitcase after standing half an hour which has received from Luggage Belt. Then and then we reported the same to your executive in Kolkata Airport, he was accompanied by a girl of Spicejet airlines. They took the pic of damaged suitcase by their mobile phone and noted down my email id and mobile number and told that this has happend in Mumbai so they will send a mail to Company and copy marking me. But till now I have not received any mail from any body regarding this.

                  Hence I request to compensate the cost of that suitcase at the earliest. Moreover I want to inform you that I am a ex employee of Sun Direct TV Pvt Ltd. and worked for that company for 4 years in Kolkata . The company has a Head Office in Murasoli Maran Tower, Chennai .

                    Mr owner i want to tell you that even a railway train also customer than this amount from chandigarh to delhi . however if i want to get a tkt booked from chandigarh to delhi of any other place (lets take the smallest distance)i am sure it will cost me much more.Mr owner can you justify how can be it possible that you v e booked my tkts for rs 500 appx that day ...which now if possible then can you get my tkt booked on any date as per YOUR desired for rs 500 +...certainly you cannot.

                      My flight was at 7.50 am today. I reached airport at 7 am. Was already in queue at 7.05 am. Reached at the counter at 7.14. And that bloody **** told me u can't check in now as our documentary is already done.I requested her it's medical emergency at home...yesterday night only I have booked it for 10000 rupees..and it's not too much late...flight hasnt taken off yet..M already at the counter..requested her ..begged her still this bloody **** roude airline staff didn't support..was I that much late. 7.15am I am standing and arguing with u **** better u cud hve given me boarding pass to proceed..I had paid 10000 rupees just to reach home desperately and these people were like "noo...we can't do anything now..we can't do this ..we can't do that..tumhare baap k jeb se paise gaye the kya..bloody ****...on my last trip I had seen one couple came in rush.. they were already late for their flight .only 15 minutes before take off time they reached to check in and still indigo or goair I dnt remember gave them boarding passes and helped them to clear security check fast...n look at these cheaters...band kardo airline..tumhara kam nahi he logoko service dena...

                      One more thing forgot to mention...these people don't even send message or mail containing details. I booked from goibibo and got message from them saying ur flight time is so so and its on time and please note content provided by third party without warrenty ..and spicejet not sending any message to tell when check in will b closed n other details...bass seat chali gayi inka kam khatam...bhikari kahike...

                        Today morning we got message for spice jet that our flight no. Sg 96 (Pnr no. Y5lpjv) scheduled on 23rd march, 2017 from bangkok to chennai has been cancelled due to schedule change. We are total 7 members travelling from bangkok to chennai and as we have a another flight scheduled from chennai to mumbai hence, the option given by spice jet was not feasible (Bangkok to kolkata).

                        Due to above we have to cancel our entire tickets from bangkok to mumbai and have to re book with some other carrier. The total loss which i have to bear is around 35000 to 40000. Also, i don't find the reason given by spicejet for cancellation as logical.

                        I want spicejet to take the onus and bear the entire loss suffered with interest.

                          I was supposed to travel by spicejet on 27/2/2017, 9:25am but i was declined to check in as spicejet failed to inform me about my flight reschedule due to which i was late (Although i did reach 2 1/2 hrs before my boarding time but i was taking my pet too so i was late according to them). The personnel at the reservation counter said my flight was to take off at 8:30am for which i should have received mail, call or at least sms but i did not receive any regarding my flight rescheduling, although i did receive later on after i was already declined. All the mails and sms before my travelling date was about pre-booking meals only. And the supervisor was rude too.

                            Tried to book a flight ticket online thru SpiceJet official website for four passengers on 19th Feb at 12.31a.m and made payment of Rs 28600/- successfully but immediately booking status shown that ticket booking declined. Again tried at 12.37 a.m and the result was the same, i.e., declined the booked ticket status. So, total sum of rupees 57, 200/- paid. Even after one week the said deducted amount (Rs 57, 200) for declined booking is not received back. The same matter enquired by the concerned bank, it was replied by the concerned bank authority that this is delayed from SpiceJet . Hence, it is requested to do the needful at the earliest.

                            I have also received the call letter in the same manner as others have received and given their concern. strict against must be taken by he company agaist these fraudsters.

                              My baggage was not delivered in kolkata airport on 20.2.17. The flight was sg 517, pnr: d2nqhl, seat no - 22a & 22b. Travelling date: 20/02/2017. The baggage had important govt id card, documents, health checkup report of heart patient & arthritis patient and new purchase clothes which are some expensive. Hence i have done many health checkup test for me & my wife & i don't want to do it again using another 2lac rupees, also there are dr. Prescription which i need very badly. For me this purchases and also the documents being irreplaceable in nature & i am now facing many difficulties here. I want my luggage at any condition from spicejet airline. Please look into this matter carefully, search the same again by using your internally sources & help me by giving back my luggage.

                                I am still awaiting my refund from December 2016. its ridiculous. I have sent many e-mails to no avail. I will like to chase up some return of refunds to my account INR27, 664 and INR 17, 610 (see below)
                                I booked to travel with you on 24th and 26th of December 2016 and the monies was taken from my account.
                                When I got to the airport I had to pay for the flights again as I did not have the debit card I booked with ( I had lost it in Singapore) – was informed this is how you operate to prevent fraud
                                I was told monies will be returned to me within a week.

                                It is nearly 2 months now and still no money
                                I have checked my account and been online.
                                My Bank did inform me it could be because the card I used to buy the tickets was lost in early December 2016 and I have a new card now. The new card was ordered just before you claimed to have made a payment on 26th December 2016.
                                The old card ended in 224 where as the new card ends in 232.
                                The bank said the repayment would not have gone through and will have been rejected.
                                I was asked to get a tracking number from yourselves.
                                You will have to reprocess the payment.

                                  Schedule departure of the flight was 11:50 pm and we reached the check-in counter at 11:10 pm. I truly respect the 45 mins prior check-in policy but time was taken bit longer in the airport entrance gate and that was unexpected. Also i could surely feel that 40 mins was sufficient to allow us to check-in and board the flight. I requested several time to the lady manager, i'm sure you can figure out who was on duty, but all in vein.

                                  Request you not to keep someone who is just a time watcher with no brain and take immediate serious action against that lady manager. Please don't respond to me unless you show me the actions taken.

                                  I'll ensure that this news is spread across my friends and families and in social media so that everyone thinks before booking for any spicejet flights. No matter the offer airline offers, people nowadays go by service provided. And i respect the similar service being given by you competitor.

                                  I was not allowed to check-in and i asked for the refund. But unfortunately, your system didn't allow me to know what will be the refund amount. Please upgrade your system to bring more transparency to the customer.

                                    My baggage was not delivered in Kolkata. The flight was SG 84, PNR: BFKKWR. Travelling date: 20/02/2017. The baggage had important documents and clothes for many meetings/ seminars/ discussions which I have to attend the coming few days in and around Dibrugarh. Hence I had to make huge purchases and also the documents being irreplaceable in nature, I am now facing many difficulties here as I have to attend number of official meetings/ seminars etc. Hence I want Spicejet Airlines to compensate me fully in this regard as I have been facing many problems since yesterday. Please look into the matter and compensate me at the earliest.

                                    Compensation amount: RS. 1, 00, 000.

                                      Quality of food is pathtetic. This passenger was travelling from Kolkata to Bangalore. Flight no.was SG-514. Kept on vomitting after having their breakfast meal. Ultimately became such a situation that he had to be hospitalised and take saline drip. Very poor quality of food.

                                      Look into this matter immediately. I would now recommend peoole not to travel by Spicejet.
