Services flight crew SG2 - 21 Dec 16

They failed to announce landing stations as well as to even check if passengers had their seats upright and seat belts fastened. Mishandling of fragile item/musical instrument

On 15/12/16 I travelled from Kolkata to aizawl by spicejet flight no. SG-3281. I was having a keyboard/synthesizer yamaha moxf8 (price 1, 46, 000) with me. Since it is heavy, I already paid ₹4, 667 through online for excess baggage of 20 kgs in addition to free check-in Baggage up to 15 kgs i.e. I was entitled for 35 kgs check-in baggage. Horrible experience with spicejet.

I booked tickets through net banking for my parents to travel from ahmedabad to dubai.
Morning of flying day i got a call from spicejet marketing guy in dubai to upgrade the ticket to add additional benefits like meal, better seat and luggage handling and sent me link to make a payment and paid it through my credit card.

I had booked a fligh SG188 from sxr to del bearing pnr BFPLUB on 1st july 2016.due to excess weight some of the passengers were deboarded from the flight promising next day complimentary flight plus full refund plus accomodation.next flight was provided but refund was not credited in my account nor i got accomodated.

Misleading customer by charging high cancellation fee on a refundable ticket

Hi I am sushant keyal. I have booked ticket from bangalore to ahemdabad via Mumbai for 10th January 2017. The tickets have been booked through goibibo.com. The ticket says it to be refundable and it costed close to 3200 rs. I want to cancel the ticket for which cancellation fee is around 2600. This is a very Ridiculous way of misleading and cheating customer. I would report it to consumer court. As it is very cheaply drafted trap for customers....

Offloaded luggage without information and poor service

We took flight from DXB TO AMD ON 8/12/16 but when we reached to AMD surprised our luggage were not there and they offloaded in DXB. while talking with spice jet Abad staff as well as customer cell there response very unethical and rude.
I want all financial and metal harassment repair by pay back my loss of 150000in last two days.
Still I not received my luggage....

Lost baggage

I travelled from kolkata to bangkok in spice on date 9.2.16 flt no sg 83. i reached bkk in time but my luggage was not traceable. i lodged a comp[laint immediately at bkk flight services who handles baggage of spice in bkk. a complain was also lodged with spice in india via e mail. nobody replied and i also called regularly to bkk flight service to query about my luggage. all my belongings were lost and i had to buy clothes and other utilities...

Spice max & your staff

Kindly note I travelled from kolkata to bangkok in SG83. I upgraded from normal to spice max paying inr2300/-. We were promised that we will have priority baggage claim, but sorry to say the bags came only after about 50 bags. Which is totally a fraud and I am going to complain to consumer rights department.
Apart from that your staff is sir rude and uncultured they wake me up from sleep to take the card from the seat next to me,...

Ticket fare

Booked my ticket from Delhi to Chandigarh from makemytrip.com with total cost of 1800, , then during checkin you guys asked for 400 extra for checkin luggage, as according to you guys only hand baggage were free. I am really annoyed with such a service. U need to make sure that all the terms and conditions are mentioned at MMT because apparently such an information related to luggage was missing at MMT. Delaying flights without any reason
