Hi,

I got a mail from Shashank Shaurya telling I have been selected for Final round of interview, providing the same on the Letter head of Spicejet with the Company Seal.

This is some serious offence and SpiceJet should take some serious action which is hampering the name of the company, he is actually taking money in the name of Spicejet, my earnest request please take action against this criminal now.

    In brief due to limited words.
    My pnr LDBF7X flight SG 184
    While check in ur staff not corrated and unecessary lock my bag without my permission and i said let me chnge and at counter also mam was not available attending other counter flight is about to left fue to which i have paid 2200 n not used hand baggage facility.
    you can check the videos that i was at check in giving another bag to check in but they are putting lock on it. Himself put lock on other bag without my permission and change my luggage too.
    When i was at check in at that counter also mam was attending other counter for which our flight is about to left but still she is not attending after number of calls she came.
    And i entered with 2 kg hand baggage instead of 7 kg .
    All luggage they put at check in .
    Being a student i have paid Rs. 2200 you should not have right to being autocratic that at checking you are according to ur wish.
    Please deduct only 500rs. For frst 5 kg and rest you return as do unnecessary your all staff is completly unsuppoertive at counter. And same bagge i brougt with jet aiiways fully coprated with and change the baggage according to my convenient for your reference i will enclosed the jetairways ticket also.
    Sir please do the needful in this regard as i m poor that rs.2200 is very high charges.

      Me and my wife had a spicejet flight from Male to Mumbai via Kochin at 2.45pm. Due to delays with our seaplane and luggage we reached airport at 1.40 and instantly went to the security check. At 1.52pm we reached the counter where the flight board was on the screen but no official was present to help expedite our flight process. The officials did not even respond to the airport authorities to request our boarding problem. We missed our flight being there 58minutes prior to
      the flight departure due to spicejets irresponsible, insensitive service towards customers. The only person who was trying hard for us was air India employee to get us on board but no one was available to help us from the spicejet. Furthermore, spicejet rudely refused to pay any cancelation charges for my next flight from Kochin to Mumbai saying the tickets were a package bookings and cannot be canceled. I lost my 20, 000 in the process and had to bare living expense of a day in Male as well as to get a new ticket to reach destination

      I chose spicejet for coming here in Maldives to my honeymoon with trust and high respect with spicejet but with this horrible experience, I am ashamed of believing in spicejet. I paid the price thanks to disappointing service and ruin my honeymoon vacation. In the future, I won't travel nor recommend anyone to travel through spicejet unless I get an apology and refund of my missed flights.
      I had travelled by Spicejet SG169 flight from Delhi to Mumbai on 3rd Feb 2017. PNR # HEKCWH. Flight crew not served me my pre-booked meal. They even not noticed that I have booked meal. This is second time happened within last 6 month.
      My PNR no S4QJHI from Jammu to delhi on. 10th Feb . I paid for first bag check out and it is clearly mentioned in ticket . However Sangeeta at counter and Swati at bag identification did not listened at all and made me run pillar to post . I will post this in all portals intenaltiknally and writer to your CeO and mD too .

        Dear Sir

        Myself and wife traveled in Spicejet (first time) by SG54 on 02 Feb 2017 to Calicut. Our complaints are as below

        - Flight was delayed over 90 mts, which resulted in total frustration delay on our connecting train from Calicut to Tellicherry
        -We order dinner (pre booked) 1 Veg Biriyani and Jeera Rice, for which we got Pasta and a bread sandwich. You had very little choice for vegetarians. Non vegetarians can consume vegetarian food, not the other way.

        Pursers were very courteous and I remember vaguely the name of one as Smruthy or Shruthi, and another male. They were trying to find a solution for us, but I know that it's not at their fault and preview as I am also an airline staff. I handed over my ticket copy to them. We were too hungry due to the delayed flight.

        Have enough vegetarian food in the flight. Please try to be keep the On Time Departure more close to 90-95%. Here in middle east, everyone is eagerly trying to reach India as early as possible.

        My first journey with Spicejet was not satisfactory. I would like you to check and revert what happened on the meal uplift from India.

        Hope you will consider my complaint and improve the service

        My PNR number H586SF i travelled at January 30. madurai to dubai while booking i ordered meals and beverage. I ordered chicken tikka briyani bt they given burger and they didn't give beverage. And airhostes service is very poor i am frequently flyer bt this is my worst experience

          Flight on 9 Feb Mumbai - Delhi.
          I reached airport half an hour prior to departure with Web check in done.
          Staff sitting there miss Geeta didn't even listen to my request and straight away said no saying gates are closed. I pleaded a lot and asked her to call her manager Mr Dilip at Mumbai airport he arrived after 15 minutes by that time flight had only 15 min left. He was also very uncooperative and rude and didn't listen a word and atleast try to accommodate me and said no. The staff was very unhelpful and rude, I had to miss my flight which costed 7640 and I was not helped with next flight discount not even a single penny. They didn't bother to help me with the next flight details. I was in so much misery that I had to reach Delhi anyhow due to urgency. Spice jet have been delayed so many times an di have waited for 7 hrs on airport but my jst 15 min delay I was nt allowed. I will never recommend spice jet to any of my family and friends. Highlights disappointed and pathetic staff and their behavior.

            Ref PNR N9KYHG, Flight No 456 from Bangaluru to Mumbai Dated 23rd Jan 2017.
            I was put down in to a tremendous troubles, as the above flight was delayed by 4 1/2 to 5 hours, instead of scheduled time dep at 7 55 pm. The flight was to arrive at Mumbai by 10 30 pm but instead it reached by around 2 am of 25thJan 2017.
            Hence, I missed my all connecting journey Mumbai onwards !
            ( I understand the humane care for one patient who was offloaded at Bengaluru by returning the flight from half covered distance, but that added to more delaying too !), .
            I had to arrange for an immediate ticketing as well as hotel expenses, taxi charges etc, ( which were avoidable). I am consultant dr and had consumed my important hrs to reach to next destination, besides inconvenience at midnight. You are supposed to compensate for my unnecessary extra expenses.

              I took a flight yesterday from Delhi to Pune at about 4:55 PM.
              1. Stood in the queue for check in for about an hour and when the turn came at about 3:30 PM they said that there is a different counter for check in for Pune, when I went to the other counter, at about 4:15 PM they said that the check in has not yet started for Pune.

              2. A female Attendant named DIVYA at the counter abused a lady and literally threw her boarding pass at her just because the lady complained about the bad management

              3. An elderly person who was in his 70s waited for the attendant for about an hour to place his check in luggage on the baggage belt, he couldn't do so because he just had a surgery and kept requesting for an hour to check in his luggage.

              4. Flight attendants refused to provide water to a very old lady.
              She gave the water later though when people protested about it.

              Worst filght experience ever.

                We three had booked air ticket at Hyderabad airport from Hyderabad to delhi SG124 and delhi to jodhpur SG2695 on 30/1/2017 my pnr no RF5E3E though the flight had a delayed departure it took off from Hyderabad to delhi from Delhi to jodhpur I had got a message that flight is cancellation on the same day so I I immediately went to ticket counter for inqure at that time they told me that full refund will be given they signed and stamped the ticket but after 3 days I called customer care no they refuse to pay the full refund making a reasons that I have booked the alternet ticket from Delhi to jaipur that refund will be paid I don't now how it is possible to book alternet ticket instance I have boarding pass for delhi to jodhpur Flight. I request the spicejet airlines to pay full refund for flight SG 2695

                  I have a desktop screen. I want to carry it as my only hand luggage. I called customer care and they are telling that I cannot do it. My question is why I cannot take it as my hand luggage ?

                  It does not cross limits of 55×35×25 cm, does not cross 7 kg, it does not contain anything that is not allowed. In fact, you allow laptop on flight cabins. So why can I not carry it as hand luggage ?

                  They also told me something about special package which will cost me ₹1000/-. My question is, why should I pay for something that I already eligible to do myself.

                    Hi Team,

                    I traveled via Spicejet airlines from Delhi to Mumbai on 24Nov 2016, by mistake i forget my Samsung original power bank under my Luggage. During inventory check it is found that luggage contains power bank and they took my samsung power bank, had some words like they will return on next flight. I explained everything like i will not be able to come on next week. I can travel on next month.

                    Next month i called SPICEJET contact person, they told me its already flush out by our team. We cant help you on this matter.

                      It is really shameful to know that my flight has been cancelled due to technical reasons, technical reasons, Ok I understand that. Technical reason is something which spicejet is responsible for. You people failed to provide any alternate solution. No additional flight nothing.
                      When i asked about the rescheduling, your gave me a date which was a week after.
                      Technical fault is your headache, your customer has nothing to do with that.
                      Very poor service.
                      Will never fly from spicejet again

                        This is to notify spice jet about the mishandling of my luggage and the damage done to my VIP trolley.

                        I was traveling from Dubai to Pune. My luggage didn't reach Pune airport as I arrived and the person in the airport said it's DNATA who didn't send my luggage to spice jet.. When actually there was no tag on my trolley.
                        Spice jet Pune apart from harassing me didn't take any charge in them. I will make sure that I will take this complain to the head of Aviation consumer protection Division United Arab Emirates... as well as in India for Mishandling and Damaging my luggage.. Spice jet is the worst Airline I have ever travelled in my life. I will make sure DNATA takes strict action against Spice jet in Dubai for blaming them instead for my Missing luggage. I will make more media complaints if not taken my complaint seriously

                          myself ms.Soumya c das kindly seeking ur kind attention that i had tried to book an airtkt on ur mob appsite on18jan by usng my debit card( del - tvm dated 28 jan & 06 feb round trip).but unfortunately t tkt had nt been confirmed & Rs 10590 had been deducted fom my account.i called ur customer care service several times, they told me that t money has been credited to ur account wthn seven days.but till now nothng happened.
                          On that same day i had àgain tried to book tkt by using my credit card.& it was confirmed.my PNR was YYMNYW.mobno-[protected] .my email id- [protected]@gmail.com
                          sir once again i request u to take necessary action as early as possible.

                            I have travelled on 22nd January 2017 from Ahmedabad to Mumbai via SG 636 flight. I have checked in 2 luggage bags. One bag was locked. When I received my luggage at Mumbai Airport, the chain was broken from bag and lock was missing.
                            I immediately reported the complaint at Mumbai airport and luggage counter service executive had taken the pic of it and assured me that I will be getting a call and compensation because of their fault.
                            Next day I got the call from SpiceJet executive and I came to know they have changed my subject to lock was damaged instead of the lock was missing. And as per their policy, I won't get any compensation for if the bag was damaged.

                              Me and my son recently travelled by Spice Jet Airlines on Jan 24th for the 9:40 AM Flight 1094 from Hyderabad to Tirupathi. The Flight took off and 20 mins after it is in the air, the flight had to return back to Hyderabad due to technical difficulties and we really had no clue whether we will be landing safely, the landing was not smooth as well. Looks like there was an issue with the air pressure. I was so tensed up and couldnt imagine what would happen.
                              After all this, they tried to fix the plane, after about half an hr, they moved us to another plane and again announced that there is a technical difficulty with this flight as well and they started fixing it, finally after an hour they took of this second plane. A lot of passengers were pissed off and walked of the plane not willing to travel anymore. I was so terrified to travel on the second plane as well, I couldnt trust it anymore, I was so stressed out, the landing was again very bad. This is the worst experience I had in my life and I thought we are going to be gone for good!!

                              Why wasn't the inspection done before the planes are ready for passengers? What if something went wrong after we travelled half the distance and there is no way to emergency land the plane?!! This is a mere negligence! We went through so much emotional stress during and after plane travel. I am still recovering from the shock. How can I take this further? Is there any apology or compensation that the airlines is going to give us?

                                On 26 jan 17 i had a flight from kolkata to bangalore at 1710 hrs.i arrived at the airport 50 min prior to my flight time.i already knew that i might not be allowed to board the flight as i was running late but there was no problem in giving it a try.i got my baggage checked priliminarily then approached towards the counters.a huge n long queue was waiting the turn.now it was 45 min left.there was one gentleman staff who was in a way standing in the corner assisting people(thats what he felt) and NO ANNOUNCEMENTS OR CALL FOR SPEEDING UP FOR THE BOARDING OF FLIGHT to bangalore was done at any moment by any ground staff.so as a passenger i couldnt have broken the queue and barged to any counter without their help automatically.no other passenger would have liked it so i waited.when i came to the counter the ground staff MISS ANKITA MUKHERJEE who was handing over the boarding pass just told me that maam you are late.i told her that please check from ahead if its still possible because i will take the baggage as hand baggage is it possible any way that i can board the flight because for 10 min i was standing in the queue because the time then was 1642 hrs.i requested her if something can be done a call or something.she turned down my request and said nothing can be done which was understandable but then she added NO MAAM YOU WERE NOT STANDING ON THE QUEUE FOR 10 MIN SIR HAS SEEN THAT AND TOLD ME YOU ARE NOT SAYING THE RIGHT THING WE CANNT HELP YOU.
                                Now, firstly i understand perfectly for security issues if a passenger is not allowed to boardflight at the last hour but on what ground did she say that i have not been standing in the queue for 10 min which meant i was lying.pl check your cameras.it depicts RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF BEHAVIOUR.
                                Secondly she said she has asked SIR for confirmation.now does the ground Staff of Spicejet is trained to carry on their daily work on WORD OF MOUTH of a co employee.are they taught to believe in the TELL TALES.is this the way they are taught to work? If that is so then IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.and let me tell you the way Miss Ankita Mukherjee spoke IT WAS DEFAMING.
                                Thirdly i also understand that when the flight is missed the passengers are generally angry.so me too.but still i did not misbehave with your staff.IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO ATLEAST ESCORT ME OUT OF THE MAIN GATE.because authorities are aware about the rules but not the passenger who like me had missed the flight for the first time.THEY NEITHER ESCORTED ME, NOR HELPED ME TO FIND MY WAY OUT, THEY WERE NOT EVEN READY TO GUIDE ME AND SPEAK TO ME FURTHER.THEY WERE NOT EVEN READY TO ESTABLISH ANY FACE TO FACE EYE CONTACT AND COMMUNICATE WITH ME.Miss Mukherjee fled from her seat not meeting my eye as if either o[censored]s has committed a huge crime.it was not expected.i can understand not allowing me to board the flight but what was that kind of display of behaviour.she gave a very rude reply on asking her name because i had made up my mind to let the airline know about the grooming of their ground staff which is not a matter to be proud of.
                                Fourthly when none of your red uniformed spicejet ground staff help me to find my way out i tried it through the main entry where i was stopped by the CISF guy who explained me that a staff has to escort me out they cannt allow me to go out by the same gate.then i again dragged my baggage to the PRELIM BAGGAGE CHECK place where two gentlemen were sitting.initially they told me to contact the ground crew but when i explained that MISS MUKHERJEE, "SIR" and PARTY is not even ready to communicate with me, fled from counter after defaming me i do not even expect them to help me, escorting me out is a far fledged issue.then MR RAHUL accompanied me and escorted me till the exit.
                                All i plan to achieve after narrating the whole story is ABSOLUTE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM OF SPICEJET GROUND CREW and they specifically should be groomed well on behavioural issues.they are the last point contact between the company and the passengers therefore their impression on the passengers is very important.and in case like mine even if a passenger has missed the flight but the staff is dutybound to help them till the exit but not show the OUTCAST DISOWNING attitude.
                                If spicejet considers itself to be a company which does a business but service is its creed then this particular example and behaviour of MISS ANKITA MUKHERJEE is a huge black spot on it.Personally i will choose never to fly with Spicejet henceforth the reason is your ground staff is not well mannered

                                  I would like to bring to your notice, the difficulties/sad experience faced by me with Spicejet. I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Delhi in Flight # SpiceJet SG-108 on 23rd Jan 2017 @ 19:40 IST - PNR # KCWW7K. As everyone across the world are aware, Chennai was experiencing a very worse situation from the morning on that day - something which had never happened in the history of Chennai - Riots and chaos all over the city and long queue of vehicles piled up for more than 50 kilometers.

                                  Due to this unavoidable situation, I got delayed and wasn’t able to reach the airport on time to board the flight.

                                  Moreover, I had a very bitter experience with the Spicejet staff at the airport and over the phone when contacted the Corporate Office, they were very unethical and failed to respond to my subsequent calls seeing my number. I never expected such a rude behavior towards your customer. They also hung up on me while I was talking over the phone.

                                  All that I asked for was a RESCHEDULE and not a refund but none of the staff were even willing to give a proper reply.

                                  While we have many service providers providing daily flights from Chennai to Delhi, since I have been regularly flying by Spicejet, I always prefer Spicejet over others.

                                  Kindly help me to get this issue fixed as soon as possible.

                                    I am enroll for spice club membership paid of |Rs. 599 and they told us that i am getting 01 free ticket on birthday (24.01.2017) and couple ticket 50% off but i am not received any emil regarding this. 2 days ago i am sending mail to [protected]@spicejet.com but no reply received from them.

                                    Pl. look into this matter and solve my problem

                                      well as there is also no mention for my check-in-luggage.how much kg i can carried in this ticket bcz i have 18-20 kg luggage in check-in.

                                        I have booked my connecting flight from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad as above they have changed my flight from Chandigarh to Delhi at 5:20 PM landing Delhi at 6:30 so that we cannot catch the connecting flight without my concern and they are not co-operating or helping me to provide the connecting flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad. They are giving me flight on 25th instead of 23rd and not giving me any compensation and they have the flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad but they are not ready to reschedule the connecting flight and they are leaving us the Half way. They are telling me to stay for 2 nights in Delhi without providing the accommodation.

                                        The team told me to provide the partial refund of 543 Rs per person " WHAT A JOKE".

                                        If they are rescheduling the one flight then they should have reschedule the connecting flight as well but they want do not want to do that and keep us in the half way.

                                        WHAT A MISS MANAGEMENT

                                        Causing the issue and trouble to the customers even they have the connections available.
