Dear Team, this is to inform you that i booked a ticket for Ms. sukti Priyadarshini, from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on 20th April'2015 on travel date 24-April-15, however we got the confirmation on 22 april'15 at 12.21 am with PNR G3EBGV. I want to register a compliant against this booking as actuallythe booking was done online for 24-4-15 however ticket got booked for 25-4-15. As a gesture of our commitment to an On-Time service and inconvenience caused a voucher of Rs. 1000.00 has been sent to your email id. Thank You" But I have not received the email with voucher details yet. Could you please suggest how shall I proceed to receive the same. Thanks in advance!

      I am Snehashis Chakravarty from Meerut. I booked the flight SG-255 for travelling from Delhi to Kolkata, date and time of journey being 26'th april, 2015, 5:55pm against my name. The amount got deducted from my account. But there was no booking done in the flight. I tried calling up the customer care as being flashed in the website, but there was no real response. Neither any acknowledgement was sent regarding the refund amount.

        I have book flight for 5-May-2015 from Delhi to Srinagar. My departure time is 10:20 AM but suddenly after two months of booking they have changed departure time from 10:20 AM to 2:15 PM. This is completely shocking for me. Now I reached Srinagar by late evening. So I want to pre pone my flight instead of postpone.           I had booked a flight from chennai to kolkata for 11th may 2015 with PNR EB62RN.the flight was at 6 am and reaching kolkata at 8.30 am after which i was to catch a connecting train at 2 o clock.but now spicejet says that that the flight has been resheduled and it will leave chennai at 9.55 am and reach kolkata at 12.30 p.m, due to this i will not be able to catch my connecting train.this is highy irresponsible on the part of the airline because now i will not be able to book another train as all the trains are full and even the fare of the flights have gone up and become almost double.so without no fault of mine i am being forced to be stranded in kolkata.kindly resolve the issue. rozila bhutia.             On 16\04\2015 my mother in law was traveling alone from ahmedabad to hyderabad, she was carrying 2 pieces of luggage, totalling 21kgs, 6 kg cabin luggage, 15 kg luggage, at the check in they weighed them together and put the total weight in the luggage and charged Rs 1500 extra. where as the cabin luggage was carried in the cabin itself. When she landed in hyderabad, I complained at the Spicejet counter, the person at the counter said that she saw only one luggage on her system ( where as we carried 2 pieces of luggage totaling 21 kgs), and advised us to lodge a complain. Please investigate the above matter and make arrangements to refund the Rs 1500 overcharged. flight number - SG 511 Seat number - 6A PNR - OZU6XR, Passenger Name - Bharati Barot

              Dear Sir/Madam, Reference: PNR-R7NJ8J I am writing to you in connection with the above flight which I was booked onto from 2nd May 2015 to 7th May 2015. The copy of the tickets is attached herewith. As per the text message sent to me, I understand that my round-trip flights have been rescheduled due to the introduction of your new summer schedule. This is the most inconsiderate reason that I expect from a brand like SpiceJet. Due to this revision, I am forced to choose between the following:- Board the flight on 1st May 2015 and 8th May 2015 respectively. Do you realize that this disrupts my entire schedule? Who would consider extra two days that I am going to waste due to your unprofessional decisions? Even if I accomodate owing to my requirement, I am sure I am eligible to proper assistance when at the airport: hotel accommodation, meals, refreshments, telephone calls, and transport from/to the airport. Take a refund of money. This is outrageous. Who would take care of the extra cost of tickets at this point considering my flights are rescheduled two weeks before I was due to depart. As a consumer, I reserve a right to a compensation for my ruined holiday. Refund of money is out of question. If I decide to go with the revised schedule, I have the right to claim the following: - Hotel accommodation - Meals - Refreshments - Telephone calls - Transport from/to the airport Because of all the above mentioned, I urge you to respond to my email with details within 48 hours.                 I had booked a flight with SPice jet on 5th April.They sent a message saying the flight has been RESCHEDULED. however 2 days before the flight when i saw the status it said its CANCELLED. When i called the customer service there was no provision made to provide an alternative and they bluntly stated that they cannot arrange for any flight on that day. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE SPICEJET.Please consider this complaint and provide fair warning to these unscrupulous company. Note : in the sms proof it clearly states that they REVISED the time, not cancelled.

                  I called them to cancel my ticket. They initiated the request and they will deduct 1500 as cancellation fee. And said that they are proceeding the refund request. But I did not receive any refund. And now they are saying that no refund will be paid because the ticket was booked under student discount of 200. Rupali was the representative who talked to us from Spicejet. She did not tell me that.

                    Dear Sir / Madam, On 18/03/2015, I had cancelled my international travel ticket from Ahmedabad to Dubai ( Travelling date : 20/03/2015) through your customer care numbers. I had booked this ticket through Makemytrip.com. I got verbal confirmation on 18/03/2015 about my cancelled ticket at your customer care numbers. But, till the time i didn't received my ticket refund amount. What is the problem ?? since 20/03/2015 i continuously asked to makemytrip.com customer care department to give the refund amount. They told me that spicejet company didn't gave them my refund amount. So, i need to know that wheter you had not released the refund amount OR they are releasing my refund amount. Since 20/03/2015, it is almost 30 days gone and in today's communication system, it doesn't require this much of time to clear my refund amount.                         Hi, My parents Name : Mr Joy George & Mrs Susan Joy were booked on the flight light No : Spice Jet SG - 3261, Departs: Chennai on Sunday 12/04/15 at 07:50 Hrs and Arrives: Kochi on Sunday 12/04/15 at 09:10 Hrs. This perticular flight was "PREPONE" without any prior notice . My parents or I never receive any phone call or email regarding it. When we reached for the boarding the flight at 6.45 am it had already left . The Spice jet is denied to reschedule a flight for us or ready to give any refund. We had to take a flight with higher price and leave chennai.We were not the only people who missed the flight there were other people in the airport who were having the same issue. There were many other people who had missed the same flight because of irresponsibility of SPICEJET. While travelling from Kochi to Chennai Spice Jet SG - 3262 the same thing happened, this flight was prepone without any notice however my parents got another flight after 5 hours. Please take action against Spice jet for cheating on people and making money out of it. I would like to get the refund of 4366/- for 2 passengers mentioned above because Spice jet failed to inform us the prepone timing of the flight by all means.

                          Hi, Today i Booked two tickets from Goa to Delhi at 2325 hrs mistakenly due to human error i selected wrong date for one of them as it was suppose to be for 27th May however i booked one of them for 28th may. I called up Make my trip asking them to make the changes they advised me to contact me spice jet saying that they can do the same without any Fee as this just an human error. When i called Spice jet i spoke to Mr. Vishal Sharma and told him the complete story but he denied for the same and when i asked him to transfer my call to any of his senior he again denied saying " i am there to help you not my senior" then he says there is some problem in his system due to which he cannot transfer the call and the call was banged.                             I received a text message informing me that spicejet has introduced a new summer schedule and hence asked me to rebook an alternate flight by connecting to their customer care number mentioned in the text message but they did not connect me to any of their customer care agent upon calling. Please take some immediate action i.e please refund my amount immediately so that I can book an alternate flight.

                                        I am writing this complaint and am expecting to be taken extremely seriously regarding the issue at hand. I had booked my flight from Chennai to Mumbai for the 5th of April, 2015 on the 19th of February, 2015. A day before the flight back when we were travelling through South India, I received a call of from the spice jet Customer care casually "informing" me that my flight was cancelled. Their solution was to either get a full refund (which I have not got yet) or rebook via Spice jet on the same day at 5:55 AM! This is RIDICULOUS because my flight was originally at 7:45 PM! Mr. Mohamed Yunus from the customer care even agreed that flight was cancelled because there were not enough passengers on the flight! I must say that I had heard a general feedback in the market of Spicejet being an incredibly pathetic airline, especially in the midst of competitive and efficient airlines lie Indigo, but after this experience I have suffered and learnt for myself that SPICE-JET AIRLINE LACKS INTEGRITY. I strongly recommend that this airline must be abolished, as they are not right for the service industry when this is the way they treat their customers. Informing people at the last minute about a flight cancellation so that they have to immediately rebook tickets 3 times the price is pathetic and abysmal service. When there is a problem, the airline must provide feasible solutions. Spice jet offered a flight at 5:55 AM which we were unable to make it to as were not even IN THE CITY! I have travelled around the world but never have I seen this kind of service, and the tragic part is this seems to happen so often with Spice jet that it is considered a consistent character trait of the airline. No wonder customer care people and complaints boards are so casual regarding consumer escalations! Spice jet's lack of integrity not only cost me more than three times the price I paid for this pathetic flight, but it also cost me a precious day when I was supposed to be on holiday, and this is something I will never forget. I expect compensation from the Airline as not only has it caused me mental stress but due to it I have suffered financially as well. A mere refund will not do and its high time Spice-jet stopped taking people for granted. I have already lodged a consumer complaint so hopefully you will be hearing from us very soon. A note to Spice jet, its obvious the airline has no value for people's time and no regard for customers in general, but they also seem to lack the general manners which are needed to remain in the business they are in. I LOOK FORWARD TO THE DAY THIS AIRLINE WILL SHUT FOR GOOD, ESPECIALLY SINCE AT THIS RATE THAT DAY SEEMS TO BE VERY CLOSE. We customers have something great to look forward to.I had to rebook my flights and I have incurred a damaging amount of Rs. 12000 plus for two new tickets, thanks to your airline. But j guess this must be an issue you deal with everyday as you are in the habit of cancelling your customer's flights and I have started to sense (like my colleagues and friends) that this is probably a strategy too. We don't trust Spicejet to do any good for anyone, and I expect to be compensated for the amount I had to incur over the already paid amount to your airline, as there really is no one else to take responsibility for this but your airline. Do not expect people to take the fault for your absolute inability to perform.
