Was flying Delhi to hyd on 16th march, flight got canceled, requesting for a morning flight which is not available, further asking for a change in destination so that I can attend my meeting, the rude lady at the call center @richachawla and the manager sangeeta joshi pal threatening to disconnect the call and not changing the destination, when asked to show me the T&C they failed and asked to do whatever I can do against them.. This behaviour is NOT ACCAPTABLE And would be taking this on social media and make sure they are taught a lesson.. confirmation number VCUNKK

    I would like to bring to your notice that due to the spicejet rules i was unable to board my flight on 10th march 2015 timing at 16:20 just because I was five minute late in receiving the boarding ticket as per the norms mentioned that we have to receive the boarding pass within 45 minutes from the departure of the flight. Even though i was having more than enough time to board my flight but only because of this rule i was not allowed. So i would like to know why there is no time variance kept in situations where passenger is unable to reach within time to receive the boarding ticket. People can suffer many problems while travelling to airport, traffic jam, accident, mechanical problem in the vehicle and many others. You should understand the emergency and need of passengers travelling in flight so high amount compared to other transportation so that they can reach there destination soon to accomplish the urgent work positively. Still 40 minutes was there in the departure of the flight but just because of this rule i cannot board the. See people can have some important work. So they cannot make themselves avail from 2-3 hours before to avoid the problems mentioned, just to receive the boarding ticket in time. Again people who are new and so many checking and procedure need to be followed in airport. Many take time to find out the exact place to receive the boarding ticket.The reason behind writing so long is just to bring to your kind notice that people can go through different problems at any time. In that case we would expect the actual customer support by sorting out the problems in every possible way. I respect your rules and regulation but at the same time i would expect the exceptional variation in your rules so that the passengers dont face such problems. For every passenger its not possible to book a ticket one after another with such an expensive amount and main thing if one is not able to reach the destination at the time of need then what is the need of such transportation facility. People with different number luggage comes for boarding and so in processing there can be delay. So in that case there would have bee little extention in the time say some 5 to 10 minutes i would have board my flight easily. I would expect that if a rule is set they should keep in mind the different unavoidable circumstances in which rules can get violated but that dosen't mean that one has to be punished for that, instead he should be helped so that he can have a happy journey as always said. I would be expecting a positive reply with a positive solution with a hope that this problem will be understood.

      On 8 th march 2015 i have travelled from sg 105 kolkata to delhi, i was having connecting flight from delhi to pune. Spicejet flight was late that is why my luggage was not connected. After reaching pune spicejet official asked me to fill a form so that they can send my luggage to my home. Due to their negligency even on next day my luggage was not delivered.the next after shouting on them they anyhow deliver my luggage but i found my 2 tb wd passport hard disk and a new leather wallet missing. Please help me .

        I am trying to reach SPICE Jet customer from past three days, but getting no response. I have booked a ticket on 3rd Sep 2014 for 4 passenger, travelling date 3rd Aprl 2015 from New Delhi to Madurai. One of the passenger SHIPRA SHARMA was expecting a baby that time, so i have been asked by one of the SPICE Jet Customer Care Executive to add an Infant name later. Now I am trying to reach them for the same, but couldn't reach them. And my travel date is coming close now.

          This complaint comes from a loyal and frequent flier of spicejet. After the company's almost bankrupt situation the flight operations are begin conducted in a highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional manner. Firstly, spicejet cancelled our entire operations/flights from aurangabad to delhi (my booked flight on 8th mar 2015).Secondly, a last minute offer to give an alternate flight from mumbai to delhi, a week prior to the flight it was informed that this flight has been cancelled as well due to operational reasons. I fail to understand that spicejet cannot even provide an afternoon/evening flight from a major city like mumbai to delhi. This has caused an abrupt pause in my weekend trip/ meeting. I had hotels/ taxi bookings. My booking was made well in advance in the month of September.This unacceptable manner of flight cancellations strongly hint that the flight is on the verge of a closure.             I booked a roundtrip flight from Hyderabad to Kozhikode for journey dated 2nd January and 6th Jnuary PNR Z465HI for 2 passangers. I received text from spicejet that flight is cancelled due to operational reasons however I am yet to receive my refund of the same. I booked ticket through makemytrip which shows its refund status message as ticket cancelled but fund would be processed when they would receive it from spicejet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for process of my refund

              I have a flight reservation with your airline with pnr number I8LGJG. Its the second time it happened to me that the flight got cancelled. Please resume the flight or refund the money. i am never booking a flight with spicejet again no matter the discounts you give because i always end up booking other flight to keep my plans going.                     I tried booking ticket through IVR at spice jet customer care. Due to technical problem the amount debited from my CITI bank credit card didn't show up in Spicejet's account. The amount is Rs 3497. Atleast this was told by the customer care representative. All this happened on[protected]. I was asked to raise the complaint for which the number is this - CR/337134/2015. I was told to try again later as the problem was happening at that time. I tried again on 8/02/2015 and that time it went through fine. I am still waiting for the payment reversal to happen, and it is almost 2 weeks passed without any help. I have called multiple times to the customer care and during that time I came to know that there is some approval number which was needed. II provided the same (approval code - 711115)but still doesn't see any payment refund. Requesting somebody responsible to take it up.

                      I have booked two tickets on the names of sindhura yarragangu & himavanth prathik yarragangu on dec 17th from hyd to goa with the PNR number-M34U4V. And also from goa to hyd on 21st dec with the PNR number-M34U4V, through 'make my trip.com'. MakeMyTrip booking ID is-NF[protected]. The cash refund for both these flights has not been done yet.                         I wish to inform I cancelled booking PNR Reference - OBYYTA of my travel on 10.02.15 due to change of flight timing multiple time and it disturb by schedule ahead. Spice jet call centre team cancelled my ticket on 10.02.15 and assured of refunding the entire amount. Till now I have not received any credit nor the status. I tried to reach call centre team over phone several times either number showing invalid or sometimes getting disconnected after selecting the options. Please let me know the Refund Status.

                          I booked a Colombo - Bangalore ticket for 12-th January at Bangalore airport. The booking was made on 13-th December. Due to a change of plan, I cancelled the booking on 17-th December. I was told by Spicejet that I would receive a refund after subtracting cancellation charge and the refund would be made within a week. I was also given a cancellation number. By feb 5-th 2015, I had not yet received a refund. I called their customer service and again they promised a refund within 10 days. As of 19-th february, I still haven't received it.
                          UPDATE:

                          As of 7-th March, I still have not received the refund. I called their customer service again today and was advised to send an email to [protected]@spicejet.com with the details of the matter. I did so, but all I got was an automated response with some general information. It did not even promise that someone would actually read the email and respond.

                          I made one more call tonight and again I just got a promise from the operator that the matter would be forwarded to the concerned department on a "priority basis" and someone would "revert" back to me.Not only this but the automated email shamelessly states the following:
                          "As standard practice, SpiceJet provides refunds of all bookings for cancelled flights made directly with the airline (credit card or cash) within an average of 30 business days, with no deduction of any kind – 100% refund is provided."

                          But yet they are charging a cancellation fee. Nevertheless I would be happy to give up the fee to get my refund.

                          If you are planning to book, please consider these facts and don't get taken for a ride by these guys. Please read up the history of this airline. It started decently as ModiLuft in 1993 and in my opinion was a good airline to fly until they started buying horribly uncomfortable bombardier aircraft to save money. See who started it by looking at who bought the airline in 2010 and what scams they have been involved in.

                              This is to bring to your notice the chain of events that i have faced ever since the cancellation of my flight ticket reservations made through MakeMyTrip.com, (Booking ID is NF[protected] PNR number S55L6C) on 9th December 2014, this flight was a round trip from Delhi to Chennai departing from Delhi on the 24th Dec 14 and I was to return on 5th Jan 14. 13th December 2014: I received a text message from AD-SPICEJ stating that my flight SG 309 dated 24th Dec 14 has been cancelled due to operational reasons, (Attaching the screenshot of the message) and to re-book on a alternative flight, I was supposed to call customer service (Spice Jet), which I did on 14th December 2014 and i was re-booked on flight SG 301 (With the same PNR) dated 25th December 2014. 17th December 2014: I received a text message from BW-MMTRIP stating; “Dear Customer, Spicejet is facing some operational challenges causing disruptions in current flight schedules; their management is working with the govt to resolve the issues. Our call center is currently facing high call volumes and you may face difficulty in reaching us. We shall keep you posted on updates from the airline for your upcoming travel. We regret any inconvenience caused.” ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS, STILL I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY DETAILS WITH REGARDS MY REFUND.                                 I am Sujatha M, booked Spicejet air ticket Journey on 30.11.2014 from Pune to Ahmedabad booked on 16.11.2014.The ticket was confirmed and PNR was CYZ64N and the flight no 343 and seat no was 6B.But the said flight was cancelled by spicejet administration.I tried to call the toll free no shown in the website but nobody was answering.I lost booking amount of Rs.3801/- (Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred and One Only).The administration never credited the said amount to my account till now. Now its been 3 months completed and the said amount was not yet credited.I request you to credit the amount immediately without any reminder.

                                  I travelled with my family to and fro from Mumbai to Goa (30-Jan-15 PNR Number ACFY4U and 6-Feb-15) During both the journey they said they cannot serve the beverages due to technical problem. Is this some kind of cost cutting. I think there should be no techinal problem to serve at least one chocolate. Thank you!

                                    i am Dr.DEVUPALLI SRAVAN.i am doctor working in delhi.I had to check a patient in delhi on 16th feb 2015.i booked a flight ticket in spicejet from hyd to delhi on 15th feb 2015 night at 9.05 pm.i reached the airport at 8.00pm.At Rajiv Gandhi international airport, the spicejet counter people were so rude that they didnt give a proper information and made me to move to the other counter.After 15 minute they told the flight to delhi check in was finished and they didnt give a ticket.I had cried infornt of them but still they regreted to give the ticket.The flight was DELAYED FOR 30 min, but still they didnt gave me the flight ticket..THIS IS HOW SPICEJET WORKS.I got a message that the flight was delayed for half N hour..but still they didnt allowed me..THIS is how the SPICEJET PEOPLE deals with the people.THE WORST FLIGHT SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN...MY FLIGHT NO : SG 108, PNR IS TB8KUQ.FLIGHT ON 15TH FEB 2015 night 9.05 pm.The Manager of spicejet on duty who was so rude and made me to run to other counter is MR.ATUL spciejet manager Rajiv Gandhi international airport. my number is [protected]
