Hi,
I am very sorry to say but this is the worst service i am receiving from
spice jet.
Not only my flight was late for 3 hours but even the cancelled transaction
money also not getting refunded on time.
Its been 25 days now. I am not sure how can this happen.The money which
should reach to my account within the 5-10 days is taking a month to be
refunded.
And worst of all this, i am not getting any response from either of Spice
jet applet officer or nodal officer.
What type of service is this for which we are paying neither we the flight
on time nor the refunds.
I again want to specify that its very urgent/priority issue from my side as
my due date is 10of this month if i dont pay the money on time i have to
pay interest on the lump sump amount.
Please take care of this with in 2 days or i need to complain against
spicejet for this type of service immediately.

I am writing this mail after grievance service provided by spicejet.
Its been 23 days and still the money is not refunded to my account and
due date for the credit card bill is 10 of this month.
Hardly someone will pick up the call in custer care number and even if
some one does the answer is absurd.i cannot follow the complain anywhere on
the spicejet site .
And customer care service tell me that they cant put any comment on
ticket also.
Please take care of this issue asap.
This is creating a big problem as if i am not able yo pay the money
citibank can ask me the reason.

answer : first time when called it was told money will refund in 5 days
next call it was 10 days then next call it was 15 days
Now on friday when i called a support guy name jellani sheik picked up
the phone and told me it will take 25 days.may i know the reason for this
type of answer.
I have to pay this money for my credit card of hdfc .its more than 15
days and i have no idea when money will come back if it will .
I cant een check my complain number or update any status on it.even
last service guy name jeelani sheik told me he cannot update the ticket
also.
What type of stupid service is this.
Please respond and take care of this asap
