Dear Sir/Madam, I along with my three colleagues, had booked two e-tickets from Delhi to Jammu for 6 June 2015 by Spice Jet Flight No. SG-201. The two PNR Nos. are Q4JFUV and HBHS5K. We have received a sms informing that our SpiceJet flight No. SG-201 has been cancelled due to operational problems. We are shocked to learn this as we have to attend a very important family function at Jammu and later at Srinagar. Further we are not getting any response at your customer care Nos. This situation is horrible. We always had faith in your esteemed airline. We therefore request you to kindly arrange for us an alternate flight on the same date as we can not afford to cancel our trip. Please contact/inform us immediately.       Dear Sir, Long ago, On Sept 06, 2014, I booked a flight ticket through www.Goibibo.com vide their booking reference number NSGHCD4HX and spice jet PNR no. HCD4HX. My flight details are as below:- New Delhi to Aurangabad Date Flight Depart Arrival Airline PNR Ticket No [protected] Spicejet 171 09:55 DEL 11:50 IXU HCD4HX Aurangabad to New Delhi Date Flight Depart Arrival Airline PNR Ticket No [protected] Spicejet 142 18:00 IXU 20:00 DEL HCD4HX Passenger Name Type Mr Kanhaiya Dugar Adult All of sudden I get a SMS through Spicejet that they reschedule all of their flight. So, I have to check my new flight details at their website. I found that they cancel Aurangbad, Maharastra Flight. Somebody from Goibibo called me and to solve this issue with airlines. I called to airlines and they told me that they give me a ticket for Pune or Mumbai against my Aurangabad. I do not have any work at neither Mumbai nor Aurangabad on these dates. They spoiled my travel plan at the last moment. Now, I want (a) either they should provide a ticket through other airlines to Aurangabad or (b) they should provide a ticket to me at my prefer date with the destination choose by me. Here they have to understand that I may have to pay very high air fare for new ticket through other airlines. Who shall bear extra cost of new ticket?         I have booked ticket from delhi to bangalore for 4 passenger out of which one have to cancel itin next two days. I paid full amount 18000 using my card on may 4 for the ticket and cancelled one ticket on may 7 they informed amount rupees 2941 will be refunfed in 10 days. Customer care representative keep on telling amout will be refunded till 29 th may.Now they are telling it was in nutshett and it is been used for your original ticket and i had not made any full payment during booking. This is completely not fair not sure y they are not able to process the refund amount back to the account and trying to cheat their customer.I seriously regret made booking in spice jet after talking to the customer representative.

          I had booked Dubai to Ahmedabad ticket through Spicejet. Journey date was 11th May, 2015. But due to some reasons I had to change the ticket. So I called Spicejet customer care and requested them to change the date to 13th June 2015. They said date change penalty + fare difference would amount to Rs 2608. I agreed to pay. They changed the date and asked me to log on Spicejet website to make the payment. I logged on the website and made the payment thru debit card. Money was immediately debited from my account. Then I called customer care to confirm if they received the money. They apologised and said they have not received the money because their website had some issues with debit card payments. They requested me to make the payment again thru Netbanking and they agreed to refund the previously paid money. Believing them I logged on Spicejet and made another payment thru Netbanking. This time also money got debited from my account immediately. I called customer care again to confirm the receipt of money. They again denied the receipt of money and said I will have to pay the money in cash at airport. They registered a complaint for refund of Rs[protected]x2). complain id is CR/345601/2015. I paid cash at airport and waited for refund of two payments that I had made earlier thru Spicejet website. Its been 20 days now but I have not received my money that I paid thru Netbanking. Repeated followups with Spicejet is not helping. Even my bank, Axis bank has washed its hands by saying since it was a successful transaction, they cannot help. Now I am at the mercy if Spicejet to get my refund I have heard that Spicejet is going theu economic crisis and is on the verge of breakdown.i want to know is that the reason why Spicejet has resorted to this kind o[censored]nethical cheating of charging money 3 times to provide service??? Shame on Spicejet and Axis bank both I have taken an oath that I would never fly with spicejet. Not only that, I have posted this cheating case on my friends group and family group on Whatsapp. I will fight till I get my money back.

            Hi, I have done online purchase of ticket from Dubai to Chennai and made transaction in AED, PNR K9P1VT also attached ticket charge in 874.20 AED But Transaction made in INR check below bank transaction, However Bank saying me they can't have any rights/option to change currency of transaction, How you done transaction with AED and ticket in AED and my bank transaction made by you is in INR I have deal with many airline if pay in local currency (AED) it will trasaction will made by local currency(AED), same like your website made in AED and received ticket also in AED, But how would you made my transaction by INR, Already check with bank and complaint, they said couldn't have option/right to change online trasaction currency. Problem is why made in INR

              I arrived at Mumbai from Mangalore by spicejet flight SG 444 on 25th May, 2015. I have handed over 3 bags to spicejet counter at Mangalore airport. However on arrival at Mumbai I have received only 2 bags. 1 orange color trolly bag (Tom & Jerry picture on the cover of the bag) found to be missing and could not be located by the Spicejet support staff at mumbai airport till date. We have immediately logged the complaint of missing bag on the spicejet baggage service counter at mumbai airport. SpiceJet staff has asked us to fill complaint form indicating the details of the lost bag including PNR No., Our contact details, bag identification serial number which we have provided upfront and handed over to Ms. Surabhi. We have been assured by the staff that our complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. We have been following up with spicejet for last 2 days but no favorable reply received so far neighter any concrete information on missing bag. Looking forward for receipt of our missing bag at earliest.

                I Had booked the Flight ticket in spice jet 8 moths back 2 weeks back i got SMS stating that flight scheduled changed and i had called Spicejet call center changed to MAY 26 th 2015 at 7.50 AM flight . Am about start the airport and got the SMS from spice jet stating that flight got delayed by 1 hour and i had call center and they confirmed if i board this flight i will miss the connecting flight from mumabi to GOA ' I had booked the Hotel in GOA i had lost the reservation amount due to the spice jet

                  My complain number is CR/348043. I booked a ticket from Bangkok to Mumbai by 17th of May on a 04th of June. I paid through international debit card. I got a mail that my transaction could not be completed and 12048rs will be auto-refund to my bank account within 3-4business days. I called to my bank and money was blocked. I called to Spicejet and gave them reference number of bank transaction as required. At 19th of May Spicejet company deducted 12048 rs from my bank account, DIDN'T REFUND . I called them several times, at first they said 3-4 working days, then more 72 hours, now they told me to wait 1 month. If they are trying to cover own money problems by taking and cheating the clints, it''s not correct. This is a very big imposture. They don't reply on mails, don't connect with a main officer, don't answer the calls.                     I have had a horrible time with spice jet and I regret to have chosen the airline and this is my last booking with the airline .i had booked my ticket for 5th June 2015 with PNR T193VR in the name of Vishal Sood and Tripti Khaitan which I reds heddle for Next Day on 6th June 2015 6:20 am flight to my surprise I was asked to go to airport to deposit the fare difference and feed which I did I stay I noida I went all the way to T3 counter and deposited 1920 Rs and asked for printout of the tickets, lady at spice jet counter collected the money and did not give the receipt or the revised tickets cited that her printer is not working and I can take the print out when I travel. Today when I called helpline for the revised itenary I was told that payment is still due from my side this is higly ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour of your part.please initiate investigate and address this issue of else I will initiate further action and escalation on this.

                        I booked a flight ticket online from Spicejet website on 21st May 2015 at around 9 pm for trip from Agartala to Kolkata on 21st Aug 2015. Flight timing was 5.40 pm from Agartala. Most probably flight number was SG 658. There were 3 passengers and their names are Niranjan Bhowmik DOB 4.10.1938, Sephali Bhowmik 01.07.1949, Shipra Nath DOB 28.05.1948. The ticket fare INR 7894 has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not been booked. Customer care is not picking up the phone. This is not accepted.                           Spice Jet without any prior intimation had pre poned the flight from Belgaum to Mumbai. when we reached the airport the airlines people informed that the flight had already departed. They then informed that they had informed us through a sms whereas no sms was received from us. when similar instance happened with other three people then spice jet offered a next day booking as an alternative. i had already got a forward journey booking on the same day and had to cancel the same due to gross negligence from spice jet. it was quite a frustrating experience that they could not even call us a day in advance and inform about the pre-ponment and merely rely on a sms to reach the customers who fly by air because they have very important business to attend. its very shameful to people like Sanjeev Kapoor can never learn from their mistakes. if they cant run a company they should wind up the business and close the company!

                            Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket with confirmation no:B1U4SL. Onward Journey was scheduled by 2:45 PM from MALE. I tried to change the flight /cancel the onward journey. I was not allowed to check the same when i check around 11 AM. If i could have allowed to do so, then I could have get back a part of the amount paid. But the site didnt allowed me to do so. I have called the customer care and has been put on hold for around 1 hr each and the call will automatically got disconnected. By around 3PM only I was able to connect with the representative. Due to this issue i dont want to loose my money. I need to process a refund request for the onward journey. Please do the needful.

                              SpiceJet - Reference no: - CR/344594/2015 SBI Card ending 8875 transtion ID – 063757 dt 03.05.2015 I tried ticketing on 3rd May 2015 and Rs.17, 536/- was debited in my card account but the ticket was not processed in Spicejet. I raised a complaint & they confirm that the amount will be credited to my card account ending 8875 within 7 working day. till date no rfund has come & in customer care no one is picking the phone .                                 I and my colleague were supposed to travel on 20/0515 on SG140 but apparently was delayed by more than four hours it has started at 3:10 AM of 21/05/15 and they didn't offer any food and bedding/hotel/lounge access.                                   I booked a ticket for my wife, son & mother inlaw who are returning back from Mangalore to Delhi on 18th June. While booking the tickets, due to oversight I put my mother inlaw family name same as ours. Which I realize after obtaining e ticket in less than 10 min of booking the ticket. I called spicejet call center immediately who advised me to write to their CRM which I did promptly, attaching her pan card as proof. They declined it through a routine mail & asked me to pay INR 1500 + the ticket fare difference amounting to INR 2000. I felt let down since I know many case here in India or overseas with reputed low cost budget carrier also making the correction if it is genuine case without any charges. I guess as Spicejet needs funds badly hence they do not care to look into a genuine customer problem either. This could have earned them some lost loyalty they are badly short off right now. God bless the airlines!!

                                    I booked my air ticket on 18 May 2015 and maid payment through SBI net banking amount Rs 5059/- deducted throwh transaction no DSBI[protected]IGOAAVHWNO to[protected]. Rs 5059/- deducted from my SBI deolai account but pnr no not generated due to technical problem. I reported this matter to SpiceJet call centre and get CR/348247/2015. Please try to verify my complaint early and refund my amount to my bankers at the earliest.

                                    I faced the same issue when I booked tickets for my parents. Amount has been deducted from my account but e-tickets have not been displayed or not even sent to my mail id. not even by sms. I am unable to reach the customer care no. This is seriously unbecoming of such an airline with known standards. Kindly arrange the tickets to be mailed.

                                      Hi I booked a ticket for my father for a trip to Mumbai from Kolkata on 11th July, 2015. The ticket fare INR 3595 has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not been booked. Now the customer care lady is absolutely clueless about whether ticket has been booked or not. To get this information she needs 10 days time to let me know the status. This is not accepted. Either you refund my money now or confirm my booking right now. Regards, Siddhartha Biswas

                                        I have cancelled the tickets because the flight is preponed by 45min. As per my schedule I cannot catch this flight. It is purely mistake of your company. And you have charged penalties as normal even though you know this is your mistake. Did you mentioned any where about the timings that it can vary by 120 min while booking the tickets and customer needs to be prepared for that. (Not after confirmation of the tickets) ? Do you think its fair to charge customer 40% as penalty for your mistakes? I hope this cheating technique will give you more profits... If customer delays by 5min did you wait for that customer? But in my case you preponed flight by 45 min and you have charged 20K as penalty for me. even though I notified in one week advance to cancel the tickets. It seems you are doing this wantedly and cheating customers by prepone or postpone of flight timings. I am sure 20% of customer will fail to adjust that 120min rule, hence you will charge penalties if they cancel or forfeit the amount if they don't reach on time. Great technique SpiceJet.
