I booked a roundtrip flight for my brother with Spicejet through Makemytip - onward journey date was 29-Dec-2014, return journey date - 08-Jan-2014. The onward flight SG 894 (which was a morning flight - 10:45 AM) was cancelled and my brother was rebooked by Spicejet on flight SG 832 which had a departure time of 5:20 PM. The onward flight SG 893 was 'cancelled due to operational reasons' and no alternative booking was provided by Spicejet....
