My complain number is CR/348043.
I booked a ticket from Bangkok to Mumbai by 17th of May on a 04th of June. I paid through international debit card. I got a mail that my transaction could not be completed and 12048rs will be auto-refund to my bank account within 3-4business days. I called to my bank and money was blocked. I called to Spicejet and gave them reference number of bank transaction as required. At 19th of May Spicejet company deducted 12048 rs from my bank account, DIDN'T REFUND . I called them several times, at first they said 3-4 working days, then more 72 hours, now they told me to wait 1 month. If they are trying to cover own money problems by taking and cheating the clints, it''s not correct. This is a very big imposture. They don't reply on mails, don't connect with a main officer, don't answer the calls. Please, if anyone know how to solve the problem, let me know by mail [protected]@gmail.com
