Not allowing me to board the spicejet flight. Dear sir/ madam My name is Reecha Saha. I had a flight in the morning from Kolkata to Bangalore it was shiduled at 7:25 am and arrival time is 9:55 am. The PNR no is QYDG4A. And the amount of the ticket is 2600(approximately). I reached inside the airport at 6:25 am and asked for boarding and on that time they informed me that the flight time had been preponed and became at 6:55 am. On that time I told them that I had not got any information on new schedule. They told me that they have message d and called but I haven't received any. I request them to let me board as their was 30 minutes left for flight take over. As I have university final exam starting from 16th may 2015 so I have to be their on 15 th may 2015. After so much of request and my mental harassment they didn't make any arrangements and did not let me board the flight. After that I had to book a ticker for the next day spicejet flight on 15 th may 2015. I had to pay Rs 8799 for the flight PNR E38747. departure time is at 6:55 am and arrival time is at 9:35 am. After so much of trouble from the company spicejet airlines. I want my ticket amount to be refunded for unnecessary harassment and for not informing the customer of the rescheduled flight. When I came the next day in the same spice jet flight the boarding was been happening till 6.35 am and the door has closed by 7 am and the flight departure time was 6.55 am ... So I have very big question in my mind that why they did not allowed me on the very first day after so much of request. I will kindly request you to look after this matter. Thank you. Reecha Saha.         E-Ticket Number related to the return flight booking from kolkata to kerala for the month of December, 2014 is provided below- From kolkata to kochi - QDETHH From kochi to kolkata - ABNYTK The flight got cancelled by spicejet airways due to non-operational reasons and that was communicated less than 24 hrs before the flight departure time, they did not even arrange for any alternate flight. Although I have received the flight booking amount, but yet there are so many other associated hotel bookings which I had to cancel as a result of this last minute flight cancellation. Please fine below the list. 1) Makemytrip CANCELLATION REFERENCE NO: IN1412R6S094580 (Hotel name - Misty Mountain Resort, Munnar, Kerala, Phone: +[protected] / 04865 ) Booking amount -13257 INR Refund amount - 7675 INR Cancellation amount - 5582 INR 2) Yatra Booking reference: [protected] (Hotel Excellency, Cochin, Kerala, Phone:[protected] This booking could not be cancelled as the flight cancellation was intimated at the last moment. Booking amount - 1488 INR 3) Cleartrip Trip ID : [protected] (Voucher No- CHMM-930246, Hotel Name - Kalathil Lake Resort, Vaikom, Kerala, Phone : +91 [protected], [protected] ) Booking amount - 2755 INR Refund amount - 1078 INR Cancellation amount - 1677 INR So the total loss amount incurred due to spicejet flight cancellation - (1677+1488+5582) INR = 8747 INR It was not my fault, but still I had to incur the financial loss, so I need this amount of 8747 INR to be refunded by spicejet.

          Hi, Myself Sreeprasanna chowdhury from Chennai. I booked (6th march) a ticket (From ING Credit card )from Chennai to Kolkata on 19th of April. PNR is GEI77B. But I canceled the ticket in 8th or 9th of April and I re-book again on 11th from Chennai to Kolkata With PNR V4TJ6S. So, obviously I would get the refund money 4700 rs (as customer care said). Now the issue is when I called (11th and 12 of May) on Spicejet customer care, they told me that the money has been refunded on 20th of April with reference Id is GEI77B. But when I called to Credit card customer care, they told there is no refunded money. I told them to check twice and thrice, they have checked also. The same thing I heard. For your benefit I am attaching the ticket from 19th April from Chennai to Kolkata. So, tell me what should I do? Do I registered an complaint against Spicejet? Or you have the path, that will help me. Whatever you do make it fast. I am awaiting for your reply. Thanks, Sreeprasanna

              booked ticket with Spicejet (Flight - SG 3278, PNR - A3GMHF) to travel from Visakhapatnam to Chennai on March 1, 2015. Flight is supposed to depart at night 21:50 but got postponed to next day morning 1:25 AM. As that time is inconvenient for me to start, i cancelled my ticket with the help of Spicejet Customer Care. I was informed that i will receive full refund within 30 days, But i didn't received refund till date. Kindly do the needful.

                I've booked one of my friend ticket from Bangalore to Hubli.. (PNR- R15QHB). I've canceled it due to change of travel plan.. The spice jet people have told me that the refund will be done after 27th April 2015 but still haven't got any response from them and their customer care is so pathetic that no one picks the call.. Really worst service ever seen.. I demand u to refund the amount as early as possible.. Improve your services or you are going to be 2nd Kingfisher.

                  My SpiceJet flight from Jaipur to Delhi on 03-May-2015 with PNR number SG2624 was cancelled due to operational reasons.I had asked for a refund and I was assured by one of the spicejet customer service agents that I will receive the refund immediately.It has been over 2 weeks and I have not yet received the refund money. I have been trying to reach out customer care executives but the service is really poor. Everytime i have been put on hold or disconnected without any clarity on the refund amount. Considering the quality of service provided by the airlines, I would ensure not to travel by Spice Jet ever and also recommend all my personal and professional contacts to beware of spicejet frauds. I was also having a connected flight from delhi to lucknow on the same day. I was about to attend an important metting at Lucknow which I missed because of you. So, I would like to know and understand why this all happned and what customer experience you guys are trying to create ! Once again I am requesting you to please refund my ticket amount Rs 2602 plus Rs 200 charged as conenience fees. If you will not refund my full amount immediately, then you are bounding me to file a compalint against your airline in the Consumer Court.                     Dear Sir, This is to inform you, that I was cheated by Spicejet. I had booked for 2 tickets in the month of September 2014, as per the discount scheme offered by the airline . Thus a ticket from Mumbai to Coimbatore on 02-May-2015 and return on 03-June 2015 was booked for my wife and daughter . (as per attachment ) On 23-April 2015, a vague email as well as sms was received from the airline. ( The mail is enclosed herewith under Annexure 1). If the mail is read, it does not talk of cancellation but 'schedule change for your flight SG451 dated 02-May-2015 from Mumbai to Coimbatore, as we transition to our new schedule'. Both the phone numbers provided were available despite trying for a long time. And this for a flight barely 9 days before schedule, which as i mentioned was booked almost 9 months in advance.I fail to understand how irresponsible an airline can be to their customers can be. Spicejet is still running some discount schemes now. I wonder how many such customers they will take for a ride Further I immediately complained to Spicejet and got a reply from the airline, stating that ' please note that any changes/cancellations are not permitted over the mail due to security reasons.'. Then on checking with 'http://changes.spicejet.com', it was indicated that both the flight booked for 2nd May 2015as well as 03-June 2015' were 'Cancelled'. But the schedule for the date 02-May-2015 on the DGCA website is no flights for the said time On checking with the customer service no on 24th, the executive was very curt in saying that the flights were cancelled and that the only alternative was to go by 5.20 am flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad and then from Hyderabad to Coimbatore by evening flight. Spicjet is not responsible for any lodging, boardin or food and that my wife and child has to fend for themself. and spicejet is not going to be responsible . How can an Airline be so callous? Will the Chairman of Spicejet agree to such options if it were his wife and child and that to in a city where we do not know anybody? I was thus forced to book an alternate flight (i.e both to and fro) for which I had to incur Rs 25, 000/- . for no fault of mine . I subsequently called up the airline and got the flight cancelled as I had no option. I have as yet not got any refund . Despite cancellation, my wife was getting messages on here mobile about flight no 541. I wonder what an I supposed to do? As you notice, this has lead to a lot of emotional stress for me and my family . I request your goodself to order the Airline to refund me for the extra cost of Rs 25, 000/- incurred by me due to their irresponsible functioning. I hope that I shall get due justice . Still i did not get my payment.From cancelled flight date it is 1 months passed. My PNR No-VD5EMK Date of Booking- 12 feb 2015 Date of Journey-3rd may 2015 . I am really oppressed by your services even as a customer I will not suggest to anyone to avail your services. And ur costumer service number is fraud number.                         What a service of spicejet, mind blowing.. Really it will BLOW your mind as mine... On 3rd may 2015 i booked 4 tickets on spicejet offer. Money has been deducted but i dint get any mail / message / call.. nothing.. I dont know tickets are booked or not.. Should i book from any other airlines dont know.. When wrote mail to custome care of spicejet i only get system generated auto response... When trying to call only listen spice promo.. No one there to response.. WANT TO ask only one thing... IS all spicejet worker are ROBOTS ???? Thats why i get only system generated mail, trying to talk with CC but no one there... Is flight also operated by robot ???                         try to make call to there call center after 1 AM night time.. bcz i have called him many time and finally they receive call night 2AM, such a unprofessional people. and what is the excuse.. "Sir, actually our timing has change in these day, that's why we couldn't accept call" such a irritating answer ... but any way my money back after 15 days i think.

                        i can feel ur situation. but shocked ... look at this, they guys are still behaving same.. dammmm
                        i NEVER recommend this company service anymore..

                            Hi, I had made a booking on the 18th April 2015, my PNR no. A2ZEXL. I called up the customer service on 25th April to change my booking. On the first aspect, the lady took 30mins to pull the changes, and by then the fares increased. Mahesh, the person whom I was talking to, said that as I have paid the seat fee, I can get the same seat, if it is available, and I do not have to pay again for it. I asked him the difference, & the amount he said was more than I could see on the website. He started arguing with me, where-in I asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor. But he denied to that saying that, he has answered my queries, and there are other calls so I need to tell him if I want to go ahead with the change or else he will have to release the call, and he disconnected. I called up again, Navin answered so I asked him to transfer the call to a supervisor. He informed me, as per spicejet policies, he cannot transfer the call, and he needs to know if the scenario is actually critical, on that he will make a report and his manager will then talk. I told him the scenario in regards to Mahesh disconnecting. After that he placed me on hold, and returned saying all managers are in a meeting so no one is available to take the call, and he help me. So I asked him for the change and agreed to the change and now he tells me that as per the policies, if I make changes I will have to pay for the seat again. Before saying anything the call got disconnected and when I call back the changes are already made and payment is put on hold and no seat is allocated. PFA the e-ticket to my prior reservation. Kindly let me know why are your people not trained how to speak to the customers, and how can they disconnect the call. When I am asking that I need to speak to a supervisor, why can the supervisor not come at the call, and listen to customer.                               I booked a flight in spicejet (connection) from bagdogra to chennai via kolkata. one day before the journey, i got call from spicejet telling that my flight got rescheduled and via Delhi. I was supposed to reach chennai by 6:30 PM and because of irresponsible Spicejet Company, I will now reach chennai only by 11:30 PM which caused a great inconvenience. Spicejet is a company and full of crap. Never book spicejet flights even if you have to pay a little more on other flight.

                                My flight was scheduled to depart at 8:05 PM. It got rescheduled to 10:10PM. Then again on the day of the flight it got rescheduled to 10:40PM. Being a girl, just tell me one thing i have to travel after that how will i travel now?? You people provide me the transport with safety? My parents have to travel to pick me up. They will come at 2:00 AM? Are you people mad or what? Bad service i ever got from any airlines. I will never book this airlines now onwards. WORST SERVICE

                                  We had a flight from Goa to Mumbai at 13h45, and a flight from Mumbai to Switzerland at 5am. When we reach the airport to check in spicejet had change the flight to one hour earlier 12h45 and did not inform us. We lost the plain to mumbai. We had no train, No bus, and no more flights. The only option was take a taxi to reach Mumbai on time to the next flight. We paid arround 17000 rupees taxi to Mumbai, had a 12 hours driving, and we still missed our flight. We had to buy another ticket to switzerland which cost around 1000euros. We pay more than we were expected and now have no money. I want to know how can I be refund on the extra money we spend.

                                    I have had a bad experience with SpiceJet from the beginning. Sure, they have the reputation of arriving on time but they are also notorious for cancelling and changing flight timings without notice. I had to travel from Hyderabad to Guwahati on the 2nd of May, and the flight was via Delhi. I had also received a text message which said that the flight was postponed. No surprises there, keeps happening to me all the time. What they didn't mention was that the Delhi to Guwahati flight was cancelled. Thank god I decided to look up the flight status yesterday otherwise I would had never known. Moreover the customer care staff didn't pick the call for some 4-5 times. And finally when I got hold of them, all they could say was "We are sorry". I am never flying with SpiceJet ever again and nor do I recommend it to others.

                                      Hello, I would like to register a complaint on SpiceJet airways for listing their airline service online which was not operating since Dec 2014. I booked a spice jet ticket(RS 1799) from Amritsar to Delhi on 24th Feb 2015 for my travel on 29th March 2015 for 0930 service - SG2512. I reached the airport only to be told by Airport staff that the Spicejet airways 0930 service was no longer in operating past 3 months. So when I called up the customer care they advised that they sent me a text message on my mobile 19th March 2015 advising the flight is no longer operational which obviously I did not receive their message. Even my emergency contact number did not get any texts. Additionally I was not sent any email also. I had no option but to shell out Rs 14350 to buy business class ticket(Amritsar to Delhi) with Jet Airways as I had to take my connecting flight from Delhi to Hyderabad. I demand Spicejet to compensate my flight charges(Rs 14500) for their lack of empathy to advise their customers on flight cancellations and also why they to have list a flight service online when its no longer operational. There were others along with me who booked the same flight and had to make alternative arrangements. Below are my contact details to take this complaint forward.                                         Flight preponed to 4.20 from 6.20 and Spicejet kept repeating that they send me SMS. I fly every week and woudl expect a professional airline to call and confirm and offer alternatives. I missed the flight as I reached at 5.10. Spicejet does not seem to care. They have had ad hoc changes for every flight. I have unfortunately bought tickets for every week. I would like to know if others have the same frustration.
