Dear Sir/Madam,
I normally don’t get too irritated regarding moderately delayed flights. However, the hassle I experienced was just unacceptable.
I have booked a ticket of SpiceJet Flight against PNR No UDLJWX of dated 13.09.14 from Delhi to Mumbai timing at 18:55 Pm, however to my sudden shock i got a SMS from the airline on the same day at 3.00PM on a very short notice stating the flight has been delayed due to Operation reasons and the reschedule timing was 19:50PM almost a hour’s delay. Then after i called up the Spicejet Customer care and said I have some commitments and i have to be there on time so i have booked the flight 18:55PM and this is unacceptable. Either you refund my money so that i can book another flight or reschedule to me to the earlier flight but the earlier flight was at 17:20PM which is impossible for the airline itself to manage and the matter was not taken seriously and only said as per policy nothing can be done and you have to bear the Cancellation Charges of Rs 1500/- in case you cancel. I requested many times to the customer care to do the needful either of or options given above, but they paid no attention to this. Who is responsible for such things due to Spice Jet Airline mistake why the Customer should suffer and at least some adjustment would have been done for the same.
Earlier also in the Past Spice jet airline has delayed the flight and the same was almost 1 and 1/2hours delay dated 27th July from Delhi to Mumbai. What is use of their Punch line Logo On time Guarantee that is useless/Meaningless – The Punch line is misguiding to the Customer becoz everytime there is something or the other thing problems with the Airline.
This is still in continuation the problems with this Spice Jet airline has still not over and is creating a Mental Pressure to an human being.
Again my Fiancée with whom i will be shortly in a relationship had face worst situation of her life. She had booked a Spice Jet flight against PNR No JCRFUX dated 18th Sept, 2014 timing18:55 Pm for my birthday present, however the msg had given by the airline the flight has been cancelled due to Operational Reasons and they had given an option for 20:10PM. When she reached the airport after waiting for sometime, they made an announcement Flight is further delayed due to Operational Reasons and the reschedule timing will be 20:50 PM and finally the flight take off was 21:05PM and landed at 23:10PM.
Being a Girl reaching very late in Delhi City, coming out at almost 12:00 Midnight from the airport due to airline mistake is it acceptable??? and Metro train local as well as Aero Express after 23.30PM are unavailable and had left only an option to book a cab in the Midnight. She had to go mentally pressure and she was so disturbed about this and i had to make her convinced for the same and be with her over the telephone. Hope you might be aware about the recent incidents has happened in Delhi, if God forbid any incident would had happened who would have been responsible for the same?????. For the Male it is fine but for the Female is really risky and unacceptable due to Airlines Mistake any one would suffer in future.
I humble request you to take strict action against the Spice Jet airline and do some justice to us.
