Refund for cancelled flight has been deducted Rs. 1623

My flight from Chennai to Madurai on Dec 1st was cancelled by spicejet, PNR JZWCRB. Flight cost: Rs 3293. I was promised a full refund within 14 days but received only Rs 1668 on the 5th. Spicejet has breached the contract of providing the refund and also made me book an expensive flight instead to the same destination same day. Spicejet not refunding for cancelled flight
