Dear Sir, My PNR is U3KCKI Spicejet flight from Mumbai TO Chennai.. My actual flight while booking is Jan 13 2015 at 8.30pm. Few months before they rescheduled at 10.30pm on same day. On jan 13 afternoon they again rescheduled to 11.50pm. While checking in at 10.30pm, they again rescheduled to Jan 14 2015 at 12.50am. At 11.30pm, they again rescheduled to Jan 14 2015 at 01.50am. We all Passengers are starving without any idea and no proper response from Spicejet representatives and they are also not sure about timings till now.. We all dono whether we ll reach Chennai or not.. I'm raising this compliant at 12.20am. Pls provide a proper compensation for all frustrated passengers.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I normally don’t get too irritated regarding moderately delayed flights. However, the hassle I experienced was just unacceptable. I have booked a ticket of SpiceJet Flight against PNR No UDLJWX of dated 13.09.14 from Delhi to Mumbai timing at 18:55 Pm, however to my sudden shock i got a SMS from the airline on the same day at 3.00PM on a very short notice stating the flight has been delayed due to Operation reasons and the reschedule timing was 19:50PM almost a hour’s delay. Then after i called up the Spicejet Customer care and said I have some commitments and i have to be there on time so i have booked the flight 18:55PM and this is unacceptable. Either you refund my money so that i can book another flight or reschedule to me to the earlier flight but the earlier flight was at 17:20PM which is impossible for the airline itself to manage and the matter was not taken seriously and only said as per policy nothing can be done and you have to bear the Cancellation Charges of Rs 1500/- in case you cancel. I requested many times to the customer care to do the needful either of or options given above, but they paid no attention to this. Who is responsible for such things due to Spice Jet Airline mistake why the Customer should suffer and at least some adjustment would have been done for the same. Earlier also in the Past Spice jet airline has delayed the flight and the same was almost 1 and 1/2hours delay dated 27th July from Delhi to Mumbai. What is use of their Punch line Logo On time Guarantee that is useless/Meaningless – The Punch line is misguiding to the Customer becoz everytime there is something or the other thing problems with the Airline. This is still in continuation the problems with this Spice Jet airline has still not over and is creating a Mental Pressure to an human being. Again my Fiancée with whom i will be shortly in a relationship had face worst situation of her life. She had booked a Spice Jet flight against PNR No JCRFUX dated 18th Sept, 2014 timing18:55 Pm for my birthday present, however the msg had given by the airline the flight has been cancelled due to Operational Reasons and they had given an option for 20:10PM. When she reached the airport after waiting for sometime, they made an announcement Flight is further delayed due to Operational Reasons and the reschedule timing will be 20:50 PM and finally the flight take off was 21:05PM and landed at 23:10PM. Being a Girl reaching very late in Delhi City, coming out at almost 12:00 Midnight from the airport due to airline mistake is it acceptable??? and Metro train local as well as Aero Express after 23.30PM are unavailable and had left only an option to book a cab in the Midnight. She had to go mentally pressure and she was so disturbed about this and i had to make her convinced for the same and be with her over the telephone. Hope you might be aware about the recent incidents has happened in Delhi, if God forbid any incident would had happened who would have been responsible for the same?????. For the Male it is fine but for the Female is really risky and unacceptable due to Airlines Mistake any one would suffer in future. I humble request you to take strict action against the Spice Jet airline and do some justice to us.

      I was booking ticket on 11 Jan 2015 from spicejet.com from Bangalore to New Delhi for the travel on 9th Feb 2015. While doing that the amount got deducted from my citibank account, but while returning back to the spicejet site, there was some error on the portal. As a result the ticket was not booked. I got the message from my bank (sms and email) regarding the amount deduction (Rs 5405) but I didn't get any confirmation regarding the spicejet site. Then I got suspicious and called the customer center. I gave him the details about the payment and waiting to hear back from spicejet. My email ID is hargagan.[protected]@gmail.com, please update on when this will be done.

        I want to bring in notice that my flight from Bangalore to Jabalpur via Mumbai was partially cancelled by Spicejet and I was asked either to reschedule or opt for full refund. I called to customer care and cancelled the full flight. As per the spice jet customer representative I was supposed to get my money refunded to account within 3 days. Its been more than 10 days but no refund has been made, When enquired with customer care, they said money has been refunded to my bank account and they asked me to speak to my bank. When I asked about the transition ID they refused to give me, when I asked them to put my phone to seniors they even refused to do so. I am not sure on what basis i can go to my bank that my money has not been credited, spicejet refused to give me any details and they were arrogant about speaking to bank instead of spice jet.           I'd like to express my disappointment with Spice jet poor service, I've booked flight with PNR D615HM which has been cancelled many times. I get the last minute notice & I've been asked to take refund which is of no good use. It will cost me double to book tickets with any airlines now. They won't address this issue at all, I'm being suggested to wait at Delhi airport for 24 hours before I can catch next connection since the flight booked is cancelled because of Operational reasons (Which obviously is coz they ran out of money) Request someone to take this up with Airlines and not let them manipulate things on their own, harass customers.

            I am shreenivas baskar and i tried to book a ticket from chennai to pune on 3rd of january 2015 at 22:40PM. You debited money from ma account but didn't give a ticket. Transaction ID-BSCB[protected] Spice jet report case no-335560 Amount debited for unsuccessful ticket-4, 994 rupees. I need my money back as soon as possible.

              My flight travelling from Delhi to Bangalore was cancelled on Dec 24th and till date i haven't received my REFUND. I called customer care lot of times but no one is replying back and when i contacted directly Spicejet office in Delhi airport, they said that it will be done but No concrete information. It has been 15 days since my flight got cancelled and spice jet told that full REFUND will be given back in days. What's happening?                 I have booked ticket by Spice Jet SG 224 for 18/01/2015 to and fro from Bengaluru to Jammu with PNR P37ETY. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled and I have requested for cancellation of tickets and refund of amount. I have contacted customer care for cancellation of tickets, so many time times but no one picked the call and you can imagine how pore is the spice jet services only and then i got a call about cancellation it was assured by your staff that within next seven to ten working days amount will be refunded. But so far no amount was received by me. Please take necessary action accordingly and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.                   Reference: CR/329725/2014 PNR:- SCTNVK Dear Sir/Madam, This John Rozario ([protected]). I have booked my SpiceJet air ticket through yatra.com on 16 of may 2014 and i have canceled 3 tickets on 20 of july 2014 through the phone (SpiceJet customer care) around 11.AM to 2 PM. But SpiceJet customer care people said, there is no option to cancel for three tickets, only two tickets can able to cancel. I asked them to cancel two tickets ie, 1. John Rozario and 2. Manju Rozario. But i'm not yet received my cancellation amount, customer care people saying the ticket was not cancelled and they will only refund the tax amount. I have called several times to yathra and SpiceJet customer care and I'm waiting this for about five months, no use I'm 100% sure i was canceled two tickets through that phone call and mentioned two passenger. Please trace my recorder phone call on cancellation date as i mentioned and do me the needfully. Other wise please send that recorded voice to me. Thanks, John

                        PNR no C94YGD 3 passengers sg 110 14th dec 2014. The flt was preponed more than 90 minutes before schedule. So we had applied for refund of the entire ticket amount. They confirmed it on the telephone. But till date i have not received the credit in my account through which i had paid them by internet. On enquiry i was told that they have refunded the amount on 3rd Jan 2015. But it is not credited in my account. I know it does not take 5 days for credit once the transaction is raised by them. what should I do now.

                          Our flight Spicejet 217(PNR MD8JFH) travelling from Lucknow to Pune, Date of Travelling:[protected] got cancelled few days prior to flying. Today morning I got the call from their company to inform the same. They have said to refund the fare amount but for me refund is not a solution as I am not able to book any return flights now because of high prices.                             I have booked a Spicejet flight from Hyderabad to Surat and back on the 6th and 8th December, 2014. PNR No. T23E4L. The flight had been cancelled. The customer care executive assured that i will received a refund within 7 working days. It has been more than 40 days since the cancellation and no refunds have been credit into my account.
                            SG 8505 got cancelled on 29th December 2014 but till time, I have not received refund. My booking number is P763MM.

                              I have booked a ticket with PNR- V4TGHF and cancelled the onward trip from Pune to Chennai as the flight got delayed by more than 4 hours. I have not yet received the refund amount and its been one month. I have tried calling many number times and they are not even responding to my calls and whenever they are receiving the calls they are trying to postpone the refund.                                 On 2nd January 2014 I travelled on spice jet SG109 from Mumbai to Mangalore. It was the worst experience in Flight for first time. The passengers were not fed any meal and did not even give a water to drink. I did not expect this from spice jet.

                                      Cancellation without refund from Spicejet Airlines My spicejet flight schedued on 17th Dec, 2014 (Guwahati to Chennai, SG-322, PNR :R98MMG) has been cancelled by spicejet citing operational issues.
