I had booked a ticket on Spicejet for my daughter from Delhi to Hyderabad on Tue 16 Dec, 2014 on flight no. SG229 (booking date:01 Dec, 2014, PNR No: M8THJG). On 15 Dec 2014, an SMS was received by my daughter informing the cancellation of the flight SG229 from Delhi to Hyderabad. We tried to contact Spicejet on the given customer care numbers, but could not be contacted. With frantic efforts, my daughter managed to get a ticket on JetAirways to Hyderabad from Delhi. Subsequently I sent a mail on 16 Dec, 2014 to Spicejet ([protected]@spicejet.com) demanding immediate refund of the ticket amount of Rs.6, 673.00, but received nothing other than an automated reply. A remainder also brought out no response from Spicejet.
I also tried to apply for refund on cancelled flights using the link on spicejet website, but the response I get says "the flight was not cancelled".
I request the Consumer Forum to initiate action so that the company refunds the money paid to it.

My refund amount has not credited yet and your customer care executive telling me that refund has already proceed. It's not credited to my account.
It's worst experience I have with SpiceJet. Could you please give my refund amount????????
