This is really pathetic. Unfriendly customer service, no proper solution, no one tries to empathise. We wonder why such airline even exist.
We have cancelled tickets on 16 dec and as per the policy it takes 15 working days for the amount to be refunded.
On 6th Jan we called up, spoke to Mr Nitish. He told he will mail to the concerned department and i need to re check in 24 hrs.We can check the transaction details after 24 hiurs and the staus of the refund as well. According to him the refund was processed on 02 Jan
then the next call was on 8th Jan, spoke to Subasree. After narrating the whole incident, she told that no such mail had been sent by Nitish. She apologised saying, she will do it right away and I can check after 24 hours.
We did'n call in 24 hours, thinking that at least the work will be done. My next call was to Mr Ankur.I have to narrate the entire thing to these different people and they say they have sent a mail to the concerned dept and spoke to senior as well, again wait for 24 hrs.
I also a sent a mail, to which a automated reply comes soon. and then there was a reply stating that the refund has been processed on 2 Jan towards the internet banking and the amount will be credited to the account within 10 days from. 2nd Jan-2015., mail sent by Mr Atesh Kumar.
On 13th I also speak to Mr Ashish, after yelling at him, he tries to say he has forwarded the pnr to the senior and in 72 hrs they will provide me the transaction details.
My next call was on 22 Jan at 8pm, call goes to Mr Vipun. He has the answer saying in 2 hours time i will get a definite call back from their department but no one calls back. We expected this.
And today was my call few minutes back, spoke to Mr Manish who again told to wait for 48 hrs.
This makes clear that Spicejet is not bothered about their clients. When it comes to issuing tickets or any other service, they want payment as soon as possible. But when it comes to returning back, they don't follow any policy and take months and months.
When we ask their representatives to connect to their seniors or other concerned departments, they have no access for the same. They cannot call us back or acknowledge in writing. They cannot provide transaction details, for us to track with our bank regarding the payment, neither they can do it from their end and check with their bank.
Its all NO NO..to them.
Will any one actually solve our problems and refund the money back?
We are also answerable to our clients and what if they file a case against us. We should inform the clients to file a case against you, not us.
My refund amount has not credited yet and your customer care executive telling me that refund has already proceed. It's not credited to my account.
It's worst experience I have with SpiceJet. Could you please give my refund amount????????
