Airline PNR L7H6QZ, flight SG - 275 was cancelled by airline. Requested for refund and still not processed. Its been 3 weeks since I requested for refund. Makemytrip is not giving proper reply on the refund and so spicejet.Kindly help me on getting the refund asap. Really annoyed with spicejet . Please help.

    AIRLINE PNR - DC6TVK . 19 JAN 2015. SINCE THE AIRLINE ITSELF CANCELLED THE TICKET REASONING ITS LESS FLIGHT ATTENDED BUT STILL THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED BACK TO THE CHARGED ONES. I HAVE CONTACTED SO MANY TIMES ON YOUR CUSTOMER BUT IT SEEMS UNRESPONSIBLE. I AM IN URGENT REQUIREMENT OF REFUND AMOUNT.

      Hi Team, I have booked round trip tickets from DELHI to PUNE for dates between 22 Aug 2015 to 06 Sept 2015, under the PNR Y84RGZ. After the payment was done, status of the tickets was 'HOLD' but after some time the same status changed to 'CANCELLED' .Now, the money is already been deducted from the bank account, and I have not got the tickets yet. I have also tried to complain on the customer care about the incident, but the same is either busy or not being answered, don't know why??? So, i request you to either refund the amount (Rs 8794/-) or issue the tickets for the said dates. Hoping a good co-operation from Spicejet and a speedy action.

        HI,

        I have booked an flight from Delhi-Jaipur on 16th Sep 2014 flight no.SG2625, PNR No.
        R4UMWF in the name of Samir Ahmed.I got a message on 29th Dec 2014 that the flight got cancelled due to some operational reason, I got a call also from your executive that my flight got cancelled and she was asking to initiate the refund which I agreed upon as I do not wanted to change the journey date, but till now I haven't got the refund.

        Kindly look in to it and revert me urgently.

          We were booked on Spicejet SG-152 on 03/02/2015, Goa –Bom, 5:50 am flight. Our PNRs were V66CQC and FEKWNR. When we arrived on the airport, there was only one gate open and only one security guard checking the tickets with the ID proof before letting us in (even though there were two Qs formed at that gate). The crowd at this gate was huge. I ASK, ” WHY ONLY ONE GATE OPEN AND ONLY ONE SECURITY GUARD WHEN WE HAVE SUCH A HUGE AIRPORT?” Seeing the crowd, we went and informed the security guard about our flight and he told us just stand in the line till your turn comes. When we got to the check in counter, we found another two passengers before us and the staff (Stephanie Fernandes) at the counter refusing to let them in, saying the counter is closed. There was this doctor who like us was a frequent flyer with SG. He told her that he had to be in Bombay at 9:00 am. He asked her to allow him to speak to her supervisor. She called up the supervisor (Barwin Gaur) and spoke to him and put down the phone. He again requested her. She repeated the same action yet again. On his third request, she finally allowed the doctor to talk to Barwin Gaur, who simply told the doctor, why didn’t you talk to me earlier? I ASK, WAS HE ALLOWED BEFORE? The flight was still on the ground and no one was asking them to bring it down from the skies and even when the supervisor and doctor spoke with each other, had she given us our boarding passes and allowed us to go, the flight would still take off on schedule. She was so ruthlessly inhumane. My daughter had to report on duty at 9:30 am. She ruined our two tickets amounting to Rs.3199/-; our taxi fare to come from North Goa at that early morning hour of Rs. 2500/-; our taxi fare to go back Rs.2000/- and my daughter’s one working day salary. We asked for the next flight which was at 4:45 pm same day. They quoted difference in fare of Rs. 6172/-. We left for home and then booked our tickets by Neeta Volvo which was at 10:30 am Goa-Kholapur-Pune-Mumbai. That was the only bus available at that time and we were not ready for another setback. We reached Bombay at 2:30 am on 4th. I ASK, WHAT DID THEY GAIN BY VICTIMISING US? WHAT DID THEY DO WITH OUR SEATS? SHE CALLED IT “ NO SHOW”, WAS IT? DON’T YOU THINK THEY SOLD OUR SEATS AND POCKETED THE MONEY BETWEEN THEM. WE WERE FOUR O[censored]S. NO IDEA IF THERE WERE MORE. She told us, there is a procedure and as such she could not allow us into the flight now. Didn’t we travel by air before? We travel all the time both domestic and international so much so, we lost count how many times we did it. Did they even try to come out and take us in/call us up and find out where we were? They say they were there, if so how come they did not take us in. They have our contact numbers. For what purpose do they take our contact numbers? Of course, I got a message from them saying ‘DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE MEAL ON BOARD’. SG never delays? I travelled with them Goa –Bom in the last week of June 2014. My flight was Goa-Bom-Hyd. We were put into the flight and kept on the tarmac for more than 20 mins while the passengers trickled in one by one much beyond the scheduled departure time. That time, the counter was open for whom, the VIPS or SG’s family or last minute cash passengers? Very recently, my daughter was booked on SG early morning flight on 05/01/2015, PNR No: KEDLNE. During the course of her stay, she got a call from SG informing her of her flight cancellation. She was asked to reschedule her travel plans to 5th evening by the 4:45 flight. If she did that, she would miss one working day. So, they gave her another option, to fly on 4th evening . She accepted it in order to save her one working day but in the bargain had to sacrifice her events on the evening of 4th. I ASK, WHEN THEY RESCHEDULED HER TRAVEL PLANS, WHY DIDN’T THEY GIVE HER THE DIFFERENCE IN FARE WHICH WE WOULD BE ENTITLED TO IF WE HAD TO CHANGE ANYTHING ON THAT TICKET? Our poor airlines are always at the mercy o[censored]NAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES, be it weather, engine failure, technical problems, crew partying, crew sleeping, you name it and we have to understand it all and suffer all the consequences of nature and man made. That time, no one gets delayed, there are no procedures to follow, no difference in fare required to be paid to the innocent victims, who are going through all the difficulties and inconveniences of all sorts because of our MAGESTIES’ WHIMS AND FANCIES. We, the passengers, who are their means of earning their daily bread and butter are treated like some piece of junk. What will they do with their airplanes if they have no passengers? And they behave like beasts with us and display their ugly attitude with us? Such airlines should go to the dogs. There should be no compassion on them. Their great logo, ‘WE LOVE YOU WITH ALL OUR HEARTS’ Does it suit such rotten hearts? It should rather read, ‘WE LOVE OUR DEAR SELFISH SELVES WITH ALL OUR HEARTS, BODY, MIND AND SOUL’. The big guys like the co-founder and the COO are talking of reviving the airlines to old times. Dear Sirs, please first check the attitude displayed by your management and your staff/employees in whose sick hands you have placed our lives to mess it up in full swing. I HAVE NOT SEEN THE SUPERVISOR BUT DID MEET SOME OF THE STAFF BESIDES THE COUNTER MADAM (STEPHANIE FERNANDES) WHO DISPLAYED HER ARROGANCE AS IF WE WERE SOME THRASH. YOUNG THAT THEY WERE, CAN JUST IMAGINE THE GREAT FUTURE AWAITING US ALL WITH THIS KIND OF YOUTH WORKING IN OUR HOSPITALITY AREAS. I wonder how much they earn on daily basis for them to make us suffer looses of such magnitudes without feeling a pang of guilt on their consciences. I hope these wealthy staff of yours will not find it one bit difficult to pay us back what we lost due to the laid back attitude of the SG staff on duty and their ugly attitude. Our total loss that day was Rs. 7699/- + Rs. 300/- to go to catch our bus. Bus fare we will not ask as we used the tickets to take us to Bom. However, you could compensate for the loss of our entire day and night in travelling and my daughters loss of salary for that day and the torture your staff put us through. For Employees of an ailing airlines, this should work out to nothing.

            i am a central govt employee in delhi. every year i had perform atleast two times form delhi to kochin. almost time i had availed the service of spicejet. this complaint regarding mis management in informing offers of spicejet. every time i came to know your offers from news paper or from social media. its a humble requeest from my side atleast give some priority to inform about your offers to the people who had used your service by email or by sms. i hope i will get a positive reply. i am glad to have yor service always.

                  Sir, I purchased an Air Tkt with PNR No. G4IWRS for journey from Bagdogra to Chennai on 07 Dec 2014 and Return journey on 28 Dec 2014. I performed journey on 07 Dec 2014 fm Bagdogra to Chennai. But I could not avail the Return journey on 28 Dec 2014 due to cancellation of flight service of SG 325 on that date. As intimated by your firm regarding cancellation of flight service of SG 325 on 28 Dec 2014, I cancelled the Tkt at Spicejet counter, Chennai Airport on 24 Dec 2014. As per your company's policy, the refund Amount of INR 4510.00 should have been credited in the concerned bank Account through which the Tkt was purchased. Till date the Amount has not been credited by your Company in the Account concerned. Hence, you are requested to credit the amount of INR 4510.00 at the earliest with out delaying any more, please.                     i have received following message Dear Spicejet customer (PNR- K4MU7C): Your flight SG 451 dated 27-Feb-15 from Mumbai to Coimbatore has been cancelled due to operational reason. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please log on to http://changes.spicejet.com for current flight status, alternate options or full refund. i have tried a lot to log on but no success than with the help of my friend last 26th JAN i have received message from spice jet compline center canceled my ticket refund will be receive with in 7 working days but 12 day completed still i did not received my refund.i have booked another ticked also.

                      I had boarded spicejet flight on Jan 31st from mumbai to trivandrum, and i have noticed that three of my items have been stolen from my bag, one portable charger for mobiles, one expensive perfume and lotion. I had not expected this from one of the reputed airlines of india, please look into these and let me know if these can be found.

                        sir Very sadly I want to inform you that I have lost my Luggage during my journey from Delhi to Agartala on 26.07.2014. The luggage contained so many precious things. After arriving at Agartala airport, when i found my one luggage missing I contact to Spicejet ground staff. He said that they will send my luggage at my home address and at the same time he issued a Luggage irregularity certificate . After few days when I saw that they are not returning my luggage I again complain to spicejet complain no [protected]. But whenever I call at this no agent told me that complain was under process. After so many times ( more than 6 month) lapse they never contact with me nor return me my luggage. Please take necessary step to get back my luggage. thanking you sir.                             I booked two tickets for 3rd jan, 2015 for spice jet through makemytrip.com but then flight got cancelled. I was told by makemytrip to get the cancellation stamp on the ticket from spice jet counter at airport and submit to them. I did that in last week of December and then got a message that refund is in progress but still it's not been refunded.                               I had booked for Spicejet Flight SG 108 on 16-NOVEMBER-2014 which is more than 2 months back. This flight was cancelled by Spicejet. I WANT MY FULL MONEY TO BE CREDITED AT THE EARLIEST IN MY BANK ACCOUNT (ICICI) FROM WHICH THE BOOKING WAS INITIALLY MADE. My PNR number is Q8KN9G.It's going to be 3 months now and Spicejet hasn't refunded my money yet. I tried calling the customer care number thousand times but it is totally in vain. Please take action immediately and REFUND ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY. Charu Pathak

                                Hi, We had got the tickets cancelled for the PNR number X6EJKP However, till date we have not received any intimation / formal email on the refund x The total amount to be refunded was around Rs 36500 Pls share the status ASAP

                                  Following are the problems in the Spice Jet airline service:

                                  1) Often the flight gets cancelled and a cancellation message is sent across at the last moment
                                  2) The staff at the counter (In Bengaluru) for boarding is very arrogant
                                  3) A customer cannot rely on Spice Jet for punctuality.
                                  4) Nodal officer Pratima Rai's unapproachability
                                  5) Spice Jet is going to be the "next Kingfisher" and I think they should better shut their business.
                                  I think they are as good as shut. Now, they are busy trying to see how much they can cheat passengers to get whatever they can into their pockets by advertising for these lakhs of cheap tickets. When the time comes, you will get a message saying the flight is cancelled and to apply for full, 100% refund of the ticket money which will never come. What is our government doing about such business ethics?

                                  Missing of personel belongings

                                  Myself Sujith Kudilingal travelled on 21 May 16 in SG 143 Delhi to Bengaluru flight, seat no is 18E. I forgot to take my personel belongings ie; One Book having my military movement order and A powerbank.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have booked a round trip for 11th Dec 2014 from Delhi to Guwahati and on 14th Dec 2014 from Guwahati to Delhi vide PNR no-H5ST6M, Booking ID NF[protected].

                                    But both the flights got cancelled. On speaking to the customer care I was told that direct flight was not available and they have availability via Kolkata.

                                    After long discussion with the customer care executive we came to a solution that I will be travelling to Guwahati on 11th of Dec 2014 via kolkata as there were no other option and cancel the return flight from Guwahati to Delhi which was suppose to be on 14th Dec 2014.

                                    The customer care executive confirmed that the cancellation was done and I shall get in touch with makemytrip to get the refund.

                                    I went to Guwahati with spicejet and while coming back i booked a flight with Indigo Airlines.

                                    After reaching back when I raised a concern with makemytrip for the refund they told me that no cancellation was made.

                                    Please help in getting the refund ASAP.

                                    Else I will be bound to take legal action against Spicejet.

                                    If these people, both the airlines and the agent, Makemytrip.com plays with your money, I think you should go in for legal action and teach these roques a lesson. If there was no cancellation, why were you made to travel via? These travel agencies and the airlines surely are hand in glove with each other. Besides, since you had booked through Makemytrip.com, they should have sent you a message about this change; otherwise for what are they taking their commission for; only for using their portal? So much is spoken about these damned airlines and yet they are floating their cheap tickets offers running in lakhs. First, it was 5 lakhs and then 4 lakhs. While this side, they flights are getting cancelled on a mass scale. Sometimes, one wonders, are SG flights taking off at all? That Co-founder and the COOs are taking of reviving the airlines back to old times. Is this some gimmicks he is using to get as loot into his pockets before calling it a day and sacrificing the passengers' purses to inflate his? Are these big heads reading the complaints and reviews or just planning variety of plots to loot the public? Shame on them!!!

                                      Respected Sir, I booked my ticket on flight SG-281 dated on 14-dec-2014 from ahmedabad to coimbatore, which was cancelled by Spicejet itself due to operational reasons.I wrote this mail to complain that I didnt got full refund of my ticket . I want the full refund of my ticket very soon, otherwise I am planning to go to consumer court and file a case on Spice jet. MY PNR Number: TET29R. Waiting for positive response.                                         I booked SPICEJET on December 16th from Tirupati to Hyderabad.The Flight was cancelled by spicejet due to their internal problems . Spice jet agent at Tirupati aiport has given me the canellation acknowledgement. He said the amount would the credited back in 2 weeks. Its almost one and half month and i did not get back my amount till. When i called spice jet agent at tirupati, he simply saying its not his in hand and advised to call the toll free. When i tried Toll free i did not get any response and just i am getting a music inspite of waiting for 15 mins.. At last luckily i got the cutomer service, they told they will have a look on it but not willing to give any reference number for the communication made.Its very bad and unfair on part of spicejet to cheat the customers like this.. Reference No : E49UMS Tirupati to Hyderrabd - Dec 16th 2014 - flight SG 1042 dated 16-Dec-14. Request to you to please address this issue in getting back my amount.. Thanks Subbarao
