Dear Sir,

I have booked a round trip for 11th Dec 2014 from Delhi to Guwahati and on 14th Dec 2014 from Guwahati to Delhi vide PNR no-H5ST6M, Booking ID NF[protected].

But both the flights got cancelled. On speaking to the customer care I was told that direct flight was not available and they have availability via Kolkata.

After long discussion with the customer care executive we came to a solution that I will be travelling to Guwahati on 11th of Dec 2014 via kolkata as there were no other option and cancel the return flight from Guwahati to Delhi which was suppose to be on 14th Dec 2014.

The customer care executive confirmed that the cancellation was done and I shall get in touch with makemytrip to get the refund.

I went to Guwahati with spicejet and while coming back i booked a flight with Indigo Airlines.

After reaching back when I raised a concern with makemytrip for the refund they told me that no cancellation was made.

Please help in getting the refund ASAP.

Else I will be bound to take legal action against Spicejet.

If these people, both the airlines and the agent, Makemytrip.com plays with your money, I think you should go in for legal action and teach these roques a lesson. If there was no cancellation, why were you made to travel via? These travel agencies and the airlines surely are hand in glove with each other. Besides, since you had booked through Makemytrip.com, they should have sent you a message about this change; otherwise for what are they taking their commission for; only for using their portal? So much is spoken about these damned airlines and yet they are floating their cheap tickets offers running in lakhs. First, it was 5 lakhs and then 4 lakhs. While this side, they flights are getting cancelled on a mass scale. Sometimes, one wonders, are SG flights taking off at all? That Co-founder and the COOs are taking of reviving the airlines back to old times. Is this some gimmicks he is using to get as loot into his pockets before calling it a day and sacrificing the passengers' purses to inflate his? Are these big heads reading the complaints and reviews or just planning variety of plots to loot the public? Shame on them!!!

    Respected Sir, I booked my ticket on flight SG-281 dated on 14-dec-2014 from ahmedabad to coimbatore, which was cancelled by Spicejet itself due to operational reasons.I wrote this mail to complain that I didnt got full refund of my ticket . I want the full refund of my ticket very soon, otherwise I am planning to go to consumer court and file a case on Spice jet. MY PNR Number: TET29R. Waiting for positive response.       I booked SPICEJET on December 16th from Tirupati to Hyderabad.The Flight was cancelled by spicejet due to their internal problems . Spice jet agent at Tirupati aiport has given me the canellation acknowledgement. He said the amount would the credited back in 2 weeks. Its almost one and half month and i did not get back my amount till. When i called spice jet agent at tirupati, he simply saying its not his in hand and advised to call the toll free. When i tried Toll free i did not get any response and just i am getting a music inspite of waiting for 15 mins.. At last luckily i got the cutomer service, they told they will have a look on it but not willing to give any reference number for the communication made.Its very bad and unfair on part of spicejet to cheat the customers like this..         Hi,

        I cancelled two tickets, both from Hyderabad to New Delhi, as the flights were delayed for some reason. For which I was supposed to get to whole money refunded but I haven't received even a single penny from them. I waited for long and then tried to get hold of them but nobody answering calls at their Customer Service centre.

        This is so unfair and unprofessional. Worst of all airlines as of now. They are not even communicating about anything.

          Hi, I have booked spicejet flight from Delhi to Chennai on 08-Oct-14, travel date 30-Dec-14 but the flight is cancelled before a week of journey. They claim that the amount will be refunded to my account within working days but the money is not credited in my account. Then I wrote a compliant mail to their customer service mail ID on 06-Jan-15 and I got reply from on 13jan-15 stating the refund is processed and you will receive the amount in 10 working days but till now I didn't received the amount. Everyday I am sending mail to them but no reply and I couldn't able to reach them in phone. There are holding my money for more than 4 months now from the date of booking. Booking date: 08-Oct-14 My PNR Number : K2HTXL Flight from Delhi to Chennai Flight No : SG 305 Travel date : 30Dec14 Amount to be refunded Rs.5850/- Please suggest me what I have to do and I like to register a complaint against them for their worst customer service, negligence and not willing to repay the amount.             I booked my return ticket in flight SG114 dated 19Feb 2015. On 21st Jan 2015 I got message flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons. And I can get my refund to log on this wabsite http://changes.spicejet.com . After cancellation I didnt get any message and mail from spicejet. I want to know how they give me my refund amount and on which date.

              Its a very great matter of shame that spice jet is going to befool the customer first spice jet gives the officer for lowest air fare and after booking the flight are cancelled

              I have booked one ticket from ndls to aurangabad on dated 28th feb pnr no m24p6

              On this basis i have booked
              All my stays in shirdi and hazur sahib and paid 100% of the amount to travel
              Agent. Spice jet all of sudden cancelled scheduled flight from delhi
              To aurangabad
              On dated 28th feb 2014 and returned flight on dated 03rd
              March also didn’t make any alternate
              Arrangement. As there is no other way to reach to aurangabad as per planned itinery for my parents and
              Elder brothers, first time my parents are going on a shirdi pilgrim and i am
              Very much shocked when i got an sms today that flights were canceled


              Being all the plan &
              Dreams shattered along with the huge monetary loss, we requested airline to do
              Some alternate arrangement. Their only answer was 100% refund as all the flights
              Were cancelled & they can’t do anything.


              In this unavoidable situation, i requested to
              Arrange the flights on both the dates

                I have booked a ticket on Via.Com to travel from Delhi to Hyderabad on 28th Feb 2015. PNR number T8B1YZ. I had to make We require following changes in the passenger list Pradeep Kumar should be changed to Pradeep K Mounisha K should be changed to Mounisha P The ID proof they have do not reflect the full name for Pradeep and Mounisha still have her old name reflecting on IDs after marriage. I did check on some travel sites that this should be changed by the service provider and the security do not accept the letter from gazetted officer. Sent an email to customer service, applet authority, Nodal officer and made many calls to reach Nodal officer and Applet authority and no one picked my call. I called Spicejet customer service around 20 times in two days and no proper information and more than 7 time they disconnected me from the Line. They gave me a special advice to cancel non refundable ticket and book another one. No one knows what to do and customer service guys are pathetic. Help me

                  Our return journey from Jammu to Mumbai on 8th March -2015with one stop has been modified by you. Due to which jammu to delhi sector isproper but delhi to mumbai which was stop over for 55 min has beendelayed by you for more then 5 hrs is not acceptable to us as the the sameflight is going to Delhi to Mumbai on 4 pm. So why our journey is modified? This is cheating practise by Airline towards those customer who hasbooked the ticket in advance because now after modifying our schedule you arecharging high rates from new customer and allotting seats to them. Pls.reschedule our Delhi - Mumbai sector as per earlier and allot seats in the 4 pmflight from Delhi - Mumbai.

                    My son manu ram holding confirmed ticket with PNR B2G8KI undertaking his studies at Delhi stranded at BENGALURU on WED 28 JAN 2015. Holding his boarding pass from Calicut he descended at Bengaluru from flight SG1076 and was waiting for SG 507 your next connection flight to DELHI .He had reported at your office at flight BENGALURU and never left the airport .But your SG 507 flight delayed and took off without taking my son thereby causing a lot of inconvenience to us.When I myself contacted your officials at your office at BENGALURU, they responded with irresponsibility saying my son has not reported in time .But I fail to understand how my son waiting for the flight inside the airport not reported in time.He is stranded inside the airport even now.

                            I am honest citizen of India nation. I travelled on 12-Jan-2015 by Spice jet.
                            My ticket were from Ahmedabad to chandigarh.
                            My Flight departure timing was 6 am.
                            I reached Ahmedabad to Delhi safely. When I was reached Delhi. My Delhi to Chandigarh flight was delayed no body tell me correct timing for the flight.( 30 min/45 min/ 75 min than cancelled )
                            I was only facing problem in a Delhi airport I was totally tired for again and again asked questions on inquiry counter . In afternoon airlines staff told to me sorry sir there was no flight to Chandigarh. I asked staff crew member Brother Any other facilities which are provided your airline he told me sorrryyyyyyyyyy.( Great answer).Than I came out of station than after journey via Road( Toyata Innona) and reached my destination.

                            I want refund my ticket money.

                            I am unhappy with jet airways services . 6 hours of my life which was spending on Ahmedabad to delhi airport its was so horror for me.
                            I hope that you will refund my ticket value with some addition Bonus Money. But you will never return which hours I suffered problem at Delhi Airport.

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please check the flight status at http://book.spicejet.com/FlightStatus.aspx or call [protected] / [protected], if you have any queries or concerns." The Traveller Mr A Ravi called the Spicejet customer care from no [protected] and verified whether the flight has been revised and got an impression that the chennai to mumbai flight is revised from 19.35hrs to 20.20hrs. So the customer reached the airport at 19.10hrs to find out that checkin has been closed and the the return flight timing has been revised from 16.40hrs to 20.20hrs, So the same was informed to me as had booked the ticket. 2) I called the customer care from my mobile no [protected] at 19.57hrs, Finally when the customer care official picked up the phone got disconnected, at 20.03hrs i called again 20.11 hrs and told the customer care that please report no show and cancel the return ticket and give me full refund of the return ticket. as the Official Mr A Ravi had to go back to chennai to attend a important Function and reach back chennai before 19.00hrs on 9.11.2014. He said he would report the matter and do a call verification and i would get a call back from Spicejet official at my no [protected] within 90 Minutes after verification of call. also i informed him to give me complaint no he said i cannot give complaint no. I have still not got any call (at [protected]) or email ([protected]@gmail.com) I expect a refund of Rs.16836 now as damages for not cancelling the flight and for the harassment(rescheduling the flight, and customercare not responding of functioning after promising) and wastage of time.                                 i have booked ticket from visakhapatnam-hyderabad-indore on 30th november, 2014.My journey date was 2nd jan, 2015.i received a message on 28th december, 2014 that my flight has got cancelled due to operational issues.I spoke with the service provider and i cancelled my ticket from visakhapatnam-hyderabad and i asked them to resume my journey from hyderabad-indore.They accepted for the same and promised me to give the half of the amount as refund. Anyway it was an inconvenience to me, i left with no choice and i took train from visakhapatnam-hyderabad on 1st jan, 2015.I reached the airport on 2nd jan, 2015.After checking and all, i went inside for the boarding pass and i realized that this flight has also got cancelled.When i asked them about the same, they told me that they had sent a message to my phone.I gave my phone number and gmail but i didn't get any mail regarding the same.they didn't even send any mail to me.

                                  Recently no of flights of spicejet has been cancelled. I have also received message regarding rescheduling of flight on 28 Jan 15 at 1620 in place of 1310 and also intimated that i can have full refund in case of cancellation of ticket. Therefore i cancelled my journey as per given link. However it has been found from my travel agent that full amount is not refunded and Rs 1500/- per person has been deducted, which amounts to Rs 7500/-. Therefore I request you to refund me full amount else my journey ticket may be restored and we would like to travel as per rescheduled time of journey date.
                                  RESOLVE THIS COMPLAINT IMMEDIATLY, SINCE WE HAVE TO PLAN THE TRIP ACCORDINGLY. IF I HAVE NOT RECIEVED REPLY TODAY, I WILL PLAN MY TRAVEL BY ANOTHER MODE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REFUND FULL AS PROMISED BY YOU VIA SMS ON MY MOBILE

                                    S for Spicejet and S for STUPID. This stupid airlines has cancelled my flight partially which I really don't understand. It is really nonsense to cancel the flight partially. I have booked a connecting flight from Bangalore to Varanasi via Delhi in November 2014 for the month of March 2015. These nonsense people have cancelled the initial outbound flight from Bangalore to Delhi but did not cancelled the Delhi to Varanasi flight. Heights of Stupidity by Spicejet. Now what do I do when the Spicejet customer care numbers are not working. Really a mess from SpiceJet. What is the Govt. of India doing for such a mess.

                                      I had booked a return ticket on Spicejet for me from Pune to Ahmedabad on Tue 13 Jan, 2014 &amp; 18 Jan 2014 on flight no. SG 342, SG 345 an SMS was received by me informing the cancellation of the flight .I tried to contact Spicejet on the given customer care numbers, but could not be contacted. I sent a mail to Spicejet ([protected]@spicejet.com) demanding immediate refund of the ticket, but received nothing other than an automated reply. After some days I received response from Spice Jet Tanmay Arora that you will receive your refund in 10 days but after 1 month still have not received my refund. I have called customer care they are not ready to share transaction ID or refrence no for refund and they are telling me it's already proceed from our side contact your bank. But without transaction ID how can I approch bank and on what basis I demad money from bank. I request the Consumer Forum to initiate action so that the company refunds the money.                                         Hi guys, I do not know what you people think customers to be!! are we some animals who are just supposed to keep on barking at your doors like beggars without any response. I understand the fact that you people might be cancelling flights due to your own company problems. But for heavens sake please pick up the phone!!! People have grievances and issues which they might need help for. C4I68P - my PNR for flight SG-872 which got cancelled for 1st February. I wanted to reschedule the flight as my trip was urgent. But thanks to you guys, you have no flights avaialable, and I could not reschedule it. Then my point is what is the point of me making the onward journey when I cannot come back!!! And nobody picks up the phone even if it connects. I tried for hours since yesterday. Money is precious and hard earned. Please do not play with the hard earned money of people in this manner. I will have to take necessary steps if you people do not respond. I there some number where I can call and somebody will pick up???/ I do not want to make my onward journey and please cancel my entire booking. In a round trip, if you cancel just one journey, what is the point of keeping the other one? Do you have any idea how much it is costing curretntly to book a ticket with other airline? Please refund my money PNR- CBEH3X, Hyderabad to Kolkata dated 24th Jan. Please refund it. Please understand that there is no point in me in making the trip and I cannot afford it to book with other airlines. Thanks, Mahasweta
