I have booked flight SG45 date 28.12.2014 and return SG46 date 02.01.2015 by SpiceJet Airlines on 03.09.2014 booking No NBCUKN. On 23.12.2014 i received SMS from airlines about cancellation of flight SG45 date 28.12.2014. AS per the policy the flights cancelled have to be rescheduled free of cost, however when I try to apply for refund/reschedule flight on the website of Spicejet, it says that "Dear customer, since your flight has not been cancelled or reschduled by 90 minutes or more, please modify your booking through the ‘Manage My Booking’ section" where it asks for additional money Rs. 16, 000. Airlines is not picking-up its telephone nos. [protected] and [protected] I have tried 40-50 times. Airline may be ordered to refund my full money for the cancelled flights.

    Due to operational reasons my round trip flights got cancelled (BOM-BLR). I am continuously trying to get in touch with customer care to re-schedule my flights. I booked these flights to visit home during new years. This is really disappointed that now I can't go home due to this cancellation. I request you to please arrange an alternative flight. I am really looking forward to be with family on new years. Kindly help me with the same.

      I have received an e-mail mentioning the cancellation of Spicejet Flight SG 917 dated 28-Jan-15 due to operational reasons. It has mentioned in e-mail to call [protected]/ [protected] to re-book the flight. Tried both these numbers for so many times, but none of these numbers are getting answered, neither able to rebook on spicejet website for the ticket for 27th Dec. SPICEJET - PLEASE REBOOK THE TICKET PNR-I3FP8F FOR 27TH DEC AND CONFIRM.

Based on this I had done arrangements .But today on dated 23.12.14 (10 days before)Customer care executive called me that they are unable to give him sit in flight for their operational reason.They could not give me proper clarification whether flight on that day dated 02.01.15 flight no-SG852 has been cancelled permanantely.They have force me that only your ticket will get cancell.So sir kindly help me in this regard as I will suffer a very financial as well as mental loss as this is plan journey.sir I assure you if my ticket get cancelled without my consent .I will go for legal action against spicejet for this harassment.Right now I had checked the Flight status early morning, the status shown on the website was "On time".                     Sir, My husband & his friend had booked ticket in make my trip to go to Kashmir. Today they have to catch the SPICE JET flight from Srinagar to Amritsar, but the flight has been cancelled by the Airlines. So they had a great risk to reach the destination. I have requested in make my trip for refund of the ticket. Now after some difficulties they have booked a Cab to go to Amritsar, how can I claim for the inconvenience I faced during my journey. But I have tried to speak to the call centre no. but its always busy. I couldn't speak to the right person. So kindly reply to my mail as soon as it is possible. They had took the cab from Srinagar to reach Amritsar it took about 17 hrs to reach the destination. The hire for the cab was Rs.14000, for that I want to make a claim. Because of this, my total plan was collapsed, I also cancelled some of my flights. I was in stress. I came to my native only on 20th December.                       Hi I booked 4 tickets from Hyd to Chennai for 24 Dec by SG 913 and got an SMS that the flight is canceled. The customer care numbers dont seem to work and I am not sure if I should book by another flight or buy train tickets. I would like to know for sure that the flight is canceled and we will get full refundso that I can make alternate arrangements. If I cancel the ticket online will I get full refund or not? Thanks!                         Mr Harsimran Singh. i can help you but depature time was early in the morning and route was via bombay .

                        You can change the date but timing was same

                          Hi, I have a round trip of Spice Jet on 25th Dec.14 from Agartala to Chennai & 10th January Chennai to Agartala Vide PNR -W69WWC flight no SG 819/SG 322.On 11/12/2014 and 14/12/2014 got two SMS where they inform me about cancellation of the above mentioned flight and requested me to contact[protected]/ [protected] for re booking on an alternate flight.But from last (6)Six days I am trying to contact with them at-least 500 times but they are not answering my phone.However today I got another SMS where they inform me that Chennai To Agartala Flight will be re-schedule at 5.45 am, Now tell me how could I go to Chennai and catch that flight

Those were refundable tickets and I cancelled it well in advance prior to the day i.e. 3 days before the departure date.                                   I have booked a ticket for travel date 14th Nov 2014 from Hyderabad to Chennai for my wife..PNR F68J6Z. The flight was cancelled without any notification, when we contacted the help desk they confirm to refund the money of 2174 and send a free voucher for 1000 Rs for the inconvenience caused. Till now we have not received the Refund and Voucher and there were no response from any of the help desk team. This caused lot of stress for my wife as she is pregnant.                                       Hello Sir, I had booked the flight tickets from Mumbai to Port Blair (Flight No.: SG 291 Dated: 17 Dec 2014 at 6:05 am) in the month of september. My PNR number for the same is WBL1NA. Based on this I had done arrangements in the Port Blair. Due to the Flight cancellation without any prior information I have incurred a huge loss financially and personally. I had checked the Flight status at 1:00 am early morning, the status shown on the website was "On time". When I asked for the reason, No person was giving an exact reason for the same. When I contacted the Supervisor, he informed me that due to unavailability of Fuel they are not able to Operate the flight.                                         I am Vaibhav . I traveled on your Flight SG 443 from Amritsar to Mumbai and than to Goa in SG153 on 8th Dec 2014 and my return was on 12th Dec 2014 . But Due to cancel of Flight SG 442. Your Colleagues rerouted my Flight from Goa to Mumbai in SG152 and From Mumbai to Delhi in SG452 . And they had given me Spicejet bookings to Amritsar on Next day ie 13th Dec 2014.I canceled my Flights from Delhi to Amritsar. due some Urgent reasons and took train to reach Amritsar on 12th Dec 2014. So Just wanted to Know When my Full refund will Transferred to my Account(Delhi to Amritsar). If Possible Please transfer it Asap to my Account. As my Bookings are cancel by One of Spicejet Official at Reservation Counter of Delhi Domestic Airport, and I have Cancellation Stamp on Paper. Please help in Getting back my Fare. They are not responding to me on email.
