I have booked flight SG45 date 28.12.2014 and return SG46 date 02.01.2015 by SpiceJet Airlines on 03.09.2014 booking No NBCUKN. On 23.12.2014 i received SMS from airlines about cancellation of flight SG45 date 28.12.2014. AS per the policy the flights cancelled have to be rescheduled free of cost, however when I try to apply for refund/reschedule flight on the website of Spicejet, it says that "Dear customer, since your flight has not been cancelled or reschduled by 90 minutes or more, please modify your booking through the ‘Manage My Booking’ section" where it asks for additional money Rs. 16, 000. Airlines is not picking-up its telephone nos. [protected] and [protected] I have tried 40-50 times. Airline may be ordered to refund my full money for the cancelled flights.
