Ticket fare not refunded till date

Flight cancelled and poor customer care response.

I have recieved a sms saying that My spicejet flight SG 893 for 26 december 2014 has been cancelled due to operational reasons. Flight Cancelled- Holiday Ruined

Hi I had booked a tour (hotel + flight) to Amritsar from Makemytrip. In the package, I had booked Spicejet flights SG442 (Mumbai - Amritsar, departure 13 Dec) and SG443 (Amritsar - Mumbai, Departure 16-Dec). Cancelled book ticket in spice jet and customer care unreachable
