Am writing this mail after having waited for 17 days for my refund(still not received) for cancelled flight SG-524 for travel from Bangalore to Kolkata dated 13th December.

My PNR no - PNR-U7JWRM
First of all, i got no email notification of the cancellation of the flight, only a phone call for the cancellation that too on the date of journey(Ridiculously pathetic and arrogant customer service from your side). When i reached the airport and told the customer executives present to process my ticket for full refund, then i was told that that it has been forwarded and that the maximum waiting time was 7 days. Here after 17 days, my money is yet to come.
This is the last day i would wait after which i will have to resort to file a complaint in Aviation ministry for the scandal you people are playing(which i am sure thousands of people more would have already filed).The least you can do is have section in the website enlisting the refund status of the poor customers, or at least send out a courtesy mail telling us what is the status.
I hereby ask you to again go through my refund status and get back to me asap failing to do so would raise numerous more concerns for your company.I would at least expect a phone call from your side as you people are least bothered about picking up your given customer care no, which never ever gets through.
I completely empathize what you are going through. I am also facing the same problem. Spicejet is being very uncertain and unreliable. Moreover they don't take the accountability or responsibility of customer satisfaction. If you come to know about stronger customer redressal service please let me also know.
I hope SpiceJet comes up with a sensible answer and provide you a good refund for your inconvenience. All the best.
