I want to bring in notice that my flight from Bangalore to Jabalpur via Mumbai was partially cancelled by Spicejet and I was asked either to reschedule or opt for full refund. I called to customer care and cancelled the full flight. As per the spice jet customer representative I was supposed to get my money refunded to account within 3 days. Its been more than 10 days but no refund has been made, When enquired with customer care, they said money has been refunded to my bank account and they asked me to speak to my bank. When I asked about the transition ID they refused to give me, when I asked them to put my phone to seniors they even refused to do so. I am not sure on what basis i can go to my bank that my money has not been credited, spicejet refused to give me any details and they were arrogant about speaking to bank instead of spice jet.     I'd like to express my disappointment with Spice jet poor service, I've booked flight with PNR D615HM which has been cancelled many times. I get the last minute notice & I've been asked to take refund which is of no good use. It will cost me double to book tickets with any airlines now. They won't address this issue at all, I'm being suggested to wait at Delhi airport for 24 hours before I can catch next connection since the flight booked is cancelled because of Operational reasons (Which obviously is coz they ran out of money) Request someone to take this up with Airlines and not let them manipulate things on their own, harass customers.

        My flight travelling from Delhi to Bangalore was cancelled on Dec 24th and till date i haven't received my REFUND. I called customer care lot of times but no one is replying back and when i contacted directly Spicejet office in Delhi airport, they said that it will be done but No concrete information. It has been 15 days since my flight got cancelled and spice jet told that full REFUND will be given back in days. What's happening?           I have booked ticket by Spice Jet SG 224 for 18/01/2015 to and fro from Bengaluru to Jammu with PNR P37ETY. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled and I have requested for cancellation of tickets and refund of amount. I have contacted customer care for cancellation of tickets, so many time times but no one picked the call and you can imagine how pore is the spice jet services only and then i got a call about cancellation it was assured by your staff that within next seven to ten working days amount will be refunded. But so far no amount was received by me. Please take necessary action accordingly and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.             Reference: CR/329725/2014 PNR:- SCTNVK Dear Sir/Madam, This John Rozario ([protected]). I have booked my SpiceJet air ticket through yatra.com on 16 of may 2014 and i have canceled 3 tickets on 20 of july 2014 through the phone (SpiceJet customer care) around 11.AM to 2 PM. But SpiceJet customer care people said, there is no option to cancel for three tickets, only two tickets can able to cancel. I asked them to cancel two tickets ie, 1. John Rozario and 2. Manju Rozario. But i'm not yet received my cancellation amount, customer care people saying the ticket was not cancelled and they will only refund the tax amount. I have called several times to yathra and SpiceJet customer care and I'm waiting this for about five months, no use I'm 100% sure i was canceled two tickets through that phone call and mentioned two passenger. Please trace my recorder phone call on cancellation date as i mentioned and do me the needfully. Other wise please send that recorded voice to me. Thanks, John

                  PNR no C94YGD 3 passengers sg 110 14th dec 2014. The flt was preponed more than 90 minutes before schedule. So we had applied for refund of the entire ticket amount. They confirmed it on the telephone. But till date i have not received the credit in my account through which i had paid them by internet. On enquiry i was told that they have refunded the amount on 3rd Jan 2015. But it is not credited in my account. I know it does not take 5 days for credit once the transaction is raised by them. what should I do now.

                    Our flight Spicejet 217(PNR MD8JFH) travelling from Lucknow to Pune, Date of Travelling:[protected] got cancelled few days prior to flying. Today morning I got the call from their company to inform the same. They have said to refund the fare amount but for me refund is not a solution as I am not able to book any return flights now because of high prices.                       I have booked a Spicejet flight from Hyderabad to Surat and back on the 6th and 8th December, 2014. PNR No. T23E4L. The flight had been cancelled. The customer care executive assured that i will received a refund within 7 working days. It has been more than 40 days since the cancellation and no refunds have been credit into my account.
                      SG 8505 got cancelled on 29th December 2014 but till time, I have not received refund. My booking number is P763MM.

                        I have booked a ticket with PNR- V4TGHF and cancelled the onward trip from Pune to Chennai as the flight got delayed by more than 4 hours. I have not yet received the refund amount and its been one month. I have tried calling many number times and they are not even responding to my calls and whenever they are receiving the calls they are trying to postpone the refund.                           On 2nd January 2014 I travelled on spice jet SG109 from Mumbai to Mangalore. It was the worst experience in Flight for first time. The passengers were not fed any meal and did not even give a water to drink. I did not expect this from spice jet.

                                Cancellation without refund from Spicejet Airlines My spicejet flight schedued on 17th Dec, 2014 (Guwahati to Chennai, SG-322, PNR :R98MMG) has been cancelled by spicejet citing operational issues.                                   I am writing this to express my deepest disappoint towards customer service provided to us by Spicejet airlines. I had booked a Spicejet Airlines ticket for Chennai from port Blair three months before my travel date for 16th December with my wife. Flight details SG 277 PNR M7KMVZ scheduled at 12.05 pm from Port Blair. Based on this Spicejet flight I had booked a connecting flight with jet airways from Chennai to Mumbai.On the day of our flight we got a message that Spicejet flight is being delayed by 2 hours. Due to this sudden delay we had to cancel jet airways flight and book another flight with air India for later in the evening. Resulting into extra expenses of flight cancellations and re-booking of next flight.We reached Port Blair airport only to get a new message from the Spicejet airlines that the same flight is being delayed further by an hour.We waited at the airport for more than 7 hours. After which Spicejet employees told us the flight is canceled. No reason or explanation was provided to us. We were waiting at the airport till it was shutdown and we along with 300 more passengers of Spicejet were shooed out of the place.No accommodation compensation nothing was provided to us.We tried talking to spicejet officials, airport authorities no one provided us with satisfactory answer. There were no alternate arrangements provided. The following day as well no spicejet flights were available.Result of which we had to incur losses for our extra two days hotel & food. We had to book flight for returning home to Mumbai which costs us 51000 rs. All these expenses were unnecessarily imposed on us and we had to undergo immense stress and discomfort.I just want to know what is the liability of your airlines towards the trouble caused to us because of their cancellations. Whose fault is it? Ours cause we chose to fly with your airlines. Is there any relief that your airlines going to provide us in form of compensations for our losses.                                   I completely empathize what you are going through. I am also facing the same problem. Spicejet is being very uncertain and unreliable. Moreover they don't take the accountability or responsibility of customer satisfaction. If you come to know about stronger customer redressal service please let me also know.

                                  I hope SpiceJet comes up with a sensible answer and provide you a good refund for your inconvenience. All the best.

                                    Am writing this mail after having waited for 17 days for my refund(still not received) for cancelled flight SG-524 for travel from Bangalore to Kolkata dated 13th December. Flight - SG 524 Date 13th Decemeber Origin- Bangalore Dest- Kolkata My PNR no - PNR-U7JWRM First of all, i got no email notification of the cancellation of the flight, only a phone call for the cancellation that too on the date of journey(Ridiculously pathetic and arrogant customer service from your side). When i reached the airport and told the customer executives present to process my ticket for full refund, then i was told that that it has been forwarded and that the maximum waiting time was 7 days. Here after 17 days, my money is yet to come. This is the last day i would wait after which i will have to resort to file a complaint in Aviation ministry for the scandal you people are playing(which i am sure thousands of people more would have already filed).The least you can do is have section in the website enlisting the refund status of the poor customers, or at least send out a courtesy mail telling us what is the status. I hereby ask you to again go through my refund status and get back to me asap failing to do so would raise numerous more concerns for your company.I would at least expect a phone call from your side as you people are least bothered about picking up your given customer care no, which never ever gets through.
