Dear Sir/Madam,
This John Rozario ([protected]). I have booked my SpiceJet air ticket through yatra.com on 16 of may 2014 and i have canceled 3 tickets on 20 of july 2014 through the phone (SpiceJet customer care) around 11.AM to 2 PM. But SpiceJet customer care people said, there is no option to cancel for three tickets, only two tickets can able to cancel. I asked them to cancel two tickets ie, 1. John Rozario and 2. Manju Rozario.
But i'm not yet received my cancellation amount, customer care people saying the ticket was not cancelled and they will only refund the tax amount. I have called several times to yathra and SpiceJet customer care and I'm waiting this for about five months, no use
I'm 100% sure i was canceled two tickets through that phone call and mentioned two passenger. Please trace my recorder phone call on cancellation date as i mentioned and do me the needfully. Other wise please send that recorded voice to me.
