I have booked flight from Hyderabad to Vishakhapatnam (both ways) for travel on 14 and 15 of December 2014 with PNR-A8UVFD. Due to Supreme Court order SpiceJet cancelled our booking. We have received below communication from Spice jet: “Dear SpiceJet customer (PNR-A8UVFD): Your flight … has been cancelled due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please call [protected] / [protected] to be re-booked on an alternate flight.” I have contacted customer service and the have informed me that they refund the amount as there is not flight service being provided from Hyderabad to Vishakhapatnam and vice versa. I have not received full refund amount yet. Also when I look at PNR-A8UVFD status online, I could see SpiceJet is charging Rs.6000/ for cancellation. How could this fee be charged on customer if there is no flight service provided? I would like full amount/travel fare be refunded to my account. Please expedite the process.

    With reference to the above this is to bring to your kind attention that due to the prevalent commercial situation of SPICEJET we had cancelled the return ticket from Muscat to Bangalore more than a month back and have requested them to refund the cancelled amount of Rs. 6660.00 (Indian Rupees six thousand six hundred and sixty only)which is confirmed by them in the attached printout after deduction of cancellation charges. Any number of reminders have not received any response and hence I am requesting your kind intervention to ensure that the amount is credited to the account from which the original payment was made by Visa Card.

However I have received SMS & email that my onward flight has been cancelled & advised to contact Customer care. However, innumerable attempts to contact customer care have failed as the number is not reachable. I have send mail asking full refund. However no reply.         Dear Sir, I have the same issue, with PNR number BCV7SH, for a flight from Mumbai -&gt; Blore on Dec 18th. Have received an SMS stating that my flight has been cancelled and innumerable attempts to contact customer care have been unsuccessful. Here are the number that I am using :

        In fact when I dial the first number, I get a message stating 'This number cant be reached right now'. This is extremely callous and irresponsible of the airline. Do help, if possible.

It's unfortunate to place on record that absolutely there is NO RESPONSE from customer relationship(?) dept., for the mail which has been sent. You are hereby advised to instruct the concerned to refund the full amount. 2. Wish to place it on record that none of your customer care numbers viz.,[protected] &amp;[protected] are reachable &amp; as per the automated message from the service provider indicates as if both the numbers are disconnected. 3. Automated system asks for desired extension and goes for a costly music indefinitely and there is NO ONE to respond to the call.               Due to the ongoing problems and to that effect we have recieved a SMS regarding cancellation of flights, we had cancelled PNR VCDGXN, reference number[protected]. But till date, 09th December, 2014, we had not recieved the deducted amount. Also, it seems that we should get the full amount since it is the esteemed organisation problems that has forced us to cancel tickets. Maybe they can also arrange for alternative flights for the similar date. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest

                I have booked my flight on Friday 12-Dec-2014, my PNR is-D81C5T, flight no is-SG308, My flight was booked on 7:20 P.M from Chennai to Delhi after that I have scheduled connecting train from Delhi railway station but due to reschedule time by spice jet it will be 7:20 pm to 10:10PM I will miss my connecting train. I am keep on trying to contact their customer care they are not picking my call & no answer. So due to this inconvenience, my whole journey plan will be mess.I'll not be able to fulfill my journey plan.This will cost me a lot in term of financially & personally, I won't be able to attend my brother's marriage.

                  Our Delhi to Guwahati and return flights were booked almost 4 months in advance for November '14. I wanted to make sure that I get the best rates by booking well in advance. Our flight to Guwahati was re-scheduled twice and then was cancelled. No email was sent regarding cancellation=[] \. I took the e-ticket print from their website on the day of travel (it too did not mention about the flight status). When I reached the airport I was told the flight's cancelled. We're put in the other flight for the next day. But they did not compensate me for the travel from and to the airport. Now, SpiceJet cancelled my Delhi bound flight as well. And I had to book fresh tickets for 4 o[censored]s in a different Airline, as I did not want SpiceJet to re-schedule our flight for another day. Also, I can't rely on their services anymore. But making alternate arrangements for the whole family have costed my nearly INR 20000 extra. What I expect is SpiceJet to reimburse me the amount I lost because of their poor service?

                    This refers to my Delhi - Dubai flight which became the beginning of a terrible experience with Spice jet.

                    After landing at Dubai when i received my baggage, my Samsonite bag was badly damaged, handle and zippers were broken and bag was badly torn out from the sides.

                    I approached the baggage counter at the airport and wasted an hour for completing formalities to lodge a complaint (refer slip attached ) and i was not getting any satisfactory reply, rather a phone no. was provided to me to contact.

                    It was such an embarrassment for me at the airport as it was the only bag we had and the stuff was coming out of the bag (Pics attached) and we had to manage the mess that Spicejet gifted to us.

                    Immediately, we had to rush and incur cost of buying a new bag and we kept expecting a resolution of our complaint. But as it is expected that service providers don’t care about their service quality
                    levels and made our life miserable.

                    We have been calling on the number provided but have not got any sign of seriousness from the Spice jet side.

                    Such an indifferent attitude and loss of material and add-on humiliation and embarrassment at the very beginning of our leisure trip certainly spoiled our moods.

                    And even after all that Spice Jet is hardly sensitive towards the entire matter and has not given any assurance to
                    compensate the losses.

                    I demand an immediate attention to this and a one point contact deputed so that i stop chasing and recompense.

                        Hi I have a to and fro Chennai Tuticorin Chennai for a couple. But on three different PNRs. PNR 1. UDQY8U 2. MEM2GR 3. T2UFTL I am forced to cancel all 3 PNRs as one of the flight time has changed by 3 hours i.e PNR : UDQY8U. I HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE CHANGE IN THIS FLIGHT TIME. YOU CALL AND EMAIL FOR USELESS PROMO BUT DONT INFORM ME ABOUT IMPORTANT CHANGE. And your customer care reply has been I cannot get full refund due to different PNRs. THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY LOGIC. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE ALL THE CHANGES YOU MAKE AND CANCEL FLIGHT. I WANT FULL REFUND ON ALL 3 PNRs. - Jeganath R

                          Dear Team, I have cancelled (PNR V115MR) this book and still not received my refund. How many months it will take to refund? All complaints website review showing a lots of Spice-jet refund complaints. Is it true spice-jet not refund customer money on time & normally cancel flights without information. Even I have same experience with your call centre numbers +[protected]/ +[protected]. I had called so many times but no one there to pickup customers call only looping IVR.                             A week ago, I had booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Mangalore for my journey on 11th Dec 2014. And today I recieve a message that it has been cancelled. And added to it, the customer care people are not picking my call. If you think you can fool your customers this way, Its not really going to work out!

                              I booked a flight from Guwahati to Chandigarh dated 14th Dec'14. Today I got the message the flight is cancelled due to opeartional reasons. Is this the way to handle the customers in such irrelevant manner. Don't you have any feelings how much inconvenience you have caused to your customer. I want my money back by tomorrow if you cant arrange for me I have to arrange myself something and if you dont refund the money then serious issue may take place with your company.                                 I understand that Mumbai Coimbatore flight on 10th dec 2014 and return on 14th Dec 2014 has been cancelled. I had booked tickets for my 5 family members and my 1 year old kid almost 2 months prior, so that i get the benefit of early bookings. I had paid Rs. 45, 000. I am very disappointed with the service of spicejet airlines. I m given no other option except to take a flight which takes 5 hours to reach Coimbatore on 10th. And on return on 14th, i am being given the option to travel to Hyderabad in the morning from Coimbatore and from Hyderabad i take late evening flight to Mumbai. What do i do whole day at Hyderabad????? Secondly, u r not even connecting me to some other airlines, i have been toldtheir is no tie up with other airlines. Also, my holiday is 3 days from now, u r cancelling the flights at 11th hour, by just dropping a message, and the customer is supposed to call. Since the time i have recieved the message, i have been trying to call ur airlines, i must have literally called 100 times, numbers not reachable. At 2 am the phone rings at your office. Is this all not a harassment???, , Just now, i have booked fresh tickets again for 5 o[censored]s and spent Total Rs.67, 000. I can share the eticket also. I m bearing extra cost of Rs. 22, 000 for no mistake of mine. Just coz u cancelled the flight, i have to suffer loss. I would appreciate, rather demand for compensation to the extent of extra money spent by me coz of flights cancellations Please provide me extra compensation. Ideally u should put me to other airlines. After so much of harassment, its ur duty to give me compensation for. Please contact me on [protected]. I need compensation for the full extra amount i have spent.

                                  PLEASE RESCHEDULE MY FLIGHT ASAP I DON'T WANT MONEY REFUND because I can not afford booking another flight for the same day, Prices are 3-4 times increased now and can not take the overhead of finding a convenient flight again. I trusted Spicejet and booked the flight (PNR-U7NY4J (flight SG 917) date of travel-15 dec 2014 .) they are awesome on breaking the trust of their valuable customers. It is hard to understand why these two numbers[protected],[protected] has been given every place, which NEVER GETS CONNECTED.They are not even replying to my emails . I am expecting a response ASAP. How am I supposed to contact these people? Whatever Spicejet is putting their customers through, its a lesson learned . I cannot believe I chose spicejet over any other Airlines. If Spicejet is not going to reschedule my flight, this is going to cost me a lot. I want this to be considered and my flight should be rescheduled by Spicejet.

                                    I was trying book a flight from CBE - HYD for Dec 9th yesterday and during the first attempt while paying via netbanking, the booking did not complete on the payment submission, as it threw an error on screen and screen showed error page. But the amount got debited from my bank account. I spoke to bank and was told that the spice jet debited the account even though the booking got cancelled on last page. ASCB[protected] is transaction reference id which debited money from my account for Rs.4516 Can you please look into this transaction failure on priority and request you to credit the failed transaction amount back to my bank account ? I have sent two mails to customer relations and nodal office with no response. Their customer care is non responsive.

                                      I was to fly on spicejet and they simply delayed 3 and half hours from its departure time which was making me miss out an important part of my trip. I mailed all the authorities for another timing but they just don't respond!! They have all sorts of numbers on their website but you won't get to their customer care representative ever!! And guess what, their numbers are not even toll free!! I don't even know how many bucks have I wasted waiting to connect and get no response. If you have an important or urgent trip, go for better airlines like Indigo or even Air India!! Spicejet has no customer service!! If you have a problem, it will simply hang forever.

                                      I do recommend to avoid this flight service. I am a frequent traveller and these guys gave me trouble like anything once.

                                      These guys do not care about customers and they just need money and money.

                                        I have a confirm air ticket through SpiceJet (PNR Number-A1344Y, Date -6.12.14). but today I received a email by spicejet official regarding the cancellation of this booking due to their operation failure on that day. Now, this is not possible to book any flight for me on such a short period since this month booking is very busy for this sector. and also note that, this flight booked on 01.07.14, so, in short period how we can arrange for alternate flight with same day.
