Hello,

I am writing this complaint against non-refund for PNR - M8T6GS & PIB3MH.

The reason for request for refund was placed because the flight date changed by Spicejet and that also preponed by one day without confirmation from my side.

In the start, I have sent email for refund to Nodel officer of Spicejet (email communication attached) requesting them to refund the ticket amount. They have confirmed on the email that they have confirmed the refund and the refund will be completed within 21 days of confirmation.

Even after almost 2 months of confirmation for refund, they have not yet refunded.

I request you to kindly assist us and provide us justice.

    I had tried to make a spice jet reservation on the 16 June 2022 through the Spice Jet website. The process went through till the amount being deducted from my bank account, but the ticket was not issued to me. When I checked it was found that the transaction had failed. The amount being deducted from my bank account being 6572/-. Transaction number[protected]. When I called up the customer care, they assured me that the money will be refunded back into my account in 7 to 14 days.
    I have been sending them emails regarding the same since the last five months at an interval of 15 to 20 days. They always reply that we are looking into the issue and will solve it soon.
    Till date the money has not been credited to my account.
    The above issue is creating a lot of mental tension to me and my family.

        I had booked a flight from hyderbad to goa on June 23/2022, 7 10 am . The flight was rescheduled to 19.10 evening by the airlines and I received a mail stating that we can cancel the ticket with full refund if we don't wish to travel. I cancelled the ticket and got the status that refund will be received in 21 days in changes.spicejet.com website. My pnr no WB9QFP/SG. It has been 3 months and I have still not received the refund. When I called customer care they tell that pnr is invalid or the server is down. When I told them that I am able to access the pnr status from my internet they say that they are still unable to access the site . I have all the pdf copy of tickets and call recordings of the phone call with customer care.

          Seeking compensation under EC Regulation 261/2004 for my delayed SpiceJet flight. The details are as follows:

          Flight number: SG 6
          Departure airport: Dubai
          Scheduled departure time: Sat 06/08/22 10:50
          Arrival airport: New Delhi
          Number of passengers: 1
          And as a result of the delay I also seem compensation for the food I had to buy in the Dubai airport (£9.75) as I was not provided with a meal by the airline.

            Flight SG3282 rom Guwahati to Kolkata was delayed by 3 hrs and 40 mints on 4th October'2022, flight departure time was scheduled at 7.25 pm. I was traveling with my child and did check in 6.05 pm. Just after checkin i received msg flight schedule departure postponed till 11.40 pm. Do you feel the pain of passengers when someone need to wait such a longer time in airport with a child? The service is pathetic. I am feeling sorry to myself why did I book spicejet airline ticket. Please check this issue and try to improve your service to the passengers.

              I m very frustrated to travel with spicejet because everytime my flight was delayed 4 hours approx in both round-trip flight from amritsar to dubai (sg055) and return from dubai to amritsar (sg056).. very bad experience with spicejet...

                  A transaction was made on 16th June of Rs 9851/- towards a ticket booking . But the booking did not get completed and the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                  On speaking to a customer care executive I was informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 7-10 working days . This did not happen . I sent a mail to customer relations on 5th July . On 13th July I received a response from spicejet asking me to upload details of the transaction on the link provided . The web page for the link had only options o[censored]PI and debit card . My transaction was an internet banking transaction . I requested them to send the correct Link . Finally on speaking to a customer care executive i was asked to type out the transaction details and email ( something that i had already shared via an attached screenshot ) . I sent this mail, they informed me that it would take 20 days for a refund to be issued, this was on 14th July . On 24th Aug I repeated the mail with transaction details and again I was informed that I would have to wait for 20 days for a refund . It is now 28 Sep 2022 and I have still not received my refund !!!

                    Refund pending for case number 09984569
                    False assurances given to just wait for some days from past 100 days.
                    Worst customer experience!
                    Worst technical platforms to charge customer double than transaction amount.
                    I do not know how can such a crappy organisation is allowed to operate!
                    There is no check on complaints- no sla, and no value of customers feedback and complaints. Almost 18k rupees refund pending from 10-July-2022

                      I was harassed today at nashik Airport by a lady name Neha. I was traveling from Nashik to Hyderabad, relocating myself to new city. I had a laptop bag, which is basically a hand bag, 1 cabin bag and 1 check in bag. I was asked to keep both my bags for check-in even tho 1 bag was for cabin. The lady fought with me and was not supportive at all. I was my fellow passenger to help me if they could share my luggage with them and he agreed. But Neha didn’t allow that and stopped the person who was helping me. She was rude, not supportive and called security on me twice, only because I crossed questioned her that what is an issue if someone is helping me.
                      The security officer from the airport also started behaving very rude to me, and both of them, Neha and Rajendra (security guard) made me cry.
                      I was so panicked they legit told me my fight will leave me and go. I had to leave all my luggage because they said my luggage would be delivered tomorrow with extra chargers and when I asked them if I could do a card transaction for remaining amount they provided me their personal details and not SpiceJet authoritative transactions. So I left both my bags and now I’m in a new city with zero luggage of mine. Those people harassed me, made me cry, told I was rude, rather it was the other way round.

                        Hi
                        Yesterday i was traveling from Dubai to Delhi from spice jet.
                        The behavior of one staff Mr. Norman at the boarding gate was very harsh and was not at-all expected from spice Jet staff.
                        He is so rude with the passengers
                        One of my colleagues has an argument also and we told him ok next time we will not travel with spice jet but still he is telling ok its your wish. And he wants our boarding pass and telling that i will call COP.
                        Is this the way to treat your passengers
                        The matter was only that my colleague has one kg extra cabin baggage and he is not allowing to board him.
                        Other staffs are telling No issue for one kg but he is not allowing

                          Spicejet cancelled the flight of SG61, 29.03.2020 Travel from AHMEDABAD to Muscat
                          Flight was cancelled by spicejet due to corrona lock down ..I was toomuch time mail to nodal officer of spicejet and also customer relations mail.

                            I want to High the rediculus flight service of spice jet. I have booked my ticket from Mumbai to kanpur on 10th Sept at 11 am.
                            1. They rescheduled the flight and did it via connecting flight via delhi. No prior info on call was given. So now the rescheduled flight are 10th sept 00:35 and then it will reach Delhi at 3am and then 7 hrs layover in Delhi and then again 10 am from Delhi to kanpur. So this was the sechedule now.
                            2. We reached the airport and now the staff is saying that flight will come at 3 am. Passenger waited and at 3 am the staff was saying that it will come at 8 am. Like what sort of service is this. No prior info no arrangment nothing and above that the staff is behaving so pathetically to passenger.
                            3. Flight came at around 8am and then reached Delhi at 10 am and becz of this passenger missed there connecting flight.

                            Such a unacceptable service and rude behaviour of staff.

                            We want full refund plus penalty on this so such a bad service provided by spice jet.

                              I am Mercy Veena Dsouza.

                              I had booked 3 flights on Spicejet Airlines. Details pasted below.

                              Travel Date: Sat, 10 Sep 2022

                              PNR: WJ3FQH
                              Flight Nos: SG 3024 and SG 3023
                              Booking Ref. No: 22123092
                              Bengaluru to Jabalpur (round trip)
                              Travel Dates: Sep. 11, 2022 and Sep. 13, 2022

                              This was a business trip planned well in advance. We had a very important event to attend on 12th Sep, 2022 at Jabalpur. Hence, we booked the tickets well in advance and even the accommodations were arranged at respective destinations accordingly.

                              However, a very big problem started when we received an email (attached for reference) from Spicejet on 6th Sep, 2022 stating that due to operational issues, our flight from Mangalore to Bangalore with PNR: NF7KXD was revised to September 12, 2022.

                              We contacted Spicejet customer care to reschedule all the 3 flights to 19th, 20th and 22nd of Sept respectively, but our request was denied saying that the rescheduled dates can only be within 7 days and will also not cover for PNR: WJ3FQH.
                              We then asked them to cancel and refund full amount for all the 3 flights but then denied refunding for PNR: WJ3FQH.

                              They are charging us 50% extra for cancelling or rescheduling the flight with PNR: WJ3FQH for no fault of ours. Traveling on Sep. 11, 2022 and Sep. 13, 2022 is of no use for us as the flight on 10th sept itself is not available.

                              This is very disappointing and has caused a a huge loss to us. We have wasted our whole day contacting Spicejet support team without any resolution. Their contact number is chargeable and takes more than 30 minutes to connect. I have spoken to two managers from their team - Ritvik and Chahat. They insisted me to raise a complaint further. We have cancelled all the 3 flights now which has caused a huge loss to us and our business.

                              I need a full refund for all the 3 flights!! Hoping for some help on this.

                              Received a call from [protected] today saying calling from SpiceJet refund team on behalf of the consumer complaint raised.

                              It seemed to be a fraud call giving refund vouchers and asking to apply the same on Google Pay. Please check and advise if this genuine or fraud.

                                I had an flight from Delhi to Nashik which has been rescheduled to 15th which is not acceptable to me.
                                I have tried to go to the link for changing but it is saying to call customer care. When I call customer care, nobody is picking up.
                                This is simply a case of mental harassment and utmost unethical behavior by Spicejet.
                                We, consumer have nowhere to contact the airline or even simply cancel the flight on our own terms.
                                My PNR number is ICVFKW, contact me ASAP to resolve.

                                  50000 cash stolen from check in luggage

                                  Money got stolen from my bag

                                  Yesterday I had connecting flight from jammu to Pune and I was told in Jammu airport that I can collect my luggage from Pune airport. When I reached home and I opened my bag, my things were messed and then I realised that the SpiceJet staff has opened the bag stole money from it. They stole 50, 000 ripped from my bag. I needed that money for my treatment. I want the money back.
