I booked 2 ticket for delhi to Calcutta
Due to an emergency i book Cab first then @4:20 pm I book spicejet-8251 [18:50pm time] flight, 6th Aug 22

When i reached airport I got to know flight delayed 3 hours

I asked @ help desk they said we already intimate to the customer @ 2:30 pm

8pm they again intimate for 1 hour flight delay.

This is my experience with spicejet, if any one want this fantastic experience then choose spicejet
Otherwise
My request to boycott spicejet.

They are well planned players.

    I've booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Bangalore for 07.08.2022. PNR- XH5L2K. Please give me a reason why have been alloted 2 isle seats when the tickets are booked together? This is so stupid. I'd like to request our seats to be together tomorrow.
    First of all you make web checkin mandatory and charge extra for the seats then give an option of auto seat select and then put us in different seats. Kindly resolve this ASAP.

      Hi,
      I had booked a ticket from the official website of spicejet with my login from Pune - Dubai dated 16th Jun-22 with PNR No. : M7YCWL
      I had to cancel my ticket on 16th Jun-22 because of a human error. At first while cancelling the ticket I got an error message. So I tried cancelling it through the app on my mobile. It got cancelled in showed me 20280/- as the refund amount which I think is not as per the terms.
      I visited pune spicejet office and they assured me of the refund within 7-10 working days.
      After a few days on calling back they said the refund is in process and will take 20 days.
      Another visit to the office I was again given the same assurance

      After many mails, Tweets till date[protected] I have still not received my refund amount.

      Kindly do the needful to help return my refund amount of Rs.20280/- or whatever the refund amount as per norms and policies.

        A ticket has been raised on 17th June 2022 where a refund must be initiated from Spicejet to me as I was double charged for a single ticket while booking.
        Ticket No : 09996296
        Payment was done in UPI.
        It has been more than 60 days no action has been taken.

            Hi..

            Repeated Sir,

            I am writing my complian related to Spicejet in regards to non refund of refunds against cancellation of PNR - M8T6GS

            I have cancelled the tickets because airline has changed the departure date and also deducted Rs. 5500 against ticket and balance amount was credited in the credit shell account. I was forced to cancel the tickets as the departure date has been changed and preponed. Even after this they have not refunded us the refunds on cancellation of tickets.

            I have emailed to [protected]@spicejet.com but no satisfactory response from them till date.

            This airline is cheating the customers and even not paying the refunds.

                As per the details I have booked an flight ticket on call with customer care of spice-jet.
                I had paid the amount said by officer with credit card, amount deducted from my credit card but not seen by the officer as informed by him.
                he asked me to pay with UPI or g-pay, i paid and ticket was confirmed, and informed me that deducted amount through credit card will be refunded in 7-10 working days.
                today 90 days has been completed to the cases, no refund has been initiated.
                i have done lost of email, phone calls and twitter but no positive reply.
                i want my money back and also a good compensation with the help of consumer forum.
                please help

                  My suitcase was broken and whole part where i can drag this missing during my flight from Delhi to Bangkok airport on 13/07/2022 flight no. sg740 booking details are B6K4HY and it gave me a lot of trouble. I would like to claim the damage to my baggage. Attaching the flight tickets, passport copies with entry and exit stamps and photo of bag and other documents attached below

                    Hello, Sir. I had made bookings with SpiceJet Airlines with Confirmation on 28 Feb 2020 for PNR LCK 77T for 27April, 2020 and KHG 29E for 2, May 2020respectively. Due to COVID lockdown, I couldn’t fly on the scheduled date. My money was transferred to spice jet shell account without informing me and without my consent and was asked to avail the money on future travels. But I haven’t used it till date as no necessity came to avail that shell amount. I don’t want to fly with spice jet and want my money back to original payment mode of mine.Kindly refund my money at the earliest. This mail should be treated as my complaint against the SpiceJet airlines.

                      My ticket from Guwahati to Durgapur bearing PNR No. E6EGKL was cancelled by Spicejet and confirmed to refund the full amount within 7 days.
                      But now more than 1 month gone but the money was not received yet.
                      Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

                        As I booked my ticket from Hyderabad to jharsuguda with spicejet, but with unknown reason the fight get cancelled for that i have to arrange some other money to buy another flight tickets for my urgent appointment ..
                        Thr flight cancels on 20/07/2022 but today is 02/08/2022 but still they haven't returned my money that belongs to me, and i want to question they why they keep certain rules for booking a ticket and late charges, buy why do they take somany day to return out own money that belong to us ...we need to implement another rule that the money of our refund should also have late refund money add to it how many days they make it delay that much amount should be returned to us...
                        Please think that not everyone are rich they are certain people who also buy tickets for lights by the help of some others tooo so please refund my money as soon as possible..

                          Lock and runner of bag was broken and chain was half open when received baggage from Leh to pune spicejet flight scheduled on 29 July 2022. Amount of Rs.5000 was stolen from Baggage submitted to spicejet flight. This is a very serious theft by employees of Spicejet. Serious action should be taken on employess or shut down this theft company. I request defund for my losses and strict action of theft taken place. Customers can not trust Spicejet anymore.

                            I have lodged complaint Spicejet customer care for PNR: JEDQ4A refund and have been following up with them since past one year. I have been receiving only false commitments from them but no refund.

                            They only reply back saying they are working on the refund, however no refund has been made till date.

                                My Spicejet flight from Delhi to Chennai on 17th Aug 2022 (PNR: VJVR2B) got rescheduled. I can't travel in the alternate flight provided as the timings are not suitable for me. I understand that I am eligible for a complete refund as the flight timing got changed for more than four hrs . I have raised a request for a refund with the airlines for more than 15 days back, but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. The airline has also not sent me any acknowledgement for my refund request also.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have not received any refund from Spicejet after my ticket cancellation(PNR:UG5E7N)
                                    I have cancelled my ticket on 04-Jul-22 but did not received my refund amount.
                                    I cancelled the ticket as the flight has been rescheduled by the Airlines. So I cancelled the ticket as the revised flight is a stopover flight. From their Twitter handle they told me that my PNR is eligible for full refund. But when i searched in their website the refund amount display is 16266/-(i.e 48℅ of original booking amount 33834/-). I have not received a single rupee after 23 days of my cancellation. Here is the message i received from Spicejet on 02-Jul-22
                                    "Dear Customer (PNR: UG5E7N): Due to schedule change, your SpiceJet flight from Guwahati has been revised. Here are the updated details: SG 8152/SG 4039, October 9, 2022, Guwahati -Silchar-Kolkata (Terminal 2), 1305 hrs - 0950 hrs (+1). If you wish to make changes to your flight, please visit https://changes.spicejet.com. "

                                      I booked a flight from Gorakhpur airport to new delhi airport scheduled on 5th July 2022 but it on 3rd I received a message that it had been rescheduled to 9th . Since spicejet customer care service wasn't picking up the call for more than 30 mins, I then immediately cancelled the ticket with my ticket booking party and asked them for a full refund for which I was eligible. It has been more than 24 days but still the spice jet company hasn't issued my refund not even initiated it . Neither answering calls .

                                      Very annoyed by this behavior and would ask for help to get my refund and would like to take action against them as they said I would get my refund in 21 days but have not yet to received it .
