As per the details I have booked an flight ticket on call with customer care of spice-jet.
I had paid the amount said by officer with credit card, amount deducted from my credit card but not seen by the officer as informed by him.
he asked me to pay with UPI or g-pay, i paid and ticket was confirmed, and informed me that deducted amount through credit card will be refunded in 7-10 working days.
today 90 days has been completed to the cases, no refund has been initiated.
i have done lost of email, phone calls and twitter but no positive reply.
i want my money back and also a good compensation with the help of consumer forum.
please help
