I had my booking with spicejet from Bangaluru to Chandigarh straight flight on 3rd november 2013 at 7:45am, then spicejet recheduled my booking and ask me to take 6:00am flight giving some technical error on the flight which I booked earlier as per my convenience. To board that flight I had to report at airport at 4:00am. and to reach airport I had to travel midnight which was not possible for me so I came to airport on 2nd November 2013, night 10:00pm and had to stay at airport whole night. Then at mumbai I changed my flight to SG351 which was the same flight I booked from bangalore and i was told some technical error on that flight but it was running from mumbai to chandigarh. I had to suffer alot. It ws so tiring that I fell sick and this is one of the reason im wrinting this so late. My deepavali vacation plans all ruined because of this.

    I was travelling on 1073, Bangalore to Calicut . Crew maneeck was making some announcement which was not clear at all, he was a male crew he was so unprofessional while doing food service he moved the food cart so fast that it hit me on my arm so bad and instead saying sorry he argued with me. This I feel very much unprofessional and he was speaking Hindi inside the aircraft while completing boarding he used slang language with the ground department that"" passenger kitna baki hain apney gannd main gusau passenger ko"" this is ridiculous. Spicejet should not hire this type of candidates. Very chep crew.

      I had booked tickets through spicejet internet site on 30th oct 2013 at 20:45 for traveling by spicejet flight 1025 from pune to hyderabad on the same day. Flight schedule time to leave pune airport was 23:50 on 30th oct 13. I had booked my ticket just 3 hours before the flight planned depature time. It was ridiculous to know at the check in counter at 22:45 that the flight is delayed and depature time will be 2:55am on 31st Oct 13. Why the website did not inform the delay of the flight, particularly when someone is booking in the last few hours it is mostly emergency. Why should passenger know about it only after reaching the checkin counter?. For sure such delay in schedule must be well known by few hours ahead. Delay by 3 hours...is definitely known well ahead of time. How can be airline be so irresponsible? Who will compensate for my loss at time?

      Finally the flight depature was at 3:15am. And the display board at pune airport was showing as departed from 2:15am. When spoke to custmer care person informed initial the flight has left, when I insisted, he mentioned flight was ready for boarding. Exactly at that there was announcement that flight will arive at 3am. How can airlines operate in this fashion?

        I booked ticket from bangalore to muscat via Ahmadabad in Spice jet. While boarding at Bangalore they told me that i can carry 30KG Check in baggage and 7 Kg hand baggage. I traveled along with my parents. I took 85 kgs for three passengers. After landing at ahmadabad airport while i was collecting boarding pass for ahmadabad to muscat there they told only 20KG only is allowed and u have to pay 500Rs for each extra kg. How this can happen with the same airline. Also many passengers coming from different terminals like chennai, hydrabad were also facing the same problem. Spice jet is playing a trick of reducing the air fare and collecting the money from passengers at transit point by smartly allowing the people from different terminals to Ahmadabad by saying ur baggage allowance is 30KG. Dont the employers know the baggage allowance of their company????????? It is happening as a regular routine for them because my friend also faced the same problem 1 week before. All the passengers are shouting at the Ahmadabad terminals regarding this fraud and The passengers are troubled like anything for collecting their baggage and bring by their own to the transit airport without any support from spice jet. Because of this i throwed nearly 15, 000 worth goods at airport dust bin as i was not having money to pay for extra baggage.

          I don't really know from where I should start my complaining 1) flight from goa to chennai was delayed by 45 mins with no good reason, and when everyone started shouting that's when they started. It looks more like a city bus 2) no food options on flight and I was starving for 5 hours as I had connecting flight to Coimbatore from chennai 3) reached chennai 45 mins late but my connecting flight was on time so I had to run all around, finally I hear announcement that boarding gates are changed for spicejet 4) I had bought a bag with two fragile bottles inside from goa, and I specially told that this should be taken well care, the lady at baggage counter was clever enough to take my sign which says they are not held responsible for breakage, and she never told the purpose of sign 5) finally reached Coimbatore and went to belt no. 2 and started waiting for someone who will bring my fragile bag as normally any airlines would hand over fragile bags personally, but as expected from this airline they threw my bag on conveyance belt, and I see the alchohal leaking bag with my name, 6 went to counter, and asked the receptionist, she called ground officer and he started speaking to a man with white uniform who does t even have any basic sense and responsibility, tells me that they are not responsible for damage and bottles must have broken during take off, he is such irresponsible guy I ever seen in airline Industry, 7) I always travel by either Indigo or air India but these airlines are best in serving customer and I had never faced any issues regards to damage or stealing, but this is my last travel with spicejet, 8) I have lost imported brandy due to your services, pathetic services

            I booked ticket on 26th Feb 2013, NF[protected] and NF[protected], And received eticket that time with cacclletion charges 1000(towards airline company)+250(make mytrip), but on sept 14th 2013 they sent me another modified e-ticket having cancelletion charge of 1500+250. Is it legal to change the cancellation charges anytime? If so they can charge anything at any time.Also may deduct the whole ticket price.. Please advise

              I have travelled along with my wife on 08.10.2013 in SG913 from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad. the seats allotted are 14E and 14F. No push back. push back buttons are not there. The resultant by sitting in one posture for two hours my wife is suffering with back ache and buttocks ache. I have incurred Rs.920/- for medicines and consultation.                 I had a ticket booked in the "so called renowned" SPICE JET AIRWAYS on 3rd of Oct from Mumbai to Kolkata and then to Bagdogra directly on that same flight number SG 944 at 14.45. My PNR was W29GFL . On reaching Mumbai airport well ahead of time I was being told by the ground staff ( a dumb lady dressed in red spice jet attire ) who was seated there for issuing the boarding pass that my Kolkata-Bagdogra flight was cancelled. I was astonished that how could it be possible as I had booked this flight only to be sure that i reach Bagdogra the same day as for various reasons, being a lady travelling alone and also I had a meeting the next day to catch up .
                The lady in a very cool manner and not being bothered much called upon her senior male counterparts and asked for help as usual unprepared with the solution as to how the passengers would reach destination??????
                I repeatedly asked them to help me reach Bagdogra the same day but they said it would be possible only the next day and at 8.15am . I immediately rang up and rescheduled my meeting at Office to 12 pm. I head a organisation so it becomes very important to inform.
                The Dumb lady in Red next makes me sit and wait and waste my valuable time, then she comes over and says that she would help me. HOW WOULD SHE????? SHE HERSELF IS SOOOOO CONFUSED.!!! After 10 mins she then says that they do not have a 8.15am flight and that she would put me into Kolkata Bagdogra 11.30am flight. Unorganised and hastily she again discusses with her male colleagues and writes in the same paper the flight no from kolkata to bagdogra the next day as SG 873 and 11.30 and asks that I show the print out and I would get the flight. I again call up my organisation and call off the meeting.
                Then she gives me another wrong information that the boarding has started for the SG 944 flight and i should rush. she also writes something on the paper that I am not charged for the itinerary. She thinks she has helped me out...
                Next as i rush to the check in and boarding part almost missing a few steps... the Spice jet people in boarding part tell me to sit as boarding has not started and enquires about the wrong information being conveyed. They have no communication with the inside staff and the condition is so miserable. An elderly person loses his cool as he also faced the same ordeal.
                Next comes the actual part ... I step onto the flight to know that few others had been given the 8.15 am flight cause they had shouted enough... which i didnt and couldnt ...
                Then next i get down in kolkata much late than schedule and just randomly go and ask the spice jet ground staff enquiry to cross check my morning flight which the lady had scribbled in the paper as SG 873 11.30am.
                The spice jet guy at Kolkata checks my flight number which the Mumbai lady had scribbled only to find that such a flight to Bagdogra doesnot exist !!!... it goes to Tripura(Agartala) a different state altogether!!!

                I am surprised at that moment that as to what heights they could fool the passengers... another co passenger Mr Ashok was also misguided the same way.
                I somehow then wait till 8.30pm in the Kolkata airport and confirm my ticket . The Kolkata guy helps me out to find the 8.30am flight SG941 which I was denied at Mumbai airport
                The next day I fly back to my hometown. Had i not enquired /crosschecked that evening while going out of Kolkata airport I would have flown to Agartala (tripura) the next day.
                I really dont understand why this airline is fooling the passengers and what enormous their punishment should be so that they donot harass yet again.
                The people are so cool about it ... I donot have the lady's name who MISGUIDED me in SEVERAL TIMES but do hereby attach her signed paper and some scribbling she did on the print out of my ticket. The first two are my original print outs in which she scribbles in MUmbai airport.
                The 3rd attachment is done from Kolkata airport by the guy who discovers that I would have flown to TRIPURA !!! and then finds a solution.

                I am taken aback that the SPICE JET organisation donot understand the importance of anything except the sales of their company.
                Their behaviour in Mumbai airport was so much unprofessional... The ground staff should be identified and fired so that she cant fool people like this. Infact shes spoiling the companys name..I would personally never again book a ticket in Spice jet and please ask my fellow Indians that think twice before booking as they throw you suddenly at an airport you are least prepared to be in.
                My sincere request to all reading this... Do raise your voice... alert yourself

                  I purchased return tickets for my family from delhi to goa on 30/09/2013, post booking when i checked the itenary it showed that the return flight is via Mumbai, while on booking it never showed that its a connecting flight on the booking summary. I called customer care number to check how it happened, the executive said we know its not written, but now we cant do anyting,

                    I have booked a return air ticket for myself and my family on 24th February 2013. The onward journey was scheduled for 21 July 2013, but about week before the onward journey the departure time was advanced. Three days before onward journey, I was told that the time of return flight is also advanced, however a day later the flight was cancelled by the operator for commercial reasons that were not explained, putting us in deep trouble. I cancelled the return flight at once on an assurance that the refunds will be credited into the account that I used while booking the flight. Fortunately we managed to get a one-way return ticket by alternate airlines at additional cost. However even after we completed the journey, even though I have been regularly following up with the airlines, I constantly get an automated response that this will be sorted out soon. It is very difficult and near impossible to contact by phone as I will land up paying for the telephone charges which might surpass the actual amount to be refunded. Even as of today (3rd August 2013) the airlines has not bothered to make the payment, hence I request you to kindly intervene and help me.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that I had a flight booked from Delhi to Hyderabad with PNR No. VDN33E on 25th Aug, 2013. The flight timing was 5:45 AM in the morning and I reached to the boarding counter line at exactly 5:05 AM in the morning. I showed my print-out ticket to the spice jet executive who declined to issue me boarding pass by stating that I was late by 11 minutes. I traveled whole night from my village in Rajasthan to New Delhi in Bus then via Auto, I reached airport that too in raining time. I politely, tried explaining her a lot like how it is important to me to reach Hyderabad and why I got late. But she simply ignored me and wrote remark on my ticket and asked me to go with one Spice jet lady executive. Who showed me the way out of airport and asked me to go to Spice Jet reservation counter. I thought, "I may have to pay some fine then may be they will allow me to board my flight." But to my wonders the reservation counter man asked me to pay around Rs. 7000/- so that he can reschedule my flight to afternoon hour flight. I tried a lot and requested many to understand my problem for getting late. I went boarding counter and reservation counter again and again and requested them many times to allow me to board in my 5:45 AM flight but my requests went in vain. Now I have been waiting for refunds of my ticket amounts but till date I have not received any. Hence, I request you sir/madam, to kindly understand my case and help me getting my refund amount equal to my ticket amount. I also request to kindly ask spice jet ground staff to understand the human feelings instead simply ignoring them. She could have easily notice that I was wet with rain water with 2 language baggage and also tired. But still she made me run here and there. I could have easily gotten in flight if she had allowed me immediately on my arrival. There can be some fine against arriving late but not the entire ticket amount. Only few people can afford to pay this much huge penalty but not all.

                        My family: Wife & 3 Children shall be traveling by Spice Jet as below: 1) Sector Vijayawada to Delhi on 31st August 2) Sector Delhi to Dubai on 2nd September Though they are traveling on the same airline for the complete trip, the Luggage allowance for the Domestic Sector is 20Kg per Passenger and in the International sector it is 30 Kg per Passenger. Passengers traveling on connecting flights for international sectors must be permitted to carry 30Kg per Passenger. When I called the customer support, they denied this, mentioning that as per rule, the airline shall permit 30Kg if the domestic travel is within 24Hrs. Airlines must understand that, there is no domestic flight available on the previous day, so therefore my family has to travel exactly 48 Hours before. Customer Support Staff do not understand the difficulties of international passengers. When I requested for speaking with a senior staff, I was denied to connect to senior staff. There is no one to address these issues. The experience is horrible.

                          COPY OF THE MAIL SENT TO THE SPICEJET

                          I had booked a spicejet flight from Bangalore to Surat schedule for 18/8/2013. The flight was a one hop flight with stop over in Mumbai for two and a half hours on the same day. It was scheduled to leave Bangalore at 3.30 pm on 18th August, reach Mumbai at 5.00 pm same day and the connecting flight at 7.30 pm from Mumbai to surat on 18th August only.
                          FLIGHT DETAILS -
                          PNR NO - A5WJWM
                          NAME - NAWAL KISHORE SINGH
                          FLIGHT NO - SG-110 BLR TO BOM ( DEPARTS 15.35, ARRIVAL 17.15 )
                          FLIGHT NO - SG-152 BOM TO STV ( DEPARTS 19.20 ARRIVAL 20.15 )

                          I had booked this flight(ON THE AIRLINE SITE) for my father who is 64 years old, and had leg injury just a month ago. When he reached Bangalore airport, he came to know that his flight from Bangalore to Mumbai was delayed by 3 hours and departed at 18.20 hrs.
                          I had called up the SPICE JET Call Center and told them the current situation and they confirmed that connecting flight via Mumbai to Surat will be taken care the same day and the Spice jet ground staff in Mumbai will ensure he gets to board the flight and reach Surat in time on 18th August itself. When he reached Mumbai airport at 8.00 pm, he got to know that the Surat bound flight had already taken off from Mumbai.

                          When he spoke to the Spice jet ground staff, they refused to comment anything,also they started to give vague replies that your ticket has been booked by agent, without even checking the same. They just kept refusing to speak anything. They also refused to let the passenger talk to spicejet officials. They just said that no officer is available on duty, and kept the passenger going from one window to another and they treated him very badly. With the leg injury also, he had to keep walking from one counter to another and still not get any help or sensible response form anyone.

                          Finally when i spoke to the Spice jet call centre agent again in the night at 10 pm. they said, spicejet official is available on the airport and they just kept prolonging the call.They said they can book the passenger on the next day flight, to which we said yes but again they refused to arrange for the accommodation. Finally when the passenger asked to arrange the alternate transport to which also the ground staff simply refused. After being tossed at the airport for the 2.5 hours the passenger, frustrated, tired and in agony left the airport on their own to arrange their own transport. The ordeal doesn't end here, when the passenger went to the borivali station he had to climb the stairs there while going from one platform to another, he was experiencing terrible pain in his leg. He had to wait another for another hour in hot and humid weather before boarding the over crowded general class and had to stand another for 4 hours while travelling to surat.

                          The reason we had booked the flight from banglore to surat was to avoid the train journey and it seems that we had done was a blunder.

                          Now we want you to kindly explain the procedure which your airlines follows in this circumstances.
                          Your airline not only was un helpful to a senior citizen but also harrased him as mentioned above and refused to give any kind of help.
                          It is unfortunate that it has come to this and i am forced to take actions and complain to the concerned forums and make public the airlines hostile and irresponsible nature.

                            Hi,

                            I, Vishal Raj Kapoor had booked ticket from Kolkata to Port Blair & return through PNR numbers - T2QSRY, D8YG2Q, NZJ8YB. The flights were cancelled due to operational issues and subsequently the tickets for both ways were cancelled and the refund was to be processed on the 5th August 2013.

                            Upon my calling on the helpline [protected] of Spicejet today on 17th August 2013, the executive Dhimanshu refused to share the Reference number for the refund processed till the I provided him with the PNR number of the travel. As per Dhimanshu it is Spicejet's policy to not share the PNR number over the phone and that it could be shared only by SMS to the number provided. And this was his statement for the next 25 minutes. When the PNR was shared with him, I was informed that I could the reference number only after 24 hours, firstly he tells me I can get the reference number after I give the PNR, when PNR is given he says that I shall get after 24 hours.

                            I am not able to understand why the cancellation procedure and getting back my own money is being made so very difficult, I was asked by Dhimanshu to talk to my bank as to why the money has not been refunded on the basis of his verbal information. Even escalating the matter to the supervisor Radhika did not help as she was unable to provide me a reason as why it should be difficult to get a reference number.

                            I have been asked by Radhika to give them a call back on Monday 19th August 2013 post 10am to get my reference number to find out the status of my refund which as per them was processed on 5th August 2013.

                            I would want the refund to be processed and credited to my account by way of demand draft or cheque. I would also like to be compensated with an amount of 5 lacs for the cancellation of my family vacation & the mental harassment of the 45 minutes of the call center experience that I had today.

                            Spicejet — Refunds not being credited

                            I booked 2 tickets in Spice jet airlines and i cancelled those last month . I have not got my refunds back . Every Time i check with them , there answer is that it will another 5 working days. this is my worst experience in ticket cancellation for any airline.

                              I have booked a flight ticket from mumbai to chandigarh, travel date is 27th April 2013. i have cancelled it on 25th April 2013. The cancellation money around 1100 i didn't received till now. i have called customer care 29th July 2013 for the same, got a replied like another 7 days it will get refunded, but it didn't. i have called again on 6th August 2013 i got the same story from customer care, i.e. another 7 days, again i am disappointed, money didn't refunded. today(13th August 2013) called again they are repeating the 7days story again. i am really disappointed. what service it is?. whenever i am calling the same story keep on repeated.

                                On August 11th 2013 I travelled by flight SG916 from Chennai to Hyderabad, I boarded the flight at 7:55 pm and my seat number is 6A.
                                As I frequently travel by airplane I did not pay attention to announcements. After the takeoff I just switched on my phone in airplane mode and my fellow passenger told me that airplane mode is not allowed it has been restricted and the air hostess Ms. Haripriya entered scene and said “I am not really sure about airpane mode, I will ask my superior” she just disappeared and returned in half a minute by that time I switched off my phone and then she said that I am not supposed to switch on my phone on airplane mode then I was like ya I switched it off sorry I did not hear the announc………………. She did not even give me chance to complete my sentence. It was a bit rude of her but fine but next part was just so ridiculous, suddenly she got rude and was saying “BUT YOU SWITCHED IT OFF JUST NOW, JUST NOW YOU SWITCHED IT OFF DON’T YOU KNOW THAT AIRPLANE MODE IS NOT ALLOWED”. I was just shocked and then she turned to my fellow passenger “ SIR THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS SO I WENT AND ASKED MY SUPERIOR WHAT TO DO AND THANKS A LOT SIR FOR INFORMING ME IF SHE DOES SOME THING LIKE THIS AGAIN PLEASE DO INFORM ME”.
                                What is this?Is this the way you behave with your passengers? What do you think about passengers? How can you insult a customer like this?
                                Ayyo same here, That haripriya, chinees type lady is too harsh and rude. She is only rude and she does not know how to welcome the passengers nor to speak. Where as Jyothi is far better. My seat was bit back and it was about to take off and Haripriya cane abd said why you pull the seat back, cant to sit straight while the plane takes off? and i had a hand baggage with me and I had camera in that, I did not turn on and she came while walking and said you are not supposed to use electronic item. I said no I did not use it. Then I was reading a magazine and my camera was on my lap below the magazine she said, This is the 3rd time I am warning you not to use camera. Haripriya is very rude and she is not fit to work as Air hostess nor she know to speak or talk with customers...

                                  Hi,
                                  I have booked a ticket with SpiceJet for 18th Aug from Kolkata to Bangalore. When I booked the tickets it was Rs.4921. Now they informed that they will refund that but the ticket prices at this date is very high and is costing almost double considering time and all. Customer should not suffer for such act of an airline. We book tickets long time back because we know price will increase later and such cancellation leads to mental and monetary harassment. Airline should pay the extra money paid for the new ticket.

                                  Even I faced a similar issue with spicejet. Horrible service!

                                      I called spice jet customer care at [protected] : 12:46 PM, from Mobile To know what exactly round trip fare and regular fare difference. He told if you book ticket on call , we don’t charge convenience charges, there won’t be any hidden cost. When I told him in your site it is showing total price as 14907Rs, He told there are some hidden charges and all, so best option is to book ticket on call. When in the evening I checked the price , including conveniences charges it was coming up to 15107.

                                      When I have checked on your site, it was showing per adult price is 3002Rs, and when I booked I don’t understand how much you have charged.

                                      If your executive is not sure how much price is there on your site,, you should not mislead someone saying that , it is best and cheaper option for you, we don’t charge anything extra, there is some hidden cost when you book tickets online and so on…

                                      And when I asked them about why they charged extra, they returned back saying that we havent charge anything extra.

                                      I had travelled from Bus no.MH019219 (Bus 259) and the conductor charged extra 1 rupees i.e. instead of 4 rs. he charged 5 rs. from shastri nagar (Goregaon (W) Bus stop till Toyota showroom Malad (W). Usually in each & every bus take Rs. 4
                                      Hope You will take action against the conductor as he has charged extra and spoken wrong Even the driver paid no heed.

                                      I had booked ticket on 10th dec 09 at kalyan station from pune to bangalore ticket charge is Rs 427/- plus they added Rs 30/- as swipe charge thru BOI debit card total is Rs 457/- on tatkal basis and I found that I have charge Rs 485.09/-.According to Bank employee they said the charges are occur by railways authority they can't do anything in ths matter.Pls help what to do abt RS 28.09/-.

                                      This is eliyas i am a daily traveller from ghatkopar station to chembur campfrom 381 bus, but today on 09/06/10 . while i was getting late to office i had taken bus no 481(mh01l9739). but the bus conductor took 8rs from me instead of fare of 6rs i had told to bus conductor why so is fare increased he told me (meri marzi aapko lena hai toh lo warna doosri bus pakadlo) then i came to chembur camp for complaning the incharge told me to go to ghatkopar depot instead of complaint getting registered.

                                      Airlines do not have a system whereby one can reserve the seat for Disabled people. Had a funny incident, when a spicejet customer desk informed that you have to go to the Airport in order to book and there is no phone available at the Airport.

                                      This is really funny that spicejet office does not have phone at Airport at all and customer service guys are not able to book a seat

                                        I was travelling from Visakhapatnam to Singapore and had a transit at Hyderabad. For international travel i had a luggage alllowance as 32(Adult)+32(Adult)+10(infant). I communicated this to spicejet to check if the same would apply for domestic travel which was on same date. They said if i have international itinerary then it is allowed. But once i went to airport they climed fr Infant they don't allow baggage and i had to pay 250*10 = 2500 as excess baggage. But my internation ticket clearly says Infant is allowed 10kg. Since they confirmed that they would allow luggage as per international itinerary, I carried the luggage accordingly. Otherwise I would have opted some other means to get my luggage to Hyderabad. This last minute jinx has spoiled our mood during travel.

                                        Dear Sir/madam,

                                        This is with reference to Flight SG343 (Jaipur-Bangalore) Feb18th 2008.

                                        I have booked the above ticket under your offer which was b/w 19-20th Jan 2008 .I was promised that one ticket amount will refunded to my credit card after the booking for two passengers .This info was given by call centre people .I have called the customer care to know the refund status and came to know that I am not entitled to get any discount or can not make any changes in the booking.

                                        Even the time of booking the pop up was showing that I can not reschedule and cancel the booking under this scheme which clearly shows that I come under your offer.

                                        So many times called and unable to reach you because of all lines were busy (Can give my bill which shows, holding more that 10 minutes) .

                                        Request you to please look into the matter and reverse the amount or please cancel my booking and refund full amount without any cancellation charges.

                                        All this clearly shows the financial costs suffered by me and depression faced by me.

                                        I hope you will not put me into a situation where I will have to seek alternate measures, including legal an media resources.

                                        I look forward to you for resolving this issue immediately.

                                        I HAD FILLED A WRITTEN COMPLAIN AGAINST THE MALAPRACTICES DONE BY THE ABOVE AIRLINES AT AIRPORT OF DELHI AND WITH THE STATION MANAGER, AFTER THE HEATED EXCHANGE OF WORDS MY TICKET ORIGANLY CANCELLED ON 24.1.09 INSTEAD ON THE DATE OF THE BOOKING AND COVERSASTION ALSO THEY REFUND THE AMOUNT AGAINST THEIR POLICY . I HAVE GIVEN SUFFICIENT TIME TO THEM TO COME CLEAN BUT NOPROPER ANSWER FROM THEM
                                        On November 2009, I booked a ticket on line from New Delhi to Chennai. I had used my friends credit card to pay the ticket. Unfortunately it was not vialble due to 2nd persons credit card. But the problem is the amount was deducted amounting US $ 92.92. (INR 4, 604.00) excluding other bank charges. The charege was made in your Gorgaon (Haryana) office and the reference number is 730.

                                        The amount has been charged by your airlines. I would very much appreciate you and your good office would help me to get my money back.
