cancellation of flight and intimation just 6 days before

Cheating customers through citibank and goibibo

I have recently booked two tickets with EMI option for Citibank. At the time of booking I wasn't informed and I didn't find any info regarding that it will attract any transaction charges. DENIED BOARDING TO WHEELCHAIR PASSENGER AND INFANT

On the 27th of May 2012, we were to travel by SpiceJet flight SG-227 from Pune to Bangalore, scheduled to leave Pune at 06:45am. We were traveling with our 83 year old grandmother, requiring wheelchair assistance and our 4-month old infant in arms. Spice jet 777 offer

Spice jet was offering its 7Th anniversary offer on 23rd of may 2012 from 7.00 am to 8.17 am that is for 77 minutes and the offer was the basic fare to any destination amongst the 35 destinations in India would be just rupees 777 only. I managed to book a flight from Bombay to Bangalore at 7:50 A.M, and the money deducted from my net banking account was Rs. 3285. Spicejet airlines 777 offer

My Experience with spicejet was so bad this time. I had booked tickets 1.5 month earlier to my travel via online. I was given PNR number at the end of booking but never received any email from airlines coonfirming our seat or at least PNR number ( SO unprofessional). Day before when we called up call centre they confirmed our ticket and names of passengers rightly as it was booked.
