So wil you now take action or shall i move to higher legal

Spice — refund

dear sir, i am sandeep saini from rohtak. i had bought a mobile phone of spice QT 55 .it was not working properly because of having many fault . i had returned that phone due to assurance o[censored]r customer care executive of refund.But after receiving the product they denied that they received the product back till now. i had also sent the proof of courier. or contact me on [protected]. this my Complaint no. 63145249,order no.[protected],sub order no 32473163 .please solve my problem as soon as possible.
Spice qt 61 is really a phone. I don't find drivers for spice qt 61.

    I had availed the the "web check-in" service at an additional cost. Hence, I tried to do the online check-in on their website but it gave me errors. When I contacted the Spicejet customer service, the reply I got was "We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please note that our website is in upgradation mode".

    Therefore when I am not able to use this service, I have to get a refund for the same. This was denied by the company. Please help me in this regard.

      I recently booked a flight from Cochin to Male which costed me Rs34,284/-. Upon checking the prices recently on Yatra.com the same flight was costing only Rs22,000/-.and same was reflected on MakeMyTrip yesterday. When I requested MakeMyTrip customer care for a refund, they said the SpiceJet cancellation and rebooking is around Rs 8000/-. I understand that you have a dynamic fare structure, however I find it quite implausible that enough seats were cancelled so as to cause a Rs 15,000 drop overnight. Correct me if I am wrong to assume that a ticket for a destination for May will cost more in April as compared to March. But in my scenario, the opposite occured.

      Now I have had to cancel my earlier tickets and re-book, and what do I find? Along with an 8,000 cancellation fee, there are hidden charges and the only refund i get is around 3,000 odd.

      As a customer I feel cheated of Rs 12,000 from an airlines which claims to be a low-cost one. I am sick of getting automated replies from your end that inform me about your dynamic fee structure. As a lay-man I do not understand how fares can dynamically increase only for one day, when every other day the price drops by Rs 15,000. I expect some kind of decent redressal to this problem.

        i waz holding a booking from del to cal return.24th april dep and 26th april arrival.while comming back i had a flight at 17:10 mins. i reached airport at time and i waz tld tht the flight has already flew off to delhi in morning.i asked them i waz not informed so the person RANABIR SENGUPTA IN CALCUTTA AIRPORT said i cant help ..i requested him to give me another flight so that i could reach on time as i had to travel to another city from there.ranabir sengupta was so rude and he was not ready to listen up anything. i said u hav to provide dinner stleast so he said no i will not and go complain about me and he gave all his details and said i[censored]you can complain about me do it. it was so embarricing at the airport while toking to spicejet staff. i have RECORDINGS also the way he waz speaking and showing his power.i serously want that person to appologise otherwise i have learnt this not to travel by spicejet ever..i was travelling to china on 3rd of may with spicejet. i have cancelled my tickets due to this worst staff experience. i hope atlest this feedback or complains do work

          I've boarded thee Spice-Jet flight from Chennai to Colombo SG001 on April 6th and checked in all my luggage which comprised of two travel cases and one bag containing 2 body-boards (smaller type of board similar to surfboard). I arrived in Colombo and my boards never arrived. I promptly complained at the airport and until today no one has got back to me with details of the luggage where abouts. It's been almost a week and i have no idea whatsoever where these boards might be. I was requested to bring these boards to south east Asia and document people using them as I am doing some advertising work for thee company that manufactures these boards. I have incurred in quite a few costs so far with flights, accommodation for me and extra staff. It's amazing how spice jet is dealing with this. No one seems to care about things. I've been at their offices in Chennai and no one seemed to know how to deal and find an answer for me.

          I am starting to believe that this has been done on purpose by the staff at the check-in as at the time of checking in the luggage the boards weren't sent down on thee belt to the aircraft. I asked why and the spice jet staff told me that the boards would be thee last thing and I assumed this was correct due to the fragile nature of the boards. I was extremely tired and at the time really didn't think about this but being fragile or not fragile ALL LUGGAGE SHOULD BE SENT DOWN to thee aircraft no matter what. I can only believe that Spice Jet staff deliberately acted in a way to steal my luggage as high quality bodyboards are quite rare (not the same with surfboards), otherwise they would have find it by now as board bags are something quite unusual to travel with and visually different from anything else in terms of luggage.

          Can anyone recommend and advise on what to do? I am thinking of taking this to court as there is quite a lot of money involved that I am being penalised for, roughly 45000 rupees in flights and 700euros in boards, fins and special bag, plus all resulting in no work done to promote my client's company which ultimately will make me not getting paid and loose this client .

          Spice — Spice is stealing money from customers account.

          I m using spice since March 2008, and it is fourth time company has activated caller tune and stole 30-30 Rs from my account. Now it's enough I m going to take action against this company. I m going to change all my faimily members and friends no fist. who soever read this complaints beware of "Spice"
          I m using spice since 2 year . my no is [protected] and my name is gurinder singh. company has activated caller tune on this number without my permision and stole 50 Rs from my account.but still i silent and i recharge of 50 rs again.. but company has again steeling my 30 Rs money again.i lost 8o rs only in 5 days. Now it's enough I m going to take action against this company. I m going to change all my faimily members and friends numbers fisrt.there is no customer setisfection in the company...now i want that company give me feed back with in one day on my number..

            Dear Sir,

            My PNR Number is KEFUBZ. It is a Mumbai - Chandigarh round flight for 6 persons. I am travelling with 2 senior citizens and an infant.

            I received an SMS on 3rd april 2013 informing that my flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai on 14th April 2013 has been cancelled.

            On contacting the call center the same was confirmed and I was given an option to take a flight at 8.35 am same morning with stop over at Delhi or change the date. As I am staying at Shimla the previous night, it is not possible for me to reach for this flight. The stopover option also leads to a 5.5 hour flight which is very difficult with senior citizens and an infant.

            However the executive Ms. Shivani was very rude and unable to provide me a workable option. On requesting for the call to be transferred to a senior the same was not done, I kept requesting for 20 minutes and she refused to transfer the call. I am very unhappy with the kind of service I have received despite it being the airlines fault for arbitarily cancelling my flight.

            I requested the airline to please get back to me with a workable option at the earliest, since I can only reach Chandigarh airport by 2.30 pm on 14th April. I am willing to take a flight within a reasonable period of 3 hours from my original flight at 4 pm, but the airline is completely unwilling to help and understand my restrictions. If I change the date of my flight I will lose all my hotel bookings which will cause me minimum loss of Rs. 20,000

            The airline can definitely make the required arrangements on another airline like Indigo or Jet. I am travelling with 2 senior citizens and an infant and am having tremendous problems due to the arbitary cancellation. It is at times like this when customers decide which airline they will support in the future, I am sure Spicejet will not be an option for my family in future.

              My Parents Traveled to Varanasi, and on return due to heavy rains in Delhi the flight was diverted to Jaipur. But the passengers are made to sit in their seats for 6 hours and my parents and uncle& aunt who were above 65 years where not served any food or tea for 6 hours.

              When my father asked whether they will provide any food, the airhostess on flight answerd that even we did not eat food since long time, so is this way they answer to senior citizen, and will she be ok if some dis-respect same way to her parents also.

              They have finally landed in Delhi at 1.00.AM after flight departed from Jaipur @ 11.40PM. After arriving they put them in a hotel and served food at 3.00AM.
              My parents actually missed flight in which they need to travel to Hyderabad due to this diversion. So after they reached Delhi they confirmed next day- flight at 1.30PM but when they came to ariport the airlines staff started arguing and saying we confirmed your travel for 7.45AM flight. Here they started harrassing passengers.

              Finally after strong proof of SMS which my father received is shown then they started booking flight for the 1.30PM.

              Experts and senior users of this site please let us know how can we teach lesson to such rude irresponsible Airlines.

                I reached boarding queue of spicejet flight from Hyderabad to Cochin one hour before scheduled flight departure. I reached counter after 25 mins i.e. 35 mins before flight departure. The lady told me that they just closed the counter for Cochin flight. When I asked them why didn't they announce for it, they lied that they announced it thrice. Me and my wife missing an announcement thrice is highly impossible.
                They asked me to take next day morning flight. When I asked them to book me on the same, they told me that differential fare would be Rs 16,500. I tried to raise this issue and asked the lady to put me to her manager. She bluntly told me that she is the boss at Hyderabad and she doesn't report to anyone. I could just laugh at such stupid statements from her.
                Matter of fact is the however genuine you are, Spicejet won't leave any stone unturned to milk out money from you. Spice jet is the most cheat airlines in India. Even if you get a cheaper ticket from Spicejet, please don't book it. Utlimately you may end up paying almost twice the cost of most expensve airlines. Please be aware if Spicejet.

                  We travelled on flight no SG-211 on 17/03/2013 from Delhi to Hyderabad with airline PNR NO-QEH2BQ. Our 2bags were checked in luggage when we received the bags at Hyderabad airport one was damaged. We lodged the complaint thereat with complaint no-32470, the Duty Officer informed that it will take max 5days to settle the same but when we explained to her that since we are here only for 1 more day and we are flying with your airlines to Mangalore on 19/03 with our PNR NO-GELTLS of SG-1023 than after verifing she promised that today by evening you will get a call from us. Spice jet is not courteous for its promises rather I called and discussed my problem to Mr Sanjay at their helpdesk number. Who told me that tomorrow from our centre office at Delhi you may get a call. Nothing new for a consumer nobody get a call from them as comman its only consumer who will call to them. Again on boarding the plane on 19/03, We met that Duty Officer, Ms Smruthitha who once again promised us that she had allready forwarded our complaind to them by today evening you will get the confirmation. Yes in the evening I got a call from there office saying SORRY we can't compensate for the damages as its a minor one and not comes in our policy. Sir, my complaint is for the claim of my bag damages and the mental strain during my short stay at Hyderabad where at last moment I purchased a new bag to take my luggage for my further journey. Please look into the matter through your forum and do the needful to get compensation from SPICE JET.

                    Below is the text of my complaint to the Customer relations cell of Spicejet airlines. Despite many a reminder I have not heard from them. It appears that they do not care to respond owing to their position and links with the political fraternity.
                    I am attaching the receipt of complaint registered by me at Delhi Airport. No news from that quarter too. Request for suitable action


                    My Colleague and I booked the tickets for the Flight from Allahabad to Delhi and further onwards to Chandigarh. on[protected].

                    The flight from Allahabad to Delhi was SG 2358 with a schedule of departure at 14.50 Hrs.
                    The PNR for this Flight was YFLPDS.

                    The subsequent flight was by Spicejet flight SG 2115 scheduled departure at 17.55 Hrs with PNR No WFFZBS.

                    The first announcement of delay in departure of Flight SG 2358 was made at 13.00 Hrs by your staff at Allahabad. Instantly we made a representation that we had to catch a connecting Spice jet flight to Chandigarh. The staff indicated that they have already communicated to Delhi of the issue and the concerned Spice jet Staff at Delhi will take all necessary actions to see us aboard the Flight to Chandigarh. Subsequently the further delay of the flight was announced with a rider that all passengers with onward flights of Spice jet would be accommodated on the connecting flights.

                    The flight finally took off at about 16.30 Hrs. The Cabin attendants were also informed of our predicament and our concern with reference to the Flight 2115. They also assured that everything is taken care of and there is nothing to worry. Immediately after alighting from the Aircraft, the ground crew would be supporting us.( So many lies glibly told and with gay abandon and no conscience). The flight reached Delhi at 17.45 Hrs and by the time we reached the counter, the staff present there told us that there is nothing that they could do. Furthermore we were informed that there was no communication from Allahabad about our itinerary.

                    We demanded that since Spicejet flight from Allahabad to Delhi was inordinately delayed, it is the responsibility of the Airline to take care of our Accommodation and transport for the Night’s stay at Delhi. Nothing was done, and the staff knowing that we had no other means or choice to fly that evening, since Spicejet operated the last flight of the day to Chandigarh, did not accede to our requests. Ultimately we were made to accept to fly the first flight to Chandigarh on[protected] by SG 2111.

                    We immediately asked for the complaint book available with the Supervisor and registered our complaint to the General Manager of Spice jet. We demanded compensation for the torture caused by you Airline in the letter addressed to him.

                    The staff indicated that since Spicejet is a low cost Airline, they do not have any arrangements for support by other Airlines to transfer passengers. Based on the same argument, no accommodation / Transport is provided by the Airline. But Spicejet being a low cost Airline charged about Rs 10000/- per ticket in the Delhi-Allahabad- Delhi ( The one we booked thru our Agent).We heard from many passengers that costs as high as 14000/- were charged for the flight from Delhi to Allahabad on[protected].

                    We have so far not heard from the Gentleman. If we do not receive any reply from the Airline with suitable compensation for the torture and stress caused, we will be left with no choice but to complain to the Consumer forum for redress.

                    SpiceJet Airline — Flight Delay

                    Flight from Delhi-Bangalore on a Sunday afternoon was delayed by an hour. I had to meet a person at Bangalore airport itself during those hours.

                    Since the flight was delayed I asked Spicejet to reschedule my flight to an evening flight so I can atleast save my Sunday. But they were adamant to charge the rescheduling fee plus the fare difference. Despite the fact that I was already loosing my hotel charge of Rs 8000 for the Sunday night when the whole purpose was defeated. I was ready to pay the rescheduling fee also but the airline did not show any flexibility to accept my request.

                    A horrible experience, for sure Spicejet has lost one customer

                      Dear service provider,
                      I would like to inform you that I have booked flight ticket through my credit card for 5 on 17/11/2012 from Ahmedabad to Kolkata on 31st December , 2012 flight but that flight has been cancelled on 31st December 2012. When I went to the spice jet booking counter for substitute then I found unexpected behaviour from the booking counter after that I cancelled all the tickets and I got promised I get my refund within 15 days . After 52 days still I am waiting for my refund. Already i have spoken to Customer Relations 2 times and email 2 times as well. I would like to ask what should i do for refund .
                      Total INR 23665/-

                        I have booked a To and Fro Flight ticket for Bangalore – Jaipur Sector (Date of Journey- 12th Jan and rerun on 20th Jan) in the 3rd week of September, almost 4 months before the travel date.

                        However last Sunday I got a call from Spice jet stating that this Flight is cancelled due to Operational reason- NOT SURE WHAT IS THAT, thus I have to re plan my journey as follows:-
                        11th Jan- Bangalore – Hybd and then on 12th Hybd to Jaipur. Due to this break up of the journey I have to stay whole night at Hybd.

                        It is indeed very dis – heartening to state that the Airlines is not providing any accommodation for one night and is just saying we cannot provide any accommodation. Smitha: from Gurgaon was the Customer Representative whom I was having conversation with.

                        The representative was saying that there is a lounge and I can wait there…But there are no sleeping beds in that Lounge ..How is it possible to sit entire night?? And Why should the passenger suffer for the whole night for the fault of an Airline??

                          • Travel date- 01.02.2013 through Spicejet.
                          • Travel Details- Male’ –Kochi (SG-3902 14.45 Hrs to 17.05 Hrs) Kochi ( SG-118 18.40 Hrs. to 20.40 Hrs)-Mumbai
                          • Brief Background -I was working as Finance Controller for a Five Star Resort in Maldives. I got a new assignment in Africa and decided to come back to my home country to fly to my new destination of work. I winded up and packed all my personal belongings from Male’ in one bag.
                          • Checked in Bag- 1 bag – American Tourist, 27 KG at Male’airport. All the items were kept in this bag and there was no hand bag, which please note.
                          • The Items lost/ stolen were- American Tourist bag, Cloths- Pants/ Shirts/T-shirts/shorts/Jeans/undergarments/cot, socks handkerchief, Sandals, Transition specs, Personal items i.e. Comb, Nail cutter, Nail sharpener, Deodorants, perfumes, Trimmer/shaver, blades, buds, Foams, Toothpastes, Toothbrush, tongue cleaner,aftershaves, Towels, Napkins, Medicines, Belt, Mobile-Blackberry 8900 having all important contact details, Hair treatment medicines- i.e. Hair tonic, hair nourisher, Hair oil, Food supplement for Hair, hair shampoo , All bank pass books, important official document, Headphone. Webcam, leather belt etc.
                          • Point 1-The flight time from Male’to Kochi was 14.45 Hrs. Being international flight, we have to check in before 3 hours i.e. 11.45hrs. The flight was delayed to 18.20 hrs. i.e. delay by almost 3.5 hours. The passenger has checked in at 11.45 Hrs and waited for almost 6.5 hours for the flight, causing him great wait, hardship and loss of time. The announcement for free meal was made at the airport and passengers were asked to come at the restaurant of the floor for lunch but the announcement was recalled by the spicejet. No arrangement for the passengers were made by the airline.
                          • Point 2-The flight arrived at Kochi at 20.40 hrs. Since, the flight from Male’to Kochi was delayed; the connecting flight from Kochi to Mumbai of spicejet could not be connected. Spicejet, made the standby arrangement with Go-air to fly from Kochi to Mumbai G8345. The flying time, was 21.00hrs. We booked the flight of spicejet but spicejet, for their own convenience shifted the service provider to Go-air, without informing us in advance and without our consent.
                          • Point 3-The passengers going to Mumbai, were asked to finish the immigration formality, pick the luggage, get the same cleared from customs, move from international to domestic entrance and to get ready for the connecting flight of 21.00hrs. Since the time between the connecting flights was just 20 minute, Manual Boarding pass was issued by Go-air and luggage baggage was not checked in. We were just asked to keep the luggage at the counter and were asked to pick the same from Mumbai air-port. This was the negligent and unprofessional approach at the end of spicjet to suit their requirement.
                          • Point 4-The flight landed at Mumbai at 23.00 hrs. The baggages were not arrived at the Mumbai airport of all passengers flying from Male’ and the baggage irregularity report for all passengers was prepared and we were informed that bag will be connected on 02.02.2013.
                          • Point 5- I went on two days to Mumbai domestic airport for picking my bag but was asked to wait for 3 hours to talk with the concerned floor staff on lost baggage. Further, I made more than 50 calls to different staff members dealing with lost baggage but did not receive any response from them. Upset with this treatment and the kind of pathetic service, I finally decided to cancel my return ticket from Mumbai-kochi-Male but spicejet, instead of showing a goodwill gesture for the passenger, has charged 1800/- towards cancellation charges.

                            I had made a few flight cancellations in November 2012.

                            And also kept emailing the customer care id's so many times, also forwarded the pan card scanned copies for their personal reference but I have not yet received my online bank transfer or any intimation from your customer care. the issue has dragged on to February 2013 without any prompt response from the customer care side.

                            I have been getting this response since november 2012, that they have forwarded the request to the concerned dept n that you will reply soon n that they will check with the bank and revert.

                            When the money has not been transferred from their side itself, what will they ask the bank. I am very highly disappointed with the customer service. I want an email address or phone number for direct escalation, since this issue has gone way out of hand now.


                            Every other person only write we will revert but it never comes and their phone lines are of not any use, neither is anybody at the airport helpful to give any directions.

                            on 28 i was trying to get my tickets canceled but i was not able to speak to a concern person due to so much rush on their customer care helpline and my tickets did not canceled and the company forfeited all my fare amount.i have asked them to refund my money but they refused still i have asked them to adjust the amount in my future transactions but they are not agree on this also.
                            So please help me on this issue.
                            I have not received the Flight ticket cancellation charges so far in my credit card account.

                            Ticket Reservation number is MZ7NDI dated 09.01.2010. The ticket was cancelled on 12.01.2010.

                            The Spicejet authorities have to credit the cancellation charges amounting to Rs.11, 190/- in my credit card.

                              My name is Ajay Vora. I was travelling on 01.02 from Male to Kochi (SG3902) - Kochi to Mumbai ( SG118). The flight from Male was supposed to depart at 14.45, which was delayed to 18.20hrs. The flight reached Kochi but connecting flight of spice jet could not be connected. Since, the flight was delayed, the luggage was not tagged by the airline and we were asked to travel from goair from Kochi to Mumbai. After reaching Mumbai, my luggage is lost and I have still not received my luggage after 48 hours. Please advice.

                                I had bought tickets for Delhi to Goa on 12 th jan but when i was booking the tickets two times the transaction got failed due to their website error but the amount got debited from my acc twice. The total amount is 8181 pout of which i have not received Rs 4026 till today. I had provided them the transaction nos also for the refund. I had made complaint for the same on the same day itself and the compliant no is CR/234066/2013.

                                I am sending them mails also continuously but no action is being taken.

                                Further i had cancelled 1 ticket having PNR no OEI2AS on 12 th Jan and the amount is 6039. I have not received the refund of that also till now.

                                Plz expedite the refund of my money.

                                  Bagage damage report--CR/230704/2012
                                  I had travelled from Mumbai to Delhi on flight SG-851 on Dec 10th 2012.
                                  On reaching I found the zip of the bag was completely torn and frame bent and broken from places. Ground staff noted the complaint and took photographs of the bag. I was told some one from customer relation will call me to fix the bag and give instruction on how to get the replacement. The bag was one year old and cost was Rs9500.
                                  I did not hear anything till 13th and I called the customer relation, where they told me that the complaint made at the airport is not sufficient as the number given to me cannot be registered in the system. I had to log the complaint over the phone and was told that I will get response in 48 hrs. Again there was no response till 19th Dec. I tried talking to customer service daily and every time I was told that someone will call me.
                                  On 20th I got a call and the lady offered me Rs 1000 for the damage and then raised the amount to Rs 3000. I requested her to send me an email with the amount. Which never came. I send atleast 10 emails requesting them to commit the compensation number in writing. They kept saying the number given to me over the phone is final. I agreed to the Rs 3000 as I did not see the case going forward, though it was less than the cost of the bag – Rs9500.
                                  From Dec 22nd till Jan 14th I made number of attempts thru email, phone and twitter to get the cheque, but there was not committed response from any one. Last week I got a cheque of Rs1500 with any explanation on why they are not keeping their words given on 20th Dec. I have written to them that this lesser compensation is not acceptable and returned the cheque back.
                                  The customer service is unprofessional they make their own rules and then change them at will with keeping the customer informed.
                                  I want to register a complaint against the spice jet for damaging the bag and recover the cost of Rs9500 which is as per the IATA rules.

                                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that I travelled by your airline Spice Jet from Bangalore to Mumbai on Monday the 25 May, 2015 by Flight # SG 414 under PNR No.Y45K6V. On reaching Hotel Lalit in Sahar straight from the airport to complete my check in formalities, I realized that one set of wheels of my imported strolley bag was broken (photo attached for reference). I wanted to immediately bring it to the notice of Spice Jet but unfortunately could not do due to time constraints, as I had to rush to attend a series of meetings scheduled throughout the day. However, I decided to lodge a complaint on my return journey to Bangalore on Wednesday the 27 May.

                                  On 27 May, while returning to Bangalore by the same airline vide Flight # SG 415, I informed the the concerned check in staff at the airport about the damage of the strolley and showed him the same. As the boarding had already started he advised me to send a mail to the airline describing the incident and register a complaint.

                                  May I mention, my colleagues and I regularly patronize your airline’s services for our domestic travel and would thus request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  An immediate action from your end would be highly appreciated.

                                    My PNR number : OI4MDA

                                    I had booked below flight for Ahmedabad - Goa and Goa - Ahmedabad.

                                    When I book the flight the actual timing of the flight was as per below :
                                    SG - 137 Deprat Time : 12:20 and arrival : 14:00
                                    SG - 138 Depart Time : 14:30 and arrival : 16:10

                                    Later my SG -137 flight was delayed and I was not informed any thing about the reschedulement. When I was checking flight for my friend then I came to know that the flight time has been changed for that particular flight.
                                    When I called the spice jet call centre they said we are sorry, & they can provide me another option and it will be connecting flight from Ahmedabad - Hyderabad - Goa as per below.

                                    SG - 917 Depart Time : 06:00 and arrival : 07:55
                                    SG - 1071 Depart Time : 12:25 and arrival : 13:55

                                    Again few days later I got call & sms from spice jet on 16 Jan 2013 that my flight SG - 1071 is delayed and now it will be operating from Hyderabad at 13:10 so, on next day I called to spice jet beacuse I wanted to reach goa at 2 PM. When I called spicejet I came to know that my flight SG - 917 and SG - 1071 both are cancelled not rescheduled.
                                    Then after spending my hours of time I take the below option.

                                    SG - 104 Depart Time : 07:00 and arrival : 08:30 at New Delhi
                                    SG - 253 Depart Time : 11:05 and arrival : 13:30.

                                    On 17 Jan 2013, I received an sms that my SG - 138 flight is delayed and now it will be operting at 21:00 from Goa.

                                    When I called to call centre they were not ready at all to listen me and was giving me just arguments. When I informed this to Ajit (Spicjet Executive), He said SG - 138 is cancelled not delayed and later he told that it is just delayed. (He was not sure about the flight status at all.) When I asked to talk with the Manager, He transfered my call to her TL (Megha) saying that She is only Leads available as of now and she is very rude on call and was not ready to listen on my concern and was just informing the terms & conditions every time.
                                    As per her, It is mentioned that Spice Jet is having the rights to cancel, amend or reschedule your flight without any prior notice. where correct condition is as per below. Where nothing mentioned that spicejet will change the flight timings and will not inform to customer.
                                    " 5. SpiceJet will not be liable in any way for delays/ cancellations/ diversions whether due to bad weather, government regulation or for instances beyond SpiceJet’s control. Further, SpiceJet operates on a point-to-point basis and will also not be responsible for the consequence of delays including onward journey on a connecting mode of conveyance."


                                    Now I am mentally harrased due to this and want to do the case against them for mentally harrasment and also want compensation for the same.

                                    Not happy at all with the pooooooooooor services of Spice Jet. They have the worst customer care with whom I had interact.

                                    Now i want to take legal action against them. Please help me for the same.

                                      I had booked this ticket for my sister who was traveling from USA and was on her way to Hyderabad.

                                      Please read the horrible experience we went through the SpiceJet checkin process :

                                      1) Since my sister was an inter-country passenger, she had luggage as per the international guidelines.
                                      So what does a human being needs to do if they reach any intra country airline ? Throw away the extra luggage since your rules and the international rules does not match.

                                      2) The executives there were so rude to her as if they were owning the airlines and instructing my sister what to do and not HELPING her with the situation.It seems that they were the part of the CORRUPTED India wherein they just wanted to to make my sister pay for the baggage and fill their own pockets with money.How pathetic of this.

                                      3) Somehow my sister managed to take out some stuff and give it back to me in the airport itself.Then second time when she went to check in , they started telling that the cabin baggage measurement is not according to their rules.what are filled in spice jet.Who the hell runs this airlines, JUNGLE people.
                                      Don't they know that the cabin bags are sold as per the international norms and not as per their foolish airlines.So everytime some one comes to India and travels by spice jet, they need to carry a pair of scissors so that they can tear it of and make it as per their pathetic rules.

                                      4) After the second round, they asked her to check in the cabin bag in the luggage and pay for it.How dumb and pathetic employees are with spice jet.They just want money and they will even make us sell our kidneys to pay for their luggage.
                                      No respect for the female gender.

                                      5) 4 guys surrounded her and they had no idea that I was watching from behind but they were using sign language at each other and conveying that they will make my sister pay for the baggage.What do they think ? Are they any mentally retarded people and need to send to an .asylum

                                      6) They made my sister perform a third round of hard work and she took all her necessary clothes and medicines in small bags and left the cabin bag with me again.

                                      7) Most importantly, the SPICEJET guy laughed on my sister's face that this ticket was for Rs.2000 - and GO IBIBO made a fool of you by charging Rs.6900 -bucks.I don't think I will be booking tickets through your website anytime in future now.
                                      Thanks for your inflated ticket.

                                      Seeing all this, I just came to a conclusion that there is no humanity left with the people and specially with the god forbidding airlines called SPICEJET.
                                      I will use all my power and social media to convey this to each and everyone how NOT to use this corrupted airlines and also register a complaint with the ombudsman.

                                        to Hyderabad date 05/04/2013 dep:19:40 arr:21:45 I made a NetBanking payment
                                        from Kotak bank account.An amount of 2392 rs has been
                                        deducted. But I didnt see itenary or eticket after that.I tried
