I booked 4 tickets on 18 june 2014 for a round trip from Chandigarh to Srinagar. PNR number : T4M4MF. Date of return journey was 19 july 2014 but in the ticket it appeared as 19 August 2014. I tried to modify the ticket by clicking on the MODIFY button available on your website. The site asked me for an additional 14000 Rs which i paid through internet banking. But inspite of this, the return journey date was not changed. Then i rang up the help desk and was advised to get my ticket cancelled. On cancellation a hefty amount of Rs 12000 was charged as cancellation charges. This inspite of the fact that i wanted to fly with your airlines only and was willing to get another ticket booked. I am still flying on the said dates by your airlines only. Please refund Rs 12000 which you are charging as cancellation charges. I have not yet received the balance amount also.     Hi, I booked a flight on the internet from Srinagar to Jammu in SpiceJet airlines on 20th June 2014 whose departure time was at 12:15 PM. I arrived at their airport check in counter at 11:55 PM only to be refused entry stating reasons that I am late and the doors of the plane have been closed. I requested several times as i had to attend an interview... but to no avail When nothing worked out, i had to ask for the refund... but i was told that i will not be given any refund. I thought i will deal with this later... and as a priority, i had to rush to Jammu. Could you please advise, how can i claim my refund as i have not taken any written endorsement.       Respected Sir. I am Nitesh Khare from Jabalpur working in Cognizant Tech US Corp booked Spice Jet for journey from Jabalpur to Delhi on 14.6.2014 ( PNR No.V4IL5S MakeMyTrip Booking ID: NF[protected]. This flight(Spicejet SG-2452 ) was schedule to depart at 6:35 PM and arrival at 8:35 PM to Delhi. Considering that Flight will be on time, I booked my air India Flight at 2 AM on 15.6.2014, that was my international flight to Chicago. I missed my Air India flight because spicejet flight departed at 11 PM and reached at 12:45 AM. I reached to Air india counter at 1:15 AM and they said that they will not allow me to board on the flight because I was late. I then re-booked ticket for next day that cost me $940 ( around 56000 INR). It is very disappointed for me because I checked several times with SpiceJet staff at Jabalpur airport and they assured me that I will reach by 11 PM so I can board my connecting flight. This missed communication and delay cost my time as well as money by a day and 56000 INR. By taking into account all the facts mentioned above, I here by request you to compensate the loss of Rs. 56000 to us at the earliest.         I had booked flight from Dharamshala to Delhi and connecting flight from Delhi to Mumbai on 11 June 2014. However, the flight from Dharamshala to Delhi was not operated due to technical reasons. The passengers were moved to another sector Amritsar to Mumbai for 12 June 2014. I was surprised that this was done without cancelling the old ticket and rebooking on a new sector which otherwise would have resulted for a credit to me on account of fare difference as the Amritsar flight was at a lower cost of approx 12, 000/- whereas for the Dharamshala - Mumbai I had paid a base fare of 16, 799/- per passenger. Apart from this the passengers paid for the travel to Amritsar and accommodation in Amritsar. Sector Dharamshala - Delhi - Mumbai SG 2192/ SG 119 PNR U6E83M Passengers 1 - Anita Narayan Passenger 2 - Sharda Narayan Date of Travel 11 June 2014 A credit should be passed to passengers due to the change made.

          We have booked the spicejet flight# SG455 from Goa to Chennai on 16/6/2014 17:50. We have reached the airport on 16:40. At that time we were informed by the airlines officials that the flight got rescheduled and went on 16:45 and the boarding got closed for the flight. We didn't got any info about the change in flight information. Also we were treated cruely by the airlines officials. However they have arranged a alternate flight from Goa - Mumbai and mumbai - Chennai with a travel time of 6 hours. It caused a huge time loss for us. We had our travel plans from Chennai on 16th july which got cancelled because of this delay. The problem we really faced is the way the airlines officials treated us. It looks like they had pre plan to make fool o[censored]s. Flight # : SG455 PNR: R5L6UC Travel Date: 16/6/2014 We need the airlines to compensate for this and to avoid this kind of situations in future.

            I had sent an email attaching the horrific pics on May 4th. Till today, I have received no response from the customer service- Their tag line reads----> ""With all our heart" .. what an irony...a pity ! The customer service is totally unprofessional. I want to register a complaint against the spice jet for damaging the bag and recover the cost of my SKYBAG (7 months old) amounting to Rs 6500 which is as per the IATA rules.               My flight PNR number is D3TGJS. Passengers name are Navin Chandra Singh, Jayshree Singh and Apoorva Chauhan.Mob.No.:- [protected]. Flight is from Hyderabad to Varanasi(one stop at Delhi) dated 4th July, 2014. This flight has been discontinued by the airline itself. I had telephonic talk with the airline authorities who assured me that the full ticketing amount i.e.Rs.15, 455/- will be refunded to me.However, the actual refunded amount is only Rs. 10, 455/-.I request you to look into the matter and refund me the entire amount at your earliest convinience.

                on 02/06/2014 i travelled from delhi to srinagar against pnr AZJJ9L ( flight no SG 865) . on reaching srinagar, i found suitcase lock in broken condition and suitcase damaged in 2 places, i immediately gave written complaint with photographs in spicejet srinagar office. but till date no responce have been given from your side and no complaint no given from your srinagar officers.kindly do needful immediately

                  Hello, My name is chetan Jain, I travelled from Mumbai to b'lore on 14th may and I received my luggage with broken lock. I complained with spicejet, and I was promised that the luggage will be repaired and returned back in a day or 2. It's been around 4 weeks but I haven't received my luggage. I mailed it to the nodal officer, and there was no reply. I then mailed the appellate officer, and i got a call from spicejet again, I have been told that same company lock is not available and they will return my luggage back without the lock, and they will compensate INR 1000 against the damage. The luggage is a big size hard case AMERICAN TOURISTER make. The luggage will be of no use without the lock. Now the airline is not responding, and they have no other option. my luggage is still with spicejet. Now I know that spicejet will not resolve and return my luggage. i am planning to file a case against spicejet in the consumer court. i hope the problem is resolved soon.                     Very bad experience yesterday, someone stolen cash from my bag on Ahmedabad international airport, No matter its International airport just lock your bag with key lock and handover to flights staff, don't get impressed by international airport, i was under impression that its international airport so everything is secure, When i complaint about this at ahmedabad airport, first they told we don't have any such complaint facility then they told its not our duty contact flight staff, flight guys told contact airport staff, then airport staff telling contact dubai airport.. No one registering my compliant, dont know what to do. I lost 28k. Very bad experience in india. I will never promote indian tourism's name to any of my friends in UAE. just avoid going to india, its bad place to visit.

                      Respected Sir. I am Rajagopal.Venkatasubramanian, from Trivandrum working in BSNL. Myself and my frined Manoj Parameswarn who is also working in BSNL booked Spice Jet for journey from Mumbai to Jabalpur on 28.5.2014 ( Invoice NO.NF24082 Booking ID NO. |NF[protected]. Really we enjoyed your service and we reached in time also. On completion of work, we booked ticked on 8.6.2014 ( Invoice No.NF24082 Booking ID No.NF[protected] for our journy to Mumbai. With our experience on 28.5.2014, we booked ticked from Mumbai in INdigo by 1435, with the good faith that there will not be any delay from your part. On the contrary what happened was your flight departure form Jabalpur was rescheduled to 1400hrs and we were forced to cancel our Indigo flight. So there was a fiancial loss of Rs.4118 ( Original 11830 Minus Refund 7712). But really we appreciate your people at Jabalpur Airport, especially one Pawan.They helpled as a lot. Since we have to report to our office on 9th Morning, we were force to take tickets in Air India from Mumbai to Trivandurm via Kochi. For that we paid Rs.33800 (2 tickets)_. Our company will repay to us only Rs. 11830 ( Indigo fare), since we had already intimated them about our booking., So we have to losse another Rs., 21970. So there was a total monetary loss of Rs.26088. In addition we were in full tension, and we struggled a lot in Mumbai Airport since your flight had reahced only by 1550 and our reporting time at Airindia was 1615. By taking into account all the facts mentioned above, I here by request you to compensate the loss of Rs. 26 088 to us at the earliest.                         PNR No. -- J853WW. Flight 521... 10.35 am.. Bengaluru to Mumbai.. Passengers were two women Mother and Daughter... It was really bad experience travelling by your air ways, At the time of booking we have included snacks and paid for it. Rs.1000/-( 4 snacks 250/- each) it was to and fro ticket... Rudely it was rejected by your flight attendant.. Being a women behaved very rudely and negligence as passengers are beggar in flight. We would like to have reply and action for this...

                            Beware !!! Don't fly Spicejet.

                            Why?

                            We came from USA and travelled to Varanasi from Ahmedabad. No problem getting there on time via IndiGo Air
                            on May 1, 2014. Our return flight was booked from VNS to DEL on Spicejet for May 10, 2014 leaving VNS at 20:10.
                            Our connecting flight from DEL to AMD was on May 11, 2014 at 6:05 on GoAir.

                            Spicejet had cancelled the flight SG-182 from VNS to DEL for May 10, 2014 at 20:10. We were never informed. We arrived at the VNS airport at 18:30. We were gritted by a police officer and asked us where are we going? Obviously Spicejet had cancelled the flight we did not know about it because we were not informed. The agent at The Spicejet window Mr. Tushar Srinivastav told us there is no flight leaves from VND to DEL tonight and the earliest flight available to DEL only on Monday (May 12, 2014). We had to be in Ahmedabad on the 11th because of prior commitment. Tushar, the agent said wait I have two tickets available for Sunday at 15:30. We asked him what about DEL to AMD? We missed our original scheduled flight? He said he could not do anything about it. We will have to buy new tickets if we want to fly to AMD. We asked how much? He said for 2 tickets it will be 28, 696 rupees. We said we missed the flight because Spicejet cancelled the scheduled flight SG-182. He said I am sorry sir, this is the best he could do.

                            We wound up paying extra 28, 696 rupees for ticket to AMD fro DEL. 3 extra taxi fares from Varanasi city to the VNS airport that cost us 3, 000 rupees and we had to pay for the hotel overnight and that cost us 3, 000 rupees.

                            We lost 10, 221 rupees on GoAir because we missed that connection from DEL due to Spicejet cancellation of flight SG-182 on the night of May 10, 2014.

                            We have written several emails to Mr. Sanjiv Kapoor -COO and Mr. Pradeep Shah - GM Customer Care. To date Spicejet and their executives refuse to pay us 34, 696 rupees that we had to spend to come to AMD. We already lost 10, 221 on GoAir and now additional 34, 696 to Spicejet.

                            Do you still want to fly this Spicejet? Are you out of your minds? Think. We are the consumer and we are getting robbed in day light by the likes of White Collar criminals like Mr. Kapoor and Pradeep Shah.

                            I humbly request to all business and vacation fliers not to fly Spicejet. You are better off paying few rupees extra but get a airline who cares for you. Spicejet is not that airline. You deserve better. This is your hard earned money.
                            Please think before you buy a ticket from them.

                            I have given them PNR numbers and everything they have refused to refund 34, 696 rupees.

                            We both are from USA and we have been treated very badly. We came her to campaign for Narendrabhai Modi at our own expense and flew at our own expense VNS and back to AMD. We came here because we care for our homeland which has given us so much. Jai Hind. Vande Mataram.

                              I have traveled from delhi to riyadh on 29th of august last year, i have lost my luggage when i complained to the airport authority in riyadh the officer have sent a mail in front of me to the spice jet office and gave me a copy. Later the spice jet office contacted me and they were telling me that they are trying to find my luggage on the month of december i got a call from office and he told me that they cant find my luggage so they will give me money back . After that i have never received any call or message from them, i send them a mail after few days they told me that they didnt find any complain raised by me at riyadh airport after that i have frowarded the cpoy of the mail which the officer has sent at riyadh airport to spice jet . They never communicate with me and they told me they cant help me for that.


                              I would be much thankfull if you can help me .

                                    i was trying to book the flight below. i have a on time voucher nr.[protected] worth rs. 1000 which shoud be deducted from the total. after entering credit card details the amount shown to be paid including fee of 100 rs is rs 3006. however spice jet does not accept the payment and returns a pending response. on calling spicec jet they offer to make the booking but the charge is rs.1000 more and the answer is that the price has changed. so i checked the internet again. the price is still the same. Spice jet is in principle commiting FRAUD.                                       I along withmy wife and inlaws were to board a flight no.Sg3264 from cochin to chennai withnpnr no. H6WNNZ and R47V6S. On coming to the cochin airport at 6 o clock in the morning we came to know that the flight timing has been res heduled, from 7 45 a.m to 9.40 this has causedma lot of inconvenience as my parents in laws are diabetic and for me too as lot of my timemand enervy has been wasted. The airlines had neither send sms or email.On enquiry they told us that they had send a mail but we have not received the same. Even I tried the customercare but they too callously replied that i[censored] want we can send the sms regarding reschedule. We were of the opinion that customer care is gud at spicejet but now we find that spicejet is not at all bothered.

                                        Hi, I am Sumathi.B.I booked a ticket from chennai - kolkatta and from kolkatta to chennai in spice jet. While returning from kolkatta to chennai on May 1st 2014 we had a very very bitter experience with spice jet workers in kolkatta airport...They said we had excess baggage...but there is a special offer to those who book the return ticket in the same airline and also travel abroad in the meantime will have some exception in baggage...as this fact is well known to my husband as he is a frequent flier he knows this...we told this facility...( If we were not unaware of this facility SPICEJET people Simply steal our money). Even then also the workers with red color uniform are money minded saying this and that reason to collect money from us... The Lady named NEHA in kolkatta airport thinks that she is the owner of spice jet airlines and speaking so wrongly...she is saying that we are such dump to not understand what she is saying...i dont know what that NEHA is Qualified...Myself and My Hubby are Engineering graduates with Post graduation in Bussiness Management from reputed universities... Note : The Girl like NEHA must be punished of her behaviour with us...or else Spice jet will be black listed by the public. After Having frustating and disgusting speech with those Stupids we have been announced the flight SG324 from kol-chn is delay(they have not mentioned the timings)then we went for checking and to waiting room...opppsss... we waited, waited, waited but we did not get a single information from the Spicejet people.after 2hrs they changed the gate number and asked us to collect the snacks???????? (Spice jet people thought that after eating the snacks the people will sleep and wont ask any questions!!!) in that gate also we waited for a long time ..actually our flight time is 4.10pm we were been waiting there still 7.30 pm without any announcement... Those Stupids talked too much for our baggage to collect money from us...but while we asked for the flight timing they sitting like a dump duck..the same day spice jet is running a flight from kolkatta to chennai at 7.20pm...that flight is scheduled and went but we people has not announced anything... After a long waiting we boarded the flight and settled ourself..as we thought we already preordered the food so no problem we will eat and take rest atleast now...but these spice jet stupid workers continued there harassment with us in flight also.they concentrated first to those who getting food by paying money in flight ( So that they will get extra money...stupid money stealing spicejet guys) one guy came and asked u booked for non veg combo to us we said yes...after some time the same guy came and said ohhh...we have only snacks ...y dont u have these...already for the whole day we have been harassed by Spicejet Workers and then in flight for food that too we preordered for something and they are asking too take some think... Spicejet is giving training to its workers not to provide customer service...to loot money from customers in all possible ways...and to sale their dump food for more money...by avoiding those who pre ordered..they have list of snacks in their menu card...if we asked for anything ..without any shame these say we don't have any snacks ..then what for the menu card is placed in each seat...The person name RAHUL in the flight (SPICE JET TRAINED SHEEP) is trying to convincing us and not ready to provide what we need...he said i[censored] didn't have the food we will refund the money to u... Totally a bitter bitter experience with spice jet..For my worst enemy also i wont refer spicejet...domestic service is this much worst...i even cant think about international trips with SpiceJet...WE will loose our pleasant trip by paying our own money...
