I had booked one Ticket from Chennai to Visakhapatnam on may 6th 2014 through spice jet web site online booking,
Travelling date on 6th june 2014 evening flight no SG377, traveller 1. Mr. B.S.Rao and my son 2. Mr. Sri Charan Bandaru 5y old.
i made transaction but, ticket not generated and money was dedecteed and i infomed immediately to coustmer support and raised compline in this reg the Compline no is 296129/2014 but i have not yet received any messages and nor calling, so many times I contacted Them, but they are not reponding properly, i have attached details.
Kindly help me in this regard,
