Cancelling their Flight

Hi,
I have booked a ticket with SpiceJet for 18th Aug from Kolkata to Bangalore. When I booked the tickets it was Rs.4921. Now they informed that they will refund that but the ticket prices at this date is very high and is costing almost double considering time and all. excess baggage charges after false promise

I had availed the the "web check-in" service at an additional cost. Hence, I tried to do the online check-in on their website but it gave me errors. When I contacted the Spicejet customer service, the reply I got was "We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please note that our website is in upgradation mode".

Overcharged Rs 15,000 for a flight

I recently booked a flight from Cochin to Male which costed me Rs34,284/-. Upon checking the prices recently on Yatra.com the same flight was costing only Rs22,000/-.and same was reflected on MakeMyTrip yesterday. When I requested MakeMyTrip customer care for a refund, they said the SpiceJet cancellation and rebooking is around Rs 8000/-. Baggage lost
