I am a SpiceJet Spiceclub member. Also a regular flyer.Past 2 month I have companies to Spiceclub and spicejet that I have not benefited as per the rules of Spiceclub . This time I have not been allow to priority checkin due to tier of club barrier. I told them this was their fault as I have crossed the same level 2 month back. But they dont even bother. Also I was not served prebooked food as per the rules of priority.

    Never trust and travel from Spicejet...very unprofessional airline with staff making fun o[censored]r loss.

    I had my flight from Mumbai on 11th Feb. But the airline canceled the flight without intimation. I m staying in Valsad, Gujarat. I had totravel all the way from Gujarat to Mumbai airport, after reaching the spice counter for baggage check i was said that the flight has been canceled.
    Note:i had to attend wedding at home and all the jewelry were with me. I had to be present thre. Airline people very casually said that u will be paid full refund.
    I checked with all other airline provider but it was too late 😪 no flight were due on the date.
    Now have to stay in Mumbai for a night and will not be able to attend the wedding.

    They could atleast send a message in advance so that i could plan. But no prior intimation from the airline and staff were not ready to talk too.

      Due to medical emergency I cancelled and submitted the medical documents and proof. They told me the amount of ₹3242 as a e voucher . I asked for the money credit in my account but they denied it without considering the medical situation. Which is not even fair. And now they are not giving the e voucher mentioned by their own company in previous mail now they are again reducing money unwanted, already they deducted the cancellation fee of ₹800 now again deducting and mentioning the wrong amount. Please help me to get my money mentioned by the spicejet. It would be really helpful.

        All communication with Spicejet on 4th Jan 2022

        1. Booked PNR OH2VKK on 21st Dec with 2 passengers ( both senior citizens
        2. Due to Medical conditions we decided to cancel my father's () ticket today
        3. i logged on spicejet.com, provided the PNR OH2VKK under manage booking option, website instructed me to create a separate PNR if i want to cancel the ticket for single passenger, additional trouble but its OK .
        4. i did the same and got new PNR LB8WJM around 5.10 PM today, this new PNR has only 1 passenger, , which i wanted to cancel
        5. then i logged in using new PNR, LB8WJM on spicejet website using myBooking option and placed a cancellation request at 5.15PM, i got below OTP on the registered mobile number

        6. Once i fed this OTP, it took 2 minutes to give me the confirmation that PNR LB8WJM is canceled, below is a screenshot of the same

        7. i did not do any further transaction/operation with any PNR after this
        8. when i checked later i found that my Original PNR OH2VKK ( having my mother's ticket ) got canceled too !!

        i spoke to customer care ( Khushi) and she and her lead informed me that i put a cancellation request 2 times, one at 5.15 PM with PNR OH2VKK and the second time at 5.17 PM with PNR LB8WJM.
        This is certainly not the case as explained in the steps above and i am sure about this as for each cancelation request there was a 2 way authentication through SMS and i just received one OTP at 5.15 PM, which was for PNR LB8WJM.
        how can i cancel 2 separate PNR using single OTP ??
        Spicejet system cancelation system has a bug which took my new PNR at 5.15 PM and canceled the OLD PNR( OH2VKK) first and then canceled the second PNR ( LB8WJM) after 2 minutes at 5.17 automatically using single OTP provided above.

        9. due to this bug i had to rebook the flight for my mother today at 6.56PM, below is the snapshot

        10. All this caused me a loss of rs 4400 rs and 3 hours of my precoious time till writing this email, without any fault of mine
        11. i need compensation ASAP from spice jet for both the losses i incurred due to your system bug.

            Date of travel: Feb 6, 2021
            Ticket booked:
            Guwahati to Kolkata ( Flight no: SG4032) departure time 7 pm in the evening
            Kolkata to Chennai ( Flight no : SG 387
            Departure time 9.30 pm
            The flight was cancelled

            The passengers were rescheduled and booked on a different flight ( SG696) leaving at 8.35 pm and when the passenger objected that they would like to cancel the tickets we were told that it is within 120 minutes hence cancellation charges will apply to Rs 3450 per passenger and total of 6900 was deducted

            I hereby request for a full refund as the flight originally booked were cancelled and hence I am eligible for a full refund

            The flight organisation is hereby cheating the customers by rescheduling them to different flights within a span of 120 minutes gap and fleecing the passengers by deducting 3500 per passenger as cancellation fee

            This would amount to a huge amount if total no of passengers paying up is taken into account as a whole

            I hereby request for a full refund

              Date of Travel : December 30, 2021
              Issue : Strolley received received broken from Cargo.

              Action taken so far: The issue was escalated to the customer service cell in the airport. The person, took all the photo of the strolley, the baggage tag and took all the details and digitally filled the form. Infact he was also training another staff on how to fill the form deigitally. I was informed that i would receive an SMS in the next 1 hour confirming the reimbursement amount/ repplacement process.

              I was aksed to reach out to Cust relations if the message is not received. The message was never received and i reached out to the cust relations twice with a gap of 3 days each time. I then reached out to Nodal officer on January 17, 2022 and there has no response so far.

              Reaching out to you for a solution and closure of this complaint.

                I am from Canada. For domestic travel in India me and my fam chose SpiceJet but our experience was 0/5. FLIGHT#SG3759 Boarding Time:04:35 PM. Gate 1A from Jaipur to Amritsar. On board air hostesses were so unprofessional when they were asked to dump the garbage. Quite disappointed that how they were even hired at the first place.

                  We had our flight at 7.20 am on Feb 2 but when we reached the airport we were informed that flight is cancelled and we were lied to that intimidation was given but no such notice was issued.when confirmed with co passengers it was realised that we lied by the authorities .our whole trip has been planned accordingly and this nuisense has caused unbearable inconvenience to us .tha airport authorities are big cheats and we need further compensation regarding the flight cancellations and trip delays caused by .I request you to look into this asap

                    Dear sir..I have booked a flight SG-8184 vide PNR OG2QGN which was scheduled on 04 Feb 2022 at 1740 Hr and it has been rescheduled with flight no SG-8937 at 0635 on 05 Feb 22. Dear sir, it really very embarrassing for me that I could not able to attend my anniversary due to unaspected flight reschduling with any prior intimtion. I m sorry to say that you are providing pathetic service to the customers.

                      I need to cancel the ticket due to covid reason.
                      Indigo has the policy of refund and a credit voucher system instead of cancellation which will be valid till 6 months.this way I got the almost full amount from indigo for my booking of patna to Delhi
                      Opposite to it spicejet does not have any concern with the problem of their passenger and they are only refunding 695 rs and rest 2700 they are cutting as cancellation
                      I don't think so this is right on their part as nobody enjoys cancellation infact due to covid situations these things are happening.my son school was about to open so we have booked the ticket but then suddenly it got closed due to covid again so we have to cancel.
                      I think spicejet should consider the request.
                      Or otherwise there is no point traveling with spicejet if it cannot consider our problems

                        I have book a flight for 1 Feb 2022 from mumbai to gorakhpur but the airline have canceled the flight and the cost for other flight is double. Now who is liable for this concern. I request the airline to repay the fare that i was supposed to pay to book another flight.

                          D8MM5C is my PNR. I was travelling from Mumbai to Dubai and when i opened my bags at home, I found that cash and valuables missing. It was my son's marriage and these were gifts given by the bride's mother to be distributed to those who couls not attend.

                            Sir, I booked the spice jet flight both TO and FRO on dated oct 21, i m residing at rudrapur city uttrakhand.Flight pnr noTIJT4E FROM DELHI TO JHARSUGUDA, three times reschedule, so it disturbed my connecting time schedule of train, but i m adjusting myself with big trouble, its ok .But the returning flight pnr no B98JSC from jharsuguda to delhi again reshedule for one day from 28 th jan to 29 th jan, it was completly unbearble to me for adjustment, because on 29 th jan i have election programmed, which is compulsory for me to attain the same. Once i m informing you, you reschedule flight because of COVID 19 on 28 th Jan, so it means on 29 th jan COVID 19 crisis will finish? so i think u r just doing harassments to passenger.so lastly because of your fault i cancelled both the flight and u refund only Rs 770 in spite of ticket Rs 8870.Because of your fault i m sacrificing a lot.so pl clarify details otherwise i have to lodge the case on consumer forum. all the things viral to social media. Thanking you.

                              On 13/12/2021 I booked a Kolkata Dhaka flight for 14/01/22 but the flight was cancelled by the airline on 17/12/2022 so I raised a refund request on 17/12/2022 through MakeMskeTrip through whom I purchased the ticket but the airline has declined the refund through s mail dated 26/01/2022

                                I had booked a flight ticket PNR no. S8YGRV for my parents (Dr. Suresh Chand Gupta and Jyotsna Gupta) for May 04 (Mumbai to Goa) and 07 (Goa to Mumbai) 2019. It was cancelled due to Covid by Spicejet.
                                I have been writing to the Nodal officer Spicejet for the last one year and he keeps giving the same excuse that they have been looking at the file.
                                Still no refund has been made.
                                Kindly help so that we receive our refund amount.

                                    I'm Mukta and had registered in shine.com.I got a call saying I'm shortlisted for the job and asked money rs 2000 for the registration. They told me to write an exam I cleared it. And I was told to pay rs7500 twice for interview and documentation. I did it.. they took the interview and told that I got the job. They called me again and asked money for the dress and shoes and forced me to pay the money within 10 mins. They told they'll give me laptop and sent the laptop photos. Again they started asking me money and then i denied to pay them. They started telling ' if you don't pay money then i won't refund back your money'. And I was forced to pay them money. They told they'll send a cheque and again started asking me money 4rs × 2158 km for courier service.and it has resulted into 60, 000 rs in total. Kindly refund back my money it'll make a huge difference as I have asked from different people. Please do the needful. Resolve it as early as possible 🙏🙏🙏🙏

                                      Greetings of the day
                                      Today i was travelling from Srinagar (sxr) to jammu (ixj) in the spicejet flight no.SG161 which got delayed and upon reaching jammu I couldn’t find my baggage. When I complained to spicejet employee about my baggage her behaviour was totally unethical and she told me that (mai kuch nahi kar sakti jaw jaa kai complaint karu) again i called On a senior employee of spicejet she also did nothing and said let me see if I could bring it tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Now i here by request you to look into the matter and to find out the missing bag which contains some important documents clothes and other things. I hope you will look into the matter seriously otherwise I’ll file a complaint in the court of law

                                        We had a very bad experience during our flight from Dubai to Kochi on 30th Dec 2021, the flight was initially scheduled on 30th Dec 3.35 am and we came to know after reaching the airport the flight number and the date was changed without any phone call or text message from spice jet. We had to bear bothway taxi charges, time & effort for the carelessness and irresponsible actions from the spice jet team.
                                        The Next day again the flight was delayed by 2hrs 30 mins, My parents, 69 years old, had to wait at the airport without any refreshments from the spice jet.
                                        After reaching Cochin airport we received the luggage in such a pathetic condition that half of the bag was broken and we couldn't even open the lock to see what all items were missing from the bag as the lock was also damaged. After informing the spice jet customer service team they simply said sorry and they cannot do anything else.
