    I have raised request for refund on DEC 28th 2021 and I called customer executive on 31st Dec 2021 they informed me that amount has been credited to my account but still now I didn't receive any amount. So I need confirmation and reference number make sure by confirm me that amount has been credited.

        Destination: mangalore-Kuwait.
        I cancelled the ticket on the above mentioned PNR on 26th October 2021 at the mangalore airport counter. The ticket cost was Rs. 1, 70, , 318/- I had made a paymnet of Rs. 50, 000/- via SBI debit card and rest through cash at the airport counter. While cancelling the ticket, the attendant told me that the refund done via card will be received within 7 working days and cash will reflect in my bank account within 15 working days. I waited and nothing seems to happen. I mailed a number of times to the nodal officer of SpiceJet airline, on the last conversation (27th November 2021)he told me it will be refunded to my bank account within 21 working days. No news yet. I mailed them asking the same and I haven’t recieved my payment or the mail. I feel cheated! Please help me get my refund.

        They send me this reply now stating I have to wait another 21 working days for my refund. This 21 days seems to be never ending!

          Booked a round trip ticket from SpiceJet official website on 06/12/2021. I didn't received any confirmation for the ticket and my money has been transferred to their account. As per customer care it should have automatically refunded with in 10 working days. As of now (28/12/2021) I haven't received any refund. The following are the details:

            Address: Spicejet flight from Delhi

            Items worth more than 5000 approx are stolen from my suitcase ...and there was even an attempt to open the lock which damaged it..and my suitcase was also open and items were stolen from it...highly disappointed...very poor show... I came from international flight and the wheels were okay there but then the wheels were broken and they were damged intentionally at delhi airport(spicejet)
            highly unexpected..looking forward to fixing this or should we go to spicejet

              On 15/11/2021 I booked a ticket from Spice jet web portal as per following details
              1. Date of journey: 08/12/2021
              2 Destination :From Mumbai to Darbhanga
              3.Date of Booking : 15/11/2021
              4.Portal : Spice jet Web portal
              5.Card Number : [protected] (for payment)
              6.Name of Card : Yes Bank Master credit card
              7.Bank Name : Yes Bank
              8.Amount Debited : Rs.4369.00
              9.Transaction reference Number :

              11.Name of passenger : Manmohan Jha
              12.Time of Booking : approx. 8:40 AM(Morning)

              At the time of booking from their web portal, no any PNR and Tickets has been generated at that time. However my amount has already been deducted. Since I had to complete my journey and I was in urge to book, I booked another ticket on 16/11/2021 with the same credentials and with revise journey date of 09/12/2021 instead of 08/12/2021 as booked earlier.
              From the date of booking of my tickets for 08/12/2021 (for which the problem is stated by me), I am continuously making follow up with Spice Jet for my refund on over Email and from their customer care representative. However still making so much of follow up with them and their confirmation for refund within 10 days, they are not processing their refund claim even after passing of so much of times (45 Days).

              Sir my amount was already deducted and my PNR /Ticket has not been generated due to Spice Jet Web portal technical error and I has already completed my journey and already paid my amount for journey and from Spice jet only. Its seems unethical and wrong on part of Spice Jet to hold my amount against that Booking.

              It has been stated in Email that my PNR has been generated on 30/11/2021 i.e. so long after my booking on 15/11/2021 and in light that I had already booked tickets for same journey on 16/11/2021 and the same thing has been conveyed by me to spice jet.

              My complaint ID for Spice Jet was 08264580

              It is highly irresponsible behavior from Spice Jet that they are not giving me refund.

              IT is requested to competent authority that my refund should be processed at earliest.

                  I had booked my flight in November to travel from Mumbai to Udaipur on 14/12/2021 to attend a wedding. The initial time of the flight was early morning
                  The flight was delayed by 7 hours (which was announced only few days before) to which I was reaching at night time. I was not given any other option on 14 th. So forcefully
                  I had to book a flight one day prior on 13/12/2021. The following expenses were incurred due to delay

                  Rs. 6000 one night hotel stay
                  Rs. 600 hotel transfer from airport
                  Rs. 1500 food (lunch + dinner)

                  This is on actual
                  So total is Rs. 8100
                  Which I requested them to reimbuse but they are denying

                    I have booked flight from Leh to Delhi vide Ticket No. YHMW9X/1/1, PNR NO. YHMW9X, Date of journey 10th Dec 2021 with the name of Kawaljeet Kotwal. But due to unavoidable circumstances i have made it cancelled. However, more than 30 days have been elapsed but i did not get the refund of the same. Please look into the matter and take necessary action for early refund.

                      I had a booking for 17 persons from Mumbai to BagDogra dated: 10th DEC and was scheduled to depart @ 13.00 pm. PNR number is : AC2ENW. Also, had return tickets with same PNR.

                      We booked these tickets on 30th OCT.

                      My flight was scheduled to arrive in BagDogra @ 15.40pm and my rest of the arrangements for the day was planned accordingly.

                      But due to sudden change of timings by SpiceJet and delaying the flight by about 2hrs, all my plans had to be forcefully cancelled and therefore, we decided not to board the flight due to time changes.

                      We have been trying to reach SpiceJet customer care since that day and am not getting any resolution on the same. Every time they are only playing blame game.

                      Still not getting resolution on the same. You guys are only playing the blame game. Customer service is asking to contact Group Desk, Group desk is asking me to contact agent, agent is asking me to contact SpiceJet. I have been running behind you guys for the last 2 weeks now. I missed my trip as Flight was delayed by SpiceJet and now SpiceJet is running away from its responsibility.

                      Either provide me a full refund or provide me a future date for travel without any extra charge.

                        My flight was from DBR to BLR dated as[protected] . And the departure timing was 12:05, but now it got rescheduled to 12:50 . It's a huge loss of 45 min for me and i have also not taken my meal.

                        So i request spicejet to arrange at least a meal in compensation with the rescheduling of my flight.

                          Dear Team,

                          This is to inform you that I had travelled from Varanasi to Delhi through your flight on 19th Dec 2021 @ 12:20 PM flight which landed Delhi Airport at 02:10 PM om same day.
                          Since I had extra luggage, so I had to pay additional Rs 3500 through my credit card at varanasi Airport on 19th Dec.
                          As I am working at Ludhiana location, so after reaching Delhi I travelled to Ludhiana and reached here on 19th Dec evening. And on 20th Dec I.e. Monday I attended my office at Ludhiana location.

                          Now, yesterday night, I received a mail through ICICI Bank that my credit card was used for contact less domestic transaction on 20th Dec 2021 @ 11:27 Hrs at merchant outlets. Since yesterday I was sitting in office for whole day so it was obvious that this transaction was not done by me. As a result of which I raised a complaint in icici now and blocked my credit card.
                          When I asked team to confirm as on which outlet my credit card was used, they confirmed that my credit card was used at Spicejet outlet at Delhi Location and timing for use was 11:27 AM and at that point of time me and my credit card was in Ludhiana.

                          So, before launching a formal police complaint against your team, just wanted to let you people know so that if there is anything which you would like to inform me else it will mean that there are people sitting in your offices who are misusing details of people like us.

                            I am karthikeyan Nagarethinam. I booked your flight ticket on 23/3/20. This PNR is JE4NKQ and that flight was canceled so that amount will be created to the credit shell. than i was book in another flight in 15/05/21 that PNR is REVG9A that flight also cancelled so please i request to my all booking amount are refund in my saving account then details are given below

                            And also raise the complaint through mail, they also replayed to my mail and give the confirmation refund work process but till not refunded

                              Hi,

                              I booked a flight ticket from Goa-VSP via Bengaluru on 3 Jan and timings are 7:30a.m-12:55p.m and it got rescheduled GOA-VSP via Hyderabad and timings are 7:35am. -17:30p.m because of this much delay I want to cancel my flight and the spice jet people are saying that u can't cancel i[censored] want to cancel you need to pay cancellation charges. So I request the higher authority people to look into and do the need full.

                                      Dear Customer (PNR: KJ4P4B): Due to technical reason, your SpiceJet flight SG 3832 from Kolkata-Vishakhapatnam dated December 18, 2021 has been cancelled.

                                      This flight has been cancelled without any notice, no flights are available for next two days, i had to book another flight to bhubhneshwar followed by bus thereby wasting my time, money and causing inconvenience.

                                      I had booked the flight in advance, pathetic response by spicejet, last time im booking a flight with spicejet

                                        We are 30 passengers travelling together. When we were travelling to patna sahib from amritsar than also flight was delay 1 hr . now also when we are travelling back from patna to amritsar flight is 1 hr 45 minutes delay. Completelt fed up from the service.
