I booked ticket from Madurai to Dubai on 08 Dec.Due to some personel problem I cancelled the ticket on dec 01.My ticket PNR number S9MUJS/SG.I sent an email to customer care on two days before.I thought the amount will be refunded automatically.More than 14 days finished still there is no proper response from SpiceJet....

I am Gopal Rander. My wife and I traveled with SpiceJet on December 9th from Kishangarh to Delhi. Spice jet ridiculously overcharged us for hand baggage.

We booked Del to Mum Spice Jet with PNR NCCTKJ for flight no. SG8169 at morning 26th Nov 21 at 11 AM.
While booking there is no prior information for delay.
At the counter when we arrived at 3.08 PM they staff told the flight is rescheduled at 12 AM midnight.
Staff and manager just not bothered and left without resolving the issue.

I had made a booking almost a month ago for which I was charged twice in online mode of payment.
An amount of Rs.5233/- is remaining with Spice jet from 1 month.
I have shared everything with them my account statement, transaction id's 1 and all photos but still they are not giving any valuable information.
They from 1 month are telling me to wait for the concerned team.

My power bank was taken by them. They said that product will be kept by them for now, afterwards when i will come back with my boarding pass they will give it to me. But when i went there they said that my product has lost. So i wnat to compensate me for the same....
