I'm a senior citizen...was booked on SG 705 from T3 Delhi AirportScheduled flight on 22Oct at 0805 .. reported to check in counter at 0400.. the staff reluctantly and very carelessly reported a server failure...it is now 0540 and were left stranded...the staff behaviour was shabby and unapologetic.. couldn't care less...all passengers are harassed and waiting...no place to even sit down... pathetic state of affairs...I will urge all my fellow passengers and all my contacts to NEVER EVER FLY BY SPICEJET...POOR RESPONSE AND CASUAL BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF...I WONDER WHEN THIS PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED...GOD ONLY KNOWS..

    On 29th September 2021 I booked tickets from Dubai to Kochi. I paid through credit card, I received an instant notification from my bank that certain amount has been paid to Spicejet. On the other hand, I waited for almost 2 hours and yet I didn't receive any booking confirmation from spicejet.com. I spoke to an executive only to hear there was a technical error on spicejets website and they hadn't received any payment from my side. I sent an email to SpiceJet Customer Relations on 29th September with the original transaction ID from my bank and they replied to my mail stating refund should be visible on my bank within 10 working days. As I didn't receive the payment and ever since I have sending you reminder as well as my updated credit card statements as proof I haven't received any payments from spicejet yet till date.

    Please look into this matter and help us to get the refund as soon as possible.

      I cancelled a spicejet flight because it was rescheduled everyday before the boarding day(25th sept). It was mentioned that the amount will be refunded but is not yet refunded in my account. Also when asked customer support person, they told the refund was initiated on 2nd Oct and it is pending with 3rd party which is Paytm. To get the transaction details they asked to mail. Also when mailed to [protected]@spicejet.com to get the transaction details, did not get any reply from them as well. Case number raised is 08094151. After mailing them for transaction details it was told that within 3 business days they will respond but did not get any response either. When again called to customer support they told that they are sharing the details and kept call on hold and cut the call in middle. When tried again calling to customer support, call was automatically getting cut by them many times and which is very bad. Also the waiting time is 45 mins + which should be reduced. Almost 2-3 hrs are getting wasted to connect with customer support. They are not sharing the transaction details. Why?? Are they lying about the refund? Otherwise they must have initiated the refund request or shared the transaction details to me.

As I didn't receive the payment I reached out to them and ever since I have sending them my updated bank statements as proof I haven't received any payments from spicejet yet.

        Yet, I am to receive a proper response and my refunds.

        Please contact me for more details and shall share more information as required by you to solve this matter.

            Dear Sir / Mam,

            I am Pritesh Dudharejia. Writing this Email to register complain against Spicejet Airlines.

            In the Month of February 2020, I have booked the flight fof Ahmedabad-Goa-Ahmedabad. Due to Covid travel restriction flights were not operational and so my trip got cancelled .
            i waited till March 2021 for Govt Guideline and decision on flight cancelled status . Govt of India has circulated the guide line that Airlines has to refund 100% amount . so since April 2021 i am continuous following with Spicejet for the refund .i sent 50+ emails and 12 calls. each time Airline executives and nodal officers are giving excuse that they are working on my case . i have submitted all the requested documents 3 times but they are not initiating payment . i am surprise that after clear guideline from Govt Of India they are not at all paying refund and simply giving false commitments and excuses .
            sometimes they said issue from bank or problem in bank transaction, now we have such great services from RBI / banks then how come it take more then 7 month to refund .
            Please accept my complain and advise me the way forward to get my refund amount from spicejet .

                I am Subodh Kumar . Due traffic jam, i have arrived at Bangalore airport before 25 minutes. but spice jet flight is already on runway. this information I have received one of the spice jet staff on the spice jet desk on the Bangalore airport after request to accommodate my self in the flight. This is very pathetic condition created by spicejet airlines and spice jet staff is not able to accommodate in the spicejet flight. My flight is missed because not cooperation of spicejet staff and of traffic jam. please take necessary action, I am providing my flight ticket details for your reference.

                  Hi my name is saman.
                  My pregnant wife Arti Sajwan was travelling form Christchurch to Auckland then to Dubai then to deli to dehradun
                  When she reached to deli taveling from spice jet 15 October 2021 time 18:20 pm flight number SG 2033

                  Arti boarded the flight to dehradun and was seated to allocated seat. When she said she was felling sick and used a cup to throw up, because she is pregnant it’s normal to do so. Because of this she was Ascotted out of the flight and was told to stand in the corner. Due to this she missed her flight, she asked serval staff what’s going on, no one replied or told her anything, she was standing where she was told for 4 hours in this process she threw up some more and fainted. I saman her husband in new Zealand had to call all the way in India spice jet to enquire about my wife missing her flight to dehradun
                  After calling over 50 times they told me she was there I was shocked to hear my wife voice she couldn’t speak and kept asking to see a doctor and no one cared enough to answer her or provide her any medical assistance. Instead the staff named divya kept saying it’s not in our policy but we can refund the ticket or she needs to leave. My wife Arti Beeing pregnant stressed confused treated unfairly given no drink no answers, who was travelling on her own for the very first time. Her phone was dead and she didn’t have a sim for India .
                  After me calling and calling no one would give me a answer and hanging up the phone on me.
                  I asked why didn’t anyone take my wife to a doctor or a nearest medical Center after me asking then they said they have a medical Center within the airport
                  After seeing the nurse in the airport they said this is regarding your pregnancy.
                  After a fair amount of argument with spice jet staff they took her to the hospital and refuse to tell the reception that Arti is their passanger. Arti was fine travelling from New Zealand every time she had a feeling she was going to sick ( morning sickness also know as throwing up ) she would tell someone ( air hostess in the flight they would give her a cup or a bag, which is totally normal for a pregnant lady.
                  My question to you is
                  1) is this how your staff is trained to treat their customer ?
                  2) why wasn’t she taken to medical Center immediately when she asked, why did I have to argue with then over an hour for them to do so?
                  3) who takes responsibility of their customer ?
                  4) who takes responsibility causing stress to customer who is pregnant ?
                  5) why were the staff refusing to answer my phone calls and questions?
                  6) why couldn’t spice jet arrange then very next flight for Arti even when a mistake happened my spice jet staff
                  I want a answer as soon as possible
                  I’m very disappointed, disgusted, furious about the treatment my wife got from spice jet staff she was your customer why wasn’t anyone taking responsibility for her ticket luggage health

                  Making a pregnant lady stand for 4 hours without anything even a glass of water ofcourse due to all this stress her health was getting worse. This is inhumain.

                  I felt helpless all the way from New Zealand, I wasn’t able to help my pregnant wife and my unborn first child

                  Now she’s in a hospital facing complications due to the mental stress caused my your staff

                    Yesterday 16/10/2021 I have got a call and message that my profile is selected for airport ground staff job by Spicejet airlines and they said to pay ₹2050 for verification to the account named Airport Authority of India and I paid it..then they send me a link for online test and I attended it and after that they said I have been selected for telephonic interview for the very next day but they didn't called...so I just understood it's a fake call and message.
                    I have all the screenshots etc from beginning itself.
                    And also they said that the money is refundable if I'm not selected in the interview.
                    How can I get the money back??
                    Plz help me😔🙏🙏
                    File a chargeback complaint against them, mail your bank account and sent all details to them also file complaint against this fraud to police.

                      Spicejet flight to patna is not recommended as the behaviour was in human, post onboarding their was no AC for almost initial 30 mins. Boarding was done 30 mins before and kept everyone waiting.

                      On top of that the flight was two seater and in horrible condition, can't imagine if this is safe even.

                          I just do the webcheckinn from your website and than they deduct the money from my account .. and I don’t get my seat no .. I just Pay 1300/- rupees.                             My flight got rescheduled by spice jet abd when i asked to rescheduled it twice they asked for high charges. Spicejet is the worst flight i have been to. They anytime text you and reschedule the fight. And after rescheduling they are not sure of next flight. They never think of customer inconvenience.

                              Ugly incident at the Spicejet Flight No. 214 from Bagdogra to Kolkata on 14.10.2021

                              1. I am Jai Narayan Gupta, Chartered Accountant, and I am the Statutory Auditor of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) appointed by the CAG. I was returning Kolkata by Spicejet Flight No. 214 from Bagdogra on 14.10.2021 from some audit work of WBSEDCL at North Bengal.

                              2. The boarding was done at 2.30pm instead of scheduled time of 3.00 pm. Thereafter, the pilot announced that there was some obstruction on the runway and the flight may be delayed. There was no air-conditioning. The passengers were sitting upto 3.45 pm. In 1.25 hours, the suffocation aggravated. Some small children became acutely restless. About 15 passengers sitting in the first 10 rows were pleading for some respite, even by providing some drinking water etc. There was announcement by the air hostess that they have been asked to be stationed with seat belt and cannot help. This induced a sort of agitation among the passengers. There was one doctor also sitting on seat no. 6B as declared by him and he also supported the passengers and pleaded with the airhostess to be considerate and provide basic amenities.

                              3. Passenger at seat no. 6D was also vocal. Myself was also vocal. I was sitting on seat No. 8A.

                              4. At last, at 3.45, the pilot announced that flight would take off within 5 minutes. The Flight landed at Kolkata at about 4.45 pm.

                              5. Just after landing, one passenger, named as Nancy sitting at seat No.9E was detained by the ground staff of Spicejet at the complaint of the airhostess presumably at the instance of the pilot. Nancy pleaded that she was not sitting at seat No. 9E. One more passenger, Mr Singh was also named in the complaint. Many persons of the Spicejet gheroaed the lady and made her immobilised. She has co-passengers with her. I also joined them realising the atrocities being meted out to the lady. The spicejet people called the armed security personnel and also West Bengal Police to give the impression that they have caught some terrorist. They made a formal complaint and asked the lady to sign on the dotted lines under coercion. The co-passengers and myself also made hue and cry on the atrocities being meted out to passengers.

                              6. Ultimately, on this festive day of Mahanavami, the lady was allowed to leave the airport at 6.30 pm with her small children, who were also worried what was happening and were without any food or water for so much time.

                              May good sense prevail in the mind of Spicejet people, who shamelessly can afford to be so rigid, cruel and irresponsible and imposing unnecessarily in a service industry. I think, Spicejet should mend its ways and means since Tata have also come in big way.

                                I booked return flight ticket from DXB-AMD on 09/10/2021 from Spicejet website. Payment was successfully done and I received the transaction message from my Bank. The website page just kept scrolling and showed a pop up server timed out. I confirmed with my bank that the transaction was successfully done and debited from my card, I kept waiting for the booking confirmation or itinerary details email but I didn't received. When reaching out...

                                  Some amount is still pending in credit shell.After taking all my account details spicejet is saying there is some technical error for which amount is not credited in my account.They are having this technical error since the last 6 months .Just passing time so that I don't follow up and stop asking for refund.

                                    My PNR number is F61BFL, I had booked my tickets for November 19th 02:15 HRS flight from Dubai to Mumbai. I booked this flight as I had an medical appointment with a Doctor in Mumbai at 11 AM. And also it is my Mothers 75th Birthday so wanted to give her a surprise. Now they rescheduled this flight to Nov 19 23:40. Which totally defeats both my purposes of Doctors appointment as well as my Mothers birthday. When I rescheduled my Flight to November 18 23:40 flight for me and my Wife I was charged a fare difference of INR 14, 960. Calling their call center numbers is like waiting for 35-50 minutes on an International call. Their chat bot or whatsapp bot is useless as they do not have any option to connect with a human agents. My point here is that when Airline has rescheduled their flight then why should I be charged the fare difference. I seek refund of the fare difference charged to me.

                                      I have booked spicejet flight of early morning for 12oct'2021 because my meeting held on 11 o'clock on 12oct'2021.

                                      i want to draw your kind attention please my booking has been revised by airlines from 6:15am to 22:40pm. how can i attend my meeting this is totally loss for me because i have already booked my return ticket also.

                                      please help me in this regards and changed my airline so that it is easy to attend the meeting.
