PNR: E8TVTS SpiceJet Flight,
Dear Sir,
I had booked my PAT-DEL FLIGHT with spicejet airways dated on 9th Nov 2021 and flight was scheduled to takeoff at 9 30 am from Patna but Because of Inconvenience occurred from SpiceJet side i missed my connection flight DEL-KTM RA206 due 2HR40Min delay in arrival of flight at Delhi Airport.
As i missed my Delhi to Kathmandu flight i had to reschedule the flight and paid a difference of 13024 INR per passenger which a huge amount in this pandemic.
i urge to please look into this matter and let instruct SpiceJet to pay the loss occurred due to their flight Delay.
Please find below earliest available flight details and diff in fare for your ref.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We have booked flight from BOM to Bagdogra on 12th Nov for Travel on 13th Nov but by mistakenly wrong date was selected as 13th Jan 22.
    After noticing the error we have tried to contact customer care multiple times but not responded so we thought it is better to cancel it by ourselves and did the cancelation thinking that if we dont cancel before 11 am, 24 hours would lapse and refund wouldn't be possible.

    Have attached call dialing screenshot for your reference.
    KIndly check and grant us full refund.
    We should not pay cancellation charges if we couldn't contact the customer care by reason of Spicejet

    Also full refund is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of booking.

        Hi,

        A very good afternoon. Hope you are doing well.

        This is to bring into notice an incident I faced this morning while traveling from Bangalore to Darbhanga. I had excess luggage and was told to pay Rs 3500. I gave 2 notes of Rs 2000 = Rs 4000. The executive (Mrs. Bijli) seemed agitated and annoyed with me since the beginning. She told me she cannot provide me with the change. She told me to step aside and wait till another passenger who might have to pay up comes in and only then I can proceed. I was even told that passengers pay up using only card, me having an international card doesn’t work in a couple of machines. The way I was treated and spoken to was rude, inappropriate and unacceptable.

        I have no issues with spicejet, it is amongst the best aviations but executives treating passengers in this way is really hurtful. I just need an explanation regarding this treatment and service provided.

          I booked a ticket from Muscat to Delhi for 31 June 2020. The flight was cancelled due air restrictions (Covid-19). I have not received the refund. I have done number of email communication with the Spicejet.
          I have received an email from Spice jet stating that your refund request for a refund of the booking amount for the above-mentioned PNR (B6DQHI, JEH5HA). We would request you to kindly share the Indian Bank Account details of the passenger for the refund as the transaction is a year old
          I have submitted the required information on 12th May 2021 and also confirmed by Spice jet stating that we would like to inform you that we have refunded the amount towards the shared account and the same shall be reflecting in the next 21 working days.
          I have not received the amount till now.

            My return flight from Mumbai to Dubai on Dec 6, 2021 SG 13 has been cancelled by SpiceJet.
            The customer support agent told me that the only option I now have is to get a full refund.

            I booked my tickets on September 23, 2021. The round trip cost for 3 passengers for this trip was AED 4, 162.20.
            Now only the return ticket fare for 3 passengers is Mumbai to Dubai is AED 6, 299.40!!

            Cancelling a flight like this at the last moment is extremely unprofessional on the part of SpiceJet!!
            Its equivalent to extortion! How am I supposed to get back to Dubai?
            The whole point of booking well in advance is to get better rates & now you leave me with no other option.

              Hi,

              I have travelled to Port Blair from Chennai and later I upgraded that to spice max. The amount was debited from my account but no upgrade was provided.
              Later we called the customer care and proceeded with the complaint on Oct 21st 2021 and still we are calling like daily and wasting 1 hour for this.
              There is no proper response.
              Getting annoyed by the service.

                I have been using Spicejet for the last few years and it was smooth in all those journeys.

                What happened to Spicejet that I don't know and they had gone wrong with them this time and for my booking for November, 2021, they cancelled the flight, but didn't send me any emails/messages neither called me. When I went to check my itinerary to take print-outs for the next week journey, I realised that it got cancelled due to the flight cancellation on certain days. Most importantly, they had returned the fund only after my follow-up calls on this matter, which is a totally irresponsible behaviour.

                What a professional airline is expected to take care of this situation? Spicejet needs to learn this from other players in the market and most importantly, they need to give respect to their users' emotions as people are flying after a tiring long waiting time after many COVID waves.

                I would think twice or more times before booking for a flight with Spicejet going forward.
                Adding to the following problem, Spicejet has credited only the partial payment as refund and the reply from customer service team is so disappointing. Can anyone help me getting the full refund at least?

                Such a unprofessional behaviour from Spicejet..

                    Hi,
                    I have booked Return flight Ticket from SpiceJet (PAT - DEL - PAT).
                    After a week, I got a message that both my flights (PAT - DEL and DEL - PAT) has been delayed by some 4 hours and I was given an option either to book an alternate flight in spicejet or get full refund.

                    I opted for full refund. I got a pop up that my refund will be processed within 15 days. Its been almost 20 days and my refund is still not provided.

                    I want to take action against such Fraud companies.

                            I purchased ticket from spice jet from Dubai to Bagdogra via Mumbai and the travel date was in May 2020. Due to covid restrictions flight was canceled and the money was put under credit shield for one year.
                            Now since May 2022 I am constantly following up with their customer service to get the refund. They are just delaying without showing any reason.
                            It's more than 18 months now my money is blocked by the airlines.
                            Please help to get the refund

                              I tried to make a booking on Spicejet website and the booking was from Jabalpur to Bangalore for 14 th Oct. The first transaction was on 12th oct at 18:47 and the transaction reference number is MT212860238000010142038. The booking didn't go through but Rs 10706 was deducted from my Credit Card.
                              Tried to make the booking again on 12th October at 19:51 and the transaction reference number is MT212860238000010142039 the booking was successful and Rs 10706 was deducted from my card again. I kept calling Spicejet customer care and RBL customer care. They kept saying failed transaction payment will be reversed in 12 working days. It been like a month now. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I have attached the transaction details below. Any penalties or charges because of low balance in card should be take care by spicejet. My money is not In my account for the last 36 days. I need intrest charges for that.

                                  Hello I had my flight today from Jaipur to Amritsar at 5:00 pm. During check in I had placed two bags on the belt for tagging, when I was downloading the boarding pass online, Ms. Urmila asked me to wait and let other passenger come instead. I requested her to give 1-2 minutes for showing the boarding pass but she was being really rude. Then we let the other passenger come and when we gave our boarding pass and asked that are the both bags tagged. She was like you only have two bags we told her to check because we sent two bags for tagging then she said she might have tagged on to it next passenger. We asked her then to check and confirm she said she has checked it will reach amritsar just the names are exchanges on the bag. We again asked her and questioned her about the same that why you have created confusion what if we dont receive the bag in Asr.. She again reassured us that you will receive it dont blame it on me. And now It has been 2 hours since we have landed and are not aware about my bag? What am I supposed to do now. I have important and expensive stuff in the bag. How can someone be so irresponsible and unproffesional. I have been calling the concerned people and there is no reaponse from them now. Kindly help me asap.

                                      Article 29 of the Warsaw convention, 1929 specifies the maximum term of 2 years for the passenger wishing to win the suit against air carrier in one of the jurisdictions of the valid ticket or PNR and P.I.R.

                                        My flight got cancelled last year due to covid and an INR equivalent credit shell got added to my PNR.

                                        I have requested for refund as per the latest supreme court and provided all the requested documents over mail early August this year.

                                        On August 9th, they (nodal officer) said refund will reflect in 21 working days. It's been more than 3 months now, I haven't received any refund.

                                        On checking further with them, there is no proper response from their side.

                                        Kindly help me in getting the refund.

                                        Not sure if its safe to share the flight PNR
