Address: 307 Sai Sarovar Apartment, Belathur Main Road, near Kadugodi

I tried to make a booking on Spicejet website and the booking was from Jabalpur to Bangalore for 14 th Oct. The first transaction was on 12th oct at 18:47 and the transaction reference number is MT212860238000010142038. The booking didn't go through but Rs 10706 was deducted from my Credit Card.
Tried to make the booking again on 12th October at 19:51 and the transaction reference number is MT212860238000010142039 the booking was successful and Rs 10706 was deducted from my card again. I kept calling Spicejet customer care and RBL customer care. They kept saying failed transaction payment will be reversed in 12 working days. It been like a month now. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I have attached the transaction details below. Any penalties or charges because of low balance in card should be take care by spicejet. My money is not In my account for the last 36 days. I need intrest charges for that.

    I tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Kochin on November 11 2021, money deducted from my account but I didn't receive ticket. Complaint mail sent to your customer service team and informed via phone also.But not received any response yet. Kindly take necessary steps to process my refund .

      Hello I had my flight today from Jaipur to Amritsar at 5:00 pm. During check in I had placed two bags on the belt for tagging, when I was downloading the boarding pass online, Ms. Urmila asked me to wait and let other passenger come instead. I requested her to give 1-2 minutes for showing the boarding pass but she was being really rude. Then we let the other passenger come and when we gave our boarding pass and asked that are the both bags tagged. She was like you only have two bags we told her to check because we sent two bags for tagging then she said she might have tagged on to it next passenger. We asked her then to check and confirm she said she has checked it will reach amritsar just the names are exchanges on the bag. We again asked her and questioned her about the same that why you have created confusion what if we dont receive the bag in Asr.. She again reassured us that you will receive it dont blame it on me. And now It has been 2 hours since we have landed and are not aware about my bag? What am I supposed to do now. I have important and expensive stuff in the bag. How can someone be so irresponsible and unproffesional. I have been calling the concerned people and there is no reaponse from them now. Kindly help me asap.

          I have booked ticket for Jeddah to PATNA PNR - H8JS2P, and due to COVID - flight was cancelled

          Requested refund and still waiting now for more than one year.
          every time i am reminding by email and receiving same reply.

          Article 29 of the Warsaw convention, 1929 specifies the maximum term of 2 years for the passenger wishing to win the suit against air carrier in one of the jurisdictions of the valid ticket or PNR and P.I.R.

            My flight got cancelled last year due to covid and an INR equivalent credit shell got added to my PNR.

            I have requested for refund as per the latest supreme court and provided all the requested documents over mail early August this year.

            On August 9th, they (nodal officer) said refund will reflect in 21 working days. It's been more than 3 months now, I haven't received any refund.

            On checking further with them, there is no proper response from their side.

            Kindly help me in getting the refund.

            Not sure if its safe to share the flight PNR

                        Case number: 08003300 already complaint registered with SpiceJet

                        I used Official SpiceJet Website on 30th September 2021 morning between 7:30am -7:45am to make a booking with below given details

                        Flight Details
                        Flight [IXE-DXB] on[protected]
                        and return [DXB-IXE] on[protected]

                        the process of booking went successfully until I was charged but then website redirected me back to home page. My credit card was charged 1941.30 AED.

                        I have already submitted bank statements and ticket details and was given case number but no action has been taken yet. They always reply to me saying the case is with financial department and we are waiting for response from them...

                        Please refund the amount deducted as month by month I am incurring interest on amount paid.

                          I booked a group return ticket from Chennai to Jaipur with Spicejet. The Airline cancelled the flight due to operational issues.

                          I am begging with the customer relations team for a full refund but the team is not providing any cash refund insttead they are offering a e voucher which I have to use it within the next 180 days, I do not reside in India and I will not have any necessity to travel through this Garbage airlines.

                          The team still not ready to refund the cancellation fee but they are happy to take money within few milli seconds from customers account.

                          Please do not take this airlines and they are the worst one that anyone can imagine. Hate this airlines to the core. Please do not take this airline and let them get grounded.

                            Its been 16 days and I have not received my refund amount for a non booked flight. As per the customer care email the amount should have been refunded in 10 days.

                                Me and my Husband had booked the flight from Bangalore to Bagdogra.Flight was scheduled at 5.55 AM .Due to unavoidable traffic jam we reached the airport late and to the spice Jet counter at 5.05 AM.Lady sitting at the counter took our baggage and for 10 min she didn't responded.When we checked why it is taking so long time she said that our luggage cannot be taken and we cannot be onboarded.We asked the reason .She said rudely that check in got closed at 4.55 AM.we stated her the urgency of reaching Bagdogra due to medical emergency but she didn't bother ed to even listen and said rudely to leave.We requested her to allow us to atleast board the flight and let our luggage go in next spice Jet flight.but she was so incoperative .hence we missed our flight.Because of this incident we have to undergo lot of mental harrasment and financial loss.We have to book other flight at a very high cost with different flight .we can see no reason for not allowing us to board the flight when the boarding was still not closed and web check-in was already done!!

                                We need clarification on this and we look for the refund of our ticket amount of Rs 11000.

                                    (JAI - BOM)PNR HYMY4Z Passenger Name: Ashok Meena, 10 Sept 2021Dept 08:40 Hrs Arrival 10:35 But last minute I received a message from Spicejet that the flight from direct 2-hour flight to 10-hour indirect flight Via via. I called and canceled the ticket as not suitable for me. I received an email confirmation of cancellation and a refund to be processed in 10 working days and the amount is £70.85 would be credited to my account. But I have not yet received the amount it's almost 2 months now. Spicejet is playing a cheap and dirty game on the passengers. I would be much obliged if you can take up the issue and get me the refund at the earliest.

                                      I had booked a ticket from Ranchi to Mumbai for April 25th, 2021.
                                      PNR: Pnr number: Y8V1MV. Case Number: 07019722
                                      I contracted Covid and had to cancel the flight. I asked for a refund since it was not in my hands. They promised to give a voucher of Rs. 2750. It has been 5 months but it is still pending.
                                      I don't get a satisfactory reply from them, either on mail or on customer care. They promise to resolve it within 48 hours or look into the matter but nothing ever happens. They wont put me through either to the concerned department or a senior.
                                      I am tired of waiting and I want a confirm reply either in affirmative or negation. Can't chase them any longer.

                                        WORST AIRLINE EVER TRAVELLED IN.
                                        I would suggest every person not to ever travel in this airline because if ever any kind of problem occurs with you, its on you, because this airline will not even come and ask you regarding if that problem is resolved.
                                        Today i was travelling from bagdogra to delhi.
                                        We landed and were standing in luggage area to recieve our baggage, it was almost an hour we didn't recieve our luggage. We went to the information department to inform them regarding our problem. They said to wait till the staff comes (which meant that they did not even had a proper staff team) we waited for about half an hour, then they came we told them about our problem. They said let us confirm. Then they didn't come only. We ourself looked for a similar bag and then we came to know from air asia airlines that somebody has taken our luggage. After that we had to wait for around another hour for our luggage. In this entire process their was no concern, help from spicejet. At the end it's really unprofessional to serve your passengers this way. Really frustrated and angry from this airlines. This kind of responses are really not acceptable.
